We had the pleasure of staying in this newer property for a week August 2019. The pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded, we had huge breakfasts (free Mon-Thur), some days we even had enchiladas with breakfast. Social hour (no booze but good food/available Mon-Thur) was great and often encluded enchiladas. Hey we could eat them twice a day every day! Hotel is near lots of restaurants and if you don't want to get out, use delivery service. Also near airport and not too far from anything since interstate is nearby. My favorite Staybridge.

This hotel will allow your U-Haul trailer be stolen and won’t even comp the room when security fails to do their job! Local police say this hotel is the only hotel with a theft problem so YES it’s the hotels responsibility to make it right and then some for the effected guest! Please do not stay here or at any Staybridge Suites!

The Wi-Fi at the top floor was not that strong and kept getting disconnected. The bed is too soft and almost sagging in the middle. Huge bathroom door in a small space. Other than that, comfortable and pleasant stay.

Rooms were okay. Very disappointed with the sofa sleeper. The mattress looked liked it had been handed down 1 too many times with stains on it. We stayed in a double bed room which accommodated 2 adults and 1 child. Luckily we had our air mattress in lieu of the awful couch bed. Could use a good deep cleaning but the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Neat little perks at this place. Shower was good, liked the little kitchen, pool was indeed green as I noticed was in a few reviews. I am pretty anal about where I stay so a 3 star review is a good thing from me. I did use the gym which had some outdated equipment but that's just me being snobby, otherwise it got the job done and I enjoyed it. Not a bad place to stay if the prices are decent but all in all not something I would spend over 100$ for.

Was very impressed with this hotel! We had 4 adults and 2 kids that slept comfortably in the suite. We loved that there were board games and things at the hotel to do. We wound up buying groceries and cooking in our room because we were so comfortable. We had no idea that a complimentary dinner is served mon-wed nights! Unfortunately we spent the day and Cliffs and took late naps, so we slept through dinner. This is a pet friendly, family friendly hotel! We will be staying here more often.

Hotel is decent enough. But nasty guests here. Out at the pool some trashy lady was complaining that a family "ratted her out" to the front desk for smoking an f******** cigarette in a non smoking area. It was F bomb after f bomb. Talking about drugs. I had my 5 and 3 year olds there. Then the people above us decided to jump around their room at 11 at night. We stay at staybridge all the time and have NEVER had an issue like this.

Shower was odd. Kept getting hotter and hotter the longer I was in there. Just continually cranked it colder gradually. Sink is separate from toilet/shower room, so not a lot of space between shower, toilet, and door. Door does not have enough of a gap between itself and the floor, have to move bathmat out of its way entirely to open it. Other than that, fantastic. Quite a lovely room, has basically all the essential items. Nice pool area too. Slow elevator.

Our 2 bedroom suite is modern and clean. Pool is small but well kept. Inexpensive, free breakfast, and friendly front desk staff made it an easy recommendation. Love this place.

I forgot to pack a contact lens case and thankfully the hotel had a small convenience store where I could by a case. The room was clean. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

Tv was misplaced. We couldn't watch it from the bed without turning the dresser completely around. The parking lot was small and tight; however, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the dinners were severely lacking in taste and design. They had a we'll stocked sundry and plenty of snacks.

This was my first stay at a Staybridge Suites. It is really nice for short term or long term. They have everything you need, even microwave dinners. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and even have trays so you can dine in your room. Super clean, friendly staff. Highly recommended!

A very wonderful and attentive staff along with exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. Pricing is very affordable for a kitchenette room. They are also very child friendly and surprised my children with some free gifts to occupy their time. Would love to stay here again if in the area!

Pulling up to the Staybridge Suites, we were taken back by the scenic views of the city. It's in a great location right off the freeway. Coming in, we were greeted warmly and saw they had baked fresh cookies for guests as they checked in. The hotel itself was spacious, with safe and secure parking. Once we got in the room we saw how huge it was, with a living room area complete with pull out couch, a kitchen area and a separate bedroom area. While on the road home cooked meal…s are few and far between, and when we saw the kitchen area we knew what needed to be done. Downstairs was a stocked pantry, so we were able to buy spaghetti noodles and sauce and had a delicious dinner in the room. We even had leftovers so we took Togo coffee cups, heated spaghetti in them in the microwave and were on our way. The beds were super comfy and shower was relaxing. They even have a putting green and a home theater room with recliners and DVDs you can check out to watch. It was a shame we had to go do other business in town because I would have been set just staying put all day.

