Absolutely phenomenal!

The bed were comfortable, I slept really, forgot my shampoo and blow dryer and it was already here. Really good stay. The maids were very nice. Thank you.

This is a great hotel with a lot of leg room! I love the fact that they have a couch sleeper in the rooms I've been in, but I'm guessing that's a standard feature that every room here has. My only complaint would be that the bed (s) felt hard, but then again I prefer soft and mushy beds that aren't firm but don't suck me in. Lol. The staff here are great and I would recommend them to all my friends.

This Comfort Suites in Carlsbad New Mexico is a great Hotel. As the price of most of the hotels in Carlsbad are quite high to the resurgence of the oil industry, this is a great value. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Hotel breakfast was quite tasty and enjoyable. There's plenty of parking and its location is pretty close to a Starbucks if that's your fancy.

Clean, well taken care of property! The staff was especially helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and appreciated. Also the staff kept the lemon water filled at all times and that was extra special! We have not seen that at other properties and speaks to the staff's care and concern for their guests! On our trip we voted this the best place that we stayed! Would return! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Enjoyed our room. We had a king size bed with a spacious sitting area. The whole place was clean, very nice and safe. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. We only stayed one night on our way to Arizona. The rate was a little pricey but if we are ever in Carlsbad again we will stay. We will definitely stay at other Comfort Suites and use this one to rate others.

I'm in Carlsbad every weekend for work and I've pretty much stayed at every hotel in town. The comfort Inn is one of the best. From a clean and friendly looking parking lot to Crystal Pedroza and Monique Martinez making check in hassle free, (they make me feel at home away from home. They are awesome) The rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfortable. If you want a pleasant place to stay while visiting Carlsbad, check into the Comfort Inn. Joel — Houston TX.

We stayed at this motel whilst visiting from Australia on holidays. While it is not very central, the motel is exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a great variety at the breakfast buffet. We would love to stay here again if the occassion arises. For anyone who opts to stay here, I hope your stay will be as pleasant as ours was!

We had a wonderful experience here! The hotel and our room was very clean and smelled good. The room was a double queen with a large sleeper sofa. My son is 6 ft 4 in. And could lay across it comfortably. The bath room had a huge stack of large towels. The loby had complementary cookies, popcorn and lemonade. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel. Full hot breakfast items (yes bacon) along with, yogurts, fruits, hard boiled eggs, waffles and pastrys. The only downfall to our stay was the pool had a lot of seed pods and bugs floating in it. We could have scooped most out but there was a table of guys in there drinking alcohol. They had been at it for awhile because all the empty boxes and beer bottles were piled up by the gate. I would not let my kids swim down there with all that going on. Also the drain stopper in the tub would not stay up. So the tub filled up while in the shower. We stayed in room 205. But otherwise, the stay was great and the staff was very nice!

Everything you need for a business trip away from home. This hotel is very clean has comfy beds, and friendly staff. I was very satisfied with my room. The gym isn't the most varied one I've seen but it had the basics. The pool is outdoor and could use a cleaning. Other than the pool I have have no complaints. The rooms are beautiful and very welcoming.

Very friendly staff that was happy to help. Rooms cleaned daily, and they looked immaculate. Left all my belongings in the room and they were never moved an inch. Small convenience store at front desk. Full breakfast available in the morning. We had several other guests staying right next to us and in four days didn't hear a noise in our room. Check out was as easy as leaving your keys at the front desk. Our room had two very comfortable beds. A microwave and mini fridge. If I'm ever in Carlsbad I know where I'll be staying.

We enjoyed our stay very much, clean rooms, excellent bedding and to boot on tuesdays they have pizza and drinks for the guests. I could not ask for more. Our warm breakfast and fresh fruit was very good. We stayed in three different properties in our travel and this was the best.

I loved my stay here. It was so clean and wasnt bothered by anyone. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the complementary popcorn and lemon infused wated offered upon arrival. Complimentary breakfast had a large varity. There was something for everyone. Will stay again if we return to Carlsbad.

