I came up from south Florida for a funeral of a very dear friend. I had booked the wrong dates and the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. I forgot a razor and mouthwash. Anything I asked for was accommodated. I would give them ten stars if possible.

Straight forward room layout. Could use more lighting from the ceiling. Had a nice surprise today however. Left for the days activity, to arrive back at my room with a new mini fridge in it. Definitely needed a fridge.

We stay here everytime that we go to sixflags. My husband and I love the hot tub. And our kids love the pool.
Rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable. Great selection of breakfast.

Friendly staff, practical location. But if one of your neighbor starts using the AC it sounds like you have an engine next to your bed. Obviously the hotel knows this as the provide ear plugs, clearly not a cool sleeping experience.

First floor hallways are a little loud in the morning for rooms down there but the breakfast buffet is great and the desk staff is so kind. It’s VERY convenient to the highway and airport with lots of food options around — there’s a Longhorn in the parking lot.

We went in to use the restroom. It was easy to get to, clean and fully stocked. On our way out we were offered freshly baked cookies. We will look into staying here for future mini get aways.

Delicious breakfast wish they had more toppings for the waffles. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Omelettes were fantastic. Pool area was fun and had a nice temperature. Would stay here again!

Front desk is friendly and helpful. We needed extra pillows and a mini fridge brought up at 10:30 and Brian cheerfully and promptly fulfilled our request. Rooms are clean and spacious. Especially LOVE the free breakfast, you can get a freshly made waffle with toppings!

Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Rooms were clean. Overall good ex perience.

I've never been treated so rudely in my life for simply wanting to settle my bill in cash. Edit: to make this even more frustrating, the card we ended up using was compromised as soon as we gave it to them, that couples with the snarky response below definitely never giving anything Hilton owned our business again.

Location: Not bad if Six Flags is your destination, located by a strip mall offering a variety of placed to eat and shop. Amenities: The heated pool & hot tub was a nice experience, continental breakfast offered a good selection however, one item that stood out as being under par was the french toast sticks, VERY firm and hard to eat. I'd advise you to stay away, they sat with me most of the day like rocks. Room: Keep in mind, we paid well above the average rate we'd expect from a hotel in the area, almost TWICE than what we've paid at another hotel in the past and never had these kind of problems with our experience. This room had all the tendencies of a cheap motel, we were very disappointed on several items of concern. — No refrigerator — OK, sure, perhaps an oversight on our part but c'mon, we've stayed in WAY cheaper rooms where this wasn't even a question, it's just there and expected to be. No excuse, regardless… — TV — Broken. The entertainment unit behind the TV was hanging by a thread and every few minutes the screen would fizzle out. Looked in pretty rough shape so left it alone, we didn't try to watch TV that much anyways to we just wrote it off… Wasn't enough trouble to get it serviced during our stay. — Beds — The mattress and box spring situation was like a fried egg on Teflon. Little movement and the mattress was off the side of the frame, what the heck is going on here?!

When my family and I go back east and stay in CT (near Somers) this is always where we stay. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, brilliant gym, fantastic continental breakfast, excellent staff, always accommodating! Unfortunately my father recently passed away and myself, my children, my sister and her family all stayed in Somers for two weeks, specifically here, at the Hampton Inn. We couldn't have been more comfortable! It definitely made the two week stay the best it could have been, under the circumstance.

Good hotel but very rarely within government per diem. I’m usually forced to stay by the BDL Airport and I don’t like Hilton hotels there except Hilton Garden Inn. The location in Enfield is perfect for my business trips but more expensive than company allows.

Worst general manager I have ever experienced. I do not feel safe nor comfortable staying here. I was told by him that they went through my trash as well as went into my room for no cause while having DND On door. This property of Hilton DOES NOT follow Hilton protocol at all. I called and confirmed my situation with corporate. The worst stay ever. Plus beds and pillows are extremely terrible.

Very convenient location off 91 with many restaurant locations nearby. Rooms were clean and front desk super helpful. Only small hesiration was the exterior of the door and lock to the room was pretty grimy. That was inconsistent with the rest of the property so could have been a thoughtless earlier guest.

Comfortable beds and lodging. The breakfast in the morning has a variety of options. Great, quiet location.

I originally rated this hotel with one star out of five with the following review; "You better hope that you don't come here when junior hockey is going on. The kids run up and down the halls, uncontrolled by parents. They scream and shout and don't have any manners. " However after the staff did their best to corral the kids into one room to reduce the noise I have altered my review. As for the hotel itself the rooms are bright and clean. The hotel has all of your normal ammenities such as a fitness room, indoor pool, hot tub and office space. They have coffee and tea available any time of day with an array of sugars and creamers. They offer a nice spread for a continental breakfast every morning. The lobby is a nice quiet place to sit and relax if you don't want to be stuck in your room. Staff is friendly and is willing to help get you anything you ask for if they have it. This includes razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, nail files, etc. Overall a nice place to stay, very close to many resturants and stores. My family will continue to come here when we are visiting relatives.

This was our second year staying at the hotel for a cheer competition. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location was close to area shopping and restaurants, great for a bite to eat or grab a last minute item. Continental breakfast was great and each morning the menu changed, so you were not stuck having the same meal each day.

Room was very clean and luxurious. Bathroom was really big and the bed was super comfortable. All the staff was very friendly. And the amenities were pleasant.

Stayed overnight for a wedding. Good location as it was close to the venue. Comfy beds and solid Continental breakfast.

