Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I guarantee half the 5 star reviews are fake. Music till 4am. Rude staff. This place looks and feels like a 2-3 star hotel but has the experience of a 1 star. I’m firing whoever booked me here!

As long as they require their employees to get the covid shot or they are forced to take a weekly covid test, I will not spend another dime at this hotel or casino. The workers should absolutely refuse. I hope a lawyer takes this on somehow because this is just wrong. This shot has killed thousands of people. Caused brain aneurysms, temporary paralysis, miscarriages, strokes, rashes that cover the body, etc, etc… there is absolutely NO reason that a perfectly healthy individual should be forced to take a chance with this shot if they do not want it. Healthy people under 60 have a higher chance of dying from the shot than they do from dying from COVID. I had covid and would rather have it again than risk getting the shot. If people want the shot, go for it! That is THEIR DECISION. People should be allowed to make up their own mind on this. And to force them to get something shoved up their nose on a weekly basis FOREVER, is also not right. This is not a small thing. Everyone should be outraged by this. Liberal or conservative should not matter! Forcing someone to inject something into their body that they absolutely do not feel safe doing should not be acceptable for ANYONE! You might think they are stupid for feeling that way, but you should know that they truly feel they are unsafe and don’t want to take the chance of something happening to them. We all need to come together and take a stand against this.

Shame on this corporation for pressuring employees on vaccines. They are required to pay out of pocket for testing if they refuse which these employees never agreed to upon taking their job titles. Corporate fascism.

A group of 4 came for my husbands birthday. We are still here actually. We have been coming for years and have totally loved this place. It has always been our favorite. We stay in the Tower Suites. Never had a bad experience until now. Now I know it’s Covid and I expected it to be different. But when you try to gamble 75% of the tables are closed. The ones that are open are mostly $100 minimum bets. Some $50. Maybe 1 or 2 are $25. I like to gamble but I’m not playing for $100 a hand. They are definitely trying to gouge the players. We came to support them and feel like they are taking great advantage of us. We even talked to the pit boss. It’s not fun. No one is really laughing and having a good time. It’s really sad. Just my opinion but I would stay home until things are back to normal. I will not be back until I don’t have to wear a mask and it is 100% open. It’s not the same. I promise. Save your money. I may even find a new favorite casino and hotel. I’m sorry the Wynn is showing such little respect for it’s loyal customers.

A friend was robbed while she slept in the suites. Over $35, 000 of money and jewelry stolen and their only comment is we are sorry this happened. Two burglaries in one night.

This is the most beautiful hotel/ Casino in Las Vegas. The Tower Suites is our favorite. Rooms are bigger and nicer. Every restaurant have the best food. The service is impeccable. Once you stay here you won’t want to stay anywhere else.

The Buffet at the Wynn is called the best buffet in Las Vegas for a reason. Though pricey and an extremely long wait, you get your money’s worth. I would suggest the brunch menu because then you can sit down and get two meals in one. The desserts were great too!

Everything from the moment you arrive on the property is top shelf. You could spend an entire week here and never leave the property.
The pool and fitness areas are the best in Vegas.
Many restaurants that serve the best food and drink. The rooms, are the most relaxing and comfortable I've ever seen.

Beautiful resort. Everything is clean and shiny. Excellent service. Everyone was attentive. Vegan / Vegetarian options in every restaurant! We were even escorted through the buffet by the Chef for a "vegan walk". He told us that he does it an average of 6 times a day.
We will be back!

Beautiful atmosphere, the employees like valet, security the theater attendants all very kind. The one lady elderly not so friendly very rude attitude. She worked in the cafe. My husband told me to say something and I told him Karma will happen to her. Steve Wynn how did you let her slip through. All the others that represent your hotel and casino are exactly what I thought. Top notch very welcoming. Thanks for such a beautiful night otherwise.

We were going to the Diana Ross concert at the Wynn last night, so when we booked show tickets we decided to stay at the Wynn where she was performing, sooo happy we did! The room was beautiful, good at buffet for dinner was really good, we will be back!

By far the best hotel in Las Vegas as well as the most expensive, I guess you pay for what you want, the restaurants are great, the pool, the service was superb!

Saw John Fogerty October 12. The win offered free valet parking if you have tickets to a show. Easy to get in and out of from the strip very. The theater is intimate and the acoustics were great. The grounds in the casino or tastefully done. I highly recommend the Wynn.

