Great place to lay your head.

By far the nicest hotel in the area! Great rates and even better accommodations. The location is perfect as well if you’re visiting New England because you are 2 hours to Boston and 2 hours to NYC.
The property is immaculate and the staff was always smiling and eager to help.
We booked a King suite, which was enormous — by hotel standards — and the bed was actually super comfortable, had the best night sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel (including upscale hotels I’ve stayed in) Lastly, I’d like to mention the 24 hour complimentary Nescafe coffee, tea, water, juice, hot chocolate and oatmeal — really a nice touch! The children especially enjoyed the seasonal pumpkin spice flavored waffles offered in the complementary breakfast. I will definitely be returning to this property when in the area and recommending it to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you're looking for immaculate accommodations, this is it! Gleaming floors in the dining room which accompany the fabulous continental breakfast is a win — win! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Definitely will stay again!

Stayed for one night with my family for a short trip. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool with great water temp. Enjoyed the cheese omelette during breakfast.

I have stayed in several of the hotel in this area, and this was my 1st time at Best Western Plus in this location or any other. Definitely the most friendly staff in all the region. A 5 stars on cleanliness, and most importantly professionalism. Obviously management is doing an awesome job. House keeping staff can be more attentive. The pool is clean and, accessible, I soon plan on staying here again! Breakfast is great hot cakes, and a great variety of food items to choose from! I have an awesome experience… highly recommend it Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's close to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great and the attendant was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm looking forward to my next stay here.

We were so impressed! Great breakfast, clean rooms, well maintained pool, and great customer service at the front desk. We needed to check out an hour late because my husband was watching the baby at the hotel while I went to a church service and they were so understanding!

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was pretty good. Definitely good service. The room was also very nice.

I really liked the hotel. The check in went well, the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and updated. The pool is heated. I chose this place over the others because breakfast started at 7am, even on a Sunday. There are laundry facilities on site for guests. My room had a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable, what more can you ask for?

Our stay was amazing. We were able to check — in earlier than anticipated and the room was very clean. We originally checked in to a 2 Queen room but asked to upgrade to a Suite after our toddler refused to sleep. Since we had already checked in using our points and used the room we would have to pay for the full room to upgrade. We completely understood and it was our decision to check in so early, to have that peace of mind was worth the price of the 2nd room! I don't know who was more apologetic, us or Irshad at the front desk. He went above and beyond and spoke with his manager several times to see if they could do anything for us so that we did not have to pay the full price. They were able to apply a 15% discount and moved us immediately. The Suite was fantastic and made the rest of our trip, everyone was able to sleep peacefully. Breakfast was your standard at most hotels though I was excited to see Almond milk as a choice for my coffee since I am lactose intolerant. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be staying there in the future when we visit CT.

My stay was a cost-effective option. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom compact but updated with granite. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. I enjoyed the full breakfast of hot and cold items. The desk staff were efficient and pleasant. I would stay again.

Very good place to spend it away from the house. Clean. It's the same breakfast every morning does not vary anything but accessible to many places.

Beautiful, clean hotel, pool is heated, good location and quiet! Beds are very comfortable and the advertisement was exactly what it said, beds were queen size and the pictures show exactly what they have. Enjoyed my stay and will recommend to others. Will definitely come back!

Nice hotel, good staff, clean room, nice pool as well. All is good and a nice stay although only for one night.

This hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast is all the days the same. Hot and varied. The pool with its very warm water in winter time that's it. Enough Clorox to keep up to date. Clean rooms and all very friendly.

BW makes up stories about guests violating their no smoking policy and charges them at least $200 for it.
Happened to someone I know who stayed at one of the locations with his kids. Accused him of smoking pot in the room. Sent him a letter saying they charged him $200 for violating the no smoking rule. Said the housekeeping staff found a joint in the room after they checked out.
Umm… No. Completely false.

Very clean lobby areas and room. The breakfast had many options and used fresh ingredients and produce. I would stay here again without question.

Nice place! Good breakfast, comfy room, easy to find / easy access to highways I needed. Only 15 mins from Wesleyan U where I was visiting. Friendly staff; clean room; good deal!

Nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The decor was comfortable and pleasing. And the breakfast was good. My only criticism is that the pool area was very load and highly chlorinated. The rooms needs better ventilation.

Always clean rooms and friendly staff. They just redid the hotel a few years ago and everything is absolutely immaculate! I've never had an issue at this hotel, and I've stayed here for holiday parties going on four years now.

Comfortable beds. Odd, small pillows but comfortable. Mediocre free breakfast. Bathroom could be cleaner. Sheets and bedding were clean. Surprisingly quiet being so near the Berlin Turnpike. Room attendants knock on door at 9am. Staff friendly. A bit over-priced.

GREAT value with multi-night stay discount! Very nice, quick breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Great TV. Great free internet. Nice indoor pool, and even guest washer and drier. Did I mention equipped fitness room? What more could you ask? Well… room on the 1st floor was very annoyingly noisy from just people walking, etc. In the room above. Not a peep from adjoining rooms. We were there 2 weeks.

We had a wonderful time here. Our room, the pool, exercise room and the hotel were very clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was very professional and helpful. We will stay here again in the future and recommend this hotel to friends.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a family wedding. Service was great. Our apartment suite was clean and spacious. This is the best room if you are travelling with family. Nice location, close to highways. Nice breakfast. Great and good communication by the staff. I will highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again anytime we are in town.

