This place is not customer friendly and dishonest. The website showed there is Wi-Fi, and the Wi-Fi is not working and when it does it is extremely slow. This is the reason why we left early. This place needs work. They told that we were charged for the number of days we stayed. The gentleman who showed us the house told us we would get a refund. During our stay, he answered the phone. Now that we left, we were charged the full amount. We called the same number, it is answered by the elderly people, and told us no REFUNDS!. They did not keep their words. They also owned other properties in the area, Sierra Bonita Rentals cabins and RV park. I would not recommend this place or anything owned by them!
