This hotel would be great on the strip but…. Cons: it’s not on the strip. Someone stole my shoes from the pool and the casino is dead. It’s like a nursing home in this place. I don’t recommend.

Great 10 day stay here, excellent rooms and the property is immaculately maintained. We’d see staff at all hours cleaning and vacuuming all over. Location is nice, being slightly off strip, it has a more laid back atmosphere but you can still walk or get a short Uber trip to Planet Hollywood.

The staff, management and the entire experience is simply awesome. I highly recommend Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

I booked a King Chamber Suite and the room was beautiful. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and the room was so spacious. The bathrub was amazing! I highly recommend!

This hotel is a joke. They "forgot" to clean our 2 rooms 5 out of the 8 days we stayed. Had things stolen when they did clean. We went to the pool and I had a metal water bottle in my hand. The "security guard" told me I couldn't bring water in. I showed him it was just water and he still said no and literally blocked me and my children from entering because of a water bottle?! So I left and my kids and husband went in. I had to sit outside of the pool area to drink my WATER, then go up to the room to put the container away, THEN HE WANTED TO SEARCH MY BAG? I'm sorry, I'm just a mom wanting to swim with her kids. You don't get to search only one person's bag and let everyone else in. I am disgusted. Pool was closed 4 of the days we were here due to private events. Courtyard was closed 4 days for these same events. I will never return.

When you check in, the front desk people are not friendly at all and do not make you feel welcome. There is extremely loud music outside abs when I called the front desk they said they sent security to find it. It's now been 45 minutes and still the music is blaring. I find it hard to believe security hasn't found where the music is coming from. I called a second time and the only thing I was offered was some ear plugs. I will never stay here again and I will not recommend anyone else do so. It's just too bad we are stuck here for another 4 days.

Very clean, super nice laid back front desk. Concierge very helpful and accommodating. Dogs everywhere, not for me but if you are a dog person you will love it. Small casino floor that I appreciate. We have been to four restaurants inside hotel and all are amazing. Lots of fun slot machines. 7-Eleven, White Castle, liquor store and a med man (express medical) just across the street. Recommend and negative, our TV glitches a lot. I think it is the service coming in and not the TV itself, but who watches TV while in Vegas. Mini bar is the only fridge and pressure sensitive, no where to store bought beverages. Would love more coffee options (none in room) as there seem to be only two as a wait in line option (long lines). Table minimums seem to start at 15. Could be a little lower for such a smaller resort not on the strip. 4 nights, 2 to go.

Hello to all. Spent 4 days at this hotel from Jan 11 to Jan 14. Booked thru a 3 rd party and told them we had a small dog so we needed a dog friendly room and no pet fee. When we checked in they said they do not honour 3 rd party booking all though they advertise they do and charged us $60 a night for a small dog. That’s almost as much as we paid for the room! They put us on the 6 th floor that was right above a smoke house pizza restaurant and fill the room with that smell! The out door pet area was right across the casino and out past the parking lot. A long way to go if your dog has to do their business We loved the décor of the room but the staff looked so unhappy and very few where friendly. No one said hi u less you said it first. For trying to brand a new hotel they need to do a better job We will never go back to this hotel.

Worst mistake ever! We had stayed 3 amazing nights on a promo at Trump International. Decided to switch it up and stay at the Hard Rock for our last night. Room did not have AC and was 83 degrees. Electrical outlets didn't work. When we called to have our room switched, they sent a bellhop up w keys to a new room that was not comparable to the one we paid for. He did not help us with our bags. It was our anniversary, and we had plans for dinner & a show. After 2 hours of back and forth with the VIP check in desk (including me crying to management as I tried to get us a room so that we could get ready for our anniversary), we got into a comparable room with our luggage. Late to dinner, almost missed our show. Room was old, furniture all dented, lights barely worked, stains all over the couch & carpeting. Not even a mini fridge & it was supposed to be a suite. The hotel management knew how upset we were, yet did NOTHING to make the situation better. Not even a complementary drink. It was like they couldn't care less. Upon checkout, they tried to charge us for mini bar items that were still on the minibar (thank God I took a pic before leaving the room). Bartender at the pool was super rude not just to me, but to 2 other couples at the bar as well. I actually had to ask him to not speak to me in the nasty, condescending way that he was. Told a hotel manager who told my husband to speak w the pool manager, who was no where to be found. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

Room was very nice. Booked a smoking suite to accommodate one member of my party. But there was really no smoke smell anywhere! Staff was very friendly and the restaurants were great. The only complaint I could have was that the snack bar in our suite was pretty dusty, but I would definitely stay there again!

Bell hop service was outstanding. All were very professional. Service desk was very nice and professional. Cleanliness was good. Our room was non smoking and reeked of marijuana. The casino is very basic nothing to fancy lots of slots. The restaurant selection is great all with excellent service. The pool was busy but very clean. Parking structure was never to busy easy to find a parking spot. Grounds are very well kept. All of our experiences with the staff were positive. Overall a fun trip. Loved the vibe and history throughout.

