Nice place to have a function. Classy and organized.

Excellent super friendly staff, cool atmosphere, room price was right on par for the area and there is a Miller’s ale house right next door and a Starbucks which is super convenient. I would highly recommend this brand and this particular hotel, best in mount laurel!

Crazy dirty ill shaped bartender Came in tonight for wines n because we were two black young ladies the Puerto Rican bartender was ignorant and ignored us until finally one of us walked to other end of bar n she was forced to take our order of two wines… then she kept telling us (before we drank it) that it was $18 while we were in mid conversation. She was sooo rude n dirty. :, sweeping around us… angry because she was shaped like a fckn EGG… n when I suggested to my sister we leave because this $7$ n hour egg had an issue she started to berate us, Alott you need better personnel!

It is a fancy place a little expensive to stay but it's a nice place you're only two things I don't understand is you pay all that money to go to this hotel and you still have hood rats in it I don't understand and you should get a con and then re-breakfast overall the hotel was nice I would go back.

A hotel that’s different by design than the ones that I have stayed at!

Horrible customer service and zero communication skills. Attempted to book my wedding venue here, but after getting no responses after several weeks of attempted contact, I guess they just don't want my money. Don't waste your time or spend your money on people that don't want it. Lesson learned!

Since I’m currently a guest and have been trying to get a mediocre level of customer service here’s my current review. Called downstairs for an extra towel and a K cup and a cup for coffee I was greeted with, you called me for a cup? Yeah a bit appalled by it. You label yourself a “higher level hotel” yet when one calls down for anything I’m met with attitude. For a hotel that prides itself on customer service, I’m sure I can go to Camden and get better “customer service”. Shame on you, shame on throw hotel, and thank you for running an amazing night between a gay man and his best girlfriends. The one thing a hotel should be good at is service and good lord what a fail that was. I won’t book again… thanks for a “memorable” experience Aloft, I surely won’t forget it.

Property is ok, but front desk staff could use training and interpersonal skills. As an elite member, I know the routine. Unfortunately, the front desk person didn't. They never said anything about my status, sorry for the extended wait, messed up making keys, and couldn't understand simple directions on hotel charges to my credit card. The following morning, the front desk person was too busy talking to another staff member to say good morning, as I was trying to order a breakfast bowl. My room faced the courtyard. The first night, it was quiet. The second night it wasn't raining and there were loud crowds outside until after 10:00 during the week. Thankfully, the rooms are clean. The mattress was super clean (important for a constant traveler). I'll stay again because cleanliness is important to me. I'll also request a room away from the courtyard.

Loved and really enjoyed our 2 night stay! I would have given 5stars but the female bartender Saturday night was just completely rude. It was like night and day from the wonderful Male bartender Friday night. We would have to leave our seats to walk down to hers, while she played on her phone to get a drink. When I asked for a drink she would frown and say real rude a what? We decided to cut the night short. I normally tip high but clearly she could care less. Recommendation, keep the guy and ditch that very rude women, she clearly dont want to work there. Other then that, amazing staff and stay. I'll come back, but we'll just go to millers if she's there.

Beautiful hotel. The people who work here are really nice and make you feel welcome. It's close to lots of food, close to Philly, and right off the turn pike.

Pretty nice place but they do need to do a little maintenance and clean up. Staff was excellent and my bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Really like this hotel. Consistent place I end up staying at when coming into the area for work. Service is always good and rooms always clean. There is a bar and Starbucks in the same parking lot which is good for dinner and breakfast in the AM too.

This is a very nice venue for special events. I really enjoyed myself. Was sort of an early birthday present for me. A graduation ceremony from Nursing School also. Had a very nice time The staff was courteous and professional. The place was clean too. Pool table in front he lobby added a cozy touch.

My favorite hotel in the area. Great vibe, convenient to everything, friendly staff, great little hotel bar with friendly bartenders, and connected to Miller's New Jersey Restaurant and Bar. The rooms have become a bit shabby since opening but still stylish and comfortable. I expect they will be refreshing the rooms soon (hint, hint, Aloft). The only drawback is the very noisy HVAC… It's the typical kind that you find hotel rooms all over that cycles off and on all night. Not sure how to avoid that. Given the location, the courtyard views are surprisingly tranquil!

