I like the attention and the comfort of the hotel.

You pay a lot for a couple nights and some of the amenities aren’t there for you. They shut the pool down after getting 3 different stories from 3 different people why it is. Stated food was “In” the pool when my kids and I were the last to leave the night before. States it was cloudy when they took us to see it, it was clear you could see to the bottom. Stated that it was “Lightning “ out when it was heavy rain and mind you, it’s a indoor pool. I truly feel they didn’t want the kids and families in it as there were many were there for a football tournament. Also, my phone in the room had no coats connected to it so I couldn’t call them to let them know I have ants in my Bathroom. Towels were a issue through the 3 nights of staying g here. They have a shortage of towels in the rooms and pool area. The breakfast was the same every morning (Egg, cheese burrito omelettes). Sometimes change is good. If we do this Bean-town football again next year, we will not be staying here. We travel a lot for football and family vacations and this definitely was down on the scale of hotels for us.

I just checked out of your hotel and I was in room 613 and we forgot a coat in the closet. We have been calling your phone for an hour and no one answers. It is unacceptable that in a hotel of its category no one can attend the central. I'd like them to save my coat so I can send someone to pick it up. My reservation was in the name of Militza Carrero.

I checked into my room after 5, the front desk manager informed me the room I paid for was not available, I explained this is unacceptable if we checked in early we would have to pay $50 so if my room is not available they should reimburse me $50. She than told me it was policy, and respect it. She was rude refused to give me her name (no name tag) so I could report her to corporate. I would never recommend this place to anyone! we followed the policy and waited to check in until after 3 so we didn't have to pay any extra fees we should not be penalized for their mistake! she than refused to talk to me and only spoke to my husband.

Smoky smell in hallway, fridge in room had rancid smell.

Hotel needs to be gutted. Water damage throughout. I also had a theft happen here and both the hotel and Hyatt Corp refused to investigate or respond to the incident. The manager doesn’t show up to work or leave proper contact information for the staff in case of emergencies. Entire staff was low quality. It’s time for this place to be torn down and to get rid of the employees.

Ramona was an OUTSTANDING person to help out with everything we needed! SO friendly, helpful and truly wonderful to us. She made us feel so welcomed and appreciated.

We stayed at the Hyatt in April 2019. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ray, Ainsa and Romona (who thoughtfully greeted us with cold bottles of water). The breakfast was delicious and hot. The rooms were very spacious. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return…

I always love staying here because the rooms are gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. On this stay I had forgotten my cell charger and my poor phone was on its last legs. I went to the front desk, as I'd read that they offer chargers to borrow, but they didn't have one for my phone. The woman at the front desk just so happened to have the same phone and loaned me her own personal charger, without even asking for my room number. Amazing service, such sweet people working here. This is by far one of my favorite hotels in the area.

These people were very helpful and the amenities were very good. However, it is a little loud at night next to the highway, if you're a light sleeper you may have an issue. Aside from that it's a great hotel. Great breakfast, staff, and location with regards to the Boston area.

My wife, myself and 2 friends stayed here this Saturday night. I feel for $255 including fees for a last minute reservation isn't bad for staying in or near boston ma on a Saturday night. We got what looked like a suite, which included 2 beds and a pull out couch in the living room area. Was very clean in the room and throughout the hotel. The breakfast in the morning from 7am-9am (i believe) was the best included breakfast I've ever had. Almost a buffet style with Belgium waffles, fresh scrambled eggs, 6-7 different cereal choices, bacon, tons of bread choices, many juices, including fresh REAL OJ, 2 %/whole milk. I will definitely go there again.

I’ve stayed at dozens of Hyatt Place hotels in the past… in fact, it’s my favorite brand, but this place needs to be spruced up for sure. First room (no smoking) REEKED OF SMOKE. Needless to say, we turned right around and requested a change. Sent to an ADA room, which was OK, but… no soap in the room. Back down to reception… three visits to the desk within 15 minutes. Upon checkout, my wife visited the ladies room and it also reeked… but of urine. Perhaps ownership needs to find new managers. People were nice but that is not the solution.