Polite staff. The breakfast had an ok vegan option selection, including almond milk for my coffee. They over booked so our upgraded room want available when we got there. Our room was clean & the maid staff was friendly.

All employees were friendly and professional like always. The breakfast is great. Johnny's dinners are the best. Fitness room is great. Rooms are always nice and clean. The best place to stay in Albq.

We had an amazing stay here. We came for Spring Break 2018, and couldnt have been happier. The staff were super curteous and very friendly. We felt welcomed every second we were there. Our room was clean, the beds/pillows were very comfortable, the food was amazing too. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay here. We had a king suite with two bedrooms (1 king bed and double beds in the next room), two bathrooms, kitchenette, and living area (with pull out couch). Great room for a large family The only sad part was that the pool was not yet open as it is outdoors. The hot tub was open. Overall this was a good saty. Manager always talked to guests and asked about our plans every morning. There is a board at the front with temperature, ideas for activities, fun facts, and the menu for dinner (free dinner Mon-Wed). The best part was the fresh baked cookies every night.

My experience for this hotel was pretty good. No complaints. Nothing stood out but everything was good.

Very nice suite. Staff was very friendly, gave us toys for our kitties and even called us after we were in our room to be sure everything was satisfactory and wanted to be sure our kitties were happy! Highly recommend them!

We stayed in a family suite last night and it is the best Staybridge we have stayed in. Friendly and helpful people and breakfast gave us an array of options. We will probably request the same room on our trip back to Michigan. Bravo.

The rooms are perfect. Customer service is great. Breakfast and dinner are the best out of any hotel I've stayed and I live on the road. There is also a putting tee and grills in the back. A great home away from home.

I was greeted by a most courteous, personable and welcoming front desk clerk. My suite was spotlessly clean, with ample accommodations and very comfortable beds. The common areas were equally clean and well maintained. There was easy access to the Freeway and the parking lot was secure and well lit at night. I enjoyed my stay and found the Albuquerque Airport Staybridge Staybridge Suites to be a very well operated and managed hotel as has been my expectations of Staybridge hotels as a Spire member having averaged 175 night stays per year.

Absolutely loved staying here! Super helpful staff! Always smiling, and greeting! Provided dinners three days a week and also breakfast everyday. They also shuttled my family to the airport! Great service!

Pretty typical airport hotel experience. Rooms are spacious and would be good for a week-long stay. Not much to do in the area, but the hotel itself is fine.

Our stay was amazing. The Social Hour last night had amazing food the service was unbelievable. The rooms were very clean the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast this morning was delicious eggs sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits fresh fruit, muffins. Will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel is in great condition very close to the airport. There's a free shuttle to the airport and five mile radius of the hotel. Hotel has free weights and fitness center, pretty fast internet, and full hot breakfast. Several times a week they also bring in a chef for a free guest dinner.

Nice, clean, but $25 for one night for a little dog is too much! Other Staybridges either don't charge at all or only $10-$15.

This is the nicest airport hotel I've ever stayed in. Only a 4 because a water pipe burst, but it was fixed quickly by the awesome maintenance man.

Excellent hotel! It is conveniently located, spacious rooms, well kept, and the staff here are wonderful. They have social night Mon-Wed and they serve dinner. Their pool and spa are well maintained and they just bought new pool furniture. The even have a small putt putt area :) We stayed here close to a month and it was great! I highly recommend staying here whether it's a short stay or a long one ;0)

We come here in the summer once a month and always get two family suites. They are always fresh and clean, the breakfast is always refilled and the weekend breakfast hours are great. The spa was down and they immediately called a service man to repair it and had it up an running within an hour. Very nice accommodations for a very good price! We will continue to stay here throughout the summer!

