Great skiing. Service otherwise has been mediocre to poor this year. Phone calls to Guest Services were not returned, the heated pool was cold at the unit and slow in opening, the Notch Card did not work well at the lifts, Advanced/Intermediate group lessons for adults were discontinued, and no availability during the week for adult private lessons. In addition, we — among others at the lodging — were locked out of our unit and ski lockers the day before we left and had to get our lodging unit cards reactivated to access our skis.

We had a terrific time. The employee Samantha in the ski shop was very helpful and kind to members of our ski group. It is always nice to experience helpful and friendly staff.

A great family resort. No frills but everything you want!

Great family friendly resort with lots of activities.

Best family resort ever! We have been coming here for 14 years, and we can’t wait to come back next year. I love the incredible guided hikes. Our kids loved the camps when they were younger, and now come to hang out with the friends they made when they were little. We hike, swim, listen to live music, go to fun exercise classes, kayak — you name it. The condos are roomy and lovely and so well-equipped — we love cooking here with the local produce we get at farmers markets. It’s peaceful, beautiful, fun, the best place ever.

We had a wonderful time despite some rainy weather. Beautiful views of the mountains and the accommodations were very roomy and comfortable.

Outstanding ski instructors and mountain staff! Fabulous ski conditions and in the midst of this pandemic — they have gone above and beyond to maintain social distancing and a very safe environment!

No parking lot shuttle. Have to shell from the parking lot up a hill in ski boots. Ridiculous. Can’t even leave you shoes in the lodge. Won’t be back if no shuttle.

Love it here and keep coming back again and again! the guest service representatives are very patient, especially with the current pandemic pool and activities reservation system.

We love this place. Rooms are close to the ski lifts. Shuttle buses will also drive you around. Staff is friendly. Ski instructors got my girls skiing for the first time. We definitely plan on coming back.

The trails are groomed well, the workers and instructors do their best to help you, and the rental equipment has very good quality. I would definitely suggest going to Smugglers Notch.

This is our 7th year at Smuggs! I can’t say enough about the Staff and friendly atmosphere overall. My daughter is 15 and has been attending the SNAP camp for 3 years. Britt this year was amazing! We had lots of family and friends (near and far) come with us this year. Lots of fun… Hiking, Country Fair on Thursday, produce markets all amazing. See you next year!

We just returned from our first trip to Smuggs and it was wonderful! We went specifically for the Adaptive Program to accommodate our 7y. O. Son with special needs and their program is outstanding. We weren’t disappointed. He loved it and keeps asking to go back! We had great family activities and were also able to get some quality time alone for a few hours while he enjoyed many activities. We will be returning for sure!

Best ski resort for families in the East. Every year we have a blast and unfotunafely time flies. Challenging skiing in a very relaxing place. Condos are great. Always wanting to come back.

They cater to their guests 110%. Plenty of fun on & off the slopes and the rooms are spacious. The shuttle service is probably the best feature especially with little ones!

Affordable, family friendly, great staff, low key vibe, always lots of fun!

It is a beautiful and family friendly place fully furnished apartment home nestled in the forest of Vermont. It is a self contained community with country store for your grocery need. This is an all year playground… Hiking for the Summer and fall, skiing for the Winter. Several restaurants on the ground if you don't feel like cooking. Entertainment and different group activities are on the schedule every day of the week. From wine tasting to a trip to Montreal.

We visited Smuggs for Spring Break this year and had a truly remarkable experience! Check-in was prompt, staff was friendly, and the shuttle service made our stay extremely convenient. The unit was spacious and the layout was perfect for us. We had a ground floor unit with a patio and we saw plenty of wildlife and tracks in the snow. There was a beautiful cross country ski area right across the street. We found the lift waits to be quick and the snow well-groomed. The trails were awesome and we were there from open to close all week. If you don't plan on dining out for every meal, be sure to pick up groceries on the way in as the local selection is very limited. We can't wait to return to Smuggler's Notch!

I want to give 5 stars and a shout out to Caroline at the Front Desk. She has the best customer service. I needed urgent help to contact a guest to sign some important papers. Caroline went above and beyond the call of duty. She took ownership of the situation and made a potentially difficult situation very easy. My highest recommendations to Caroline and the staff at Smugglers. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly, competent and helpful. Kudos!

