Absolutely beautiful decor, wonderful staff and incredible breakfast! I enjoyed my time thoroughly and will be back!

My husband and I had an great stay here in Nov! The service was good, the breakfast was unique and I was pleased to see so many healthy and vegetarian options, the room was modern and attractive. The room was reasonably priced by Nantucket standards. They had a great selection of tea and coffee available on both floors at all times. Only complaint was the fire pit wasn't lit at night as promised and the floors creaked so loudly you had to tip toe to your room and you could hear every doorstep past your door. But these are unavoidable minor things. The overall stay was great. The location could not be better. The two staff members we spoke with during our stay were friendly at check in and check out and helpful when we requested a fan for the room. We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here this week and couldn't have been happier. Everything was amazing. The staff was wonderful, it was the cleanest hotel I had ever stayed in, and the complimentary breakfast was incredible. I wish I could give more stars. I will be staying here for years to come.

Great place to stay in town. Short walk from either ferry terminal. Just steps to restaurants, shops, galleries and more. Room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a room in back (107) that was very quiet and pleasant. Easy access to the deck outside. As much as we liked everything about this place, breakfast was our favorite part. Each morning was a different selection of freshly made, beautifully presented and delicious small plates and fresh juices and smoothies. So good. Staff was super nice and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay. Love this place and will definitely be back.

Great location, amazing staff and manager. I can not say enough great things about this property. They have done a beautiful job with the decor and have thought of everything! Breakfast was fantastic!

ABSOLUTELY the BEST! Very clean and you couldn't beat the location! The services was outstanding. Barbara and Gavin (we think that is his name-a young gentleman with a beard) went above and beyond what you would expect! The others were great too! The breakfast was superb. It was pricey but we definitely highly recommend this hotel.

We've found the room here too be really comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly. Tavis have us a wonderful suggestion for lunch our first day here. We are in a king room with a water view. The bed is quite comfortable, and the room feels very airy. The bathroom also gets a lot of sunlight. This is our first trip to Nantucket. It seems like a really peaceful, relaxing place, and 21 Broad seems to fit right in to that atmosphere.

I stayed in a beautiful room at 21 Broad. It was a very comfortable stay, with a nice bed and shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was very tasty.

Really enjoyed our stay with them. They were very accommodating when the boats across to the island were canceled for 2 days. Wish we could have stayed for the entire 3 planned but really enjoyed the one night we had with them. Staff was very kind and informative.

Very nice hotel in which we spent two nights for our honeymoon. Everything is very well renovated. The building is beautiful and right in the city centre. The room is a little small but everything is very well designed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom very clean. A special mention for the staff who welcomes us with cookies while hot. Always smiling and available for us information about the area. Thank you for your kindness.

Sometimes you just feel like it's totally the right fit for you… that's my experience. I appreciate the level of attention to detail everywhere. The fact that I can step out of my room on the second floor and get coffee from a beautifully presented coffee station … in a real cup… was the icing on the cake. Beautiful simple, elegant, modern, fresh. I am dying to stay again … and I'm still here!

Great location right in the center of town. We were initially worried about not having a car or any mode of transportation, there really was no need for one because everything was within walking distance. We walked all across town: to the beaches, the lighthouse, the local market, the restaurants — all about a 10-15 min walk. The breakfast was delicious, every morning was slightly different and prepared in house. Lots of healthy options like yogurt with granola, fruit mix, oatmeal — but also had some pastries for those with a sweet tooth. The room was beautiful and clean, the front desk offered an iPad for our room they had an apple radio/stereo docking station which we thought was neat. Everything was just beautifully decorated like straight out of a magazine. The hotel staff was super nice and even though we needed to check out at 11am, they hold your bags in case you still want to walk around town as you wait for your ferry to arrive. Just super sweet folks, we had a great time!

We spent Christmas Stroll weekend at 21 Broad and just loved the hotel! The location is perfect to town and to main street/restaurants and bars. The rooms are beautiful — large, clean and new. The breakfast and snacks were great. The staff is wonderful. The hotel was a great stay. We plan to definitely go back — and am really looking forward to it.

What a wonderful experience! This new hotel is outstanding, despite having only been open a short time. A beautiful, spotless, comfortable room with complimentary iPad. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was elegant yet simple, and delicious! Without a doubt, we will stay at 21 Broad on our next trip to Nantucket.

Stayed at 21 Broad for our 10 year anniversary this past weekend and it was just amazing. The hotel was just re-done so the rooms and facilities are in pristine condition. Bright, clean and with a great modern feel. The general managers Kealy and Ray could not have been nicer. So welcoming and helpful as we planned our stay on the island. The breakfast is amazing. From great bite sized cheeses and pastries to fresh salads and smoothies. All which we enjoyed outside on their very cute and private patio. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything: ferries, great restaurants, shopping, the best ice cream on the island.

What a great new swank spot! With a quick walk to downtown Nantucket, this hotel was clean and fresh with chic decor. The fabulous perks would include the comfortable porch area (love the outside fire area) which lends to daily or nightly chats with the other guests, the daily yummy breakfast and the very nice and helpful folks who work there. Four thumbs ups from my husband and I.

It is hard to describe with words what a wonderful property 21 Broad is! The entire space is lovely, both inside and out. The rooms, while a little small, are so restful and like every space in this hotel, beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are so pretty with many amenities included plus a few extra surprises! It was helpful to have the small fridge in our room and the 24 hr. Coffee bar in the common areas was also very nice and well appointed. The sheets were excellent quality and very comfy although the pillows were a little too plump for my liking. All of the personnel were friendly, talented and helpful. The food each morning for breakfast was delicious and artfully presented. I also loved the little treats of cookies and candy that were available each day, along with the cocktail set ups each evening. The back patio was such a nice play to relax and spend time both day and night. The firepit was beautiful and also furnished a nice place to unwind after dinner. There are so many great things about 21 Broad that I have barely scratched the surface. Suffice it to say, I don't think anyone could be disappointed after staying there. The location could not have been any more convenient and you just have to step out the front door to find numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment possibilities within steps. It is bound to be one of the most popular places to stay in Nantucket in a very short time once the word gets out.

We had a fantastic experience staying at 21 Broad and would highly recommend it as the perfect place to stay in Nantucket. My husband and I were there a week ~~ and loved every minute of it. The location is great ~~ within easy walking distance of fabulous restaurants, downtown shopping, the harbor, and notable landmarks. We loved taking advantage of the fire pit and gathering place on the side deck ~~ as well as the inviting Adirondack chairs on the front porch. The rooms are modern with every convenience. It's bright and cheery and full of character. The innkeepers Ray and Keely were such a pleasure to get to know ~~ as well as all of the girls ~~ and everyone bent over backwards to make it a wonderful experience. We'll definitely go back.