Was there for the Vizient Conference. Breakfast was a disaster — not enough buffet stations, long line, ran out of food, no flatware or napkins left. One of the worse conference catering's that i've seen. Then the way finding from the Encore Tower to the meeting rooms was not easy — I think that's on purpose so you'll stop at the stores and/or gamble. Someone finally gave me a map to help me navigate. Took about 15 or 20 minutes to walk from Encore Tower elevators to Latife Ballroom.

The Wynn is lovely. I stayed at encore, but I consult they are attached and I did most of my gaming at the larger Wynn casino floor. The hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the room and everything in between. The staff was friendly and the pool parties were a blast. It is a high price tag compared to other strip resorts, but I have no complaints. I would recommend the Wynn Encore resort complex to my friends and family.

This review is solely for concerning the buffet, as I heard that it was the best in Vegas. I was not disappointed. There was so much variety and quality it is well worth the higher than average price tag. The buffet with bottomless drinks set me back just under $70. If your looking for great steaks, great sea food and delicious mac and cheese I would give this place a go!

I have stayed at the Wynn before but this time I wanted to stay at the Tower suites to avoid the casino craziness. Tower suites is amazing the private pool area with umbrellas is so great. The service out there was beyond what you could ask for! All the staff made sure to help you set up for the day, they brought out fresh fruit, cold water and were attentive. The food was exceptional. The free coffee in the morning at tableau was awesome and the breakfast with the amazing spot on service was very good. So many choices! Get the pastry basket because wow it’s so delicious! I got upgraded to the executive suite and it was so crazy nice! Just overall amazing experience the Wynn gives you that personalized touch at the Tower suites… it’s 100% worth the extra money. Can’t wait to return in November!

High end hotel on the Strip. Top notch convention facility. It would be nicer if it didn't try so hard every moment of the day to separate you from your money. I mean really $4 can of coke in the store? No thanks. I'm paying big money for room, dinner, facility, try not to take me for a can of Coke. It's that little act of greed that keeps it from 5 stars.

I was in Las Vegas to preform my 1989 album, and I decided to stay at Wynn. I liked is so much that the next time I had a show in Las Vegas, I got a room at the Encore, which is part of the hotel complex. I absolutely loved both of my stays. I stayed at a fairway villa my first time while one of my assistants stayed in Wynn tower. He said his room was spectacular, clean, spacious, and had a great view. I felt the same way about my villa. When I stayed at Encore tower, I was very pleased as well, I thought that my room in Encore tower was just as good as my villa even thought it was a normal room. The casino was so great. The floor in the casino and all over the hotel is so beautiful, flowers and butterflies! I loved the restaurants, especially the buffet, Sinatra, and Andrea's. I went to both Wynn and Encore pools, they were the best pools I have ever been to. This hotel/casino blew me away, It is by far the best place I have ever stayed at. You should totally stay here, it makes every other Vegas casino look bad!

Definitely one of the finest hotels on the Strip. Another Steve Winn baby. This is really a very nice hotel, the Interior is really sublime. We do not feel at all suffocated, ultra beautiful and very well thought out. The whole team is super professional at the height of the image of this establishment.

Hotel is beautiful. This review is for the buffet. First time I visited Wynn buffet many years ago it was amazing! Unfortunately, it's no longer as impressive as it used to be. Food is good but not spectacular. Best part was desert. The ambiance is great and decor is timeless. Definitely worth a visit but don't go out of your way.

A very beautiful hotel. Of course like everything on the strip. It's super expensive even if you go to eat. It's extremely fancy. Oh yeah watch out if you just cruising around the hotel to check it out. There are security kind of undercover and will ask to check your bags if you gave any with you.

I went to the Wynn to meet with some colleagues and had a few drinks, the place is expensive, but nice also. I also played a little bit to the machines and I asked for a Jack (a whisky that I like), and Coke (cola) and the waitress brought him to me without problem. I've also come to see Showstoppers and Le Rêve. I'm not very musical so I only liked a couple of scenes of Showstoppers, but I loved Le Rêve.

First, excellent! Hotel and Casino! A must! Do not miss visiting in las Vegas, super luxurious is very well located near the Trump hotel which has a Shuttle service runs every 20 minutes. There is a gallery with local Brands luxury, there are also very good places to eat and the buffet is one of the best in las Vegas. The casino is the most super enjoyable, luxurious, and has an internal garden that is a wonder, the parking lot is from the 2017 payment.

Came to the Wynn for a work conference recently. The meeting rooms are spacious and upscale. The hotel is had tons of meeting spaces, and was super accommodating. Their staff were super friendly and helpful. Would it be weird to say this place smells fantastic? Well I'm saying it, because it does! The hotel is very creatively decorated from the interior, and great for taking pictures in. Overall a memorable experience, and looking forward to another opportunity to return again soon.

