The room was adorable with everything we needed. King size bed was amazing and we could park the car right outside the door! Fantastic two nights spent there! Thanks so Much for easy check in and super nice people at check out! Highly recommend for sure!

Quiet, clean, and friendly. Has a bed and breakfast feel to it. I would most definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area.

It was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family. We enjoyed a meal at a local Chinese restaurant, picked up a few items at Walmart and checked out a great discount store, Mardens. The room was neat and clean. We had a fridge and microwave and I was able to make my morning coffee. The staff was great. Overall a very pleasant place to stay. We will return.

Cute place. Our room is comfortable but odd odor, curtain doesn't block light and first night linen questionably clean.

Very nice, quaint local hotel. Good friendly service from the hotel staff. We had a minor issue with our bed sheets and they addressed it right away, and it was 10pm. Bathroom was a little small but still a nice room.

The rooms we stayed in were beautiful and the owner was so accomadating of some special needs my family had. The grounds are lovely and the rooms have plenty of space. There could be some more amenities in the rooms with kitchens. There was a sink to do dishes and some dish soap but no sponges, paper towels, or dish towels. However, the bathroom was very well supplied and the beds were quite comfortable.

Staff was welcoming. Room was updated and clean. New TV, microwave and refrigerator. Shower plenty of hot water. Fair Price.

My husband, 2 children and my self were fortunate enough to find this hotel while in Lincoln, Maine. Was absolutely beautiful! Cozy, clean and well-maintained rooms and surroundings. Definitely has an "at home" feel. Can't wait to visit Again! Beaitiful!

We are so happy with the Whitetail Inn. Glenn has been extremely accommodating and I would recommend this place to anyone.

A bit odd trying to locate someone working but they are very friendly.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had to call last minute on new years eve due to a flat tire 4 hours from home. Very nice and no hassles.

I just want to say first that the hotel is nicely restored and beautifully decorated with modern touches. We were originally excited to find this place and to have future returns. But the first night started with finding a spider crawling on my wife’s larger then a quarter. We woke up to move the bed around to find it again underneath and killed it. The next day followed with us acting as pest control once evening hit, and we killed 3 more crawling the walls and ceiling. These were LARGE spiders for Maine… Being terrified of spiders we scoured the unit and could not find the source! We unfortunately will not revisit the Inn ever!

Steve and Mandi were awesome. Made it easy to book by phone, the room was clean and comfortable and parking is easy. Great accommodations, and lots of places to shop, eat, etc.

Steve is a gem. He carried my bags to my room & after driving for 6 hours that was so appreciated. The towels are plush and smell GREAT! The linens & the bed are so comfy. I haven't left yet and I can't wait to return. Incredible VALUE. Thank you!

This place is so cute! We stayed at the Whitetail Inn for two non-consecutive nights, and we had a different room each night. The first room had three beds in it: two full size and a twin size. (It would be great for a family! ) The room had its own bathroom, a microwave, and mini-fridge. The second room was in the main house. The room was upstairs, and it had a super comfy full-size bed, a microwave and mini-fridge. The room shared a bathroom with two other rooms. There was only one other person staying upstairs, so it was not inconvenient to use the bathroom. The inn had a bed-and-breakfast feel without the breakfast. The railroad tracks were close by, but the train rolling through at 6 a. M. Or so was not too loud. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, and the motel staff was nice. Coffee was available in the main house, and parking was free. I definitely recommend staying here if you visit Lincoln!

Best bed so far on our travels. Clean and comfy. I can't believe this place has only a 2 star rating. It is a 5.

Got in to Lincoln late and didn't want to bother with riding sleds into camp. Called ahead and booked a room. Everything was recently renovated and very clean. Strong water pressure and plenty of hot water both in the evening and morning. Will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family in the future. Staff was nice and friendly.