Nice & clean for what it is, but way too expensive. A small Apple juice in the morning was like $3.50. Did Not like the bathroom area set up at all! A sliding door to separate you and it's right as you open the door to the room. Definitely not the 1st thing I'd like to see as soon as u open the door.

The hotel is 20 mins away from Philly, so it’s a sweet spot if you were to visit Philadelphia and have a good hotel but don’t want to spend the premium rates in down town. The view from the 5 floor was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay here. There are lot of restaurants around so if you want to go hunting for good options you will find a lot. Downside there is a 5$ toll while driving into Pennsylvania from NJ.

A very pleasant time. Check in was easy and fast. Location was right near the venue for a wedding we were attending. The bed was comfortable and linens were fresh and clean.

We booked our room 3 months in advance as a large group for my daughter’s AAU basketball tournament. Upon reserving the room with our group rate, we had a certain # of king beds and two queen beds we had to select from prior to confirming our reservation. We have a family of 5 and chose the 2 beds (for obvious reasons). After driving 5 hours to get here, we were told that too many people extended their hotel stay into today and there were NO rooms with 2 beds left! We literally had to fit 5 people on one bed. My husband tried to sleep on this tiny bench in the room, but he didn’t fit on it. He was recently in a terrible car accident that he’s still recovering from, and he just couldn’t sleep on that tiny, hard bench in any comfort. I didn’t sleep at last night, and now that I think about it, I should have just slept in my car. There was NO manager on duty to speak to, and this poor young girl had to suffer the brunt of the rest of the guests showing up finding out they couldn’t get their room. Overall, I love way the hotel looks, it seems like a fun atmosphere. But this was clearly all poorly managed by somebody! We travel out of state every other weekend for basketball tournaments, and never once have I experience something like this before! I am TRULY appalled and would never recommend this hotel.

Overall the rooms are spacious well decorated and clean. The big two star loss issue is that the showers have the water pressure of a Seattle mist. I have short very fine hair and could barely get the soap out. If my wife had been with me she would have had to rinse hers in the sink. Hotels have two jobs, someplace to sleep and someplace to shower. They mist* on half of that.

I stayed here recently and had a horrible experience I did not get the room I asked for when I presented this to staff they told me to wait until the morning, the room was disgusting and not that clean it didn’t have towels or trash liners and when I woke up to use the bathroom the toilet had broken and there was water all over the floor even after I presented all of these problems to the manager on duty they only offered me a 50$ refund smh never stay here poor customer service and dirty room the room I stayed in was 629

The rooms are very nice. The pool is great all year round. I'm not crazy about letting their cleaning staff in the room. We asked them to only make They took our food. It wasn't in the trash, but other things that's were trash they left. The manager actually called us and offered us dinner on him personally, at the Ale House next door. That's where our food came from.

Our family with 2 little kids were here a few times. Our rooms were mostly clean to our standard. They are spacy and the layout seems fun for us. The pool was warm enough every time we went and even during the snow day. No hassle check in and out. Lots of parking with fast elevators. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Loved this hotel! Morning coffee in the lobby was delicious. The staff, especially Alina, were exceptional. The rooms were very modern and I loved the set up in the king suite.

Great style, super clean. Staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Really liked the split room design that made for a big bathroom with two sinks and plenty of room to get ready for our events. Bedroom bit was huge with two desks and long bench for luggage and sitting to tie shoes, etc. Location is great, right on two major roads and the Turnpike, but traffic noise was never a problem even though we were on the front of the building. We didn't wake up early enough to eat breakfast. Parking and internet are free. Only con would be that the glass door to the shower needed to have the gasket replaced… Water leaked all over the floor outside because the door could not fully seal. This was mostly soaked up by the floor mat/towel thing, but since the toilet is right there it could potentially make things slippery. I'm sure it's not a consistent problem with all rooms. Great place to stay.

We had a great 2-night stay! I’ll start by saying the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. When we got to our room we realized it was small but had everything we needed including a good sized mini fridge, a heater/air conditioner, blackout window shades, a nice sized TV with a convenient plug and play system and a comfortable bed. The shower was nice, there was lighting throughout the room and the modern style was such a nice feel. The room was super clean and comfortable. Downstairs the hotel has a great pool (towels provided), a gym, a nice and relaxing outdoor seating area, a fireplace, a bar, a pool table, and computers. The hotel is in a great location, everything is close by AND the greyhound bus station is right next door. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Aloft Mount Laurel!