Great stay and great service. The room was very comfortable and with all the best amenities and updated recently. Was here for a conference and the conference rooms and facilities were extremely well setup and organized. The food served at the conference was good not great. However the food I had on the last day at Red 8 was very good. Overall I had a wonderful time and stay. Would love to come back.

I loved my stay at the Wynn! My stay here was so relaxing. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was so friendly and always available to help. The buffet was amazing. It is worth the price. We went a couple of times. You have access to the Wynn and Encore. My only complaint was the jacuzzi was always occupied with a group of people. However this is my favorite place to stay and I will definitely be back soon!

Oh my!  This place is stunning.  It’s so beautiful and amazing.  A real spectacle. To walk around in here is quite incredible.  There are gorgeous flower displays in arches and waterfalls mosaic floors.  There are lovely shops and huge, as far as the eye can see casinos. It is a destination indeed.  It is fairly overwhelming and you might need to take a run at it, and go twice. Wow.

It is truly a luxurious Place. Very clean very modern. Absolutely worth walking around seeing the decorations the lobby the stores. When you first walk into the room and hit the button to turn on the lights, the drapes open and it is a dramatic view out on to the strip or the golf course depending on which room you have. I would have loved to try out the full but the weather was a little bit on the cool side. They have a neat little show on their Lake in the evenings. It's worth checking out. All the staff are very professional and courteous.

The Wynn and Encore are glamorous without making the casual guest feel uncomfortable. They have the right balance to make sure you always feel welcome. The rooms are well thought out and are always clean. The concierge is incredibly helpful. There are approachable limit tables for the casual gambler as well as higher minimum tables for those playing a more serious game.

Very chic, casino and hotel of superior quality. I played craps, I'll have a limit on the non-existent pass line Dan the other casino that favored the house. Other than that, very amusing and very beautiful.

The hotel's very sober architecture contrasts with the warmth of the interiors. Beautiful details everywhere, the lobby, conservatory with theme, the exquisite décor, the restaurants that overlook the "vivo" Lake are a special experience. The rooms of luxury and comfort, it is amazing what a visionary hotelier can create.

Steve Wynn got it right. This place is awesome! It's got high prices, and the drinks here are Not Comped, but you don't come to the Wynn or Encore if you are watching your wallet or purse. Your Ferrari wallet (Ferrari store inside) or your Chanel purse. (Chanel store in the casino). Everything is high class here. Even the security guards wear Armani suits. Expect to spend $200 a night on a decent room here during the week… $400 and up on weekends or during a convention. Cheers everyone!

Parking is now paying $15/24h there is no coffee machine or kettle in the room.
On our last visit the service was not quite up to par, it stayed half a day a bag of dirty sheets and towels in the hallway as well as a lunch trolley with the leftovers of a room.

It is a great very clean hotel all over the casino, the rooms, the spa etc a first service with friendly and helpful staff and what I really like the most about the hotel is the carousel and the flowers of the entrance and don't say the beautiful view of the rooms to the golf course and panoramic Vegas and more attractive is I have been invited for free to enjoy the Estacia in hotel and so I can give the taste of eating in their buffet and restaurants as I enjoy there is everything inside the hotel that you will be enjoying.

This was hands down the best buffet in all of Vegas. The food was very fresh and tasty with very professional chefs. After going to a few other buffets in big name casinos this place hands down has the best food for the price. Also with all the beautiful Decor in the restaurant and throughout the casino this place is a must stop. It may be a little pricey but it's worth every penny.

This property is fantastic! It’s easy to find on the strip. The service is 5 stars and the people who work here are just great. The rooms are fancy and automated with all kinds of nice touches like power shades and advanced lights. The hotel has a great pool! The cabanas are amazing and the service is on point. The buffet is the best on the strip with a crazy quality selection. The casino has everything you want and the workout facilities and spa are perfect. This all comes at a price but at least your getting what you pay for.

What can you say about this hotel and casino, perhaps one of the most beautiful in the whole of Las Vegas. Try absolutely the buffet and the pools.

We were already in almost all the major hotels/casinos in LV the Nr 1 in place. Large luxurious rooms, a top service and an offer for all tastes. The buffet is great! But there is something for every taste: prime rib, seafood (including oysters), freshly prepared pasta, Chinese food, sushi, of course salad bar, a great dessert selection with crepe station. Perfect room service and absolute cleanliness are of course here. The pool area is very nicely laid out and well maintained.
Conclusion: An impeccable address of the finest. Excellently maintained and in an excellent location. What we personally missed is this typical "Oldschool Las Vegas Atmosphere" as found in the Golden Nugget or flamingo or our house the Mirage.