First, a shout out to Ray and Jan, who were very friendly and supportive. I stayed here post-surgery, and both Jan and Ray would ask about me and offer additional amenities to help out. Second, the rooms and space were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I needed an accessible room, and I had no problem getting around in my wheelchair. The shower bench was also perfect. Third, while busy, they had a full continental breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs etc. Definitely a good start to the day. I don’t get out to Boston much anymore, but I definitely will return to this hotel when back in town!

Hotel staff extremely helpful and polite. Free garage parking. Clean rooms. 42" LCD TVs in room. Large sofa area in room for lounging. But minus one star for the small bathroom. The door is huge! But everything else was tiny inside. Lol. The Wi-Fi was weak (but it was free). But all we really cared about was a clean room and we had that.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. It was my first time in Boston, so I wanted to see the sights. This hotel was conveniently located, based on some of the activities we had planned. The staff was VERY helpful, and catered to our every need. I got a sunburn, so they made sure that we had extra lotion. Very nice.

We are platinum member with Hyatt. We have been with so many Hyatt in different cities and states but this Hyatt place is the worst one ever. No one pick up the phone in front desk EVER! I can't count how many times I called them since morning, no one pick it up! Finally at 2:00 pm, I was bound to go downstairs with my one year old to talk to them! Before that I requested 2 people in person in the morning including the guy in the front desk to send a person just to take my trash bag (my baby's poop) from the rest room, no one cared to convey the message to the house keeping! When I went down, I requested for a spoon and fork, another elderly person there, showed so much attitude that he hates to talk to a brown people like me! He didn't even reply to me! Racist people, horrible setvser. I am gonna place this complaint to the higher authority of Hyatt.

This hotel seems to be dated but I guess recently renovated. Had one or two issues but they were dealt with well. The front desk staff was helpful. She answered all questions and explained policies well. Plus the food was tasty!

Booked a room for my in-laws here. Nice, spacious room that easily accommodated 2 people plus room for all 4 of us to sit and watch TV together. As usual, great service all around.

We stay here when our son has short and long admissions to Boston Children's Hospital. Before we even arrive the staff is very accommodating and shows real compassion for our son and our family during very scary times. My only suggestion is get to breakfast early as it gets extremely busy fast and often hard to find a seat despite the wide spread seating.

Great for families! I went with my family of 6, and we used the complimentary shuttle from the hotel every day! It took us to the metro where we were able to move around the city. Definitely recommend this hotel if you can’t stay inside of Boston, plus it has complimentary breakfast. Overall, great experience!

Although it wasn't readily obvious whether or not Room Service was offered, there's a nice bar at ground level, offering very appetizing tapas-like entrées. We were extremely pleased with our suite, as well. There were both traveling families and corporate folks coming and going. We also spotted a small-sized puppy walking thru the Lobby with its owners, which is a great sign for pet owners. We recommend the Hyatt House for short and extended visits. It is very accessible by public transport, and located at the conjunction of major thoroughfares.

This is a Hyatt? I have seen bigger bathrooms in airplanes. Torn, dirty sheets in sofa bed. Skimpy thin blankets, no comforter. I am glad I had my own blanket in the car.

My family had a great experience here! Nice view of Boston from the 8th floor! The underground parking was convenient especially while snowing. The people working the front desk were very kind and curious!

I enjoyed my stay at HYATT PLACE. Breakfast was hot and always ready on time. My room was kept clean and tidy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. When traveling, it's always good to know that you're safe when yoi lay ypur head down and and your belongings are well taken care of while you're out — Hyatt Place was able to do that for me and I'm we pleased.

Great stay. New staff though with some being stuffy and impersonal. A few good personalities but, nothing like the wonderful staff they replaced.

Will never stay there again! 1. When I called for the shuttle to pick me up in Medford I waited about 1/2 hour; called and was told the driver was there; waiting another 20 minutes and the driver called and said he was in the back of the building. I had to walk in the pouring rain. The shuttle had a foul smell. 2. The room I was given was right next to the elevators; room had a bad smell, TV and some lights did not work; after several hours of very loud door banging I went to desk to ask for another room. 3. I was told about the "noisy" and "quiet" sections. I had to move to another room which was quiet but the TV still did not work. 4. They did not have 3 items on the menu that were stated on the menu. 5. I made reservation for the 7:30 am shuttle. In the morning the only breakfast that I could "safely" have was coffee, juice and English muffin; the eggs were not "real eggs" and were horrible; the fruit smelled bad so I did not want to take any chances on anything else and finally 6. At 7:20 I was told the shuttle would be on time and that it was being cleaned off and warmed up; at 7:35 I was told that the shuttle was not dug out; desk person said they would call a cab; after watching this person do various other tasks I had to ask him again to call the cab; he called and said the cab person would call him back. I said that is not good enough was late and the person had to drive me to my destination. All in all it was a most horrible stay and certainly not worthe the $195.

