The hallways are musty smelling, and unbelievably warm. But, nice rooms. Deep pool. Friendly, professional services. Great breakfast as long as you don't need it until 7 on the weekend. Overall, lives up to the great reputation at Holiday inn Express.

Clean and quiet. Great breakfast. They have a saltwater pool and a gym with a few weights and a treadmill. Some good restaurants around the area.

Nice place, nice rooms, nice location. Pool was large and temperature was good. The breakfast was awesome. The only drawback was the bed — it sagged in the middle making sleep difficult.

Once again, I am pleased. I have stayed here several times and everytime it is clean and up to date. Staff is nice, breakfast is good. Recommended.

I stayed there once with husband and granddaughters, they loved the pool. We all loved the breakfast. Stayed another time just husband and I and they had a cookout for dinner for customers. We had just drove from northern New York and was hungry and tired so it was wonderful. They have a super breakfast. Next time go to New Hampshire we will stay here. Thanks so much for everything.

Convenient location just off the highway. Quiet and clean facilities and the staff was a pleasure. Rooms could use an update but all in all my stay was great. They have a full continental style breakfast available with pancakes, eggs, premade omelettes, toast etc… Vending machines available for late night snacks. Huge pool and a full gym also available. Would absolutely stay again!

Over all happy comp breakfast was empty faster then food was brought out so had to wait a while to grab a bagel but still happy with the stay.

Nice hotel, we're staying here with our daughter's high school drama team for the State's theater contest. It's very clean & convenient. There's a Keurig coffee machine in the room and free full breakfast. As soon as we checked in, the front desk called to ask us how the room was. Very nice for the price! Try the Blackrock Steakhouse… delicious! Ask for directions at the front desk.

Great staff, clean room, outstanding food.

Everything was ok. Breakfast as expected, room was fine but the mattress was uncomfortably firm and there was not-our-hair on a duvet (hoping it was from cleaning lady). The pool was warm and lovely, exercise room looked nice, lockers were a good idea. Convenient location. Staff was friendly. I'd stay there again if I was in the area but it's not a destination or highlight. Great potential with a few little updates!

I've spent many overnights here over the last 10+ years while traveling up to VT. The rooms are always very clean, nest, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is always delicious, from the sausage bacon and eggs to sausage biscuits and gravy. The cinnamon rolls are a staple, so good!

There was hardly anyone at the hotel, it felt like we were the only people there. The rooms were very nice and spacious and there breakfast was passable. Overall it was a nice place, but I wouldn't be disappointed if we stayed somewhere else next time.

Very clean, which is the most important detail. Very pleasant staff. Quiet, although it's near a main highway. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, as well as bacon and/or sausage, along with all the usual breakfast items. Good coffee. ATM machine in the lobby, which was very convenient. It gets my recommendation.

I recently stayed here with my husband for one night. I won a free night in their online contest around Easter and decided to redeem it this past weekend. I stayed in a king room with whirlpool and everything was very clean and comfortable. We spent time in the pool which was well maintained and quiet. We were happily surprised with the breakfast options! The staff was great and friendly and overall it was a great stay!

Nice clean room, the called to make sure I was happy with the room and didn't need anything. The free breakfast was good. Nice stop over for my vacation.

I got a truckers rate. And even though there is a truck stop across the street. They have truck parking too. And the washer and dryer prices are very reasonable too. Service was excellent also.

I stayed here with my dogs when attending an Agility seminar at Data Driven Agility. The Holiday Inn was very welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable and they even left a water bowl and some treats for my dogs. It was a nice stay but I would have liked a few more trash receptacles outside for cleaning up after my dogs. I will definitely stay there again.

Located right off the highway, so it was easy to find. Only a short drive (>5 min) to town which was convenient. Our room was clean with new furnishing (with the exception of the shower head), the pool was large, and there was a nice common area to gather. The continental breakfast had typical offering; cereal, eggs (which weren't that fantastic), sausage (which was fantastic), muffins, English muffins, coffee, tea, cocoa, juice. The night desk attendant was friendly and very helpful and checkout was a breeze.

Daytime staff was great. Night staff had trouble with registration system, keyed another guests room key to our room, and gave them our room number, so when they went to enter their room, it was actually our room. Luckily they were honest people and didn't take our stuff. Another night during our stay the fire alarm was going off in our room as well as the rest of hotel. I called front desk as at 5am I thought perhaps the alarm started in our room somehow even though we were asleep. The same front desk staff was rude and instead of just saying something like " it is not just your room", indicated that he could possibly figure out what was going on if he could stay off the phone. The hotel itself was nice, pool and workout room nice and breakfast ok. Like I said, daytime staff very friendly and helpful. Night time staff need a little more training.

It was relatively nice, but the décor was dated at best. Nice to have good Wi-Fi though, so can't complain too much.

Nice place stayed 40 days only a few hiccups but he staff and amenities were great.

Been here twice or three times, always convenient, clean and well priced. Very convenient (travel-time wise) when traveling from Montreal on a Friday night after work heading to Six Flags New England.

Seems only people that have unhappy experiences take time to write a review so I thought I'd give an unbiased opinion. This hotel is by far the nicest accommodations that you'll find in the area. Quiet, clean, helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Tons of soft pillows. (5 per bed! ) I've never had a bad experience at any of the Holiday Inn Express' that I've stayed at. This facility is a safe bet if you are unsure of where to stay. Staff 24 hours so had no problem even though our flight was late and we arrived at 3am. Oh and had wi fi in the rooms. Most places out here in the country only offer it in "common areas" so that was a really big plus.

Staff was friendly, the room and bathroom was clean, and there was a sweet arcade with pool table.

On the surface, this looks like a nice clean new hotel. I later found out that it was a long ago renovated former Hojos! Once I checked in, I found my room to be old and musty smelling. The walls were thin and I heard every sound in the next room. The control for the heat/ac unit was broken and sticky. The bathroom had towels that are as thin as tissue and rough as sandpaper. The tub was strangely curved on the bottom, not flat and made it awkward to stand. The drain was clogged in the shower. The back of my TV remote was sticky, and the internet only worked some of the time. There is no elevator, only stairs that were not vacuumed. Outside, the back door is littered with cigarette butts The staff is friendly, the lobby is nice, and the breakfast is good. The rooms need a major sprucing up and cleaning — — there was mold in the shower! I would never stay here again.

Not only was the hotel clean and comfortable, its staff was very hospitable. My family and I checked in late Saturday night. When we asked about the nearest church, the cheerful receptionist gave us clear driving directions and she also obtained the mass schedule for us. We couldn't have asked for more.