We had dinner and a show. Beautiful place! We ate at the cafe. I've lived in Las Vegas 27 years and expect to pay more at a Steve Wynn property but I also expect better food and better service. Service was below average and the food terrible. My wife and I split a pretzel and a order of sliders and 2 beers. $85.00. White Castle out of the frozen food section at the super market would be better.

Exquisite, creative, fabulous. The hotel is beautiful. The La Rev show is very average. Too many dances, sucked out of the finger slurred storyline, 3-4 low-impressive accrobatic etudes. The Show O or Mystery is many times cooler. The buffet is so-so. Dinner $58. Surprised fresh oysters and a phalanx of crab without restrictions. All the rest of the food is like in a 3 star hotel.

Beautiful displays of flower sculptures. You can tell this is an upscale, ritzy hotel. Don’t be intimidated… the staff is very nice and fun! We didn’t win on the slots or the tables but the floor staff and waitresses made it a great experience and we felt like high rollers.

My boyfriend took me to the Wynn buffet and I was overwhelmed by the service and the food. I've been vegan for a year so having the Chef come out and give me a tour was a great experience. Not only the food was fresh and good but the decor inside… everything was just great! I can't wait to go back!

The Wynn is one of the best hotels of Las Vegas. The service and rooms are of first category. It's not cheap, but worth the money. All this decorated top-notch. The buffet service for breakfast or lunch is excellent with a great variety of dishes.

My wife and I recently stayed at The Wynn for our honeymoon and had such a great experience. We both agree that this is our favorite hotel in Las Vegas and couldn't imagine ourselves staying anywhere else. It is a little pricier than the other hotels but the experience you get at The Wynn is worth every penny. The staff is great no matter who we interacted with they were all friendly and very helpful. This place is the standard for hotels in Las Vegas and probably everywhere.

The hotel inside is very beautiful and has shops, a lot of class, the shows they offer are very good and the drinks are not so expensive.

The Wynn is a very fancy hotel, the rooms are very nice and have high ceilings and good lighting. The fitness center is great and the pools are heated during the winter. The water was fresh and not as heavily chlorinated like most hotels do. There is no deep pool though, only 3.5 feet for all of them which is good for kids. Also just a single jacuzzi. Had a great stay over all, recommend it.

We stayed at the evening buffet at this hotel and were totally thrilled. A huge selection, especially in the desserts! The price is certainly not the cheapest on the strip, but the Price-performance-Verhälnis is definitely right here!

I come here to relax. All the staff and amenities are professional and exceptional. The lowest budget rooms are classy and very well appointed. Beds are so comfortable you can actually buy them here! I just had the best massage ever! Bring.

It's a beautiful, opulent hotel. I did not stay here I only visited each day in Vegas. I went here to eat everyday because every restaurant in the hotel offers a vegan menu! Now not all the menus at every restaurant are great, but there are a few with excellent choices. Attached is the vegan chik'n and waffles I had twice from the garden cafe at the Wynn! So delicious! Also added pictures of their Spring decor. Carousel of flowers and hanging lanterns… it was truly beautiful.

Location: I did not give 5 just because it is on the end of the scenic part of the "Strip", in any case it is in the center of Everything Las Vegas offers. The palace is very elegant, with its bronze colour and the interiors are precise and glitzy, as are all the main hotels of the Strip.
Cleanliness: Impeccable, everything perfect, the room was in perfect order, what you would expect from such a hotel.
Staff: These people are really accustomed to dealing with customers and will satisfy you in any request ($ $ $ $).
Account: Being part of a package I do not know the prices so I will not leave the vote.

We went to Andrea's restaurant for dinner. It was wonderful! We went because of their vegan options and the impossible burger. My husband isn't a vegan, but we were both curious to experience a high end plant based meal. We got an appetizer, two entries, and a dessert. Everything was excellent. One minor note is that I wish they had more vegan dessert options, but what we got was good. The service was excellent. Everyone was attentive and there was no pressure to move on quickly. I suggest going when they first open as there are less people.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and overpriced. It has the disadvantage of being poorly placed on the Strip, at the end of the chain of major hotels.

A very chic casino, with obviously all the services available, I recommend the still, more private and whose rooms are even larger. I also recommend the Wynn's Buffet, probably the largest of the strip.