This is a great place for family and outdoor activities. A resort situated in upper Vermont within the green mountain splendor. In the summer, you can drive from Stowe through the notch, which is glorious. The condos are very comfortable and well made. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc, which makes cooking a breeze (unless that is not what you like to do). There are plenty of grills available too for outdoor cooking. There are activities for everyone from terrific camps for children, hiking and walks for the more elite hiker to one who wants a low impact nature walk. There are a number of heated pools with all levels of slides. There are loads of activities from a high intensity stretch an go, tennis, mountain biking, etc. There is a convenience store for supplies and fun local products. There is all kinds of night time activities for the family, teens and adults. The local area is terrific too for dining, outdoor activities, locally grown, etc, etc. Pricy but worth it!

This was our first time visiting the Smuggler's Notch Resort. I didn't know what to expect in the summer as I only knew it as a winter ski getaway. However, much to my surprise this place was amazing! Very family friendly with kid activities throughout the day. The water parks were geared to all ages with a lazy river/ wading pool with water springs for our little ones. The indoor fun zone was perfect for a rainy day. The resort also catered to the parents with night activities and a nearby brewery.

Our family which consisted of myself, my husband and two of our grown sons, our eldest, his wife and their two sons ages 6 and 2 and our youngest and his best childhood friend and his 6 year old son. Unfortunately our middle son and his 5 year old daughter were unable to attend. We had a great week Fourth of July, 2018. The fireworks were OK, but the Howitzers provided by the Vermont National Guard were awesome. As a military family, my youngest son being a current member, we were delighted by “military” fireworks against a beautiful mountain. We stayed in Teramarc 7 which was a beautiful four bedroom condo with plenty of room for everyone. The condo was 3 stories high and we had the run of it. It was very well supplied and clean, although you may wish to bring some seasonings and such. The staff was awesome, the weather although very hot was perfect for enjoying the various pools. We had a small incident as per usual with this crew, my youngest son had gone for a massage and rather than relax as he was told hmm, he went off to the Fun Zone to beat his record at the obstacle course and pulled out his shoulder. He was in a quite a bit of pain so my eldest son and I went off to the store to try and get him some pain relievers as well as maybe a sling. Whitney the young lady in the store called Security for us and they gave us a sling and all was well. Overall the place is awesome, beautiful scenery, nice staff and overall a great time.

5 days 4 nights. Not enough time to see it all, but enough time to want to come back. Half of family stayed in tamaracks; very nice — and the other half in oaks; a little dated. Did so much exploring in the region: hiking, falls, Vermont Teddy, Von Trappe Family Lodge and Brewery, and local shoppes — did not get to bootleggers or rum runners! So much beauty and very friendly shop owners! Great base location to explore and enjoy the sunsets. Thirty years in the waiting!

The resort and rooms were fine. The reason for the one star review is the fact that the resort charges $15 a day for internet access, even to people paying to stay there. Charging people for internet access in 2018 while they are staying at your resort is the fastest way to drive business away. We will never be coming back to stay here.

Amazing scenery. Only reason I give 4 stars is no air conditioning in the living rooms. I'm from the south and I've never seen a place with no air conditioning… thankfully the weather up here is completely different so the fans that are provided make it alright. Cigarettes up here in Vermont at 12$ a pack and 102$ a carton so be prepared. Honestly everything up here is WAY more exspensive that back home in the south.

I enjoyed the space a great deal. We used every part. We shopped & brought groceries — so we cooked every day. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were more than accommodating and comfortable. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Spent time on porch — did my live broadcast in comfort And even did laundry and brought back clean clothes. That felt good to not travel with everything already clean. Yes, I would return and recommend to others.

My family and I visited early April for the last week of ski season. We had a great experience with the instructors. Kevin M. Was great with our children, and Patrick D. Helped me gain confidence to be able to ski. The kids can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Smuggler's Notch Resort. There are so many beautiful trails in the state park. The service at the resort was the best. The food at the grill wasn't very good. My best advice is to stock up on groceries before you go. The kitchens in the condos had all the needed utensils and grills were close. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Gorgeous place up in the North Hill community just know before you go that all cups and mugs are very very small and you might want to bring your favorite coffee mug. Super peaceful and quiet. Lots to do on site and nearby.

We visited the resort in April, which I guess is their off season. There wasn't much to do on the resort, but the room was beautiful. We stayed in the one bedroom condo. Room was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed, including washer and dryer.

Came here with my family and had such an amazing time. We rode snow mobiles, my family went snow boarding and air boarding, they had a good time. There was also a Jacuzzi and the suite was so nice, it had a balcony, a full kitchen, living room and the bedrooms were so nice. I would definitely come back here again.

