A great spot to relax and see the local businesses. The rooms are clean, and everyone is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The pools are great too.

It was close to things to do and close to high way. The Internet access was horrible but was lousy could not get a connection the whole time. The reception for the Tv ditto unwatchable,

Was pleasantly surprised to the overall experience here. Breakfast is probably the weaker point but the location on the cape makes up for it. It's an older place to stay but clean and well maintained. Will stay again.

Older hotel, but maintained well! Very clean. Close to beaches, First Encounter sunset is a must! Grocery and pharmacy nearby, but still private and quiet. We stayed on the 1st floor, near the pool. We had a wonderful time, we will be visiting again!

I accidentally booked a stay at the Seashore Park Inn On booking. Com. I tried to cancel the reservation within 20 minutes of booking while explaining that the wrong town was entered in the website and I was no where near Eastham and would like to cancel. I was told they don't refund money and as a result I was out $300.

My family has been going to this Inn for so summer vacation for so many years. It's a great place for families. An indoor and outdoor pool are available, with clear lines separating the deep end from the shallow end. It's just a few minutes from the bike path, a mini golf course and an ice cream and "junk" store. I personally recommend this Inn to anyone visiting the cape.

Very nice! Clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced. This is not a high-end luxury hotel, but we had no expectation that it was.

An average hotel with (moderately) clean rooms. However, the upper management company is extremely crass in how they handle customer service, which is a stark contrast to how reasonable and friendly the front desk staff are. Along with their seeming inability to fix the faulty wiring in the walls, which is undoubtedly against code, makes makes me worry about future guests.

A good place to stay on cape. Normal pricing is somehow kept here despite in a crazy housing market.

Beware this place. Showers don’t drain and the worse breakfast. None of the hot food was hot.

Nice place, reasonable prices and great staff. My only complaint was that the Wi-Fi went out all weekend, but it wasn't just the Seashore Park Inn.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and our three grandsons Aiden, Dylan & Tristan have been staying here for a good fifteen yrs now & “WE WOULDN’T STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! ” This is how much I love this place! Phenomenal service (“BERNIE”, front desk is ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST THAT I HAVE SEEN ANYWHERE FOR CARING ABOUT HIS CLIENTS STAYING HERE & REPRESENTING THIS HOTEL IN SUCH A POSITIVE WAY! Believe me, working in hospitality field for over 45 plus yrs & my winning every award possible “I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MEDIOCRE, GOOD, horrible & EXCELLENT SERVICE” and unequivocally “BERNIE IS THE BEST THERE IS! ” This motel is lucky to have him working for them! ). Everyone we have come in contact with here cares about your coming back & they absolutely go out of their way to help you, answer any questions & make your stay extraordinary! This motel is clean, they just did a wonderful renovation, they have “indoor and outdoor pool” that does not close early like so many, a no frills but adequate continental breakfast included in price of room, grills and tables in middle of complex & it is centrally located! Could I rent a house or cottage cheaper for seven of us? Absolutely! Why don’t I? I could never stay anywhere that I possibly could love more so worth the extra I spend (EXTREMELY INEXPENSIVE ROOM RATES, LET ME SAY BUT W/SEVEN OF US EATING OUT 10 days of our stay, probably less expensive to stay in house so meals eaten “@ cottage/house” BUT… WE RATHER STAY HERE!

The had free breakfast and the rooms were clean and spacious.

Rooms are very clean I like the rustic look in the lobby area the back porch was very nice over looking tge bike trail was able to see sun down was nice pools are very clean as well good for kids my son loved playing on the fro t lawn would definitely stay again. Staff was very nice and helpful!

This is my first time staying there. This place is so beautiful and relaxing… and very clean place. The room was beautiful double beds. Nice very clean bathroom. Ect… they had indoor pool and hot tub… we had it almost to our self. Having fibromyalgia it hit the spot. Their breakfast bar had everything. We will be returning there again. It was just awesome place. Very excellent price. Thanks to all the staff their. You have one our vote… they make you feel welcome.

Nice location as a jump point to outer Cape or mid Cape. Right of traffic circle. Near Wendy's and mini golf. Two pools, one in one out! Clean but dated rooms, not an issue. Staff is great! Breakfast is nice for Continental.

Pros-Good location, not far away from plasa with shops and restrongs. Lot of parking spaces. Big rooms. Clean. Cons — part of hotel near street is very noisy especially in the morning. Limited breakfast variety.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place seems well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent continental breakfast. My only minor complaints if I'm being picky are a rather sluggish Wi-Fi connection and the bathroom exhaust fans don't seem to work. You can't beat the location for access to many of the beaches and attractions around Orleans.

Went for my 30th birthday to the cape (first time there as an adult) from the 6th-8th, totally last minute impromptu trip. Stumbled upon this place on the internet and was given an incredibly fair price for the night. It was me, my girlfriend and her 4 year old looking for our first summer vacation together. And these guys helped us hit that right on the head. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring. The gentleman at the front desk (who was there my entire stay) was i…nformative, kind and accommodating to my need of staying and extra day. To enjoy the area, you need a car, but everything is right there. I will return to area one day, hopefully soon. I would recommend this place for a fun getaway that doesn't break the bank. Did I mention indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and daily breakfast?

This is a lovely resort, popular with families and handy to visit Cape Cod. Lots of space in rooms for families of 4, clean, and with 2 pools, 1 indoor (big) and one outdoor, a games room and very helpful reception staff. Walking distance from ice cream/ beach stores, crazy golf, bicycle rentals, a Wendy's, amongst other amenities. Not in a village location, in fact just off main road, but good breakfast and well organised (get to breakfast early because not a lot of space in the breakfast room! ) Excellent value for money. Would recommend.