Luxury Hotel located on the Las Vegas Strip with thousands of rifinitissime rooms. Giant bathroom with bathtub and shower, motorized curtains, centralized lighting with several options selectable. Excellent cleanliness. In the lobby there is a beautiful casino and fabulous shops. At the entrance a spectacular garden and outside a fountain that in the evening makes jets of water and lights synchronized with the music. There is also a spa and a swimming pool. Breathtaking views. Breakfast to be king with quality food. Only flaw in the Wi-Fi which is free only in the lobby.

This is one of the best casino's in Vegas. It is very clean and the service is wonderful. If you can do the golf course you should do it. Shopping is good too.

Currently staying in room 2059. $604.85 "deposit" will be placed on your credit card at time of check-in. Bring your phone charger because rooms have no USB connections. Make sure you tell front desk if you want Wi-Fi access in your room, or they will charge you $19 per day/per device. Check in staff is flaky and moderately unhelpful. I have serious doubts that Wynn Las Vegas is a 5 star hotel. This place is getting old and boring and I can't wait to leave. — Not recommended.

Large relaxing rooms with great views. The Wynn and Encore have acess to both casinos. Discount room rates when you are a Red Card member, anyone over 21 can join at the casino or on line. My relatives who joined won points for 2 free buffets and show tickets. Celebrating my husbands mom's 90th Birthday with friends and family was fun. Realized we stayed 4 nights and most never had or wanted to leave the hotel enjoying pools, restaurants, casinos, shopping, entertainment and rooms with a view. A few went shopping across the street at the Fashion Mall or walked to other casinos. Been to Vegas b4 and never thought I could enjoy so much and never leave to eat or visit at another casino/hotel. Everyone had a great time with excellent service. Tips:worth the upgrade to a higher floor. Ask for a room not above the outside late night pool dance club. Join the Red Card. Beautifully decorated, convenient location right across from the palazzo shops and Venetian. The buffet is amazing as well! Go to parasol down for inexpensive drinks and sit on the patio with the waterfall fountain outside, so relaxing and such a treat. The conservatory inside is so pretty with the flowers and lights. When I went there was a carousel and hot air balloon display made completely of roses and other flowers. The Wynn also has a mini fountain show display out front like the Bellagio.

I like the hotel its self but the employees are quite rude to kids because I went to go get something for my grandma and one of the security guards stop me and told me where are your parents and I said I need to get something for my grandma but he still stopped me and I just ignored him and ran for it then I went to the buffet then apparently men can't wear sleeveless shirt but women can, I think that's pretty sexist. So if you have children or teenagers do not go to this place cause I don't want them to go through the same faze's I did. By the way I'm 13 half.

Fantastic all only that to the not be all inclusive, it stay increases its cost. However modern room good service very safe and access to top shops.

Private with my family on Sunday 27-Thursday 31 March 2016 in the Encore, everything was great (room, restaurants, casino, cleaning, comfort, etc. ) until the exit for today approximately at 9 am, a bell boy, fat, bald red mustache mocked me since I gave him a little tip (only brought $100 bills and a pair of 1 dollar bills) Unfortunately my taxi was already waiting and not give me time report to this lousy employee in the Administration, but I hope that by this means, knowing the hotel management, which definitely return to this hotel by the way as I don't think I gave this employee.

It's the Wynn and it's Las Vegas so it's spectacular. There are something like 4 clubs and 20 odd restaurants. Wazuzu was a fun place to eat, good dumplings and the Terrace Pointe Café had some wonderful burgers. Stayed there in January of 2013 and 2014. The room we had was excellent, TVs in the bathroom, bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice view of the strip and whatever that brown mountain is north of the city. Service was excellent. I was there for work and the conference area is well thought out, catering was better than adequate.

Seriously some of the best buffets and great hotel experience on the strip. I wish it was more central on the strip but it does have a more quiet and upscale feeling compared to other hotels even like the bellagio based on its location. You don't get as much of the low end freak show that some of the strip showcases so well. If you are looking for a little place to indulge in the strip scene but then retreat to a relaxing and mature hotel this is a perfect option for you. Higher prices than most other hotels per night but worth it and their buffet is the best on the strip in my opinion.

Probably the 3rd or 2nd best hotel in the city. Of course Encore hotel is number one in our book. Plenty of parking. Very courteous staff. It just an all around amazing experience. Steve Wynn has outdone himself.