Any fan of Rock music and of Vegas casinos will like the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The casino floor isn't as big as others on the Strip, but here, it doesn't need to be. Good amount of Black Jack, Roulette, and Craps tables and a nice sports section. There is no poker tables that I could find. The pools are pretty awesome. They have allot of shallow water to just sit and chill with a bear and parts of the pools have a sandy bottom which give you a nice beach feel. The Joint is a great venue to see a concert at. The sound is great and the lightning great is pretty awesome. Main floor's all standing with neat dividers to create little sections to stand in and lean against the railings.

Repairs around, and so — everything as always.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino was an average to pleasant stay. The front desk needs to do a better job of answering the phone. Out of the 10 times I've called they answered once. The other times I had to go around the back end and call room service or the operator to speak to someone. The room was very clean and decorated nicely; I enjoyed the shower, but I wish I would have known I didn't have a tub. I like the fact that the hotel is centrally located.

Love this place but can only really talk about Pink Tacos and the Rehab pool party. Hard Rock's pool is the best! I love that even during a wild pool party you can enjoy from afar along the lazy river in the back. Also love that cabanas and daybeds are scattered about so you feel like you have some space. And pink this is pretty good post day party food though I didn't visit this trip.

The — the toiletries are not of good quality, there is the minimum, no slippers or bathrobe.
My shower was clogged, even after noticing the free shuttle on the Strip is not found zero bottle of water offered in the room the hostesses do not speak French the bedding is not top lack of Kettle, coffee maker, biscuit is Damage.
The price of the room with the taxes leaves a salty note!
The restaurants in the hotel are very expensive the + the view from my room was amazing the hotel is gorgeous!

It’s a nice hotel overall. The rooms are great, very big and open. My view wasn’t great (parking garage), but we can’t all have a great view. Most people come to the Hard Rock to party, so this won’t be an issue for them. But the ridiculously loud music everywhere is annoying. I was there for a work function, to network with coworkers I never get to see (we’re a global operation) and I can’t ever hear what they’re saying and they can never hear me. It’s pretty annoying when it’s a venue that is specifically reserved for a business networking function. Other than that, they are pretty good. Very high security, so you’ll definitely feel safe here.

We had chosen this fantastic Hotel a few steps from the center of Las Vegas to spend a night between luxury, casino and beautiful life taking advantage of a good offer. Beautiful Hotel for charity, big rooms and to the height of expectations, unfortunately the way we were greeted disappointed us. It was the late schedule, I wouldn't know but all the staff met or asked for information was rude and little helpful. Starting with the girl from the reception, rude, unkind and helpful. Ok, there was a mistake for booking not caused by us but by their booking office but this does not justify his rude behavior. Luckily we called in Italy our travel agency which solved in a moment. If you decide to stay in this place I would recommend it but remember to check in during the day when the staff is more awake and polite! And I've been good.

This review is for the Magic Mike Live Show located here. Not really my thing, never been to a show like this. I went along for my sister's 50th Birthday. We had front row seats and I was pleasantly surprised. Not sleazy, a well put together production that was classy, fun and energetic. The lighting, dancing, storyline and singing were very impressive to say the least. I would highly recommend for men and women all ages. Worth the extra money to sit in front, the friendly bar staff will keep you happy and the entire experience was just damn good!

This was a nice place to stay — really big and easy to get lost. We only stayed one night on our way out of town so we didn’t really get to experience the whole thing. We ate in the diner restaurant there and it had okay service and good food. The room was great — a suite with doors so you could potentially have people in one room entertaining or watching TV while people were in the bedroom sleeping. They provided all the normal shampoo and lotions that were all hard rock branded. From looking out our window it looked like there were multiple pools and mini bars outside that are probably very popular in warmer months. The casino was large and also there was on site entertainment — I think magic mike live was happening there while we visited.

Hard Rock Hotel. The tour of the corridors is worth a visit with the décor featuring stage costumes or the instruments of the world's greatest stars. Comfortable and equipped room with audio to listen to your playlist.

I attended a private event at Rehab at the Hard Rock Hotel. This review only relates to my experiences arriving, using these facilities, and exciting the property. The Hard Rock Hotel, or HRH as the locals call it, is somewhat off the beaten path, but that doesn't make it any less cool. The location makes it extremely convenient to the airport, and travel to and from the HRH is not as much is a hassle as the strip properties. Rehab is an outdoor day and night club located in the middle of the property. The pool was closed for this visit. The pool is surrounded by luxurious cabanas, each of which has a safe for your personal belongings. There are a number of bars, and you can order from essentially anywhere in the club. Restrooms are located in the back corner. They can be slippery if the pool is open, so beware. Adjacent to Rehab is Pink Taco, a delicious Cal-Mex eatery. Try the Pink Taco Platter. When leaving the HRH, taxis are out front, but ride share services must pick up in the rear at the base level of the parking deck.

