New management unwilling to honor reservations made under old management — ruined a family reunion vacation planned over a year ago. No communication about changed plans — terrible customer service. Several generations coming here ended in 2022.

Great place for a family reunion. Unforgettable experience. Our 2022 family reunion was a Greathouse success. The staff was great! A shout out to Ian! Our catered meal was Delicious! Breakfast. Delicious! Smiles all around. We had family members from Augusta, Maine, NJ, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Virginia, Georgia and Colorado! The bar has been set high for next year’s reunion. I absolutely LOVED this place! We stayed in the Dana Cottage. It felt like home. Staff was super friendly, terrific community atmosphere, but quiet and relaxing. Just what I needed. I can't recommend Sebasco Harbor Resort enough! Thank you so much for going above and beyond with all of the travel snags we went through to get there from Texas and New Mexico!

My lifelong friend and I met here for a Girls Getaway and it was absolutely amazing. The resort is beautiful. We had spa treatments that set us into the relaxing weekend we were hoping for. The staff was always so kind and helpful. We throughly enjoyed spending our weekend here and had a beautiful rainbow to send us on our way and close the season for the resort!

The staff is very friendly. The restaurant was lovey, great view of the harbor and the food was great! Playing the 9 hole golf course in the morning it looks of great shape.

Nice meal. Blackened Haddock was cooked perfectly and the salad was crisp! wait staff is friendly and are doing their best short staffed. I would definitely recommend a meal on the patio and it's reasonably priced to boot!

A beautiful place. Sunset views of the harbor are spectacular. My only critique is the dining experience. Lengthy wait times were tough for us as we were traveling with young children. The waitstaff seemed stretched thin perhaps due to the pandemic and the fact that it was Labor Day weekend. Despite that shortcoming, I would book again and highly recommend the place.

Golf course in great shape, beautiful gardens, lovely patio dining. All done with Covid protocols. Friendly staff. We stayed on one of their moorings. Such a great place!

This is a beautiful resort right on the water. We stayed in one of the lighthouse rooms and loved it. There is plenty to do at the resort. We enjoyed several hikes, a boat ride with Phil on the Ruth, and a delicious dinner at the Pilot House.
We also visited Boothbay and Fort Popham and beach.

It is do beautiful there so much to do and the staff are wonderful! the grounds are gorgeous. The food very good. Alot of activities to do.

Had an awesome vacation! It’s like summer camp for adults and families.

Wonderful old fashioned resort with lots of activities. Our 6 year old wants to live here and hasn’t asked to turn on TV or watch the iPad for 6 days. Salt water pool, canoeing and spotting 3 bald eagles, tennis, golf, 2 restaurants and breakfast snack bar on property, kids camp twice weekly, Lobster Bake dinner, Popham
State Park and Bath minutes away. What more can I say, we’ll be back most likely next year.

This resort comes highly recommended, you just need to experience it for yourself to know why. Don't put it off, go asap for a unique visit you will love! It's the absolute go to if you're looking for a destination wedding spot on the coast of maine. Www. Sebasco. Com check it out!

Beautiful resort with friendly and attentive staff.

Pleasant staff and nice rooms. Little dated and some modern amenities were lacking like a fridge in the room. Beautiful views of the water and my room had a nice balcony. I will return.

Great place to grab a bite or a lobster. You can ride a boat to it as well. Looks like a cute place to stay too. Good for families.

Awesome resort, the restaurant was very busy and we saw our server maybe 3 times total but again, they were very busy. Great views of the Harbor and a cute little ice cream stand.

One can't beat the view. The food was very good burgers and fish and chips. I'm glad that I ordered the fries, as the waitress suggested. Yummy! The fish and chips were some of the best I ever had. The only negative was the burgers were a bit overcooked. But tasty.

We just had a lovely time at Sebasco!
We often go out and about to get a cocktail and share an appetizer or two, and after multiple semi-disappointing visits around the area this past year we decided to head over to Sebasco for another.
But lucky us! We were pleasantly surprised by the food!
Our calamari was top notch, the lobster Rangoon’s did NOT disappoint, and my watermelon margarita was tangy and not too sweet, or overpriced.
Good sized servings, comparable prices, friendly/helpful service, and, again with the luck… the sun came out the whole time we were there! ☀️

Great place to get away and just stay put and relax, everything you'd want to do in Maine all in one place. Beautiful salt water pool overlooking the ocean, free canoes, bowling and many other activities. 2 restaurants on site. The list goes on. Just a beautiful property overall to enjoy.

