Loved the hotel great location only complaint I had was the ac didn't work as I would of liked I like to sleep in a ice cold room and it felt like It didn't cool the room to my satisfaction but otherwise I would come back it was very quiet and the limited interaction I had with the guests was great and pleasurable and prices were great too.

Good deal for the room. Pool was warm (a must! ) and staff was friendly.

Nice pools, great service, nice staff.

The beds are so comfy! I had such a great nights sleep. Breakfast was also a nice bonus. Staff was very accommodating to us checking in early for a wake that evening.

Quuett. Room was very nice. Eazy tv. Love seat turns into a bed. Temp in the room very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast very good.

Water pressure could use a boost, but staff is VERY friendly and professional, and rooms are 5 star quality. Updated and top notch.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend. We were getting ready to go to bed and noticed a stain on the comforter, strands of hair in the beds and in the sink of the bathroom. I went down to the front desk to tell them about it and to hopefully get new bedding or a different room. The staff claimed the room was cleaned. They were very rude to us and were more concerned with leaving work than satisfying their guests. They did say they would bring us sheets however. An hour had passed and they still had not brought us new sheets so I called the front desk again. The lady who answered the phone said that even though the man who told us he would bring us sheets said they had sheets available, they were all out. So we ended up sleeping on the dirty beds. We also asked for clean towels the next day, concerned about the cleanliness of those, and none were brought to us. This hotel was dirty and the staff working was very rude.

Been such a long time since I have been at a hotel one of the best establishment's I have ever been to best fitness center and pool area I have seen thank you also to a great staff hopefully a repeat customer.

One star because this hotel was recently renovated and had nice decor. The rooms are stocked with mini fridges and microwaves. Second star for the front desk agent Steve. Helpful and check in was quick and painless. I live locally. Me and a girlfriend decided to take our kids for a surprise night at a hotel to go swimming since it was the last weekend of February vacation. Checked in with no reservation. As we were walking to our room we noticed a heavy marijuana smell and smoke. Let’s just say I am a smoker and it even bothered me. We decided to ignore it and got into the room, unpacked and got the kids in there swimsuits. Now let me add, we chose this hotel because the pictures online looked really nice and we got an inexpensive deal on a rate. Once we got the 3 kids down to the pool, we were absolutely disgusted with what we saw. The pool was 110% green! The ocean would of been warmer to go swimming in. With 45 minute left until closing time at 10pm, it was a zoo full of kids. Half the water was on the floor, along with clumps of peoples hair and dirty socks! Don’t believe me? Go to my profile and scroll down to my public post from February 25th, 2018. Photos are included. The kids were upset. We had to go back to the room, get 3 upset kids dressed, pack up all our belongings and check out. We ended up at the Hampton Inn on Rt. 1 in Peabody instead. WOW what a difference! However, we wasted a good 2 hours time even going to The Best Western!

Fantastic experience! We could not have been more pleased. Every single staff member that we encountered was beyond friendly. The rooms were well decorated, immaculate and very spacious. Beds were so comfy! The complimentary breakfast was even a step above average. The dining room didn't have a crumb on the floor at 10am and that's unusual! A special Thanks goes out to the housekeeping staff on the 5th floor! She was so friendly. She made such nice conversation with us and our 1.5 year old son when we were going to breakfast. I could have stayed and chatted with her all day. She was going to leave our room till last because she knew we were having a hard time getting done to get out of there. (We had a rough night with a crabby baby! ) Once we did leave we said our goodbyes! She noticed that we left our son's pillow in the room and she ran all the way outside in the freezing temps to give it to us! Great staff! We will be back for sure.

Disappointed there was no mention of construction, pool closed, etc. The room was great and very comfortable… great full breakfast! Construction and parking was annoying!

Just stayed there and the staff was polite. But with the renovations going on it was horrible. The room was run down. The price was way too high for a hotel that seems dumpy and run down. I will never go back there, it wasn't worth the money. And the view from our room was a dumpster.

Entrance was slightly hard to find. Service is great, room was quiet.

The rooms were okay. Not the nicest place, but not the worst, either. Stayed here in Danvers Comfort Inn for 2 nights with my family. It was nice that they had an indoor pool, made it fun for the kids.

Good service, rooms were decent and the provided breakfast was okay an overall 4/5 from me.

Great staff, specially Tanya on the night shift, very helpful and friendly. Nice big clean rooms. Nice pool, not as heated as I expected, however it was still a nice swim. Good breakfast.
