Great location convenient to Tanglewood. Safe quiet area. Our room was dated but clean and comfortable. For the money, we would stay again.

Clean and spacious rooms with relatively modern styling. Bed was comfortable. Includes microwave and fridge. No strange smells and clean hallways. Quiet. Bathrooms are slightly dated, but nothing terrible. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Breakfast consists of cereal, packaged waffles and pastries, toast, juice, coffee, milk, fruit and yogurt. Picture of the room itself was on my way out. Housekeeping does a great job.

A fair price for a night 15 minutes away from Tanglewood… Can't ask for much more!

Its not the Hilton but a great place to stay for after a show at Tanglewood or if you're just passing through.

Very clean and secure. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in recent memory. Highly recommended.

Worst Motel Ever! The rooms was ice cold So we tried to turn on the heat to high and hoped that maybe it was just taking time for the heater to warm up, but an hour later it was still ice cold in that room so I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room and after entering the second room it was also ice cold without a working heater! I went back to the front desk and told her that I was leaving to get a room at a hotel with working heat and asked for a refund and that it was completely unacceptable that in 20° weather they do not have working heater’s in their rooms. She refused me a refund! do not waste your time or money going to this dump!

We will go back to the Super 8 in Lee Massachusetts it was clean quiet and comfortable little shops to explore and eateries Timothy's Italian restaurant was delicious!

Very clean neat simple breakfast but filling clean beds and rooms.

Easy on off location, basic room. Includes breakfast, but very basic. Next door is a great breakfast place. Cute town, cheap place to stay.

My wife and I stayed here in mid-June of 2017 and had a great stay. The manager, I believe his name was Sam, was kind and helpful. Very fair price for a clean room, quiet area and a decent breakfast. Hey… for the price we felt we more than got our money's worth and we would gladly come back.

Nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean, the shower has good pressure, and it's convenient for people who are shopping or just looking for a break from the Mass Pike. The exit is before the toll road starts, so you don't have the inconvenience of paying to get off the road. Nice outlet mall here as well and a quintessential Main Street (it's called that) just down the road.

Bed was kinda hard. Workers were nice. Was a nice cheap option.

Super comfy beds, free Wi-Fi, television, mini fridge, microwave, and they even have a cute little alarm clock with USB ports for charging things. They have separate reading lights, so that one person could read, whilst the other sleeps, they can turn, and the lights are not too close to the bed-no head bumping here! The doors to the rooms are also inside the hotel, so you can't hear the street traffic, and feel safer, not having your door open to outside the hotel. I would come again.

Friendly reception. Last hotel on the 90 going east before Springfield, good location. That's the good… but it wasn't all the good. Hot water in the shower was warm. The hotel was under renovations so that's a good thing, but you have to expect only the basics here. Good spot for a quick night of sleep on the road.

The lady at the front desk gave me the wrong room even after I corrected her. She gave us two doubles instead of the king we had requested. In the room the TV didn't work at all. House keeping walked in even after we informed them we were in the room in the morning. All the warm air sat in the curtain since the fan blows out the curtain, so the room was cold.

The room itself was fine but Alarm clocks in neighboring rooms were going off all morning beginning with the one in our room at 5am from the previous guest (we assume the other rooms were empty and no one bothered to turn off or reset alarms from previous guests just like our room). The room was either sweltering hot or freezing cold with no I'm between. Overall, just not a comfortable stay.

Wonderful area lots to do, OaknSpruce accommodates us just fine. Close to so many things.

If you can find and afford a better hotel, don't go to the Super 8. It was very quiet and a handy location (which we appreciated). Our room was clean in the important places, but had not gotten a "spring" cleaning in quite some time. Staff was friendly, but management has neglected lobby, hallways, stairwells, which are dirty and worn-out. It really needs freshening up and investment. Breakfast offering was OK but so depressing-looking we went next-door to Dunkin Donuts. For the # of tourists and business travelers this area gets, budget "chain" hotels are in short supply.

This motel is perfect for what it is. It's clean, staff was friendly and it had a bed, running water and working air conditioning. Will stay here again, great location too. Also there are pokestops nearby.

Stayed here for a wedding. The staff was reasonably accepting. For the price ($160 a night including tax & fees for a king size bed room) the services were pretty bad. The bed was stiff Springs with no pillow top. The bathroom smelled like awful body odor (faded after a few showers) all in all, id say for a short notice booking, it was on par with a government furnished navy gateway.

Solid little hotel. Nothing crazy. Just stayed one night.

It was late and I didn't make a reservation. I was only going to sleep for a couple hours and get back on the road. The front desk was very accommodating.

Stayed here during the Tanglewood Music Festival in July/August. While other hotels are charging $200 to $400 a night with a minimum stay of 3 nights, I was able to get a room for around $150 with no required minimum nights. It's not the greatest hotel but it's one of the cheapest during this time of season when hotels are usually sold out. Don't expect much. A place to sleep. A simple breakfast which is cereal, coffee/tea, yogurt, bananas and toast/waffles. If you want more, a 5 minute walk outside the hotel gives you your McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts and Friendly's. They aren't NOT going to give you concierge service and help plan your weekend. They give you a clean room a place to sleep and let you do your own thing.

Does not honor their ads or coupons. Does not honor AAA though they advertise it. They are liars. Drove an extra 30 minutes late at night because of their ad to only have them refuse to honor it and take advantage of my tired family who couldn't travel anywhere else. The owner was rude on top of that. Also MILDEW in the shower.
