This hotel turned out to a great park, sleep, fly option! Jeff was the best at the front desk! His customer service skills were extremely above and beyond! We were a bit skeptical about the Bistro restaurant, but we could not have been more happy with the the ambiance and the food was fantastic! Brigette, the chef, server was excellent and another example of excellent guest service knowledge!

Clean and very friendly staff!

This place is ridiculous. I had to cancel my reservation due to the event I was attending being canceled, and this place refused to refund my money. I will stick with other hotels and never use Marriott.

Nice little hotel, recently renovated with a pool and gym. The bar/food was underwhelming but it was totally fine for a few nights.

So far so good. The only disappointment has been that the bath towels feel like cardboard. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean.

I love this hotel everyone is super friendly, receptionist, cooks and waitresses at the bistro are super nice too. Always making sure everyone is doing ok.

Second time I have stayed here. All the staff are super nice and helpful. Absolutely no complaints.

Great people but seriously one elevator way in the back of the hotel and a mile walk (slight exaggeration) from the parking lot. Very inconvenient. If raining, cold, snowing or you have difficulty walking. Avoid this hotel.

This is so obviously a motel that was renovated to look like a hotel. You can see in my photo the room still has a screen door but the patio has been converted into a flower bed. My room was damp and smelly, the air conditioning unit was very old. Yes, the rooms were clean. That is something I expect at a bare minimum when booking a hotel. If they were immaculate, I could understand other reviewers’ praise. I guess they also allow dogs, I saw several walking around. I would not have booked this place if I knew that. The walls are very thin and I was listening to barking all night.

Nice spot, in a good area. Starbucks on site. Great spread on the breakfast, tried a few dinner items, everything was top-notch.

Toys place is more than hospitable. I am currently finishing up my two week stay and the staff has constantly gone above and beyond. If you are coming for a short stay or a long stint I would recommend this place ten fold. They constantly go above and beyond to make sure your stay is more than enjoyable.

Rooms and staff are great. It's kind of an old building. They have done well to keep it working.

Full disclosure, I didn't stay here — but I almost did. I booked the wrong courtyard — and when I arrived at this one the gal at the counter was so helpful, even though I wasn't book at that location. She offered to try to switch me to her location, made phone calls, etc. And was just generally patient. I was pretty disorganized and she was really cool about it. We ended up staying at our originally booked location but I appreciated the great service. This was 4/7 around 2pm.

So tell appears to have gone through a complete redo recently. The entire hotel including the rooms into your and exterior is a maculate. I also cannot say enough how courteous the staff was checking me in late night.

The room is clean and the staff is friendly. Some of the lighting in the room flickers a lot before turning on. I've been to the bistro for breakfast and it's very good.

The hotel staff was so friendly and very accommodating. The Bistro over priced but delish food. Starbucks 24/7. So cool. Everything was clean rooms pool and lobby!

This is my 3rd time staying here and it is just as wonderful as always. Clean rooms and great staff. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend the place!

I travel a lot for business to various cities. This hotel is by far the best one I have stayed at. The staff are amazing. They really go above and beyond for their customers. They are all super accomodating and fix any issues right away. I had an issue with a plug in my room. They fixed it while I was away at work and gave me a complimentary water and soda. Even this morning, I came down late for breakfast due to some early meetings I took in my room. The ladies were already packing up but they gave me some breakfast anyway. I really like staying here. It really helps to have a place you feel comfortable in when away from family. They are booked one of the weeks I am traveling and I am sad to have to stay elsewhere! Lol. Keep up the phenomenonal service, I will keep coming back!

Hotel is placed near several well-known locations and has a fantastic restaurant out front. The staff are incredibly polite and friendly, yet professional. The room I stayed in was clean and well furnished. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay when traveling.

Carpet in my room is damp. Mattress on king sized bed is very thin and not very comfortable. I now remember why I usually stay at the Residence Inn!

Very Quiet and clean. Front desk employees were very friendly and accomodating. They allowed us to check in a little early which was nice. Quick 25 minute drive to the Big E. Had a great stay as courtyard always does a great job!

Recently stayed at the hotel for a class that was being held there. Room was spacious comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and the front desk was very helpful with a recommendation to a great restaurant just down the street. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

The place is neat. I stayed one night. All was great. I just wish the bed was more comfortable.

A quite, clean hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Good internet connection, no complimentary breakfast although the bistro has a wide variety of reasonably priced eats. The gym is as good as it gets at this level of accommodation although it has a distinct smell that I really dislike. The pool area is heated and sun-lit which is really great. The shuttle service is really helpful too. The manager is attentive and welcoming as is the whole staff actually. Thank you all for making my stay as pleasant as possible.

Beautiful set up all around. Extremely spacious. Felt comfortable and cozy staying here, almost like I was at home. I loved that the sliding glass door opened up into a courtyard with stone paths and well kept trees and flowers.

The location is right off I-91. It's on the left side of Dry Hill just off Exit 38. I like the room and it conceals the mini fridge. It has a coffee maker, microwave, and other household necessities. I will have to give a poor rating for the pool but that's just me preferring the pool to be deeper than 5ft. 3.5 stars for the pool. The complimentary headphones make the small exercise worth it. I enjoyed my bike ride. The room service housekeeper was fast and professional. Overall rating 4.5 stars.

Pretty good! The staff was friendly and the room was pretty big. Only negative is that the shower was a little out of date.

Convenient location outside Windsor near Hartford. Rooms seemed clean and well furnished with lots of spare outlets for charging electronics. Service was friendly and adequate.

Very comfortable place to stay at. It's always nice and quiet when I stay here and it's not far from the city and airport. I took a star away because the king suites bathrooms are tight and you have to squeeze by the door to close before your all the way in the bathroom.

Rooms were very nice. Our room opened right onto the courtyard and it was beautiful. The staff was more than polite, friendly, and helpful. The pool seemed a bit small for the number of people using it at the time we went, but my kids didn't seem to care. I would highly recommend.

The best part of the hotel is the staff. As a frequent traveler, they make it so much easier to be away from home. From the front desk to the bistro team, their team is the kindest and most welcoming around.

I am a regular visitor to the Courtyard Hartford Windsor. I find the hotel conveniently located, clean and the staff very accommodating. In fact I can't praise the staff enough for their politeness and friendliness.