After arriving for check-in, we were told that our room had been given to someone else. Then the hotel manager would not give us a refund for that night. We ended having to pay for someone else to sleep in our room. After moving us in to another room (right next to the elevators, no less) for a horrible, noisy night of sleep, the breakfast was absolutely horrible. The scrambled eggs were half liquid, and the fruit smelled rotten. I will never be staying here again.

No room service. No real bar or restaurant. Pool was closed. No plugs near the beds to charge devices. Beds were comfy.

It was a nice hotel, large rooms, continental breakfast was warm and stocked well. Only compliant was the the staff is not super friendly. When we got here Friday night the woman behind the desk has a lot of attitude and was rude to another person staying at the hotel I was a bit surprised to hear how she responded to the guest. The second small issue was when our room was cleaned when we were gone for the day they left a couple pieces of trash on the floor and didn’t clean and replenish the dishes. Otherwise room was clean and the hotel was nice overall.

Everything was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was clean. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was a LIFESAVER for my 7 month old son, my 13 year old sister, and my disabled mother and I! We parked our car at the airport for a week because my aunt paid f9r us all to go down to Georgia and visit her… when we got back the car started right up and after 5 minutes in Boston our car was really messing up the engine was shaking and we c ouldnt go faster than 15 miles per hour, so we c ouldnt make it to our hotel an hour away from us. We checked everywhere for a hotel near us that had availability for the night at 3 am and we c ouldnt get into either hotel. We saw this hotel online and just prayed that we would make it there cause it was a mile away, and if they had no availability we would have to stay in the lobby for the night. They luckily had a room available for us to stay in for the night, they were extremely helpful and mindful of our situation. That next morning we put stuff in the gas to unfreeze everything and our car was working perfect again. They even let us stay until 2pm to figure everything out. Thank you so much for helping us! We are truly grateful! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Not to mention, the room we stayed in was beautiful.

Overall good stay. Our room was quite big. Two double beds and a pull out. The kids enjoyed the pool and free breakfast and free parking was great. Also not too far from Boston 10-15 minute drive.

I have stayed at this hotel probably 50 nights in three years. The rooms are impeccable, the service is kind and friendly, the pool is great, and each time I am in Boston there is no other place I would rather be. Cute town nearby with great dinning options. Even their laundry and dry cleaning service is top notch. Great place for the business traveler.

Modern facility with medium sized rooms. Relatively clean and maintained okay. The food options are a little lacking.

The room was nice, the bar was nice, Muhammad served us and was excellent. 4 stars because we paid especially for a room with a tub, and it did have a tub but the drain plug didn't fit correctly so the bathtub was not very useful.

Very nice rooms. Breakfast was very filling. Rooms were big. Pool was very comfortable and big. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

If you need a pet friendly hotel, particularly for a longer stay this place is a great option. I had to be out of my house for a few days while there was work done and my cat and I made our temporary home base here. It was a very stressful week and the staff here were a huge help. They worked their room cleaning time around when I could be there to supervise the cat and didn't force me to keep him crated when I was at work. Breakfast is included and there is food available for purchase at other times. The room was huge with a big sitting area so I didn't feel like I was crammed into one room for a week. The bed was pretty comfortable too.

First and foremost the staff are sensational! Whatever you asked for, if it is in their power to deliver they do. Nothing is a problem. The room is very neat, tidy and plenty of room and the beds are so comfortable. With breakfast and parking included you can't go wrong. Medford is convenient for everything and I will stay here again. Value.

Great hotel that is reasonably price. Perfect for large families. The free breakfast is a plus and the staff is friendly. They have renovated since we last visited and loons even better. The fitness roo is even better now.

The room was clean when we arrived, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasted pretty good, and the coffee was fantastic. Overall it's a nice place.