Went for skiing with young kids. I loved that the magic carpet run was open to anyone and I didn’t need a lift ticket! Perfect for littles to learn to ski/board. Condo units were big and cozy too! Indoor pool also a hit in winter.

The place was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The mountains (there's 3) were spectacular. Each offered different varieties of difficulty. If you're learning, there's a place for you. If you're advanced, there's lots of double blacks and even a triple black diamond. The bars were warm, the beer was cold, and the food was great. Already booked again for next year.

It was a very amazing resort, friendly people, good slopes and great accommodation… will come back without a doubt and recommend it even more if you are with your children too ⛷⛷⛷

The trails are fun and well maintained. The glades are fun and offer challenges. The lodges are clean and staff are very friendly. When it's not crazy busy this place is a gem. However, on weekends, especially after 10am, you are gonna have to wait in some of the longest lift lines you've ever been in. Not to mention you will be elbow to elbow everywhere you go. Great place but it's time for serious upgrades to handle capacity. Until then, do yourself a favor and go on week days.

Decent skiing; the conditions at the top get fairly icy later in the day. There’s no way to get back from the 2 bigger mountains to the village without waiting ~25 minutes for a shuttle, or carrying your skis uphill on a long trail. Their road is unpaved and in awful shape so be ready. There’s a huge variety of trails that keep you entertained all day. No gondolas, only chair lifts so dress warm. My biggest complaint is there’s some trails that are moguls and aren’t marked. It’s really a problem if you can’t ski mogules. Twice now I’ve ended up stuck on a mogul trail and had to take my skis off and slide down to avoid injury.

The kids really enjoyed it here, I wish there were more activities for our teenager who isn't big into skiing. The food was tasty but was pricey, to be expected on a resort. We ventured into the local town and tried out a few places there. Very neat little town with some awesome shops and restaurants.

Best resort in this area. For young, old, starters, pros, families, groups you name it. Affordable and just amazing mountains to ski your life out. You got everything here, skiing, fun zone for kids and a spa with pool and more… Absolutely amazing place to spend your free time!

A good place to work and snowboarding.

Staying in Eagles. So simple and convenient to call a shuttle to bring us to what whatever part of the mountain we wanted to soon and snowboard at. Master bedroom has a king size bed, own bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower, a mini deck area, and fireplace. Condo also has a fireplace in the living room, a room with a queen bed, another room with four twin beds, and an enclosed sun room/porch area. All amenities are fantastic, easy to get to, and perfectly suited for our needs.

Great views. They have a good variety of trails with plenty of challenge if you want. Had lots of things for kids to do as well. The snow was great and we had minimal waits to get on the lifts all day.

Traveling as a group of adults ages 27 — 40, without children. The rating brought down especially by the restaurant/Grille; since they essentially have a monopoly, there's no incentive nor apparent effort to dining quality. Each time I've been, the food is basic, overpriced, and obscenely slow. Don't bother with any of the menu cocktails. The slopes have a great variety of levels, and did suit all our group's needs well. Those who got 2hour lessons were very happy and found the instructors knowledgeable and personable.

I took my kids to the Fun Zone 2.0 at Smuggler's Notch and we had a great time. There's quite a bit to do for all ages, the only reason I didn't give a 5-star review is because the fun zone is split into three sections and all three sections you have to pay a different price. And all three sections are for specific age groups window when I asked them if that was the case they adamantly denied it but going through all three sections I know for a fact that the top floor is for the younger kids the bottom floor is for the older kids or the teenagers or the kids at heart Like Me common the third area is arcade for everybody.

Very comfortable place. Like most ski resorts it's very family friendly and I really liked the small town feel of this one compared to say Heavenly which was awesome but felt more commercial. The fun zone 2.0 they have on site is a bit of a cash grab but the kids loved it. Lots of creative indoor physical play options and great staff.

Batsante fun if conditions allow. The only downside is that they only have 3 chairs on the main part of the mountain, and they are quite slow.

My family, along with another one, just came back from a three day weekend at Smuggs. You really need a week to enjoy everything it has to offer. It's just so "easy" which makes traveling with younger children so helpful. My kids are 5 and 8 and went to the ski school camp while my husband and I could ski the mountain. The skiing was excellent as it has enough trails for beginnings up to expert. They had a free shuttle that would take you all around the resort for free and they were super quick! Everything you need is at the resort including restaurants, bars, grocery store, ice cream, ice rink, pools, etc. We loved the Brewster River Brewery. The smoked food and beers were so good and the shuttle even takes you back and forth. The only negative was we could never get someone to answer at the front desk without holding for 15 minutes. Also, the chair lifts could be a little quicker. Other than that, everything was great and we will be back again!