Reasonably priced modest travel lodge. If you're passing through the area and need a place to stay for a night Best Western Plus New England Inn & Suites has nice room amenities with single cup coffee maker, microwave, and large fridge, ironing equipment and hair dryer. I found our king size bed lacking significant support as a 300lb person. The complementary breakfast was very nice with onsite hot food (eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon), pastries, cereal, and a waffle maker. 24 hr brewed coffee was a plus if like my wife you're not a fan of single cup coffee makers. Didn't use the pool or fitness center during our stay so not much to say about those.

Always stay here. Good size clean rooms. Good light in Parking lot. Breakfast good. Fridge in all rooms and microwave. Nice staff.

My family of 5 used this as a 1 night stop on a long trip home. Very spacious double room. For the price can't beat the value. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen. They had hot items (sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, cheese omelets), waffle maker, donuts, muffins, cereal, juice, fruit and I am sure much more that I am missing. We also used the pool in the morning to burn of some energy before sitting back in the car. We had the pool to ourselves and had no complaints or issues with anything. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in Boston on business and stayed at this hotel. It's outside of the city, but right off the highway and very convenient. I was back and forth to the city several times during this trip and it was easy to do it. The hotel itself has been newly renovated, so the rooms are modern and hotel is clean. The staff was very friendly and recommended a great local restaurant for me to try. We did have an issue with our TV, but they immediately sent someone up and it was taken care of immediately. Overall, I'll stay here again when I return to the Boston area.

Wonderful visit at this hotel. The staff was nice. Breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable. The walls were a little thin but the noise that traveled was not disturbing to our visit.

The hotel was very clean. The staff checked us in very promptly and they were very friendly. Breakfast provided was very good. Maid service was very good. Our check out was very fast and no hassle at all. I would highly recommend this location.

Wi-Fi sucked. There weren't even a lot of people there and still couldn't get enough Wi-Fi to watch Netflix. The room smelled of old cigarettes. The poor lady prepping breakfast needed a helper or faster method of cooking. There wasn't enough tables and counter space for people to prep their breakfast and not feel rushed out with someone else wanting the space. The rooms were clean and comfortable although stale.

Very reasonably priced, extremely clean, and surprisingly good amenities for a place at this price point (microwave and fridge in the room, free Wi-Fi, included Continental breakfast + hot bacon, sausage, home fries, and a waffle station, free coffee, tea, juice 24 hours). Comfy bedding, and very quiet room. Indoor pool is a little small (bottoms out @5 feet), but has enough room to serve this small of a property. Staff was courteous and friendly to us all the time. Any kind of store or restaurant you need is within 10 minutes. We got to the Zoo in Bridgeport in 40 mins, the Science Museum in 20 (easy off the highway). Thank you for a very relaxing stay.

Good visit, and good price for the room.

The beds were so uncomfortable. They were super stiff with no give at all. When we went to the pool it smelled like a bathroom and there wasn't any towels at the pool we had to call for them. Breakfast wasn't anything great. I am sure the Colby cheese omelette was a frozen food item heated in the microwave. Same with the sausages. I'm surprised the coffee was good. My daughter brought a custom made pillow there and we accidentally left it. We asked them to send it back to us because we live over 3 hours away and they refused unless we paid a prepackaged label from UPS. They were sending a pillowcase it would cost a dollar or two. So ridiculous. Have the compassion and send it to us our daughter is super upset. No you refuse to unless we pay. Goodness. I send my customers mail all the time and never ask them to pay for it. Thankfully a friend is picking it up and they better give it to her. I'm just so not thrilled about our stay here and next year when we stay in CT again for the competition we will be staying elsewhere.

Recently upgraded; carpet, bathrooms, beds, bedding, linens, etc. Clean. Typical features, pool, workout room, breakfast, etc.

I stayed in this hotel and the breakfast was bad and the rooms smelt of dust and I saw bedbugs running over the bed as I pulled back the covers to sleep. I called the desk clerk and asked her to come up to the room as I had found something she did not come for 10 mins I called her again said she as busy and would come as soon as possible. After waiting another 10-12 mins I stepped out of the room on the 2nd floor to go get her, and met her coming out of the elevator. All this time she NEVER asked me what I found and when I showed her the bugs she never apologized or commented just said she would move me to another room. I was moved to a room which you see in the ads — a suite — I ripped off the covers in her presence but this bed was clean. Needless to say I checked out of the hotel with 6 colleagues THE NEXT DAY the manager tried to get us to stay saying it was an anomaly etc. The hotel is used as a short time place as there is a strip club 1/4 mile up the road and the previous week I was awoken by thumping sounds from the room above which I had to call 4 times to the desk before it stopped, at intervals of about 30 to 45 mins from 11-130 am. Next day I got to find out from a local that girls would rent the rooms for a night at a time and service clients in them. We should have not returned the next week. Do not stay there.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. The noise level between rooms is terrible. The floor creaks when the people in the next room are walking around. You can hear conversations like they are standing next to you. This all occurring at 2am. The only reason I gave it two stars is I got moved to the first floor. It was a little bit better but the walls are paper thin. I could her the person snoring in the next room. Not a great experience especially when you need to get up and drive three hours at 6am.

Customer service great. Bathroom and rooms clean. House cleaning could pay a little more attention to details. Breakfast is ok. Gym I'll pass only cardio exercise machines. But I'm staying a month and have been comfortable. King bed is very comfy tons of channels, fast free Wi-Fi.