Yesterday I spent some time at Sebasco Resort, at the Fairwinds Spa. I arrived early so I could spend time looking around the resort. I strolled bit, enjoying the views of the ocean. Note to self: This would be a nice place to come to just relax and enjoy! Perhaps a honeymoon destination… Or something. I returned to the spa. First I got a much needed updated hair cut and style. Kathy was a hoot! We met on FB a week or so ago and hit it off… fast friends! Shegave me a sup…er style — short layers in the back, longer on top and front. Looks great! A friend came to meet me and we each had massages. Suzanne massaged my muscles and I felt like a puddle when she was done. The sounds, the lavender lotion … yup, it was worth the drive! The resort is very nice. It's coastal Maine and a bit rustic. The views are of a quiet cove with moored boats and plenty of rocks and seagulls. After the spa experience, the 3 of us ladies had wine at the restaurant, on the deck outside. Beautiful day!

I was here during the day for work conference. Its quaint, classic, and has many suites near ocean. Restaurant is nice as well. It's not a 5 star to be sure, but nice seaside resort in Maine.

No heat in our room when it was 40 degrees at night. Didn't do anything when we told them about it, except give us a blanket to make up for the pathetic comforter. Apparently it was just our room and wasn't intentional, but we were still charged in full. At least the food at our events was really good. It does seem hilarious that the golf course only rents out women's clubs, but my husband said he played well with them! Update: they contacted us and made up for their broken heat after the fact.

Sebasco Harbor Resort is Vintage Maine! Located where the ocean meets the New Meadows River you can swim in a saltwater pool warmed by the Sun. I spoke with people who came here as children and are now returning with their kids taking kayaking tours around the islands and exploring the coastline and coves on stand up paddle boards. A 9-hole golf course, Thursday evening Lobster bake over an open pit fire covered in seaweed, sitting outside sipping on a good beer while watching the Sunset and a Starry Sky emerge, listening to the sounds of the Sea and the birds… I left refreshed!

Like stepping back in time to a emaculate family resort. Stunning scenery plus there Own golf course. Two restaurants, only tried to one but top shelf. Not many of these left a must see and visit.

My only complaint is the 10:30 AM check out time, because I did not want to leave. We truly had an amazing weekend at Sebasco. The entire staff was so genuine and went above and beyond every step of the way! From the moment we checked in, Joshua greeted us with all the information we needed, provided excellent recommendations and made us feel so welcome. He was pleasant and courteous every time we saw him! Every one at the front desk made us so happy and we felt so welcome! Liz and I had spoken on a couple of occasions before our stay and she was so great! She made my bouquet for our ceremony and it was beautiful! Cat and Mike were just amazing. There is no other way to describe their patience and the help they gave us, while my fiancé and I planned our last minute elopement. We met Mike on a frigid day in February, and he didn’t even hesitate to show us around the property for the first time, as we were planning for a wedding in 2019. He stayed in touch and was able to walk us through anything we needed. Cat was so sweet and reached out to us on numerous occasions, even to congratulate us on our nuptials. Hands down, best experience possible. Michael Lynch officiated the elopement and we could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. Any thing we were worried about, he came to the rescue and gave us better options than we could have imagined. He was patient with us as well and I can not imagine what we would have done without him.

I stayed with family at this resort for a couple of days. The resort was wonderful with entertaining activities such as bowling at the quarterdeck recreation center and taking a magnificent view of the land and water atop the lighthouse. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff did an amazing job in maintaining the rooms clean and were really helpful when questions were asked about the resort. The food was excellent and the service from the waiting staff was amazing. All the employees at the resort are nice and make you feel at home. I would definitely book a room at this resort again some time in the near future and I recommend it to anyone along with other friends and family.

The people we're really nice, and the food was delicious, the first rooms seemed like they were just coming out of the off season, and needed some freshening up.

I have been patronizing this resort for the past 7-8 years with a group of friends and we have never been disappointed. The food and staff are terrific, the rooms are clean, the views across the entire resort are quintessential Maine and the golfing is great. If you want a true Down East Maine getaway, this is the place for you!