Really a nice ski resort but the lifts are old and slow.

Our family come here almost every Christmas, always have a great time. Daycare service and children ski camp are among the best I have seen in ski resorts. Condo units are not luxurious but are always clean and cozy. Slopes are not super crowded and have a good variety of terrains with different difficulties to keep different levels skiers entertained. Again for families with small children knowing that the kids are well taken care of is the foundation for a good vacation, and they really standout in that aspect.

The best thing about Smuggs is the mountain is empty even during the holiday week. The staff was amazing and super friendly. We stayed at Liftside and we’re a bit disappointed in our place. I don’t mind an older unit and actually would prefer it while skiing. This place had no washer/dryer, no boot dryer, no ski closet, not enough seating for my family. The kitchen was missing many basics. There was no mud room or place to come into off the lifts so you had to walk through the living room with wet boots on and bring your skis into the living room over night. The skiing was great but the lifts are terrible. Very outdated and slow. There are 3 very slow lifts in the main skiing area. All doubles. No bubbles, no gondolas. I feel like this could be a great resort if they just kept updating things. An additional $15 charge per day for Wi-Fi is frustrating as well. We liked it but don’t think we’ll be returning.

A great place for getting away from it all. Whether you're into winter sports or summer, this 4 season resort has a lot to offer. Not as crowded as some other Vermont resorts particularly in the winter when the mountain pass is closed. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill and continues to do so ever since Wyndham bought it out. A lot of the nice touches that helped make the place what it is are gone. Every year we come back there seems to be less and less and the service gets worse. Inevitable when corporate greed takes over a well-built family business. I really give more like 3 stars except for my nostalgia for the place. Thanks a lot for nothing Wyndham.

Cool place that has some sick terrain and great skiing. The black hole looks nasty. Their employees are friendly and lift prices are actually affordable (please don't change). I was here unfortunately when there was freezing rain, yet it was still a blast. Their restaurant at the resort to get lunch wasn't great but gave good portions. I will definitely return.

Beautiful location… definitely a retreat. The little town outside of the resort is very small, but plenty of good places to eat. If traveling by car, make sure you have plenty of snacks b/c there are no fast food joints or public bathrooms for 2-3 hrs outside of Smuggler's Notch. Rooms are up to date and cozy feeling, and a nice size. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating.

I love staying here. Unfortunately food is very good and people treat us very well. I recommend to Smugglers Notch Resort without reservations.

We've been coming here for many winters and summers for over 10 years and are time share owners. It is a family-friendly environment with a lot of activities for all ages ranging from sports and recreation to arts to adventures. The accommodations are spacious and in good condition. Some units are dated, but have all of the amenities needed, and they're updating over time. The restaurants offer good food. Ski school is great for kids and the summer camps are too. We also used the childcare and in-room babysitting and were pleased. My only regrets are owning a timeshare and the takeover by Wyndham. When we became time share owners, we didn't have online airbnb-type services so it seemed like a good idea — maintenance fees are extremely expensive and we'll probably get rid of it after the children have grown up and use online renting instead.

Smugglers Notch is located in a beautiful area of Vermont and has something for everyone! The whole family was happy. The accommodations were comfortable and well kept as well as big enough for lots of people to crash. Im not a skier, but still loved being there.

If you like doing outdoors activities then this is the place for you. During the summer there a lot of places to hike for all different skill levels and a lot of local swimming holes leading up to here and multiple pools for the young toddlers to adults to beat the summer heat. During the winter there is clearly down and cross country skiing and snowshoeing. There is one pool and a hot tub open during the winter months There is a restaurant and bars open year round. Just a good overall place to stay for a nice long weekend vacation.

Smugglers Notch is great. The unit we stayed in was beautiful and spacious. Everyone was very kind and there were great restaurants and amenities. My only issue was that the Wi-Fi was eight dollars a day.

We have been visiting here for years. Just love this place! Terrific skiing for all skill levels in the Winter. Amazing activities and setting year round. Genuine hospitality. The whole package.

Facilities and accommodations were wonderful. Spacious and clean. Great kids activities and pools. Food: Hearth and candle restaurant is 5 star, Mill is 4 star. The food served in the Meeting room for events was cafeteria grade: 2 star Service is wonderful through out.

