Great, convenient location with walkable Dunkin and gas station. Short drive to Gillette Stadium. Very clean and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I made this reservation quite last minute & were happy there was a room available. When we arrived at the hotel, I noticed immediately that it was clean and inviting. The woman who checked me in greeted me with a smile. She walked me through everything I needed to know, it took less than 5 minutes. The room itself was spotless & was plenty of room. The bed was comfortable & I was surprised at how well we both slept. The bathroom was clean & well stocked. If I had one 'complaint' it would be that I'm not a fan of the Neutrogena line but I bring my own toiletries so it wasn't an issue. The breakfast included had enough options — cereal, fruit, muffins, bagels, eggs & sausage & a 'do it yourself' waffle station. Check out was equally easy & again, VERY pleasant experience with the staff! Overall, it was a great experience & we'd definitely get a room here again if we're in the area! Thank you to the staff at the Hampton Inn — you were all great!

The room was small but very modern and clean. The woman at the check in desk gave both of my kids a bag of sweedish fish which made their days.

Comfortable, staff is friendly, great area to relax and play cards to kill time in the lobby. Breakfast spread is good. 24/7 coffee in the lobby, pretty good too! The elevator does need an update/better access to the stairs.

I have stayed here a couple of times when I am in the area. All the amenities you would expect, clean modern rooms, reliable fast Wi-Fi, decent fitness center. Good complimentary breakfast. I would stay there again.

Rented over 40 rooms for our hotel and they were more than accommodating. A+++++ for all the staff. They allowed us to have the whole hall in front to continue to celebrate our wedding (that way we didn't wake the rest of the hotel) great fast thinking on the hotel staffs part. Not one concern with this hotel. Best place to stay in the area.

We were there fur my daughter's wedding. We had 38 rooms booked. The hotel was wonderful. Very accommodating. Everyone was wonderful.

Great location, close to Wrentham Outlets (one exit on 495) and Gillette Stadium (you can take backroads and avoid some traffic). The outdoor pool is small but good. Breakfast is the usual fare. Staff at the front are great. One thing to look out for: there are several rooms on the first floor not far from the lobby and front desk. Could be noisy if you need your sleep. Try to book on the 2nd or 3rd floor if possible. Overall this place is good value.

This is a beautiful hotel very clean and the staff are very nice … this is my second visit and will always stay here when I'm in town.

Great room, Continental breakfast was better than most places, and they had travel bagged breakfast for guests in a hurry.

TLDR: Hilton Sucks at this Location; Marriott is Better. I'll start by disclaiming that the vast majority of this hotel's rating is based on a a particular employee at the front desk who literally called the police for an incident in which the arriving officer filed absolutely zero charges but created an incredibly embarrassing incident for any traveler who drinks an occasional beverage. I arrived to the front desk to report a non-registering room key and was greeted with the most judgmental and accusatory response that immediately made me regret my reservation, not withstanding the clerks own questionable selection in attire. Regardless of my Hilton Honors status (Gold at the time which still does not confer the improved internet connection that Marriott Gold offers), I assumed I would be treated with at least a basic sense of decency, but was relegated to criminal status. Seriously, the desk clerk called local law enforcement which at the time was beyond embarrassing for a regular patron and created a situation where the officers actually explained how ridiculous the call was and "escorted" (aka walked me at tax payer expense) to my room no matter how "unsubstantiated" the call was. Bottom line as a prior consistent Hilton member, I'm beyond disappointed with the Hilton Family for hiring a customer facing employee with such little disregard to customer impact after multiple pleas and opportunities to resolve at the basic levels.

The Hampton inn Franklin Noston was well worth the pay. They have great service excellent rooms and there breakfast is really good.

My husband and I were extremely happy with the location and convenience of the property. We are very particular about where we stay and the service received. The front desk staff was AMAZING! From the time we arrived until the minute we departed it was a wonderful experience. Upon checking in we had the pleasure of meeting Martha Horne. She was so nice and paid special attention to the notation of our anniversary. She gave us a care package to start the evening. After the first night we requested a room change because we do not like connecting rooms. I called the front desk and Britney McVicar was on duty. She did everything possible and within her control to accommodate us even though the hotel was sold out. Within 30 minutes she changed our room. I expected to have the room changed later in the day not by 10:00 am. She apologized for the delay. Lol. What delay? She is a very kind person. Last but definitely not least Luis Cake. We called the hotel from the cell phone after a long day and asked for a restaurant recommendation and Luis not only provided us with a great seafood restaurant but gave us back up restaurants for Japanese, hibachi and American foods. He has SO much energy and enthusiasm. When we returned for the evening I went to the front desk just to meet him. He is amazing. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. They remembered us and that we were there for the Patriots game and from Atlanta.

I've stayed here at least 6 times in the past 2 years since I'm a Dean College parent. Always a pleasure.