Good place to stay at. Parking lot is small so it fills up quick. Hotel is pet friendly. Hotel offers free laundry! Free breakfast & afternoon snacks. Gym is a good size. All in all great atmosphere!

The rooms are very beautiful and have everything you would expect in a luxury suite to bring you comfort away from home. They have a pool and a hot tub so you can relax in every season. The business center is very helpful and they offer a meeting room. FREE laundry is a bonus! The staff and management go above and beyond to take care of all your traveling needs. Many restaurants to choose from in the area. 5 Stars all the way! Pets welcome!

I would definitely stay here again clean rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff. In the middle of all the casinos about 15 minutes to each one from here, and great places to eat not to far away either.

Great staff. Staybridge is always my favorite place to stay. Rooms are huge. Lots of extras. Designed for business travelers and road warriors. Free laundry facilities and nice little gym.

I love the fact that my room has a full fridge and stove. The staff have all been really sweet, and the breakfast in the morning is amazing. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Nice suites. The home video room with DVD rental is particularly nice. Biggest complaint is the woeful Wi-Fi.

In our room the dishes are chipped. The curtains are ripped. We are missing most of the kitchens items, pots and pans.

If you need a place to stay in Albuquerque, I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. The entire building is kept very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is excellent, too. Mike in the maintenance department even left us a personal note when we put in a maintenance request for a minor issue in our room.

Clean, courteous and pet friendly. Close to the airport and main highway. Highly suggest Fox and Hounds (only a 2 min ride) for food and/or a beer!

Clean, new, polite, professional, quiet even with being so close to the city airport, good breakfast, large and we'll equipped rooms, etc. If you're staying in albuquerque I would recommend every time. About a mile from airport, right near gibson/central/I-25. You can get anywhere fast. Perfect. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations for my family as they visited.

I love this place! if you stay Tuesday through Thursday they feed you dinner they have a golf course, swimming pool, hot tub, movie theater, and a grill outside! The rooms are equipped with everything you would need to cook with. They offer strawberries and whipped cream with the Waffles and green chili!

Wow. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean, smelled awesome and had free snacks in the room! Amazing hot breakfast, all for $105 with the AAA discount.

Stayed here two nights at the end of a two week vacation. Very nice at a reasonable price. Clean, comfy, and quiet. No road or airport noise. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was above the usual and well stocked. Plus free guest laundry. I would stay here again.

We had been traveling all day and looked forward to a comfortable stay. I had requested a crib for my 13 month old grandchild while making the reservation. When we checked in the crib was highlighted by the hotel, when we got to the room no crib. I went back to the front desk to inquire about the crib. They said that they gave the two (only two cribs for the whole hotel) to a customer the night before and that they could go to town to purchase a crib for us. YES I AM STILL UP SET! Why hadn't the manager gone ahead and purchased a crib knowing full well we had requested one and expected one! Needless to say we had to unpack and dig out of our vehicle a pack and play. In our rush to get my daughter and granddaughter on the flight the next morning we forgot the sheets, blankets, and pad for the pack and play. After two calls to the office no sign of such items. At other Staybridge Suites the crib was in our room when we walked in. At this one the housekeeping can't be trusted! Very poor management! Will not stay there again.

A decent place but so boring and not close to anything. Smelled like feet when I checked in, must have be the guy in front of me. Staff is nice.

I usually stay at the Sheraton when I come to Albuquerque which is quite often. Sheraton is a much nicer place for the same money. Nice bar, starbucks coffee and an incredible scent greets you in the lobby. Much nicer experience.

I generally don't write reviews, but in this case I feel I must. Yes, the rooms are clean and the hotel in general is, however that's about it. Staff was ignorant on their duties and didn't know how to help (both printers were out of toner in business center and didn't know how to replace it or where replacements even were), food was exceptionally poor quality, high speed Internet was as slow as 56k, even if it worked at all (and two nights it didn't), and everyone I ran in to as far as staff didn't know any English, with the exception of the front counter staff. Absolutely horrible and I'll never stay there again. Two thumbs down.

If your flying out early its tough to beat the Staybridge, but the service is mediocre at best. I will not stay there again.