We have spent a few very relaxing days here on this beautifully quiet (golf) course. We were housed in a very nicely decorated room in wooden décor in the "lighthouse. " Bathroom was a bit small, but overall it wasn't a problem.

Amazing Resort with great views and picture perfect sunsets. Sebasco offers a variety of cuisine from an upscale pub (Patio is ON the water) to a casual fine dining restaurant to an Ice cream shop and also a coffee shop. Sebasco has a lot to offer no matter who you are.

My family has been coming to Sebasco for generations. We absolutely love it here. The setting, the staff, the amenities, the atmosphere — everything is made to encourage a comfortable, adventurous stay. I have experienced the elegance of Sebasco Harbor Resort with my wife on our honeymoon, and its fun with family — including the nostalgic game room, contemplative lighthouse sitting area, sea salt swimming pool, Mt. Merritt hikes, and sunset walks. Bath is only twenty minutes away, home to great restaurants, shopping, and socializing. Thank you Sebasco!

We go to visit friends every couple of years and we love it. It's a beautiful place in the world. The resort is small but active and full of things to do and super nice people. Good times.

Sebasco has a unique beautiful setting you will want to return to again and again. The waterfront with it's salt water pool embedded in the harborside ledges is a very special place. The whole resort is special from the top of the trail on Mt. Merritt to the views from the immaculate greens on the golf course. The people here are wonderful, the staff and the locals (mostly one and the same) delight in sharing the joys of this place. Great fishing and the most beautiful beaches in Maine are here too. Do not pass up the opportunity to spend some time here.

Amazing views, courteous staff, came for a wedding but might come back for a weekend away!

The perfect place for a Maine getaway. Rent a cabin for your family or a spa suite just for you. Dine over looking the ocean and play candle pin bowling in their arcade. There is a 9 hole golf course and tons of things to do with kids. When we showed up they had a science show and when we left there was a sing along with smores.

Beautiful location, golf course, dining; SHR has it all. I haven't 'stayed' here yet but look forward to experiencing their hospitality.

Just went to lunch with my husband at the ledges. Perfect day! Beautiful view of the ocean. Love looking at all the sailboats in the cove. The food was spectacular! I had the fried haddock Rueben with side salad and a delicious lemon poppyseed dressing. My husband had the seafood platter, so fresh and plentiful, had to bring half home. Well worth the trip!

Always love this place you always feel like your on vacation.

If you are looking for a place to get away from the busy this is the place for you! Peaceful & serene along with beautiful views & friendly staff will make this one of your favorite getaways… just a short drive from Popham Beach or the historic Fort Popham & about 30 minutes to the prettiest small city you've ever seen, Bath, Maine. You will truly leave feeling refreshed & relaxed!

Stayed in the best cabin ever! Gorgeous views. It was the last weekend they were open so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Great discounts at the gift shop. We played golf, rented a cart, stopped at the ice cream stand, ate in both the lounge and the restaurant. They have an old bowling alley that was free and lots of fun too!

We loved our stay in October at Sebasco Harbor Resort. Beautiful and quiet with very helpful and friendly staff and lovely accommodation. We especially enjoyed the water cruise on the resort boat 'Ruth'. Beautiful scenery and knowledgeable Skipper with the boat limited to a dozen or so passengers means they is plenty of space to enjoy the wildlife and scenery. We also visited Merritt Mountain (from the resort and worth the easy climb for the view). Our little piece of heaven.

I had an awesome time staying here with my girlfriend. We stayed in the light house for two nights. Very helpful staff made our stay very relaxing and most of all peaceful. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant, staff there needs a little work.

Tremendous views, good and very friendly staff. Cell phone service and Wifi are intermittent at best. Great location to explore the local area from. For the $ paid I was a bit disappointed. I would stay here again, but likely in a less expensive room.

Beautiful location, great service.

Family oriented and picturesque, relaxed seaside setting. Service is quite good, and there is plenty to keep children busy. Our only complaint would be that the facility is not maintained too well. The buildings, suites, and common areas are well worn. The olympic sized, salt water pool is also in ill repair, with heavily cracked and browning concrete all over. Having said that, we would consider returning next year.