Reality: 3 kinds of customers here 1) filthy rich that are too smart to spend a dime (guess what man this reminds us of, and guess what he really thinks of YOU), 2) upscale criminal thieves (governmental, corporate, drugs, gangs, etc. ) blowing millions of disposable stolen cash while they only order JW Black label because they have no clue (Steve Wynn was befuddled as to what Japanese whiskey is just 5 years ago because his real customers are just thug thieves, not even the Japanese restaurant knew what the best whiskey in the world is) (I have never met legit working wealthy person that gambles — NEVER! ) 3) working-class people pretending to be wealthy blowing 10s of 1000s of their hard-earned $$$$ begging for free food (as the casino host (s) reading this cracks a smile, tilts his head, and says "yep. " You can literally blow $10, 000 in ten minutes and you must beg for one free dinner. Line up, you're what keeps Stevy rolling in Develed Dogs. Also, I ordered a $20 "Club" sandwich and the standard way Wynn makes it is with the mayo on the side no matter what. Around the world "Club" sandwichs are triple decker held together with toothpicks. So Wynn expects you to pay $20+, remove the toothpicks, let the sandwich completely fall apart (bacon, ham, lettuce, tomato, all fall apart) like I'm ordering a $2 sandwich, and put the mayo on yourself, and put the sandwich back together for $20+. Stupid.

To say this resort one of the best in Las Vegas, USA, to my personally I love the wide super casino and the super beautiful and attentive waitresses always serving drinks, they do not let you d serve as in other casinos.

Gorgeous hotel, the views of the golf course are amazing. All the resturants were great. It's pretty expensive, probably wouldn't stay there with my own money, there cheaper solid options out there.

Top notch hotel! Beautiful decor tastefully done. Parasol Down bar with hourly 'show' from about 7.30pm. Casino nicely spaced and gaming Croupiers very helpful. Restaurants and bars plentiful. We stayed in a room overlooking the golf course (our choice) — the rooms are large and luxurious with electronically controlled draperies including blackout and very well equipped. The pool area also very nice. My husband played the golf course which he said was well worth the money and the caddy was very helpful and knowledgeable. The down side? None that I can think of! Would definitely recommend and definitely return.

I'm a local, and write this with the hope that somebody who reads it might actually have the power to change things. I love the Wynn properties and wish they would stop doing things to alienate good customers. I played poker there pretty much daily starting with the opening of the room a decade ago. Somewhere around 2009 the staff became brutal and antagonistic, presumably due to the economy and firings, etc. A lot of locals (me included) left for other cardrooms and the Wynn poker room became a ghost town. Fast forward to this year. After several years of playing mostly at Aria, I decided to give the Wynn another shot. Pleasant surprise: the staff is now excellent and friendly. But here's where the trouble starts. At any other property in Vegas, there is either dedicated motorcycle parking, or you can park in the weird in-between spots that won't fit a car. Wynn offers neither, and ridiculously threatens to tow you if you park a motorcycle in striped areas. This despite the fact that you're doing them a favor and not taking up a car space! For my own part, I don't like parking in a wide open space because the bike is highly visible to thieves. I tried to speak to security about the issue; they had me fill out a form and then never called me back. Surprise: two weeks later my motorcycle gets stolen. Never so much as an acknowledgment from the Wynn.

We went to the Wynn hotel with our parents for a 3 day stay. Our families have been all over the world being retired military, and have been to many hotels but this was one of the best experiences for us at the Wynn Hotel. It was a fantastic experience, first class, luxurious lodging, amazing decor, ambiance and the food buffet was the best we have ever eaten. Freshly pressed fruit juices, watermelon, green apple with kale, and other healthy ingredients, yellowfin tuna sushi, ceveche, wow! Service was first class and always there. I had a problem with our room and called the front desk manager Ruben and they immediately put us in another luxurious room with fantastic views. My mother and my wife were busy taking selfies and photos most of the time of all the fantastic flower arrangements and decor throughout the Wynn and the Encore. A first class experience overall and we definitely know where we will be staying whenever we go to Las Vegas, the Wynn Hotel!

I have to say that this hotel which I stayed two weeks ago, is a magnificint place to stay. Its a top of the range hotel I have ever seen. i would racomend it to those who wants to get spoiled for a short while. My room which was at the 27th floor had a superb view of las vegas at night. the staff is so friendly and loveable with a smile and ready to help.

Definitely the nicest building and facilities I visited whilst in Vegas but it's annoying to go anywhere else whilst there in my opinion, plus I felt the service was generally poor and the stakes too high in the casino, I know little about the casino games so at least one lower limit table would have been nice to learn the ropes. Room was lovely and the spa excellent. Disappointed not to get better treatment to the clubs whilst I stayed there. For example for xs the only good thing about staying there was quicker entry at a time when the club was empty. Great! Lol.

