Nice clean room. The front desk people are very helpful! Fitness center is great.

Very nice Lounge great place to watch a sporting event. Samantha working the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Even offered me a yogurt. Very nice woman.

I love the Hampton hotel they have good breakfast along with the pool, jacuzzi, nd a nice weight room.

Nice Hampton Inn. In an area with lots of business and services. The staff is friendly and professional. Hotel has nice rooms and nice restrooms. One thing that is missing is no more luggage racks, have replaced by an ottoman, which is not the same. Wi-Fi is free and high speed internet is is fee based. House keeping staff is very good. Several good eateries are in walking distance.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Sarah at the front desk gave me the code to connect to the internet when my last name/room number combo didn't work which was very helpful. Rob had to come up to look at the AC and gave us a sort of weird solution but it worked well enough. Free breakfast of course, and it was good! Typical Hampton fare which I always look forward to. They appeared to have a shuttle but we didn't use it/didn't ask how it worked. There was also a pool which had nice long hours but again, didn't get to use it. I would definitely consider this property again.

The room was nice and clean, and the pool and hot tub were as well. We did not have the breakfast since we were tempted across the street by our favorite breakfast place, cracker barrel. Easy access to the highway, and decent food offerings nearby.

Not the best Hampton I've stayed in. Rooms and lobby smelled strongly of Febreze or some other air freshener. Very annoying.

They have an office guests can use for computers and printers. Pool and hot tub are nice. The breakfast is pretty good. Laundry machines also available. Guests have climate control in the rooms. Staff is friendly. Overall the place is clean and well kept.

Rooms were pleasant and consistent. We did have some middle of the night noises which they gave us a discount on our room charge. Breakfast was satisfactory.

The mirror on the sliding bathroom door came crashing down and almost killed our 3 year old son! The mirror was only glued on and not secured on with clips or anything. After admitting that this has happened before and the new renovations were of bad design, the manager offered us a gift certificate toward another stay. Wouldn't really feel safe taking our son here again with their new unsafe renovations… they need to fix this in all their establishments before someone is seriously injured or killed.

Rooms are extremely clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great with nearby stores and restaurants if anything is needed.

Love this hotel. I have to stay here once a month for work and the staff are so great, especially the 3rd shift. They care about their guests and do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast is good and the rooms are all new and comfy.

Terrible cigarette smell on the entire 5th floor despite the "No Smoking" signs everywhere. I have stayed in old hotels that used to allow smoking, this was worse. The smell was very fresh like their was a smoker's lounge in the hallway. Super annoying! If you have allergies or are sensitive to cigarette smoke, look elsewhere. Aside from the smell, the hotel was a standard Hampton Inn. Just didn't expect the cigarette smoke from a higher price establishment. I could've stayed at a budget motel.

Clean and very comfy. Though had to reset our room key 4 times on our one day stay.

Other than the front desk person (older lady) being very loud on the first morning, this place is really good, quiet. Great breakfast, great coffee all day, well located.

Was able to tell the hotel was old but renovated. Wi-Fi extremely slow and kept disconnecting. Breakfast was standard Hampton.

Decent Hampton. Beds were okay, but over perfumed. TV wasnt that good. AC was mediocre. Old building but everything has been renovated.

Looks like it was recently renovated… clean and comfortable. Spent two nights here on a road trip and best place yet. Used the pool, hot tub, guest laundry and workout rooms too. Happy with all!

I only stayed one night at Hampton Inn Coventry-Warwick. I thought my room was very clean and comfortable. I also thought the room was well insulated for sound considering that I didn't hear much noise from the other guests above, below, or around me. Overall I was happy with my stay and would consider staying there again.

I take my boys to here for a night every February and April School Vacation. We have the BEST time! Great pool, jacuzzi and awesome hot breakfast. Free Coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 lol. That's a huge plus! We have also made it a tradition to go to Applebee's and The Cracker Barrel while we are there. Walmart and BJ'S in the 0laza as well. You can't go wrong! Oh and check-in is 3pm and check-out is at noon. Just perfect! We love our Hampton Inn. ♡

It was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds are completely relaxing. My floor was very quiet. I slept like a baby. I was away on business and this was by far the best choice my employer made. If you're looking for high-end this is not your hotel. You get what you pay for but you get a lot more. This staff was also extremely accommodating.

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, great pillows. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay, clean room, friendly staff. Updated room with plenty of outlets around the room and beside the bed for all of our chargers. I like how you can now do online check-in on the day of your arrival and choose your room (much like an airline check-in)

Newly renovated rooms are nice. Not a very scenic area but I'm not out here for the scenery. Right next to a couple restaurants bjs and a Wal-Mart. Right off the highway good location.

The staff went out of their way to see that my stay was enjoyable. Will stay there again when the area.

Clean rooms, better than expected complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I docked the stars because the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. There was no tiny point to even get lukewarm water. The other people I was there with (in other rooms) said they had similar problems with the water. So it sounds like they need to do some maintenance on their mixing valves in a number of the rooms. Otherwise the staff was friendly and rest of the experience was good.

It was nice and I would recommend it but I wouldn't recomend the mouth wash I had an allergic reaction to it and I was up half the night crying it was awful and I no your probably thinking, the hotel cant controll what your alergic to, but I dont get allergic to crest or Colgate or even the little dollar bottle from family dollar and I belive they maybe should just of spent a little more than 2 cents on each bottle.

They let's us eat food in the pool area and the staff is always friendly. Can't complain about anything.

This was my second time going to this location. First time was good so I was returning with confidence to enjoy my time there. First, tub was dirty with a ring around it like I wasn't properly cleaned. Second, hot tub heater was broken so hot tub water was cool. Third, hot tub and pool were extremely over chlorinated to the point that my eyes were blood shot red from just sitting inside the pool area for a few minutes and my 17 year old daughters skin ended up with a bad rash. A little boy was crying because his eyes wee burning so badly. I told front desk right away and suggested that someone check levels. Nothing was checked or done. Later that evening, I walked in pool area and immediately my eyes started burned. Went to desk, a worker went to poll area and said it was very strong in there from chlorine and closed pool area. My stay was ruined. Couldn't enjoy myself like I wanted to. I was told I would get points back on my rewards but that didn't happen. I was never contacted by the hotel either. Very disappointed. Also, workers go outside of side door to smoke putting something in door to hold it open causing the smoke and smell to flow down hallway into rooms. Not professional at all. They need a smoking area away from building. They also need to take better car of the hallway floors. Vacuuming daily would be great.