Poor facilities, unclean, weird smell — think it is the cleaner they use. And then you see how they try to cost cut to the point it hurts the customer — 4 — 5 tissues in the tissue box, worn out toilet seat (not just bad to look at but a health hazard). The only reason they are in business is because there is such demand for a hotel in the area and I am guessing the others are worse. Have complained to Hilton but do not believe they care as all I got was a call from the Hotel Manager asking what he could do for me. I said that my feedback was to improve the hotel quality, not to give me some freebies. I will avoid this location as much as I can.

We used this hotel for our guests at our daughters wedding. Paul was extremely helpful with everything and was full of great tips to ensure our guests enjoyed their stay. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We also used the meeting room for an after party. We dropped off our supplies and they had everything set up for our arrival. Very happy we chose Hampton Inn! Thank you Paul and staff!

Comfortable beds, hot&cold morning breakfast, 10 minute drive to six flags theme and water park. Clean rooms and comfy feel. All around had a great stay at the Hampton.

This was an amazing hotel. My wife and I just used them for our wedding guests. The room block was easy to set up and you are NOT on the hook if you don't make your minimum. They entire place is super clean. The staff are attentive and helpful. I would absolutely use this place again.! Two thumbs up.

Wonderful experience, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were exquisite and clean with lots of amenities. I had to change my stay night in short notice but Management was able to accommodate my concern without an additional fee! Would highly recommend!

Hotel was clean and tidy as most Hampton Inn's are. Disappointed that pool was closed for two days due to filter problems. Bed was well worn and breakfast buffet was well stocked.

Solid experience all around. Aircon was a little temperamental in my room. Close enough to food/gas/airport to be convenient. Free Wi-Fi and no confusing menu on the TV.

Young man that was at the front desk was great with my children from the moment we walked in the door. Very nice.

Book a double queen room I got acheap roll away bed. Sheets wasnot nice and crisp. Had to have roll away bed replaced let first one in hall way with no pillows or. Blankets should have stay in van. I will not be back James r Strickland.

Location is excwllwnt. Right off 91. Easy access to all main stores and restaurants. Offers a free breakfast till 10, great selection of food. Room was clean. Only thing missing was a mini fridge…

No Loyalty. Recently I booked a room using the app on my phone the same night I was going to stay at this hotel. A few hours later, plans changed and the room was not needed. When I reached out to the hotel to see what we could do, I was told that I would still be charged the full amount for the room. I travel to Enfield CT twice a month for business and have stayed at this hotel many times. My company has a corporate account with this hotel for employees and visiting customers. For example, next week we have a block of rooms set aside for an open house. Myself and my company have been committed to this hotel. I myself am Gold status with Hilton and will hit Diamond before the end of the year. The fact that the manager at this hotel is unwilling to look beyond standard corporate policy to take care of their loyal customers is unbelievable. There are several other Hilton's and Marriott's in the area. Specifically, the Hampton Inn in Downtown Springfield, which is brand new and located next to several excellent restaurants is an excellent alternative. Going forward I will be staying there as well as working with my company to change our Corporate account from Enfield to Springfield. I like the Hilton brand and will continue to stay at Hilton hotels, however, it will be the ones where management appreciates and values loyal customers.

I can't say enough about the staff here! They bent over backward to help me after I had booked a room through a third party which turned out to not be what I paid for and would not accommodate my families size. Unfortunately the first rooms we moved to were adjoining and one turned out to be already be occupied! But once the staff realized the problem they didn't the best they could do and for us side by side rooms and even helped move out things to help minimize our inconvenience. So although it all was a pain in a — — they were as helpful as they could be for this circumstance! The place was clean and the kids had a great time!

Nice quiet location, especially the rooms facing the back. The hotel is well managed and kept. The "pantry" is very well stocked. Breakfast is Hampton Inn standard, which isn't great, but not this particular hotel's fault. Usually easy parking. A Longhorn steakhouse is conveniently located right next door. Across the street the are plenty of shopping and dining options. Airport shuttle would be a great addition, it's not easy to move around the area if you don't have a car, and taxis are not easily available.

Great place to stay. Took my grandsons for a school vacation treat. Rooms are nice and beds and pillows are so comfortable. Even my 10 year old grandson commented on how comfortable the pillows are. They both enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast in the morning was also great. Loved making the waffles for the boys. Can't wait to go again!

We stayed here because of close to 6 flags. Area is great — lots of food choices! it's about 10 to 15 minutes from 6 flags and no need to get on 91 — just go left/over bridge/right and it's down the street :) breakfast is included — pretty good. Make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, and other choices. There is a nice indoor pool and hot tub. There are showers in lobby bathrooms so you can shower before/after pool and/or after a hot day at 6 flags. The room is good size. Shower had drain problems but good temp. Okay pressure. Nice soap — bars — not dispenser. Nice shampoo/conditioner. the staff is amazing — very willing to help anyone for anything. Ample parking. We were completely satisfied except — no fridge in room? strange for such a nice NEW hotel. would stay again.

I asked housekeeping to please change our sheets on Thursday and they didn't do it until Saturday in which I called front desk friday and asked again. Other than that the stay was awesome.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER! I stayed as part of a bridal party that was late for the rehersal dinner because they were an hour late with having our rooms ready to check in. Then we found out the lock didn't work for one of our 3 rooms so we couldn't all leave and get back in. They were STUPID they lied to us about what was being done the room didn't have basics in it things in the room didn't work DO NOT STAY HERE.