This place is very beautiful… I love it and the employees are extremely kind. I went here for a panel for Snapaflip that was great to go to. I loved the decorations and all. The bathroom made me wanna cry because how fancy it was. They keep the bathrooms very clean … they have this place is spotless when it comes down to dirt … it looks brand new … great … happy I visited this hotel.

DON'T STAY HERE! … I reserved a room for Mt. Laurel’s ALOFT which was 2 queens size beds because it was my two children, my husband and myself. We arrived at 4pm (not at 3pm) and my room was still not ready. The room I noticed it was extremely smaller then what I paid for and it was cold with NO HEAT in the winter. We all went to sleep under the covers when I felt a BITE on my face, then one on my neck my 13 month son had one bite on his check and my husband had a bite on his back upper thigh and then the toilet starting overflowing water! We never went back to sleep and had to take Benadryl for this allergic reaction to whatever bit us. That was such a horrible night and my mini vacation was ruined. I requested for my full refund at the time of the incidents for being bitten by ”BUGS”, TOILET OVERFLOWING, COLD ROOM AND RESTLESS NIGHT!. That is very unacceptable. For everything that went wrong with your hotel in one night I felt that was an insult. In addition I tried contacting the manager Art at the hotel site and CORPORATE office and have gotten the run around and NO answers every time I call. I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL or any hotel connected with this company because they are nasty in every way.

Very friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Room is large and clean. The gym and pool are open year round and are nice amenities. The bar is reasonable too for cost.

Location is ideal by it being located between two major highways. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was very good especially the turkey. Nice place for gatherings.

The shower in this place is really nice but there's no microwave in the room the frigerator is extremely small. I would not recommend this place for more than one night of a stay anything more it's not a good stay. It's nice that they have a bar downstairs the pool looks nice though I never used it and it probably would be a nice place to stay during the warmer Seasons because the outdoor spot in the middle of the restaurant is pretty.

The reception area girls were great… then all down hill from there… dirty rooms… no one available to bring anything you need to the room. Made the beds in morning and nothing else. Left all the dirty towels on the floor didn't bring us any fresh ones didn't wipe down the bathroom countertops didn't empty garbages… absolutely disgusting …

Great location for the hotel because you are distance away to so many restaurants. The hotel is very nice and well kept;howver, I am giving them a 2 star due to my encounter with front desk. Staff seemed a bit rude when I called to request fresh towels and ask about check out.

This hotel is easily the best in the area and one of my favorite a-loft hotels. Nice bar and very up-tempo relaxing.

I enjoyed my stay at the Aloft hotel. The front desk provided a TV remote after a request was made due to not being able to locate remote. I enjoyed the free beverage each day of my stay at the hotel. The staff were all nice and helpful.

Got here and was in line for 20 minutes to check in. Another guest cut in front of me. I told her that there was a line and she started a fight with me. Not real happy. Hotel is fine, just expensive.

Room was OK, but the toilet wouldn't stop running and the "high-speed" internet was incredibly slow.

Is wonderful place I enjoyed the karaoke.

Had a great girls weekend. Hotel was clean and modern. I enjoyed the pool and courtyard. Wish they had room service and a restaurant on-site, but there are a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. The WXYZ Bar was amazing the music and drinks made our weekend. Heads up, there are no dresser drawers in the rooms. Odd!

Very beautiful and functional. Meeting space was nice. Chairs kinda sucked though.

It's an ok hotel. Trendy, modern, but the beds are uncomfortable. I do like the standing stall showers over bath tubs at other hotels. Can be loud, they play loud music and have events in the lobby and are situated next to a bar with outdoor seating.

The room is high quality with an old feel to it. The wood paneling above the bed gave you a 1970's feel but with modern amenities such as the flat screen, Wi-Fi, granite to name a few.

Attended a class reunion here. The lounge area was nice with a bar a pool table and plenty of seating. It is open to the public however, So guests and other visitors of course took advantage of our DJ but it was a fun atmosphere and everyone had good time.

