It came up short in my expectations for hampton inn but overall it was still alright. Check in was quick and easy. There are elevators located on the back end of the building, were there is an alternate entrance, but not at the front of the building. The room seemed clean and comfortable and I very much liked the bathroom. It had the multi setting shower head, a sliding glass door, and it was very well lit. My only 2 big complains are: breakfast was very slim and I believe either the bed or the water were unclean. Breakfast included cereal, breads, waffles, and eggs. As a vegan all I got to partake in was a box of dry cheerios and some blueberries that were set out for the waffles. As far as uncleanliness, I am unsure of the cause, and it could be a fault that is not the hotel's, but the morning after our stay, my mother and I both woke up looking like we had pink eye (red eyes with excess eye gunk and crusties). However, within 24 hours the issue had went away so we didn't put much thought into it. Overall, the hotel was good enough for me to come back to, just with my own breakfast food.

The hotel was a very nice, cozy place to stay for the weekend. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff was pleasant, breakfast is given in the mornings. Our only issue was that the fridge in the room was not as cold as we expected. All of our drinks weren't chilled in the morning but warm. Other than that, everything was great.

Not the greatest experience. The room was clean as was the rest of the building. But, the breakfast wasn't very good at all, I went to ask for some help in the middle of the night and the front desk attendant was asleep in the office. It wasn't terrible but, it wasn't great.

Rude employees that have no idea what stay in your lane means. Simply put, if no one is breaking the law or violating hotel policy or even doing anything out of the norm mind your own business.

I love the Hampton Inn and the staff was over the top. The fitness center, although small had all the basics the get a good workout.

Is a nice hotel well ran good management always satisfied every time I stay here I am curious so they have two elevators but now only one elevator is usually working when I was here several years ago both elevators always work you seem to be able to get up and down stairs much faster.

The room was very nice. Easy to get to. Breakfast in the morning. The room was spacious and included a coffee pot.

I came here on short notice. Turns out it's in a great safe location. Exactly what you want from a normal hotel. Good complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, nice clean room.

Terrible hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was bad too, not a lot of options at all. Shower window did not close properly too. The cleaners did not make my bed the first two nights because there was literally 2 items on my bed. That is just pure laziness. I would advise you not to stay at this hotel. Supposed to come back next week but i'm definitely not staying here for sure.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was suboptimal, the waffles were not good and the microwaved bacon lacked taste. The washer and dryer were a convenient asset, but the wash/dry time needs to be posted in the laundry room.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, pleasant service, no complaints. Difficult to get out for dinner during rush hour.

Had an overnight layover last night,, and I️ must say that I’m very glad that I️ did. The newly renovated rooms are clean, cozy, and excellent. The staff that I encountered were all cordial and friendly. And the manager, Sandra Jackson, Nicole, and housekeeping were all very understanding and accommodating when a misunderstanding took place that was no one’s fault but my own. And I️ almost forgot, the breakfast was delicious and offered a large variety of items to appeal to everyone’s taste. If you’re in the area and you choose to stay here, whether business or pleasure, you’ll be glad you did!

Breakfast was disappointing. Asked for fresh fruit, response was delivery not here yet. Breakfast was over very soon. Also lack of hot water. Not sure if I'll stay here again.

The beds were slightly hard, but the room was comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special.

Lovely staff. Kinda and Sandra were wonderful with customer service. House keeper shanika was very detailed oriented. Loved my stay. Delicious breakfast.

We stayed here for two nights to visit the nearby Diggerland theme park. Very pleased with our stay. The room was well appointed, clean, and tastefully decorated. The included breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus, several different hot and cold options. We'd definitely stay here again!

Good stay! Breakfast in the A. M. And comfortable bed. Wi-Fi isn't great though.

Did not have any issues with Hampton before this one. In our room shower had just two settings for water: hot and really hot. Hope they fixed it. Also request them to change linen because of couple of hairs and slightly visible yellow stain on it.

We choose the Hampton Inn for our wedding hotel block and it was a fantastic decision. I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with Sheri at the Hampton Inn Mt. Laurel. She returned all of my e-mails immediately, worked with me to keep me updated on the number of people who had booked rooms, and extended my block multiple times when necessary. She accommodated every single request I made – from early check in for the groomsmen to making a sign so my guests knew where the shuttlebuses were to setting up plans to help my elderly grandfather get on the bus to the wedding. The room was great, and the continental breakfast was a perfect way to spend a little more time with my guests the morning after the wedding. There was even champagne, chocolates, and a handwritten note in our room after the wedding, which was such a sweet tough. Planning a wedding can be very stressful, so it was such a relief to know that I didn't have to worry about anything with the hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel (or Sheri! ) enough!

Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel room was great. Unfortunately at the time they were doing renovations and there was dust and dirt everywhere.

The room and bathroom is clean. The Internet is suitable for 480p YouTube. However, they overdo the air freshener or whatever cleaning they do. The smell is not bad but a little overdone. The staff is very friendly.

I stay here several times a year. Very convenient, comfortable with considerate staff. Good breakfast.

Very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast and coffee was fresh, hot, and plentiful. Had an exercise room, (not very big) that allowed me to keep up with my routine while on the road.

I travel for work a lot, and almost exclusively try to stay at Hilton hotels where possible. I have stayed at several Hampton Inns, and this one was not the greatest. The e-check in process was fast and painless, as usual, and the front desk had my key ready upon my arrival. However, my room was a little dingy feeling and had a faint smell (almost like it had been smoked in previously, then cleaned). The walls felt paper thin, as I could hear the women in the room next to me talking on the phone (and not just unintelligible sound, I could hear exactly what she was saying). I turned the TV on to drown her out and fell asleep, only to be woken up at 5 AM by a very loud trash truck emptying a dumpster, what sounded like right next to my bed (again, not good sound dampening). Last, but not least, the Wi-Fi wasn't working. Not a huge deal, but all in all this definitely was not my favorite Hampton Inn. I'll probably try to avoid this one in the future.

One of the newer Hotels in the area. Clean and comfortable, customer service was knowledgeable about the local area too. The Hotel is in the middle of the most popular areas for shopping and dining.

Recently hosted a family reunion here, with family coming from North Carolina, Maryland, DC, and Philadelphia areas, we were happily greeted by staff members. Sherry who help us from the beginning graciously hug each member who had to call or contact her during the process. Once we arrived she waited to make sure we were comfortable before she left for own vacation, then put us in good hand with Nick. He continued along with other staff members the rest of the weekend. If we needed anything, they quickly came to our rescue. The rooms were cleaned smelt fresh when we arrived. My air conditioning was not working when I entered but after a quick phone call, service was up and running. I enjoyed my stay and didnt hear any complaints from none of my 60+family members.

Below average for a Hampton. Several maintenance issues visible such as shower curtain rod anchors, leak in roof 'duck-taped' rather than under repair, and slow draining shower (which they fixed upon request. ) Appears management is reactionary rather than proactive. Hotel was clean, pool was in good order. Breakfast ok — though freshness and quality of oatmeal were questionable (particularly with other issues seen). Staff was polite. One of two elevators in need of maintenance (similar pattern, management waiting to break rather than meeping well maintained. )
