My husband and I took a road trip through Vermont to see the fall leaves. We stayed here two nights. This was my favorite hotel! It is very clean. The owners are very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this motel!

Our stay in July 2021 was great. Room is modern finishes, spotless floors, 2 luggage racks (so convenient), hanging area, boot — shoe tray and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The room was two full/queen and plenty of room to move around. TV is flat panel, larger than home, on the wall, in case you're interested. Remote control on the air conditioner is great as well. Don't always need it on! Went to the office for the ice, and they have clean, designated ice bucket with lid to take to your room. All the right touches! easy in, out (no long hallways or stairs) and the diner next door was perfect. We enjoyed our GF french toast, generous VT syrup, omelette special. Enjoy your stay!

Best motel I stayed at my entire life and I stay out of town sometime weeks at a time and been to several different states by far most attention to detail I’ve ever seen and truly and nice clean place all up to date and about the best u can get idk what to ever say they could do better. Would I recommend I’d say defiantly even if it’s out of the way I’d say stay there it’s worth it. I’ve been here four times every time it’s had something new always improving and truly nice people wish them nothing but success and the suite is nice but I stayed also in the handicapped room and think I might ask for that from now on huge bathroom could prob park a forklift in and nice fold down bench dog friendly. Ten out of ten or five stars w e u wanna call it close to perfection.

Outstanding place to stay! Very clean, comfortable and affordable. A couple we were traveling with (staying elsewhere) were blown away at how nice the rooms are and the attention to all the details. The owners care about everyone's stay and experience at the motel. While the rooms are not large — they are perfect for those that want to explore and experience all the great places around Woodstock/ Killington. It is also super convenient, being a motel, that it is a 20ft walk with your luggage and gear to your room. It is the perfect jumping off point for a day at K, and a stop at Drewski's for breakfast on the way there. (Which is on a 'deals' sheet you get when you check in! ) Many restaurants were surprised and happy to see us use the discount. This was our second stay — and we are already planning our return trips!

I was in Woodstock last weekend and booked one of the dog friendly rooms for me and my little dog. The rooms were immaculate and so cute and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming. If I make it back to Woodstock I know where I’ll be staying.

The besties and I were traveling home to Florida from a nursing assignment in Connecticut via Vermont ❤️ Best decision ever was to stay here overnight. The location was so serene with the river across the road, and we blessed with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The rooms were beautiful and clean, so clean in fact, that a hot bath was in order in the gorgeous bathroom. We stayed in the 2 bd 2 bath suite, the one with the fireplace, oh so lovely. The air conditioners were ice cold and the beds were so comfortable. The gentleman who helped us was so kind and accommodating, extra coffee — here ya go, oh you lost your phone — let me help you find it! And I did. He offered up an excellent recommendation for dinner too!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds & conveniently located to downtown Woodstock and just 10 miles from GHMA.

The “new” owners have done beyond an amazing job of updating this motel. It is modest but tasteful, classy, clean and affordable. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Woodstock, Killington Area. ❤️

I highly recommend this motei as the place to stay if you are in the Woodstock Vermont area. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. I experienced the room set up for the disabled and it was perfect for wheel chair use. They literally took us in from a no electricity medical emergency so my son could come home from the hospital.

A beautiful location, next to the Ottauquechee River. The hosts were very amenable and friendly; the rooms were spotless and very well resourced; the beds were extremely comfortable.
The residence is situated really close to the lovely town of Woodstock but far enough away to enjoy a degree of peaceful seclusion We would love to pay a return visit.

The place was great. Stayed at the big suite with a living room downstairs and 2 bedrooms both with bathrooms upstairs. Awesome space, renovations are fresh. Owners are really nice. Having the car right next to the room made loading and unloading quick to hit the slopes fast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was totally remodeled and very clean. The town of Woodstock is very busy so it was nice to be outside of town where we could enjoy some peace. Patrick the owner was so nice and helpful in finding us places close by to eat (and they were both had great food). Also the cost was right in our budget. We would certainly stay again.

We got lucky and found this little gem last night. I highly recommend staying here.

Sleep Woodstock Motel was cute, clean, comfortable (minus the pillows they were hard for my preference) and by showing your room key you get discounts on some local restaurants and stores. It was located next to the road but I didn't hear the cars pass by as I slept. The keurig machine was a nice touch with raw sugar packets :)

Room was superbly clean, stylish. Owner Patrick was very helpful and informative about places to see, directions, restaurants. Great experience.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights at the Sleep Woodstock Motel. When I called to make the reservation Patrick was very friendly & helpful. Communication overall was great, far better than any other motel/hotel I've stayed at. The work that has been put into refurbishing this roadside gem is evident just by driving into the well kept grounds & checking in to the office which is light & cheery. Our room was clean, well furnished & quiet; not your average roadside motel for sure! This is a great value at a charming motel!