We got very lucky to get the week we wanted and the accommodations. If you want to trade into this resort using your timeshare, this is an RCI Resort and very hard to trade into and for good reasons because it is very much in demand. If you can get in, please give this resort a try. During the warmer seasons, you have very nice pools and hikes in the area. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding area and you will run out of time trying to do them all. The 4-star rating is that this resort, notwithstanding its popularity, is not a "luxury resort" per se.

Worked there in 1999 and 2003. I still remember the faces of co-workers and visitors. Had a fantastic time then and think fondly of the summers there. Great family oriented resort with plentiful facilities. Professional, helpful and friendly staff then I am sure it stayed that way. Highly recommended.

Room was very clean, everything was in order and easy to find. Only issue we had was the fact that they did not have air conditioning in rooms — just in the living area, so we woke VERY HOT in the bedrooms as soon as the sun came up on a 90 degree day. We still have several days here, so now we know to keep the doors open to the living area. Pleasant experience so far.

Had a good vacation here. Didn't spend a lot of time on the property. Was very quiet. Was the first week of fall so a lot of things were closed. Would have been better visiting in summer or winter. In-between seasons are kind of dull.

Our trip was the last week of July and it was surprisingly cold. There was still plenty to do for all the kids in our family (ranging in age from 2-15). The littlest ones loved riding on the shuttles and would start chanting "shuttle bus" as soon as they knew one was on the way. The adults appreciated not having to walk/carry toddlers from place to place (especially after splash pad or pool visits). Would definitely be interested in going back (hopefully with less rain/mud though).

First time ever being here and it was pretty amazing. The mountain looked awesome. I was here primarily to get Ben & Jerry's ice cream (because it was closer than Waterbury). The drive over from Barton was beautiful; probably some of the best sight seeing in New England and living in NH all my life and being to the White Mountains and the states parks of the Great North Woods, I think Vermont's landscape rivals greatly.

Smugglers Notch is a wonderful place for families or guests of any kind. There are lots of fun things to do. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I would suggest it for everyone!

Room is top notch, the mountains are beautiful. Fun beach volleyball with other people staying at the resorts. The pools are definitely more geared towards accommodating family fun opposed to having depth. Only wish there was a bigger gym in my building.

I've been going to Smuggs for the last 20 years with my family. So I may be a little biased. Having said all of that, this place has so many great memories & brings me back to a certain time & place each time I visit. There's plenty to do, both in the resort & in the surrounding area. If nothing else, the scenery makes it perfect. The one thing I think the resort should improve on would be in the restaurant and bar option. The restaurant scene has exploded in the area… and considering the farm to fork trend that has always been popular in Vermont, their restaurants should reflect this. Otherwise, they may lose potential vacationers due to the lack of more sophisticated dining options. We were really disappointed with our visits to the Morse Mountain Grille. The lack of Management's ability to deal with the various issues in the restaurant was apparent and the vibe was terrible. However, this is not the fault of the staff in particular. All I'm saying is that the clientele visiting the resort is willing to pay for quality service & food. And Wyndham should be more mindful of their lack of service in this area. Other than that, smugglers is amazing and always will be! It's a great place to start a tradition.

Smuggler's Notch is a great place to take a family. Their pools are beautiful. There are also many opportunities to go hiking on the ski mountains. You can even swim in the snow resovoir during the summer to cool down. There are even camps to provide your children with the opportunity to make new friends and explore outdoors.

Great scenery. Lots to do. Fun time. The rooms are very nice.

Smuggs is a low key place to bring the family. If you are a shopping and 5 star cuisine type person, look elsewhere. If you want a freindly, family focused resort, this your place. We have had many fabulous family vacations here.

Beautiful environment with big long trails and friendly people. Fast lifts get you up the mountain with the option to exit half way up for novices. True beginners have plenty of room to learn and the top of the mountain has trails and glades to offer intermediate to experts all of the fun and challenges they want plus an easy way down for those ready to hit the top for the first time. Good food and drink for families and at the pub. Friendly staff tops it all off keeping everything fun, safe, and clean.

The rooms in vilmark sauna was really nice. It was very spacious. The resort offered a lot of amenities and there were so many things to do we are never bored. The ski trails were really fun and never dull.

I love smugglers notch for skiing. Small mountain vibe with some great varied terrain, the double lifts make sure not too many people are on the mountain but still get you to the top! Everyone is super friendly as well.

