VERY clean beautiful hotel! Only complaint was too many people allowed in the pool. No social distancing. A covid outbreak waiting to happen. Kids also terrorizing without masks elsewhere. This was truly a case of very disrespectful guests but I feel that the hotel needs to enforce their policy. Everyone has a right to be able to enjoy the amenities and not just the guests that are disrespectful. They really need to go back to signing up for pool use because we did not get to use the pool hardly at all and paid specifically to be in a hotel with a pool.

Can't go wrong at a Hampton Inn. So far so good. Room is awesome, staff has been super nice. Even the other guests have been great. It's worth a couple more bucks to stay here. The beds are so comfortable, you won't regret it… oh and you get a decent breakfast too. What more could you want?

WOW! I am not easily impressed with hotel service. I travel weekly and in a prior life, I worked for The Ritz Carlton. Wow, oh wow! Matais just checked me in and was perfection. I lost my favorite sweater between baggage claim and car rental. As soon as I entered the hotel, I started calling lost and found. He overheard the conversation and had all my registration and key made and ready for me to check in, as well, a gift bag to easy my suffering. Man, it is such a pleasure to experience Professionals who have pride in what they do.

Stayed here this weekend. Breakfast was very yummy. Rooms were very clean and cute. Pool area was awesome!

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast included is a plus. The 24 hour coffee station was perfect! Great location.

We were promised a suite but ended with a very small and very cramped room. The staff was nice, but offered no help with out luggage. Overall, not a great experience.

Rooms were very neat. Bed was very comfortable and the comforters were wonderful and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and receptive to requests for towels in pool area. Lovely area to sit and talk off lobby. Families were playing board games together there also. Fresh cookies at 6 PM, 24 hour coffee in lobby and water too. Also, trolley/shuttle to beach. Enjoyed our stay. As expected in a tourist area we had a lot of room and hallway noise due to small kids and perhaps people leaving early due to long drives. Could hear TV and voices through walls. Made getting to sleep and staying asleep difficult. I'd definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay! I absolutely loved our visit. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. We arrived extremely tired from a 26 hour drive. They made us feel like royalty. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast was perfect. I will definitely be back!

Great staff and service. The breakfast buffet is really good. Also appreciate the free coffee always available. Room was clean and well soundproofed. That said, the A/C is terribly loud and the room decor deserves a little update (lobby is great). I'll probably be back next year.

Beautiful hotel in great location. However, the manager was absolutely terrible and he had a snarky attitude. Along with, the snobby front desk manager. Will never be back.

Room was a great price! Very clean! Staff was super! Breakfast was excellent! Only complaint was the hot tub and pool was over chlorinated! Will stay again for sure!

Beautiful hotel. A step up from your typical Hampton Inn. Being in the touristy, coastal village of Wells, I guess they had to step up their game at this location. The rooms are spacious and clean. My room even had a jacuzzi right next to the bed! There's a large pool and nice gym in the lobby. Very easy to find from the highway and convenient to restaurants and attractions.

The location was nice and the room was nice looking. The best part was the Jacuzzi tub in the room. The lack of bath robes was sad. The heater clicked all night keeping us up. And the pillows were too soft with no support, while the bed was too firm. The internet didn't work and the cell service was terrible. In the morning we could hear people talking in the next room or right outside our door. We wanted to sleep in and have a relaxing stay but we left with little to no sleep and feeling sore. We should have just driven home after the concert, it would have probably been more relaxing. Also the breakfast buffet was cold omlets and cold sausage. It was all around a disappointing stay.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. Cell service can be poor at times but that isn't the hotels Fault.

Great place to stay! Everybody was very friendly. When we arrived the staff had fresh coffee and pumpkin whoopie pies for all of us. Also we had a great breakfast the next morning.

Everything about our stay here has been perfect. The two women who checked us in were so friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, lovely artwork on the walls, beds are comfortable, and the pillows are great too! We can't wait to stay here again!

This has become our winter escape. The staff takes great care of us. Cant wait for our next family adventure meeting there!

Nice hotel just a little outdated could use a renovation, just not as new as the recent Hampton I have stayed at. The breakfast is the same as other Hampton inn, not very good but it's something. Rooms are clean and service is good.

The hotel seems well maintained and the breakfast buffet is good. The reason for giving them 4 out of 5 stars is because they refused to allow a late check out. The first reason was house keeping cannot accommodate any late check outs during the summer, then the front desk staff said I might be able to bride the housekeeping staff for $10 or $20, then finally they called my room and said it was not possible because the room was already selected by another guest for that night. Simply put, it was an unprofessional experience asking for a late check out.

Great hotel by the beach — a quick drive to many beaches, ice cream shops, etc without being in the thick of it. Breakfast was great and the pool was tons of fun for the kids.

Nice place, good bed, very clean. Business traveler and there was zero cell reception in the room. That's a big drawback. Would repeat for personal, but not business.

Very clean and organized. Has a pool and free breakfast every morning. There is free coffee and cookies every night. Key cards are glitchy. There are no refrigerators in the room. Very nice area of Maine where it is close to many things.

Perfect location, recent remodel has the place looking great. I've stayed 3 times thus far while traveling for business in Maine.