It is a nice hotel however the bathroom area does not have enough privacy, and the closest could not accommodate a long dress. The showers design caused a lot of water leakage. However, The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, & They provide clean and comfortable lodging.

Room was minimalist but comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed by the time we checked in and got settled, and we overslept and missed breakfast, but the "Refresh" station had a nice assortment of snacks and drinks. Pool looked nice, but no time to use it this trip.

Very hip modern hotel. Dogs under 40lbs stay free and get a goodie bag at check in. The room was large and clean, but humid and the a/c unit was quite loud, disrupting my sleep a couple times. Overall a great value.

The hotel is modern and chic looking, located conveniently between 295 and the Jersey turnpike which gives you access to fast travel to all points very easily. The check-in process was quite fast and painless. The lobby offers all the expected modern conveniences; a bar, plentiful seating, Wi-Fi access, food and sundries. The standard King room was a generous size, modern decor with the typical desk and chair near the window. The windows of the second floor, be warned, offered no view other than that of the back of a low wall which seemed to enclose the entirety of the 2nd floor so far as I could tell. The room has a stale, musty, odor that seemed to originate from the obnoxiously loud air conditioning unit that rattled and hissed every time it sprung on through the night. Those aside the stay wasn't totally unpleasant. The hotel is set back from the roads enough to be quite quiet and allowed for a good night's rest.

We are having our daughters B'not Mitzvah at the Aloft in September. If the affair is anything like the wonderful service and attention we have been given thus far, then I have no doubt how amazing that night will be. Desiree handles every detail with a smile. She is responsive and accommodating, and has taken the time to get to know our family. Her warmth and genuine nature has put me at ease during this whole process. We had our taste testing last night and the food was fabulous. The chef is kind, taking the time to talk with our family about food preparation and choices.
I am so very pleased and impressed with Desiree and the Aloft, and would highly recommend this venue.

I tend to like an experience that is a little more modern, and the Aloft didn't fail to deliver. Nice bar area, decent selection of beer and liquor (I'm not a huge wine guy, but I think they have a selection), pool table in the bar for a casual game, and nice ambiance for a group to have a drink if you're staying in the hotel. I'll be coming back to test the waters as a hotel guest next I'm in Mount Laurel.

The rooms were amazing. The shower was great could use a little bit more water pressure but it was great. Starbucks is right around the corner. I would stay here again staff was friendly.

Went for a YMCA fundraiser, staff was nice, food was good and exotic and drinks were decent. Cool decor in main spaces, very plain in room. Had a nice time.

We stayed here for a weekend while the finishing touches on our house were being completed. I love the decor here but unfortunately our stay coincided with a huge wedding so the staff was busy catering to the bigger party. The amenities here are luxe; great gym and pool and the little outside area is beautiful when the weather cooperates. The lounge area hosts a number of gatherings from small one man shows to a nice sized NYE party in its trendy settings. Our room was nice but the beds were uncomfortable and out fridge didn't work. I enjoyed my stay here and will stay again in the future, hopefully in a room with more comfortable bedding.

On a Saturday night at 9:45 pm, I had a knock on the door and it was the front desk saying they had a noise complaint. I had a small radio on low with no TV. The front desk informed me that quite time was 10 pm and if I wanted to listen to music that I should go to the lobby because they had live music. I will never stay at an Aloft again.

Me and my family of 3 stood one night here at the Aloft and we loved it! The rate was affordable and the rooms were very comfortable and nice. We would definitely come back.

The location is very easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and the lobby area was clean. The room was decent but does seem as if its wearing down needs to be cleaned better and maintained. It needs some TLC. I would easily return if I was in the area.