A piece of heaven on Earth, the moment that you arrive and talk to Patrick, he made us feel as if he knew us for a long time, he reminded me of Griesly Adam but without the beard I asked him about a place to eat, well let me tell you every place he suggested was on the money the food was great, even though the motel is right next to the road let me tell you when it comes time to sleep you will not have a problem, between the comftable bed and the silent of the night you'll wake up ready to go out and enjoy the rest of the day, I have to say my wife and I have been in many Motels and Hotels from Maine down to Virginia and I have to tell you we have never been to a place quite like this by the way the coffee maker was a deal breaker, so if you are looking for a piece of heaven here on Earth, visit the Sleep Woodstock, in Vermont.

Very clean rooms, nice bed. The bath room is super clean too and looks brand new. It also has a fridge and a coffee machine. I recommend!

Wonderful place to stay! We had a king room and it was very clean and our bed was very comfortable. Patrick (the owner) is awesome! Such a nice guy and gave us some great ideas about where to eat. Ramuntos (sp) about 1 1/2 miles down the road had excellent pizza. Very friendly people and exceptionally accommodating. Thank you Patrick, you made us feel very much at "home. "

Super friendly staff. The rooms have everything you need: coffee maker, fridge, the bathroom was up to date and really nice. Air conditioning. You also get discounts at local places for staying here. Location is 5 minutes outside of downtown Woodstock but a super easy drive. Would recommend.

Very close to GMHA. Customer service was wonderful and friendly. Rooms very nice and clean. Lots of amenities like Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and functional/modern bathroom. Very comfortable bed as well!

My wife and I stayed at the Sleep Woodstock Motel. It was simple, very clean, the management was hospitable. The bed was so marvelous that we called back when we arrived home and asked the motel owners where they purchased their beds. The owners are for real, on the grounds, knowledgeable and provide even more than they promise. When again in the area, we will enjoy another evening at Sleep Woodstock Motel. My wife and I had a very pleasant stay. It's clean, near everything important, and the owners are warm and at your service. I have no caveats or kvetches, no irritations to report. I recommend it highly for a stay in Woodstock.

Feels like a high class hotel. Rate is low but the rooms look and feel welcoming.

This place is great. We rented the suite with six people and had a blast. The owners were super friendly and quite willing to put up with our off-key renditions of Disney songs at somewhat unreasonable hours. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had an enjoyable stay.

I just spent 2 nights at this motel + it was perfect! You drive straight up to your door and have a spacious room with updated bedding, mattress, and art. I loved having the modern conveniences (Keurig, fridge, etc. ) mixed with the 60's feeling of a motel. The bed was the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on while vacationing. The owner is unbelievably kind, welcoming, and helpful. He makes your stay feel like home, and you won't want to leave! Great location, and a beautiful view of the river as well. Love that this is a pet friendly motel as well. This is definitely our new home away from home in Woodstock!

This is an older strip style motel under new ownership. The new owners are making many improvements and upgrades which are still ongoing. Large screen LCDs, Kuerig coffee machines and small refrigerators to name a few. We found the room clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The manager — Patrick — was very cordial and accommodating. Patrick has worked out agreements with several of the eateries in Woodstock for a slight discount upon presentation of your motel key. We would definitely stay here again.

Nestled just a few minutes outside of Woodstock proper, you'll discover a hidden gem situated across the road from the Ottauquechee River, the Sleep Woodstock Motel. This is not your typical motel, rather a play on the motel-idea into a slightly modern boutique experience. The new owners have done a wonderful job of renovating the space with fresh, bright colors, and lush bedding. Sleep Woodstock is situated along Route 4, and though you will hear the cars and trucks pass in the daytime, by evening all you can hear is the gentle rush of the river washing over the rocks. I was in town on business and staying for 14 nights, and my client offered to move me to the more traditional Woodstock Inn after my first week, as it is directly in town, and a room became available there But I preferred the tranquil energy of being a few minutes outside town, of being able to park right in front of my door, and to hear the river in the evenings while sitting out on the porch and comfortable chairs provided. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job of refreshing the room each day, and they use natural cleaning products, so everything smells great and organic, non-chemical. You can tell that the owners take pride in this boutique motel experience they have created. It is an expression of their souls, not just a business. That energy imparted from them, plus the tranquil surroundings, make this place stand out.

The new owners of Sleep Woodstock have done an amazing job with the renovations and decor; everything is so clean, comfortable and attractive! The service is wonderful and the motel is so well situated for skiing, leaf-watching and everything else Vermont has to offer.
