Review of Marguerite Motel 2*

This was a last minute trip for myself, two teenagers and my elderly Dad. Honestly I was unsure about it and realistically not expecting much based upon the pricing and last minute availability. We booked the triple suite (it has a private room within our room for Dad). Booking and check in was a breeze! (Wi-Fi code, pool bracelets and coupon for discounted breakfast at a local restaurant. Local working with local is wonderful! ) Everyone is so nice and quick to accommodate! The room was bright, clean, cool and smelled so fresh! (Usually beach motels maintain a must smell due to high humidity, not at all here! My cranky usually miserable and overly picky Dad was singing the rooms praises all weekend, said you could eat off the floor it was so clean! He loved his room, the views, the breezes from the many windows too! ) Our room had a shower with full size tub. The sparkling clean towels and bright soft clean linens made this such an inviting place to stay. I also enjoy the fact that they are environmental conscious and will only change sheets daily upon request. They do supply fresh towels daily as needed. (In my opinion if you go to bed clean and wake up clean chances are you'll repeat that on the second night as well). We opted for a later checkout and they were quick to provide us more time and options then we actually needed, which was lovely. I only regret not planning a longer trip as this place was AMAZING! I cannot recommend this place enough, or say enough about how perfect it was. I will be back as much as possible for sure at our new favorite family vacation spot. (We did use the pool day one, Absolutely perfect! ) They have two grill/picnic areas for guest use and plenty of parking. Seating outside of your rooms to enjoy the views. No loud parties/guests or street noise either. This was PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT! Five stars is just not enough! If you are thinking about booking, don't think. DO IT!
