Review of Monaco Motel - Wildwood 2*

Okay, Im usually am an easy going person it won’t take much to please me but this stay WAS THE WORST experience iv ever had anywhere. The rooms were small bathroom even smaller, the room had a high level of moisture which gave my fiancé bad asthma, the owner Len was unbelievably nosey, when we first checked in Len explained the parking regulations including the 2 front spots, how they are single spots and you would not have to give in a key because there would be no reason to move the car unless you were leaving, so I kept a look out for an opening with the 2 front spots so I can leave my car parked for the weekend and won’t have to worry and finally I got one, so I parked the car and walked down to the parade about 7-8 blocks away and then got a call from Len saying I need to move my car, once I got back to the Monaco I asked why did I have to move my car and he stated “the man over there (white man) car is getting wet (it was raining) and you need to move yours” I was furious considering there was 3 other cars that were sitting and I had to leave the parade to be harassed in such a way and he then stated “they paid for all these spots” I knew he was lying because it would have been said in check in, he would have told me thoughs spots were reserved. From that time on he continuously knocked on my door, watch me and my guest on the camera next to our room. We were extremely uncomfortable we felt profiled for the fact of our race and our age and I would never recommend this motel to anyone. Just from the way we were treated we considered cutting our stay in wildwood short. And possibly not coming back again do to the extent of discrimination we received from this motel.