Beds hard, pillows too soft, curtains don't close the whole way across the windows so you wake up at the crack of dawn. But the breakfast is Awesome! The place is very clean and love the selections on the t. V. Would stay again, but will bring clothespins for curtains the next time.

Hotel pretty good. Great breakfast as always with most choice hotels. Love comfort suites but really miss total separation between the bedroom and living room. The TV was bit small only around. 32 inches mounted between the bedroom and living area. So the divider blocks the television. Not well planned out is you ask me. Staff are always awesome as usual. Bed was pretty comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay all around. Very clean, great staff, and spacious rooms. The price is very reasonable and when you see your room you will agree. Has a very good breakfast with a lot to choose from. Always hot, always fresh. Looking for a great place to stay without breaking the bank, you found it.

This place is super clean and super nice. The rooms are nice and big. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone traveling this way. Some of the channels on the TV were kind of wacky. But the breakfast was super amazing. Probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. They had such a wide selection of food.

Breakfast made stay top notch, and prepared us for the trek at the Caverns. Facilities (gym, pool) clean and in good shape. T. V. A bit small (27") for a room with a couch/ bedroom. Didn't spend much time in room so not a big downer, HD all channels is nice.

This hotel gave us a hospitable experience all around. Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff, bountiful breakfast, and the shower was absolutely wonderful. I don't usually give reviews but the Carlsbad Comfort Suites deserves a mention.

Great, brief stay over the 4th of July as we visited the caverns. High marks to Ms. Leyva at the front desk — fabulous service, pleasant and sincere. A late arrival with four young children was made much better by her greeting. The pullout bed was the most comfortable of all the chains we stayed at, including the Comfort, Ramada, Best Western Plus, and Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and up to date. The breakfast was par — reheated fake eggs, waffles, and the same goop ("gravy") that all these chain hotels seem to share amongst themselves. One oddity that set poorly with me at the end of our stay was an employee in the busy breakfast room who sat with some friends/family eating there, uniformed for work, and made no effort to move out of the narrow aisle for me as I tried to snake my way back for more waffles for my kids. I don't know what to make of that — it was just a little off putting. I have no concerns with a staffer sitting with their family for coffee while at work, in fact I think that's great. Seemed odd that she didn't make any effort at common courtesy, however. Overall we'd stay here again. The workout area, which we didn't have a chance to use, looked like the nicest of the chains we stayed at.

The rooms here are amazing, very clean, nice smelling and we'll set up. The toiletries provided are very nice, soaps and shampoos smell amazing. They provide plenty of towels and pillows so we didn't have to ask for extra which is very nice. The breakfast is amazing, they have great waffles and the pancake machine was fun. They have coffee available all day which is so nice. We will definitely be staying at other Comfort Suites in the future!

Clean place, tiny TV and the only down fall is the pool and hot tub has trash and leaves like it hasn't been clean in months. Every guest that came out to enjoy the pool didn't even get it. The morning we were leaving they had a guy out there trying to clean the pool and hot tub.

Pretty good hotel. Staff was nice, appears clean and everything worked. Only negative was the walls did not seem well insulated as we could hear doors closing in the hall and wind blowing outside. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel for a good price. I booked this room 3 weeks in advance. Very clean, bed & pillows were super comfortable with lots of space. Breakfast was just as good, they would refill the breakfast options that way not just the early birds got the worm. I would book with this hotel again.

Art was great throughout the check-in. I forgot my toothbrush but he took care of me. The room was really impressive in size and it was very clean. I loved the shower.

Everything. Loved it all. Very customer oriented from the staff to the hotel itself. L-shaped couch with Ottomans in the king suit (comfy). Nice bed nice desk/workspace. The bathroom and shower are both quite large and very nice as well. Daniel checked me in. He was awesome. Got a very nice goody bag for being a diamond member with Choice Hotels. Thanks everybody.