I have stayed at Wynn Towers for the past six years or so and will never stay any where else. Once you stay at Wynn, especially in the Towers, you can't stay anywhere else. Not only is the service the best anywhere, but the rooms, the food, the spa, the pool, absolutely everything is first class. I never leave the building at all. Maybe once I went out to shop, but you don't even have to do that. All you shopping needs are met there as well. I am going in two weeks again, and go at least 2 to 3 times a year. It is simply the best place to stay and be pampered. I tell everyone, they do everything but eat your food for you!

This place is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing. The grounds well kept. Bed is super comfy. Buffet is very nice. We had an in ident with a crazy lady while there and the hotel staff took care of us. Security staff and the hotel management were very professional and accommodating. Will go again some day.

Decor is gorgeous and very but service is the worst of any 5-star hotel. I took my parents here and we had to wait in line for 20mins just to check in. Also, they didn't bother coming by to service our room. At 2pm I had to notify service room, and by 3:30pm, they still weren't there yet. At that time, I had to call Front Desk and Housekeeping before someone came by our room. Don't waste your money, I'm not bringing any of my guests here ever again. I would rather stay at any 5-star hotel here in Las Vegas and receive much better service. Management of this hotel should be held to higher standard because they obviously failed here.

I'm laughing while "re-reading" all these negative reviews. We recently visited Vegas and the Wynn Hotel for the first time ever. We experienced none of the things people are complaining about. We found the rooms to be unbelievable, as large as an apartment. The service was great, the pool was spectacular, the food, while admittedly expensive was delicious. PS You are in VEGAS, you should have known things were going to be expensive before you went there, duh. We never found a line for restaurants, and in fact, ate breakfast each morning in the Terrace Pointe Cafe. The pancakes were the best I've EVER, EVER had and there are three large ones so you can get one order and split between two people. I had bananas added to mine, hubby had blueberries added to his. After the second day, they recognized us and always said hello and chatted with us while seating us. Some of the reviews I read were hilarious. One person saying ". They spent over $30K in a weekend and expected better service". Well, if you are spending $30K in one weekend, you need your head examined. Nuff said. This place is posh and beautiful and clean and friendly. I just don't get what people are complaining about. We even called housekeeping and told them exactly what time each day we wanted our room cleaned. We gave them a two hour window, and everyday the room was cleaned in that time period! We booked this place without even knowing who "Wynn" really was! LOL!

I love the hotel BUT HATE VALET SERVICE! Went there a week ago and my friend flight there and already checked in. So told valet that im staying at the fxxking wynn and need my car parked but they keep telling me that valet is for only hotel guest so told them my friend will bring the key down so I can show them stupid proof that im staying at wynn. But still they yelling at me and told me to drive away and self park. Never go back! WORST VALET SERVICE EVER! BTW valet boy name was TRAVIS! Dont go to Wynn! Go to Venetian.

When we checked in I told David at the desk I did not like heights. He put us on the 5th floor (lowest) and said it had a view of the pool. But what it had was a view of the roof top air conditioners. That was ALL we could see. At night when we tried to sleep the beds vibrated. If I had wanted a vibrating bed I could have stayed at a cheap hotel and not one that touted it was 5 star. What a royal disappointment. My husband and I had not been to Las Vegas in 40 years and this is what we got for a room.

Nice room — totally overpriced. Service is crummy beyond words — food is ok, but costs beyond words. Only will stay here for business. My Wynn is more hype than execution. Also, left my cell phone in gym which only got to experience for 10 minutes as it closes at 8 PM (can't believe that). Was the only person leaving. Notified concierge shortly after realizing I left it there — took over 2 hours for it to be returned. Perhaps if I had been drinking at the craps table, would have deserved the wait — but not for being only person in a gym when closed. ONLY stay here if this is what works for business — otherwise, it is not worth the cost. Very, very dissatisfied.

Great and beautiful classy new hotel. This is top notch. It's small and not very flashy and glitzy but, takes on a more classy approach to Vegas. It's at the North end of the strip and towards the end of what I would call "the good hotels". I've heard if you stay here and have special eating requirements they take note of that and will automatically bring you the appropriate menu for your eating requirements. They think about the small things here and that's a specific side of Vegas you don't find everywhere. I've been to club Blush here with bottle service and it was a great night between friends. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want class without in your face excess.

