Disgusting! Nothing good about this place. I never complain but I couldn’t be more disappointed.

Nice atmosphere, good food in the restaurant and one of my favorite places.

I had the bad luck to get a room next to a very loud hvac unit. It was like trying to sleep next to a jet engine (room 502). Also, no microwave in the room — a small consideration, but even most moderate hotels and motels offer them nowadays. Fortunately I was only there for one night.

Wedding coordinator Kim, did a fantasic job. Everything was lovely and yummy.

Fire pit area was amazing!

The people that worked there are really friendly go out of the way for you there's a lot of activities to do for all ages.

First time staying here and it wont be the last. Clean, comfortable modern rooms, helpful staff, outdoor fire pits, good food at the restaurant! Whats not to like. Great value for your buck! 5 stars.

This is a very nice hotel with plenty of amenities, very nice restaurants/bars, go karts, arcade, pool, gym, outdoor entertainment, sports bar, great ambiance, live entertainment and much more.

Atmosphere is very relaxing the things that you can do with your family are enticing it was a beautiful place to have a wedding.

This hotel is absolutely a very fun and vibrant hotel! As soon as you approach the hotel you are welcomed with vibrant and lush greenery, very impressive all the hibiscus and other tropical plants. The lobby was very clean and well kept, the large mirror was always lovely to see.
Jill at the front desk is an amazing agent, if I could have her at my IHG property I would! Kudos to you Jill! The breakfast selection was wonderful and fresh, the beverage options at the bar were over whelming and the food was delicious! Shout out also to Bob! That man can deal with some nonsense and then some! He was great!

It is perfect! Great rooms, staff, and property! Beer Garden, fire pits and friendly staff and guests!

This is a really nice Holiday Inn. Probably one of the best I've ever been to. They have a swimming pool and a basketball court and a really nice restaurant. We made the mistake of thinking breakfast is free and eating at the restaurant which was terrific except for the bill so know that breakfast is not free but it is a really good breakfast. Overall greatest day and would recommend it.

The Mainland Restaurant is a great place to go in town. The staff is great, the atmosphere is fantastic — love the whole outdoor area and fire pits. Food is pretty good, prices aren't bad. Good crowd of people here but plenty of seating means not long wait times.

Went there for a special event Birthday Party. Very easy to find. Great atmosphere and cheerful bright party area! Great food and great service. We did not have overnight accomodations, we just attended the party!

I'll start with the pros: Physically/aesthetically It's definitely one of the nicer hotels in the LBI area. It's a 5 mile drive to the beach if that's why you're staying, but most people know that already. It's one of the only hotels in the area where you can do a quick stay (less than 3 nights, if you're just trying to do a quick weekend trip). The cons: No microwave in room. Very thin walls. When I was brushing my teeth I could hear people in the next room. With two children staying with us, we found a prescription pill in the room, and some hair on the AC/heat, and in the shower. No complimentary breakfast or coffee. Rowdy at night When we stayed, there was no parking after 4PM, and a bunch of out of town workers were tailgating in a dark corner of the parking lot acting like scumbags. My advise, it's the little things that make a difference, and patrol your grounds.

Rooms are clean and updated. The rooms are a good size too, and have lots of modern touches like plugs on the headboard for charging. Only knock is that our room didn't have a remote… whoops. Lots of perks too, putting green, fire pit, etc.

Beautiful gardens, food is fine. They say on the menu let them know about food sensitivity and they will help, but the help for gluten free was to put a burger on lettuce or leave the croutons off a salad. Like a gf person wouldn't know that.

The hotel was great. It was newly renovated with many fun amenities like a putting green and fire pits. There was even a basketball hoop in the indoor pool. The hotel restaurant was also fun with giant connect four games and giant Jenga. My family would totally stay here again.

The hotel was very nice, & I enjoyed my stay, however the next morning the staff came to the room at 9:30 am to checking and see if we were awake. We did not request a wake up call or knock. Then twice after that the staff came back to the room to see if we were out & that pissed me off, especially when check out was at 11 am.

Nice atmosphere but a little noisy which is to be expected. Food was very good and service was on point for a very busy crowd. Drinks were all good and selection was excellent but pricey! Fun place for the family.

Went there for dinner and drinks. Wasn't totally hungry, so ordered a wedge, which was good. But the special was white wine sangria. That was super good.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. The blonde girl that assisted us with check-in was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The amenities are very inclusive. With a pool, hot tub, large market and bar & restaurant, you never have to leave to enjoy yourself.

Great omelet bar and waffle station, but the rest needs improvement. Server Tommy was very courteous and attentive. Would like to see more/ better pastry assortment and fruits and juices.

I highly recommend spending time there.

We had a wonderful time with our family and friends! The food was fresh and flavorful. It was great to find a place with innovative dishes prepared well. The waitstaff were extremely friendly and efficient, especially Liam. We enjoyed the comfortable, spacious restaurant and loved the added fun of indoor and outdoor games. This will be our new go-to place for food and fun.

The mainland beer garden was delicious. I had the crispy salmon. The beer selection seemed a little lacking though they keep beers from 2 local breweries on tap. Could have just been that we sat inside at the restaurant instead of outside.

Food is consistently great. Beautiful new atmosphere. Summer is so pretty outside with all the flowers. Always good service. Best bartender ever! KELLY:)

Our first impression was good. The front desk guy by the name of Josh was amazing in the fact he was inundated with three separate issues but still managed to check us in, in a timely manner. The dude can multi-task. What made us a little pissed off was the Holiday Inn was partially scrambling the football playoff games in order to get you into the bar and buy beer. Our second night there was pretty much the same as the game was on a different channel but still partially scrambled but yet all the commercials seem to air perfectly. Look, I get it, you need to pump some money into the "Mainland" bar but some of us would just like to relax and watch the game in peace.
