5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ if I can give 10 I would! we just love our experience here… The room was really clean. We love the fact that it’s full breakfast and all are yummy.

It's a fine place to stay, friendly. The elevator makes a lot of unnerving noise and the plumbing has issues, though they are accommodating. They're not bad, but they aren't the nicest hotel.

Clean and quiet! We were on the top floor. There was a terrific thunderstorm last night and we barely heard it. We needed to use the foldaway bed. It looked brand new and all the bedding looked freshly washed. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The rooms are not huge but are decent size. Two very minor complaints: the soap they provide is highly perfumed with a scent I don't like, and the breakfast area does not have enough seats to handle prime time of 7:30 am.

We stayed in this hotel to be close to Carlsbad Caverns which is about 30 minutes away. The hotel was completely sold out and we were thankful to have a place to stay in the area. The hotels book up quickly and are much more expensive than you expect for the area because of the oil industry there. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and staff was wonderful.

Great hotel and friendly guy at the front desk. We were driving through on a cross country trip with our young son and it was clean and comfortable and an amazing breakfast. Pool was good to burn off some energy.

The pool is indoors and the breakfast is great! The Wi-Fi is ok, but it can lag at times and it does get a little old having to accept their terms every day. The rooms are nice and the beds get the job done. The only sad part is that I think most of the rooms here only have showers, which makes it hard to enjoy a relaxing soak after a brutal day at work in the killer heat. But hey, for what it's worth, it's a good place.

Decent hotel. Very excellent desk customer service. The hotel only has one washer and dryer. Not much restaurants around but Carlsbad isn't that big anyways. The internet is decent. Not the best but decent. There is a decent size indoor pool. Not a too noisy hotel. The rooms are medium size. Not very spacious but decent. Out of other sleep inn hotels this is my favorite I must say because of the great customer service. The rooms are upgraded and comfy.

Nice clean rooms. Only stayed a night but the rooms were decent. The staff needs to be a little more profesional. I know they get bored but listening to videos outloud is a bit off putting. However, they are very friendly. The breakfast is okay. It'll fill your belly but that's about it. What I really didn't like is the odd showers. I felt a bit confined in them since you have a small stand up area you go into. I'm not sure why they didn't just do a regular shower. Overall good stay and worth the cost.

Quiet location, didn't hear a lot of noise from the road or the hotel's surroundings. The hotel is fairly new, rooms are great. Very comfortable beds and a big restroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a laundry service for a small fee. Breakfast is great, waffle maker and always some fresh coffee.

Check in is fast. Front desk lady is very nice greeted us immediately. Room is spacious and restroom is clean and big.

This hotel is a breath of fresh air in a city clogged with oil field guys. The hotel is much better compared to the other local options. Kaitlyn at the front desk is more then willing to help with any needs, she helped me scan in at least 20 pages one by one when my scanner went down. I highly recommend this location as far as a good place to stay in a town with no availability and $600 a night rooms.

This was a great place to stay at Carlsbad for our trip to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks. The hotel is located in a convenient location and has all the basic amenities. The beds were comfortable too.

Loved the hotel but pretty expensive, most of the hotels in Carlsbad expensive due to the economy.

The staff does a very good job trying to keep guests comfortable and happy. Rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. Perhaps a bit on the pricey side, but most of the nice hotels in Carlsbad are. Good location on the edge of town. No complaints other than my room was a bit bright at night due to the street lamps outside.

Sleep Inn, Carlsbad, New Mexico Excellent hotel at a great price. Only complaints are with the bathroom. The showerhead is located about 6.5 feet high, fine for me but a shorter person maybe not be able to adjust the settings on the showerhead. The door for the bathroom is a sliding barn door type, really nice but it didn't have a latch or lock for privacy. Also the shower stall is an open concept with no shower curtain, fine concept but water would splash on the floor.

Nice place, good staff. The price was at least double what it should have been. We have been gouged.

Great room, great service.