This place was awesome! We had 2 fireplaces, a crazy sauna double shower thing and nice balconies. He staff was super awesome and helpful. This was our third year in a row making the trip but this was the best. Had such a good time would recommend to anyone.

The place was a bit overpriced for a 2 night stay. If you have older teenagers 17-19 years old it is not the best place, as the water parks are more designed for little kids. The trails were nice for hiking/walking and we had a great tour guide. Also be aware of the location of your apt. /condo because there was very little rest or relax due to the family with small kids living above our apt. No consideration whatsoever for others.

Beautiful resort in a semi secluded area. Tons of stuff for kids to do on site. Not much entertainment for adults in the area as far as night life but after hiking and taking in all the awesome views I'm not sure I had much fuel left in the tank anyway. We can't wait to return in the winter for some boarding. It would get 5 stars but the washer was broken and we could smell a slight musty smell upon arrival due to the ground unit. All in all it was a great relaxing early summer getaway in a beautiful part of the country.

We've been coming here for 21 years in the summer, we own 1 week in villmark sauna and always buy another from the owner's swap column This time we were invaded by over 200 families here for a lacrosse tornament in Stowe. Most unpleasant, too many loud kids swarming around, they overran the ice cream shop, and ran around the village green banging on metal posts with sticks as soon as it got dark. Luckily it started pouring out and they went inside. Hopefully they will all be gone tomorrow. Oh smuggs, how disappointing.

Really nice family resort. Lots of activities and great location.

Stayed in the "Liftside" basement room. The placed smelled like a wet locker room. The back deck was full of dirt, leaves, straw and the chairs were extremely filthy. Spoke with SNR staff at front desk. They did nothing except send someone to sweep off deck. I had to finish it myself to make it somewhat useable. Also, I was not told when I reserved the room that there was not going to be any restaurants open at the resort. Had to drive 20 minutes to a few local dives. I would not stay at this resort again. Very poor and disappointing.

I have been there third time during winter break and I'm coming back for sure!. My family and friends go with me too, cuz everyone has something to do there ;) Thanks for all the people who work there to keep Smugglers Notch Resort great place.

I am giving it four stars because they have not resolved their issue with the internet service they provide. For a lovely place that one comes to every winter (it is always packed), I had to help with figuring out why the internet was slow and did not work properly. Then a restriction of 4 computers to an account was established. Mind you I have been going there with my friend who has a Timeshare for the last 4 years. You are practically on your own (no maid service, etc), but if you need something, you can call for it to be delivered. It is more like being at a home away from home.

The people at Smuggs will always do anything they can to make your stay the best. We've had stuffed animals rescued and mailed to our home, personal laptop power cords lent to us, the list goes on. The scenery is as gorgeous as VT gets! Back for more Summer, Fall or Winter.

The notch was awsome great view of mountain Madonna very good for skiing love it ★★★★★.

We had an awesome week here! It's a ski resort but they make sure that you have a great time in the summer as well. There are pools everywhere and the kids had a blast in the FunZone (giant inflatable slides, a bounce house, an inflatable obstacle course, and more). I can't speak to the Winter time activities but this is a great place for a summer vacation. The nearby towns have a lot to offer in addition to the resort but they all require a bit of driving to get to.

Great place for a family or anyone strictly looking for a place to ski/ride. If you are a group that is looking for a place to ski/ride then bar it up and night this is not the spot. The Good — Great Hill lots of varied terrain and difficulty levels — Very friendly staff — Nice accommodations, a little dated but still some of the best I've stayed in at a ski resort — Shuttle service is fantastic, you call, they are there in 5 minutes tops. The Bad — Absolutely no night-life. None, Nothing. Oh there are bars in the "village" but they all close at 9:00pm — 10:00pm. There is a local bar the shuttle will take you to until 12:00am. On Saturday night there was 14 people there and the worst band I've ever heard. But you might as well check it out because there is nothing else going on. — 2 man lifts are slow but you know that coming in. When the hill gets busy and despite what a lot of people say it does get busy, it can take 30+ minutes to get to the top.

Had a great time, much better than expected. When I came there I had no idea how to ski, went home a pro. I took skiing lessons with Dave, he is a really great instructor, if you want take lessons at smuggs definitely request Dave for your instructor, he is the best. Stayed at the lodges, it was very nice and clean. Great resort.

Awesome fun for couples and for families. I have been going since I was 2 years old with my fsmily. I still go every year. Awesome awesome awesome!