I will not be coming back* my partner and I decided to stay at the aloft mount laurel hotel since the center city philadelphia hotels were a bit pricey. First, the hotel looks nothing like what the hotel website suggests. The lobby is decent, very trendy but the furniture was faded and worn looking. The pool is only 5ft deep, the floor of the pool needs to be redone I ended up with scraps on my feet, the gym is bland looking with white walls (not the blue walls like on the website), ice machines are located in the lobby only, not on each floor like other hotels which was a huge inconvenience. We stayed in the king room which was a little on the small side, and smelled like stale cigarettes and funky body, the ac/heating unit was loud and hard to operate, we ended up having to call maintenance because it took almost 10 minutes to heat the room! the ceilings had sloppily done patchwork and peeling wallpaper by the door. There were scratch marks on the headboard from god only knows what! the "free fast Wi-Fi" was a joke! I could not connect my laptop to the Wi-Fi, and when I tried to connect my chromecast all it did was buffer, buffer, buffer. The bathroom shower door would not close all the way, so when I got out the shower the floor was wet. The maid service was sloppily done, bed wasn't made, towels were sloppily replenished. We stayed 2 nights and just when I thought all the issues were over, we come home to find out aloft had charged us for a 3rd night!

Will not go back there. 1. Room was not clean when I first walked in — bed sheets not clean, shower area, missing toiletry, hair dryer not working. 2. Over all the design and layout of the room look cheap and almost funny. 3. Mis — labeled shampoo and conditional? — this is I am not sure of. I had TWO bottles of pump-type shampoo-conditional all-in-one in shower. No body soap. 4. Mayor thing is the heater makes too loud noise that I couldn't sleep much.

The beds are very hard. The room smells like a hospital and our heater was broke. The front desk clerk was very rude.

Terrible customer service. I had to cancel a room that I ordered maybe 2 days ago from their OWN website, and they would not refund me the money. Hello it's almost $200 for ONE night that I could not go too. I am absolutely disgusted by their greed and unwilling to provide me with my refund. Do not book here!

I went for a Christmas party. The staff did a great job helping everyone out. Really nice hotel too!

Awesome experience! Found this hotel by chance on a long drive home from Florida to Massachusetts with my parents and a 9 month old. We needed a place to stretch and relax for a day and this exceeded all our expectations. For a little extra money than a Comfort Inn, this place had spacious and super clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Plus the lobby lounge was jumping with fun entertainment the night we were there. Can't say enough great things about this place. Will definitely stay at another Aloft Hotel in the future if I have the chance.

Stayed for Thanksgiving. My kids (25 and 31) loved it. Very modern, nice rooms. The exercise room was good, the pool could be a bit bigger but, hey — that's true in most places.

I decided to throw my daughter her 25th birthday party at the Aloft. The process had it's ups and downs with the billing, planning — but finally I believe they got it together. I decided on having two carving stations (turkey and roast beef) and also various macaroni and cheese station which was delicious! It was a private party — however, there were strangers walking back and forth through our private party area to exit/enter the hotel — which was very irritating to me. The door in our party area should be locked so that that would not have to happen. I have to mention that the bartender (forgot his name) and the woman who stayed with us to assure that everything was going smoothly (Tish) was PHENOMENAL! One con was that the GM was never reachable the couple of times that I really needed to speak with him. He never got back to me other than an email after I ranted about the issues that was occurring. Danette Ridgway, the corporate sales manager, was very personable. However, I had some issues with the banquet coordinator (Desiree) — more in the area of communication (which I find is key). They could use additional chairs for the bar area. They had to improvise and move chairs from the party room to the bar? How do you have two chairs at a bar? My daughter and some of her guests decided to stay the night at a special 'room rate'. I was told that they had a very comfortable and nice stay.

A very unique and nice looking hotel, nothing like I have been to before. We had a king size room, and it was spacious. I loved that there were two windows that let in a lot of light. I like that instead of drawers, they had a closet area with an Ikea like set up. There was a small (like college small) refigerator underneath the sink in the vanity area, (the toilet and shower were separated from that area with a sliding mirrored door), but no microwave. The bathroom had a glass stand in shower which was new! Every hotel I have been to always had baths. The pool, while small, was heated, and that definitely won me over. Didn't get a chance to use the gym, but looking inside, it looked pretty well equipped. There was an area that was sort of like a mini-restaurant that you can order and buy drinks and food from, we didn't do that since we were only there for one night, and we were at an event that had dinner. All in all a gorgeous hotel, with helpful and attentive staff. I enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay, happy environment and the staff was always very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, decorated very tastefully. I wold recommend this hotel to anyone. The restaurant next door Millers Ale House was also excellent. It was very busy and noisy however they managed to serve quickly and the food was great. Good staff also.