So far it has been a nice visit. It has easy access to the caverns, nice breakfast, and good recommendations concerning where bodies are burried. Ha ha. Just kidding. I mean where to eat cooked cow bodies.

Rooms were clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Front desk clerk, Dhruv I believe, was helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was hot and pretty good. Everywhere in Carlsbad is pretty overpriced, but this place was one of the cheaper.

The pool was the perfect temp. The beds were so comfortable, and the clerk was nice. The breakfast had such a great selection!

Best value for this overpriced town. The Sleep Inn had great staff, offered free delicious breakfast, awesome coffee, free newspaper and high speed Wi-Fi. The rooms were relatively modern and clean. Only downside, the inside pool was not heated well and there was no hot tub.

No tubs in room. No offer to change rooms for one with. Nice hotel, comfy bed, close to caverns.

All good with this hotel — room, amenities, location. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to it if I were to return to Carlsbad.

I stay at seep inn & suites in carlsbad, nm practically every week due to work and I enjoy it there. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms and the motel (inside and outside) are clean. The employees are friendly.

Clean, comfortable rooms with mini fridge, microwave oven, good Wi-Fi (but unsecured — use a good VPN! ), and satellite TV. Hot breakfast every morning. Friendly staff. Very convenient to Carlsbad Caverns. Great choice for a value hotel.

Rooms don't seem insulated well, the A/C IS working overtime. Clean rooms though. Just very hot.

Very comfy bed and pillows! Not too expensive. The water pressure in the shower was amazing too. Customer service was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious. I loved making our own waffles and pancakes. The timer was off for when to take the waffle out. We had to start over and leave it in double the time. The only real complaint we have is our room was under the stairs which we didn't realize or get told. It sounded like a stampede of rhinos beginning at 4:30 AM. All morning! There are a lot of oil field workers staying in the hotels around the area so I assume that's who was going up and down the stairs.

Made an impromptu reservation while traveling around the area in December 2016. — Price was competitive — The rooms were very comfortable and clean. — The staff was friendly and accommodating. — The breakfast was excellent, much better than expected!

30 mins to the caverns. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Definitely recommend!

Front desk staff were very helpful and gave us some great ideas of things to do and see during our quick visit through town. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the standard breakfast. We had housekeeping staff come in while I was sleeping and the other part of our party had left the room. Regardless, would highly recommend!

Easy to find. Super nice person running the Continental breakfast (she helped with food questions plus ideas of things to do in area). The people at the front desk were very friendly when we checked in and left. They were accommodating about getting our two rooms adjoining.

Convenient location for visiting either the caverns or the town. Rooms were clean and the beds were decent. Hot breakfast was provided and had a good variety of foods available.

This place is nice. The rooms and hallways still smell a little like paint but I guess that is to be expected with how new it is. Also it like every other hotel in Carlsbad is ridiculously over priced. 140.00 bucks for a very basic room. This town drives me crazy. I guess half full hotels for twice the price of what the room should cost is better than full hotel with a good price.

I've never been disappointed by a single sleep Inn and suites hotel. I have been staying with them for work reasons for the last year and a half. Always recommended.

The service was great. The people were very polite and kind. Breakfast is included, quite filling. The eggs were amazingly fluffy. It is a medium to small hotel, so the floors are short, you will get to your room quickly from the elevator. It is a good drive from the Carlsbad Caverns, 35 minutes. It's a good travelable distance, great for vacationing.

Clean and well maintained rooms. We were greeted by wonderful and helpful staff. He took the time to make some recommendations for dining, especially important as it was a Sunday night and most local places were closed. Great breakfast selection!

The first staff member we interacted with was rude, apparently for us to be able to get a room they had to make a "special one time acceptance" for us. Any other staff were hard to find. It's a nice building and very clean.

This place was very clean and well taken care of. The customer service was wonderful, particularly the guy at the front desk. Our suite was very clean and the entire hotel was no smoking, so it smelled fresh. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. We would definitely stay here again!