Tiny room, the description of the room says, microwave & fridge, there certainly is no fridge or microwave as the room was too tiny to fit them. Also, flat screen TV, what a joke, it was 15" at best. The photo's look nothing like the actual room. I walked in and had an asthma attack. The clerk informed me that she had to clean the desk chair in the room with a strong cleaner, this caused me to have an asthma attack. The only conclusion I had was, someone had an accident on this chair. She did not inform us before we went upstairs that she had used cleaner prior to our arrival. We checked in around 7:00 p. M. Or a bit later, why would the cleaner be so strong at this time, as check in is much earlier & she said she left the door open. The A/C unit was not turned on, tiny black bugs all over curtains as you could see light coming through the cracks around the sliders for the A/C unit. The bugs were definitely the last straw. We wanted out. I need out! I needed air to breathe. I informed the clerk that we were leaving because of my asthma & I could not breathe because of the cleaner, she said just said, "o. K. Sorry about that, I had left the door open after I cleaned the chair in the room with heavy cleaner as it was soiled". What soiled a chair that much that you needed to use a cleaner so strong that it was still this strong at 7:00 p. M.? This was the worst part of our trip! We decided to cut our trip short & leave for home immediately. With not having a hotel after 7 p. M.

I have wanted to stay "local" since this wonderful Inn opened. A move of sorts back to this great area enabled my first night just the opportune visit! Lucky me! Perfect timing and a perfect rest was had ~ My bed was just complete cloud 'lining' I totally now have slept on "cloud 9"! Very clean and comfortable room. Small town goodness with city decor. I am proud this area has the Whitetail Inn to its benefit. Such places are off road charm and excellence to every measure. "5" STARS!

The staff was friendly and the hotel was amazingly comfortable. This is one of the very best hotels in which I have stayed. Cleanliness, room quality, and bed quality are superior!

This is a real nice place to stay It was a Homie feeling. The Owner Glenn, was very nice making sure we were was ok and needed anything. Housekeeping staff all wrer nice. I will stay there my next visit. Yolanda from Ga.

Got into Lincoln Maine late after 7pm called an owner was great. We had a wonderful very cozy room. Was very clean people very nice. Even has truck parking if need be. We were on motorcycles at time but all truckers. The place has been remodeled. Met owner very nice guy. If you need a place in Lincoln this is the place to choose. Thank you for the nice room an nice people. Would differentially stay there again. Kim, Jack, Debbie, an Doug.

Our experience was great. Glenn was so nice to accommodate us getting into town late. So friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect. All around great experience and totally looking forward to staying here again!

Our room at the Whitetail was clean, comfortable and a great value. Glenn, the hotel owner was very friendly and helpful in accommodating our needs after a long drive up from Boston. We were even able to checkin after-hours with no issues at all. If you need accommodations in the Lincoln area, this is your best bet.

You can't judge a book by its cover the owner and manager of this place is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. When you first pull in ehh when you wake up from a nice refreshed sleep on there comftorble and relaxing beds priceless. Great place.

Our room was cozy, warm, and clean. This wonderful since it was also affordable. It was easy to do a late arrival and we were a bit sorry that we had to dash off in the morning because the room was comfortable and we were interested in checking out the area. The owner was at the counter at check-out. He was very friendly and efficient. I'd love to stay again in the future.

I thought the rate was high for what I got which turned out to be a very small if not miniscule room. Free Wi-Fi about 10 megabits. Verizon and AT&T are phenomenally fast in this town. The lady who checked me and was extraodinarily friendly and it seems to be a nice town although this is my first time stopping here. I had a very long chat with the owner who has almost single-handedly rebuilt the rooms and done the floors. This place is sort of halfway between a motel and a bed and breakfast and it has a lot of charm.

I had a wonderful experience. The room was amazing. The most relaxing room and the friendliest owner. He has such great customer service. The remodeling is so beautiful. He is doing an amazing job. The whitetail inn is just a short walk away from some shopping store a such as the family dollar and hanafords. I will be staying here again in the future. Just loves it. Me and my husband enjoyed a very good nights sleep. The Ramos couple will definitely recommend this as a place to stay when in Maine.

A very minor detour off i95 will get you to this quiet roomy inn in the small town of Lincoln. Neat and clean and an incredible deal.

The owner, Glenn, has been fantastic. He is always very welcoming and open and really wants to give his guests the most relaxing experience possible. The place has been COMPLETELY redone in the last year or so and it really shows. I guess you could say it has a new look with an old charm.
