This place is like a hidden gem! I don’t know how I found it last year, but definitely will be coming back next year! I wish they had a loyalty program or something. The food options are convenient, reasonably priced, and very tasty. The staff are very nice. The place is clean. Access to the beach is awesome. Just a great place to visit with the family.

Loved everything about this resort, amazing and friendly staff and never short of chairs and umbrellas for the beach beautiful all the way around.

Can’t ask for a better location. In reading some past reviews over the summer, it is obvious that someone is not being honest. I see some bad reviews and bad comments from one certain customer. I happen to know who she is. She makes a habit of looking for free deals. Complains until she gets something for free. She has been unemployed for years because she gets fired from every job she gets and had been evicted from every place she has lived. Cheating the system is a way if life for her, so please disregard her bad comments. This resort is top notch and one of the best on the Cape.

First time here and have already recommended it to our daughters and their kiddos. No complaints so far!

Our room was ready an hour before check in. The bartender at the the riviera boat bar was very attentive and pleasant. The lobster roll was so good! As well as the captains punch! Our room was super clean. Staff has been amazing and answered all our questions. I will definitely be back, hoping to book I October for my anniversary.

The rooms are not very clean. The beds are very small. When you often free towels and chairs and umbrellas, you need to have it available for the guests.

Location is Perfect! Love the Ocean front room location! Wish the Double beds were queen size though … Everything was clean, plenty of towels for beach, bath and pool … and love all the available beach chairs and umbrellas. Great! … a little updating could make it nicer given the price, but all else was great! … maybe some pineapple and a cute umbrella in your frozen drinks would be nice!

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. You really need the room numbers painted on the parking spaces. Constantly parking all over the place. Wi-Fi was terrible in the rooms! The towels are like sandpaper. Very disappointed with the place especially what is charged for a standard room. The only positive our room was close to the beach.

Good prices for what you are getting clean rooms perfect ocean view even from the "pool view" room. Would definitely recommend will be coming back again next year. Staff is also very friendly.

What a beautiful resort! It was clean and the staff was wonderful. Alex at the front desk got us checked in early. She was very knowledgeable! The beach was the best part!

Activities from the hotel is nice, plenty things to keep the kids busy. Great pools. Nicest staffs. Plenty of towels, chairs and beach umbrellas. Beach is a B+, nice soft sand, but water is full of seaweeds. The room needs serious updates, beds are saggy and giving a back pain. Carpet smells like humidity. AC unit is super old and couldn't keep up with the heat. Not all lightbulbs work. Thank god that we don't need to stay in the room a lot. Plenty of nice restaurants within 10 minutes drive.

Beautiful resort on Nantucket Sound! Beach front property, excellent staff! Very nice rooms, beach side bar! The staff will be there to help with any problems and they do it with a smile on their face!

Update: the GM reached out to me and apologized for our experience. He assured me that those issues will be addressed. What a disappointment! The only nice thing about this place is the beach. Rooms are old and dirty. Doors don’t close all the way. The smell is awful! I was told there will be a full size fridge in the room and got only a mini fridge. The dishes were dirty. Bathroom was full of hair and carpet in the room had nails on it. The inside pool was cold and hot tub was full of mold. No lifeguards anywhere. It was cold, and neither pools were heated. We had to leave a day early because our kids got sick. Way overpriced and not even one decent place to eat.

Awesomeness. Entire resort is well maintained. Very friendly environment. Beach area is amazing, with helpful and friendly staff. Food is delicious and restaurants are clean and inviting. My husband and I went to relax. Even though children were on the resort, they were never in our way due to the many activities the resort had planned for them. Nice areas set aside for adults only.

Location is great, indoor and outdoor pool areas are nice, plenty of towels for guests to use. The beach area is great, plenty of chairs to use, sand is clean, and there is a small area where you can find beach toys for kids to use. The breakfast buffet was ok, but there was a variety of options. The free coffee in the lobby every morning was great. The room itself needed some updating. The beds were small double size beds but one of them severely sagged up by the headboard. The shower was nice but the bathroom door was impossible to fully close. The walls looked like they needed a fresh coat of paint and the glass and screen doors to the slider were loud and hard to use.

Great place for kids. This is the second red jacket motel we have stayed at here in Cape Cod, the chain is top notch! Blue Water is great for adults and the Riviera is great for kids. Highly recommend!

There's plenty to choose from water wise from the beach all the way to the indoor and outdoor pools along with a hot tub. You can walk straight from your room to the beach no problem with or without shoes since no glass is allowed on the beach. Overall it's a great place to get out and relax while your kids do their own thing at the outdoor pool.

Great resort get rid of the breakfast buffet and bring back the old breakfast menu!

Basic amenities, some of the room was updated, some of it was not. Room was clean and the ocean views were great!

The view of the beach from our portch was amazing. The room was legit clean. Outdoor pool was warm enough even in October. We will be staying there again next year.

Stayed in past staff very nice rooms clean and tidy free breakfast is a nice touch.

Such an an amazing place on a beautiful location. We had the ocean front room on the first floor and it was just amazing to be able to walk right out to the beach. The pool area is beautiful and well kept, as are the entire grounds.

Rooms were comfortable. Beach is fabulous and the pools are fabtastic. Staff very helpful and will definitely come back!

The service is amazing. The resort is awesome. Employees are kind. I haven't been this relaxed in so long.

Expensive run down motel with a private beach area. Room looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. Complimentary coffee ends at noon. Staff never queried our order on the the beach like they did others. The location and the beach its self is nice, but the level of service is laughable at these prices. Modernizing and cleaning the facilities would go a long way towards improving my opinion.

Beautiful family place. There are many lovely things, One is able to lay on the beach where the waitress passed by and food and drinks can be had by the water. Sipping on a frozen piñata colada while the kids play. But the kind of things that make this place perfect are thongs like the magician show by the pool in mid aftetnoon. Marcus the magician I think his name is. He is delightful and engaging and that is what makes this place stand out. Best time I have spent with my children in a long time.

I have been to the resort several times as a guest and then as a local resident to their outdoor facilities. Outstanding customer services underline the quality found throughout the facility. They also serve some of the best lobster sandwiches found on the Cape. Add in multiple poolside/oceanside bars and there's a recipe for an enjoyable weekend!

People that checked in later than us got a room before us! besides that, hotel and service were both great!

Oceanfront room. Three steps from the sand. You get what you pay for. I'll be going back.

We were told ocean view I had to stand outside behind parked cars to see the ocean. If we ever come back I will request a room away from stairs to upper level. Too much noise with guest up and down the stairs. Over all clean but out room could of used some ceiling paint in shower.