Hyatt currently lists this place as a Category 2 hotel and it is an absolute steal at this price. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to its rooms and the finished room they put us in was wonderful. It included a sofa, with upgraded bathroom and room amenities. Huge walk in shower if that is your thing. Particularly like the lights behind the huge mirror. Location wise, it is only 13 minutes from Boston's North End neighborhood and there are barely any traffic lights, you are on I-93 the whole time. It's a great drive even during the weekdays. Sure this place is not on the river front, but it is close enough. You can decide if 13 minutes of driving is worth the extra hundreds per night. Other standard things with Hyatt Place… hot breakfast till 10am, free parking and Wi-Fi. Worth noting, however, is that there is free indoor parking. Helps if the weather is bad and also is extra protection for your car. The savings add up especially if you consider that parking in a hotel downtown can be 40-50 bucks. Overall highly recommended for vacationers visiting the Boston metro area.

The Hyatt Place Medford is located close to many conveniences and the city of Boston. The staff are pleasant and helpful, I had issues with the free Wi-Fi and they were very prompt with assisting me. The room I stayed in was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was undergoing renovations when I stayed there but regardless service was still beyond amenable.

A nice hotel with a great location, but they are undergoing renovations currently, June 24th. The water has been shut off most of the day 10am to 4pm. They have a bar with wine and beer and a good breakfast in the morning. There is a pool and a business center as well. The staff is courteous and friendly.

It was hard to get shampoo and conditioner from the maid she will only give you one a day when there was three of us in a room. I woke up too early for breakfast most of the time even though I had to go to work and also woke up to early for the shuttle to get to the train. Wi-Fi gym wear under renovations. Like to mention Tom the night manager he was great give us a lot of help.

Large rooms, nice beds, LED TV and buffet continental breakfast. Fitness room is OK. Liked the underground parking garage (It snowed the night before into early morning. Walking distance to downtown Medford in High St.

My stay at the Hyatt Place was above average. The location was convenient and the room was satisfactory. The complementary breakfast was nice as well. Would stay overnight again if necessary.

The décor is outdated, the service poor, and the accommodations mediocre. For the price and location, it's average. Nothing special, but not horrible.

Hyatt Place Medford is a dump. I was appalled. I was charged over $300 for the night (incl. Tax) and the hotel looked more like strip mall motel which charges a third of the price. The elevators were filthy and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The corridor carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, let alone shampooed. The carpeting in the room was stained and dirty; I avoided walking on it in my bare feet in case I caught some nasty fungus. The bathroom tub was stained (you could see the outline of a rubber non-slip mat that had obviously been there a long time and had finally been removed), the plastic tub sides were stained, the bathroom walls were stained. Something had been dripped down the wood bedhead by a previous guest and it was still there when we were given the room. The fridge in the room was so loud that every time it kicked on, I woke up. The checkout staff were slow and clueless. I was traveling all week and stayed in six different hotels in six nights. This one was the second most expensive hotel I stayed in and was BY FAR the worst. I recommend that Hyatt send someone to see this dump before they allow it to continue using the Hyatt brand name, which for me, has now been completely ruined.

Hotel told us upon checkin that they're turning off water from 10-4pm the next day. Never mentioned this when I called to make reservation. Plus, got charged again for the night even though I prepaid. Thankfully the receptionist was nice and the room was clean, so experience is average at best.

I went Boston to attend a baby shower from NC. I was find this motel to stay for one night. It was very good motel. Staff is so helpful and so friendly. The room also so clean. I will suggest this motel to my friends and family mambers.

The kids enjoyed our stay. They loved the pool. Us adults loved the room. The free made to order breakfast in the morning was excellent! That was definitely a huge bonus. Was not happy to pay the $10 fee for "self parking" for a parking spot that was not available. 9 out of 10

Really nice staff. Really accommodating. Had a track meet close to there so we used their hotel. They allowed us to use one of their meeting rooms to eat together as a team.

Rooms are comfortable and we'll priced. Location is great. Close to a lot of small stores and restaurants.

Clean. Plenty of parking. Decent free breakfast. Good Wi-Fi.

Hyatt place Boston/Medford is located close to the highway and is easily accessible from Logan International Airport quickly! Included breakfast in the price! Business Center, Wi-Fi, indoor swimming pool ideal for relaxing, parking at no additional cost. Restaurants and petrol station are nearby. Downtown Boston is ca. 15 minutes away!
