It is always a pleasure to stay at the Snowflake Inn. The innkeepers, Sue and Gary, are very personable and friendly. The rooms are immaculate and the lobby is always decorated for the season. Food delicious. We would not stay anywhere else in NH!

I recently had the pleasure of Staying at the Snowflake in Jackson and I have to say it was spectacular. Sue, the owner could not have been more accommodating. We arrived LATE on Friday evening (after 10 pm) and with no restaurants open she called upon her local network and got one kitchen to whip us up something. The rooms were generous in size, very clean and appointed nicely. The lobby and common areas were impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa area for and evening swim. I have been visiting the area for 30+ years and never stayed here. I can honestly say I will never stay anywhere else in Jackson after our great experience. We feel like we have made a friend in Sue and met some amazing guests as well. Can't wait for our next visit! Thank you for EVERYTHING Sue.

This place is a gem. We loved it so much we stayed an additional night. Staff was very helpful in pointing out local things to do.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were beautiful. The problem was the amount of rules. When we arrived in our room, around 10pm we just wanted to order in some dinner and relax, however, there was a list of rules on the nightstand prohibiting food in the room. They even asked that you don't bring leftovers from restaurants! There is no fridge in the room, but a communal one in the common area. On our 2nd night there was a group of guests playing pool, they were asked at 10pm sharp to stop. They were not loud or bothering anyone but it seemed to be another rule of the inn. Overall it was beautiful, but we were afraid if we sneezed the wrong way, someone might come around the corner to reprimand us.

What a great place, very clean, pool table to play, in room jacuzzi was wonderful plus the fireplace. The room was nice and warm. I could go on and on. Nice area out of the hustle of North Conway. Staff was pleasant and informative. What a nice little town. We will be back.

This was the second time that we stayed at the Snowflake and we will be back again next Fall. Our suite was lovely. The place is very clean, the people that work there are very nice. We even met one of the owner's dogs — Boomer. He was very sweet. We enjoyed our in suite couples massages. The grounds surrounding the Inn are pretty and you can take a nice walk around the place. The Inn is also in a great location. There is a covered bridge within walking distance and a Tavern right across the street that has live entertainment. It's also close to the highways so getting out to the White Mt. National Forest doesn't take very long. There is also a really great gallery located in the Inn that is worth visiting.

We had such an amazing stay, great atmosphere, and staff. The rooms were also amazing, couldn't have asked for anything more. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great romantic getaway but could really kick up the amenities to make for an amazing experience. Water bottles in room would be nice. Simple stuff like a decor update or curtains in the sauna area would help. But great weekend! We will go back.

Stemming from the top with Sue and Gary, Owners of the Snowflake Inn all around to all the staff. This place is top notch. The rooms, lobby, the grounds, the spa, the Wellness ZONE are all highly recommended. Don't forget they do take pets.

Owner was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast with scones and fresh fruit! Chocolate on pillow every day! Extremely romantic with fireplaces a nd Jacuzzi in room. Loved it! @

The Snowflake Inn was an amazing place to stay. My girlfriend and I went for the weekend of our one year anniversary. The main area is cozy and peaceful with plenty to do like a pool and a billiards table. In the morning there was delicious freshmade complimentary pastries. And the room was the most incredible of all. Beautiful with a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and king size bed. On top of that the staff is a lovely family always helpful. Overall wonderful experience!

Wow — we loved this inn so much we extended our stay by 3 days to the end of our trip! Lovely staff, delicious breakfast and afternoon goodies, thoughtful details, VERY relaxing jacuzzi, and evening smores! Staying here was a real treat. My boyfriend and I can't wait to come back and sit by the fire in the winter time!

My wife and I come here at least once a year. There is no other place we come, the rooms are awesome and the people are better.

The Snowflake Inn has quickly become my home away from home. I stumbled on it a few years ago looking for a quick weekend getaway in the mountains. I fell so in love with the inn that we go back several times a year. Jackson itself is a magical place no matter what season, and it's so close to hiking, sightseeing and shopping. As for the Inn, I sometimes forget I'm at a "hotel" and not at home! The innkeepers, Sue and Gary, treat you like family. They make sure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay and are more than happy to help you decide what to do or where to eat. The Inn is beautiful. It's cozy, clean and quiet. Each room has the most amazingly comfortable bed, in room jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace. It's hard to leave the room! But if you do, there a fantastic fitness center, a beautiful pool, and gorgeous fireplace to sit by and read. There are books to borrow, board games, puzzles and a pool table. In the warmer months there's a firepit and s'mores making at night. Each morning there is fresh fruit, coffee, fresh baked pastry and the most delicious home made granola I have ever had. Every afternoon there are fresh baked cookies. The inn always smells like something is baking and Sue is usually in her flour covered apron. They have thought of every small homey touch. You won't want to leave!

