We always stay here for weekend Cape trips! The best! Affordable, clean, family run, relaxed, lovely breakfast buffet, nice outdoor pool, walking distance to pubs, fish food eateries, ice cream, Christmas Tree, etc. Outdoor seating, washers and dryers—-it has it all! THE BEST!

Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice warn and filling breakfeast. Clean and centrally located to the beach and walking distance to good food.

Great value for the money. Nice people. Very clean and near all conveniences. I'd stay here again in a heart beat.

We stayed there for 1 night for the weekend. Amazingly clean rooms, good service, friendly manager, nice clean bathroom. The room was cozy & comfortable, we slept well after a long day of excursion. My 7yr kid also liked it. They have a pool but we didn't use it as the water was cold. They have Stop n Shop nearby so you can buy whatever you need. Breakfast was sufficient & good. No complaints! Comparitively cheap & good around Orleans!

Very conveniently located. Even tho it is not all new furniture etc. The room was very clean and airy. The breakfast had cereal, bagels waffles, yogurt and sweet buns. Coffee, tea or juice. We were well satisfied. The swimming pool looked very clean. The staff was friendly and anxious to help us.

Our room had been renovated and was in excellent condition. While the whole hotel is not new it's in good condition and the owners are constantly maintaining and trying very hard to make your experience be a good one. You can see the effort that have put in all throughout the property. We were so happy here we spent a second night! The hotel is in a good location close to food and activities.

This place has not been renovated for years. But it is a good basic place to stay and had a good location for visiting the Cape Cod area. It is reasonably priced. Breakfast is adequate. Rooms were clean though decor is a old — but who cares if it's just a place to sleep.

Very nice people. Location was excellent. 10-20 minutes to get to just about everything.

Rooms were big enough and warm enough. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Microwave and portable fridge helpful too.

Friendly management. The complimentary breakfast ended for the season as of 12/1/17 but there are great dining options nearby. For our needs, this location was perfect!

Great location. We've stayed here for several years during vacation. Close to the beach and within walking distance of places to eat and drink.

The hotel itself was nice, as were most of its facilities. The breakfast provided had a bit less bulk than I would have liked, but wasn't too disappointing. The one thing that would have improved my experience is if there had been some access to water other than the bathroom sink.

Great affordable stay on the cape. Very good complimentary breakfeast. Pool was clean and saved the day on days when rain was on and off.

Excellent customer service. We had a great experience. We were traveling with our 7 month old daughter and they were very accommodating. Rooms were spacious, had a good clean baby crib. Complimentary breakfast had everything we needed — fresh fruits, bagel, coffee, yogurt, cereals and more. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great, convenient location on cape cod, budget friendly hotel for lodging.

Good location, decent room. Room did not smell like smoke. Quiet. I feel like it is slightly under rated on sites giving it 2 stars. Perhaps it is a 2 star hotel for Cape Cod, but would be a low 3 star hotel anywhere else. Cleaner than most Rodeway Inns. Breakfast was minimal. Outdoor pool not open in late April. Would recommend to a business traveler or someone just needing a quick, low priced room for a night or two.

It was overall very good. The outlet closest to my bed did not work though, but it is an excellent location for walking around a bit to go to restaurants and shops in Orleans. The room was clean when we arrived and was kept clean.

They hold my money after I checked out for 3 days and didn't deliver yet. I wish I didint pay cash for my one night stay over there. Never stay again.

Hii its Soumalya Biswas the rooms are very well decorated and the washrooms are very neat and clean… The nature of the owner and his wife is very nice. She helped me in lots of ways… Very friendly behaivior, breakfast is awesome here and rooms + service are fantastic in this motel… ☺

Best place to stay on the Cape.

I LOVED STAYING HERE! this is a perfect location, everything is around this place motor rides, beaches restaurants! rooms are clean and specious! this property is maintained nicely! we had a wonderful experience staying here :) owners are loving.

I stayed here Wed-Fri, June 20-22, which happened to be the hottest days of the summer thus far, in the 90's. I used my choice points, which was 12, 000/night, which was a deal. Compared to past hotels I've stayed at thru Choice Privledges, this was one of the better ones. I originally booked a room with a King bed, later to find that 2 others were going to join me, the Owner was able to switch me into a room with 2 beds, no problem. The pool was large and clean, I would lie out in the morning before the beach and there was someone wiping down the chairs every morning, both chairs and chaise lounges. The rooms had an AC, fridge, and standard linens… Everything here is what I would expect for the hotel, somewhat dated and not the best quality, but then again, you're not booking a room at the Ritz Carlton, and you know that going into it. But everything is clean and just what you need when you're going to be spending the majority of your time at the beach. It's close to all the beaches. There are various tables and chairs located outside rooms, as well as in the grass in the lawn, I spent one evening hanging out in the lawn at the wicker tables, we had some music on, brought our drinks down, and it was so relaxing, no one bothered us. There is a Stop and Shop practically next door, as well as various restaurants.