My boyfriend and I (locals) spent the evening at Encore recently. We ate dinner at Sinatras, went to see Showstoppers, then enjoyed live music in the Eastside lounge with Michael Monge. The entire evening was magical! Dinner was not just eating out, it was a culinary experience! Exceptional food, impeccable service, beautiful surroundings; expensive and worth it. Showstoppers is unbelievably well done, gorgeous costumes, fabulous choreography flawlessly performed and the singers were outstanding. Topping off the evening at the lounge with excellent service (once again) and wonderful music. Michael is superb, in voice, talent, showmanship and friendliness. I would recommend this experience to anyone! My thanks to everyone involved, right down to the woman who took my phone reservations. Mr Wynn knows how to treat his guests.

Luxury… attention… seriously… Excellent food… shows first… location… everything has the wynn… days great!

First, this is a very beautiful hotel, but that is the only positive here. The rooms were very spacious and nice, but the bed was very soft and I did not sleep well at all. The restaurants are all grossly overpriced. We went to their Japanese restaurant MIZUMI and it was absolutely gorgeous, but it was the worst Japanese food I have ever had. The food was prepared poorly, and our bill was almost $250. There is literally only one coffee shop in the whole place, similar to a Starbucks. Other than going to a sit down restaurant, if you want a coffee in the morning you have to wait almost a half hour to get one. I started to get up earlier in the morning so I wouldn't have to wait so long for a good morning coffee. The worst part of our stay came just as were were getting ready to leave our room. I had checked out at the front desk rather that using the TV check-out in the room because I had questions on my bill. I told the front desk person that were were not physically out of the room yet, but would be by 10:30 am. (Check-out is required by 12:00 noon) He said OK and would put us in for a auto check-out time for 10:30 am. Around 10:20 am as we were getting reading to leave the room, the housekeeping supervisor knocked on our door and said we needed to get out of the room now, because we had check out a hour and a half ago. We told her give us a couple more minutes and we would be out. She said that if we didn't get out now, she would report us.

Update follows below initial review. My experience would have been better had it not been all about the bass and no treble. For a luxury price you get a third-world experience. Couldn't sleep either night because the night club was blasting hardcore techno and bass until 4:30 and 5:00am respectively. Calling the front desk at 4am was a 20 minute wait experience — presumably others complaining about unreasonable noise. I have video where you can clearly make out a Coldplay song coming from the club from my 21st floor room — at 4 Fing 30 am. The hotels response? We take this matter seriously and will make sure the info gets to the right people. How the hell does this remedy my ruined trip? Read other reviews and you will see this is a common problem at Encore. Rooms are nice but what good is a room you can't sleep in? I've stayed in many cheaper Vegas hotels, many with clubs, but never in a room I couldn't sleep in because of the noise. When Harrah's is a better experience than the Wynn Encore, the Wynn Encore has a problem. I'd give the place another chance if they corrected the problem or at least seemed to want to make things right but it's not surprising with that club noise that my concerns fell on deaf ears. UPDATE 3/16/15 I am writing this update to establish that the Encore at Wynn contacted me regarding my stay and has remedied the problem to my satisfaction. I appreciate their willingness to handle the matter in a responsible and appropriate manner.

Opulence at its finest. Great combination of world class amenities and stellar hospitality have secured this Asian themed resort a spot at the top of my list. This was my first time staying here and I would definitely stay here again. I finally have witnessed first hand why my parents stay here when they visit Vegas which is @ least once annually.

The five stars is for the hotel itself. I'd give the staff, in general, four stars. One of the managers I had to deal with about an AC problem was very courteous and helpful. Though. My room on the top floor was gorgeous with some of the best views on The Strip. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great pool, beautiful hotel. Love the bar next to the water with shows at night. The room was great! The beds and pillows were great.

Cheesy, ostentatious, and "cheap". Prepare to be nickel-and-dimed for everything from internet service to working out in its circa 1994 gym. The staff wouldn't even permit a slightly delayed checkout (90 minutes) without charging a half-day rate. They have all the warmth of guards at a concentration camp.

Very nice hotel, but if you travel with children is doing it is only conditionally recommended. For travelers with children, there are better hotels in Vegas. Planning breakfast rather to countercyclical times, or it may be that you must be very long. Otherwise, as I said very succeeded.

This Casino brings me beautiful family memories: someone who I love very much. I can only say these words that come out of my heart.

Opinion of the buffet. They say q was the best vegas holidays but. The food isn't anything otherworldly. If this jabato and catches you playing at the wynn ok. But if not. Nor is it necessary to visit him.