We have been coming here for years, and I can't say enough. Sue is just so sweet and kind that all problems just seem to dissappear when you walk in. The atmosphere is just serenity. It's always quiet. The Jaquzzi in the rooms are huge. The pool is great. The gym is nice. There is always fresh made breakfast.

So my wife and I just got back from a few nights at the Snowflake Inn. This Inn has so much potential but just falls short on so many simple items that I am forced to give it a 2 star rating. First let me say the Inn is well maintained and very clean. My room also had everything promised, a king bed, suite, fireplace, jetted tub, etc. So what’s my gripe! Will it was all the little things and when all added up they create someone who won’t be a returning guest and who cannot recommend the Inn to family and friends. Anyway here are some of my issues, the Inn keeper (owner) is polite but not caring. Right from the get go I knew there was something wrong, first starting our check-in before finishing the one before us, then answering the phone and spending 15-20 booking another guest before finishing with us. Let’s just say she is not a people person and that does not work in the hospitality business. Now on to the room, first I have to fight my way in (every time) because the KEY lock (not card) is broken. In the room there is no coffee maker (more on coffee later), no clock, no iron, no fridge and no microwave. The suite consists of our bedroom with basically a hall with a love seat in it. There was one chair in the bedroom and no way to move the loveseat in there. There was no coffee table, no desk, only one night stand, pretty much nowhere to put anything. There were not even enough hangers to hang our close.

Relaxing and wonderful, great owners and people, we will be back.

I would give them more stars if I could! 10 stars to these guys! Unforgettable stay! Came here by our friends` recommendation and they exceeded all our expectations!

The breakfast though simple was very delicious. Spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Our room was great, we love the jacuzzi in the bedroom! The continental breakfast is simple but delicious, with homemade granola, yogurt, berries, and pastries. We'll definitely come again.

This place is very over rated, the previous comments lead me to wonder who these guests are or if they even exist. Although the building is beautiful it is flat in terms of decor. The main area is nice but dated and the rooms, or so called "suites" leave something to be desired. I have stayed in many B&B's and this surely falls short. The so called breakfast is a few muffins, maybe a scone and coffee. The afternoon snacks are burnt cookies, and the wine on Saturday is really nothing special at all. There have been several comments about the owner, and I have to agree she is not the warmest person, she hits you with all the do's and don't as you check in and then to top it off there is more in the room. Does she think that we are all children, and as a note they don't allow children. She does not seem to care about her guests. Not really sure why she is in this business. She certainly does not make you feel welcome. The area is lovely and the surrounding restaurants and attractions are wonderful. Alot of very friendly people up there, just not at the Snowflake Inn. After touring the area there are plenty of Inns that are much more friendly and provide better service.

This was our honeymoon place and now we go back every year for our anniversary! So relaxing. We are completely enamored with this place! (Of course we wish it was just a little bit cheaper but oh well! )

This place was amazing! The best anniversary present my husband and I gave ourselves was a night at the Snowflake Inn! The Inn was immaculate, the room was full of relaxation and romance between the fireplace, Jacuzzi and double headed shower! To top that off, the pool was a slice of paradise! They had a fire going outside for visitors to enjoy as well and the inn keepers were so friendly and inviting! Our stay was beyond PERFECT! This place is a GEM!

My wife & I went here just a few short days ago for a second honeymoon. Suffice it to say, when we walked into our room, we were floored. Between the sitting room out front, the spacious 2 person shower (a REAL two person shower, with two shower heads! ), the jacuzzi RIGHT NEXT TO THE BED, the gorgeous bay windows & the gas fireplace (which was understandably non-functional in the summer heat), it was more than I expected for their "Standard" rooms (as opposed to their more impressive named rooms). During our three days & two nights there we interacted with a number of the staff, and without fail they were friendly & we really felt that they would do whatever they could to make our stay more enjoyable (this was put to the test when we came up empty handed after thinking we'd packed a cork screw — thankfully, they were able to come through for us. :) They did offer free Wi-Fi, but if it's something that matters to you, make sure to ask to be put in a room close to the access point, as they seemed to only have one, and I suspect that rooms much further away from it than ours would have tough time getting a signal. And note that in the area cell phone service can be anywhere from spotty to non-existent. I'm a VERY picky sleeper. I have a bit of a bad back, and generally have a tough time sleeping anywhere that's not home.