Great location with walking access to activities in Orleans. Great for children. The indoor pool is a vacation-saver! We had rain on our trip with four grandchildren and the pool was a huge hit.
Roll right out of the parking lot onto the bike trail… breakfast in am works really well for all ages and tastes.

Good location. The rooms are appropriate and clean, if a bit dated. There's free Wi-Fi, but don't expect high speed ND very reliable connectivity. Small well-kept indoor and outdoor pools, and ok breakfast. It's a fine option for families trying not to blow the budget on a cape cod vacation.

Service was perfect. The staff really looked into taking care of the guest. And the prices were unbeatable.

Great rate. Indoor and outdoor pool. Kitchenette, extra room with a pull out coach, small patio. And Continental breakfast. Easy to get to. Mini golf right across the street. Library of books to borrow. We will go back again.

Price was good. Workers were nice. 2 pools, room had stove, utensils, dining table, 2nd tv. When going out to smoke at night it was very quiet & peaceful. About a 30min drive to P-town. Yup I had a good time and I would recommended it.

Found them through Groupon… although groupon should get their act together, The manager (forgot his name) was awesome. We had to get another room he felt bad and upgraded the rooms… best night sleep, pool and hot tub clean, complimentary breakfast was good as well. Staff awesome… met a couple in their 80s celebrating their bdays. Told us they took their children here in the 70s. GREAT PLACE… I WILL be going back soon!

This place was quiet and clean… I made reservation for Sunday 10th to Monday 11th. I paid $150.48 and two minutes later I called hotel and explained that I need the room for sat 10th and not Sunday 11th… I was told not a problem. Upon arrival I was charged an additional $150.48 for the night. When check out came I realized my credit card was charged for a night stay. No refund because I did not give a ten day notice of cancelation. This is fraud!

It was okay. Great location, but the room was a bit messy.

For the price and all the amenities you get, nothing else comes close to the value this hotel offers. Comes with a fridge, sink, stove top (no oven), microwave, cabinets with silverware, plates, and glassware. Our room had 2 double beds, A/C and heating, we had another whole room, on the other side of the room, which had a pull out bed for another 2 people, a separate TV and a small dining table. Another great amenity was a sliding door leading to the back part of the hotel room, with nice outdoor chairs with privacy dividers (seperating the view of other rooms), so we had a private backyard. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very nice. Game room upstairs in the lobby, a nice pool outside (wasn't open for summer yet, but we saw it and it looked nice). The included continental breakfast had the basics so you don't need to pay to go out for breakfast. Great location, friendly staff, low nightly cost, and clean rooms… what else could you ask for? The only reason I dropped it a star is the room do needs remodeling for sure, you can definitely tell the hotel is in a vacation destination, these rooms have definitely seen better days. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

For the last 10 years I have stayed at this inn. My wife used to come with her family and stayed here each year for most of her life. So needless to say, it's our second home. :) It's convinient and near a few beaches (only a short drive to Nauset Beach, my fav) and the bay with a beautiful short drive. 6A is right around the corner so it's easy to hop on and go to other parts of the cape. The bike trail is also right up the road from the inn as well. Next door to Seashore Park is Tradewinds, our favorite shop on all of the cape, the mini golf, and a couple eateries. There is a grocery store and plenty of other resturaunts and such right around the corner as well. There is continental breakfast, but it's usually the same. I wish there was a little better variety, but you can't complain, it's free. :p The pool is always nice and my wife loves the indoor hot tub so much. That's one of the reasons she loves coming here. The rooms are great, they've been updated in the last few years. I always love the smell of the rooms because it makes me feel nostalgic and home again. The last few times we had stayed, there was either a reunion, sports team, or wedding group staying there. We usually go early June before peak season to avoid crowds. Unfortunately we seem to get hit with these groups in the last few years and they got super loud and obnoxious. There was even a few drunk people making a ton of noise late at night.

Stayed here for my son's hockey tournament. When we arrived it was after midnight. Got the room and there were problems with it. They were not able to get us another room, they were booked. They ended up giving me a refund and we ended up at a Marriott Courtyard 20 miles away from his teammates. We ended up coming back the next day to get another room so he could be with his team. The guy had heard about the problems we ran into, and got us into a larger room. No problems with this room. Overall not a bad place.

“Leaky Ceiling, Ants & Disinterested Management. DO NOT STAY HERE! ” First room ceiling leaking from the room upstairs Second room Ants in all our luggage Management didn't seem to care about the inconvenience of moving our belongs and 2 small children 2 times and felt that a $16 dollar credit was enough to compensate us. Staff proceeded to spray Spectracide Bug Stopper on and near or toiletries and toothbrushes. So here is what you get when you spend over $300 at this DUMP! 1. Leaky toilet water coming through the ceiling 2. Dirty room 3. Ants in all your luggage 4. Spectracide bug stopper on your toothbrush & toiletries 5. Totally disinterred and uncaring management 6. All around disgusting experience 7. $16 refund for all your troubles If you stay here after reading this review,, you’ll be sorry.

Pool was clean but room was dark, smelled of sewage and was infested with ants. Got nothing but disinterest from owners.

The continental breakfast is very convenient, I enjoy getting the large room, it has a kitchenette. The indoor pool is always clean and so is the indoor hot tub. My daughter loves the game center above the lobby. The outdoor pool is a wonderful place to swim, read or play a game. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the sea shore park in.

The room is really horrible, there was bugs in the room, it smell like old peoples, don't let the picture fool you, because it fool me. Also the room was really dark and the doorknob look like it about to fall out.