Loose loose the room dirty and not have the minibar because it is full of drinks that they put you if you lift it automatically you charge lol.

It’s a super great place the rating the rock vault Was just fantastic. I love the show very very much and even bought a CD after. Casino was lotta fun have a great time sitting at the bar playing video poker. Cocktail waitresses are always friendly the swimming pool was fantastic opens at 9 AM in general he closes around desk. They offer food and cocktail service from very friendly waitresses and waiters. You’ll have a good time here.

Spent three nights here in the HRH Suites. Amazing service. Jewel was extremely helpful and kind. The beds here are the best I have ever slept on. Very clean hotel, security was very good, parking free, easy access to and from airport. Easy access to the strip. The pool was clean and professional good looking staff waiting on your every need poolside. Great Rock n Roll memorabilia. Raiding the Rock Vault is a must see show. So happy with my stay here, will be back!

Be careful to touch the mini bar! Carries a built-in weight and when you touch something you charge it to the account directly! (at reception we solved it without problem the truth) the room amazing, good cleanliness and all very comfortable.

Very nice Hotel and great view on Las Vegas.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The music is everywhere, even in the elevators. It has many restaurants, casino and a show room. There is a tatoo place, clothes shops and several swimming pools with solarium. Bad point, there is frigobar but you can't use it, it's just to consume the drinks they offer at a ridiculous price of several times the real value. It has sensors that if you touch something by mistake, they charge you the product. It's a mousetrap, MAL!

Beautiful Hotel. The only one from a different owner so it doesn't give rewards. Don't forget to go to the Asian restaurant. Reasonable price and excellent food.

Love this hotel! First of all the rooms are just great, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms the best and you can even put your own music in the room! You come across rock star items and the casino is fine. They put hard rock music as a background and that's cool. Recommended 100%

The Hard Rock Hotel is a very impressive hotel. The rock theme is very interesting and it's fun to walk around a lot of rock history. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and with a good view. The only thing that could be better is the location because it is half way off the strip.

18/20. Great hotel. The rooms are quiet, spacious and the quality of the bedding is exceptional. Everything looks new here. The immersion in the world of rock'n'roll is perfect and the showcases dedicated to the stars will give you the thrill. A real museum where some exceptional rooms are exhibited. Choice of four swimming pools according to the desired atmosphere. Great choice of restaurants and several points of sale of espresso coffee (yes, real coffee). A little trick, the drinks being expensive in the hotel, there is a small supermarket just in the back, on Paradise Road, almost in front of the entrance to the car park. The fact that it was eccentric did not bother us. The parking lots are not so expensive on the strip and you have to take the car anyway to go to Fremont Street Downtown or to the Smtratosphère, outlet etc…
On the other hand, one removes two points for this detestable strategy, peculiar to Las Vegas, to remove any equipment in the room. It's painful and ridiculous. We cross a lot of people in the hallways with their BudLight pack from the supermarket next door. Ice Machines in the hallways, washbasin as a cooler. They're not crazy people; $8 beer at the bars, you take one; Then you cross the road to the local CVS.
But you will understand, that apart from that, we loved this place and we strongly recommend it.
I love rock'n'roll!

We were told that we got an “upgrade” on our room, which I thought would be great! But we walk in and the room is small, dirty stuff in the bathtub, and garbage still on the floor! Now on our second day, I am laying in bed listening to them snake a drain or something at 11 pm. So nice when I have a wedding to go to…, I have never been so disappointed. The only thing good here is The Pink Taco.

The room it self was nice, and we even got a complimentary room upgrade which I was pleased about. However, the room had no fridge which I was disappointed about, and when we would call for extra towels or whatever else we needed they took forever to come. When my friends and I checked out I will admit we left the room in a bit of a mess but definitely not trashed, just some garbage on the floor. Nothing broken or anything however they still took our security deposit to charge a "cleaning" fee of $150. When I saw my credit card statement I was shocked so I called to find out what the charge was for the front desk girl that picked up briefly tried to explain the charge but when I started to ask more questions she cut me off and told me she would transfer me to accounts receivable. I thought she was rude because she didn't even wait for my response but the girl I spoke to in Accounts receivables is the main reason why I would never stay at the hard rock again! Her name was Alexis Jones, and I will admit I had a bit of an attitude on the phone with her but I also work in customer services and I would never speak to a customer the way she spoke to me, she had an attitude as soon as she answered the photo and in the end she HUNG UP on me while I was still trying to ask something. TERIBBLE SERVICE! … to sum up the hotel stay itself was average but because of this Alexis girl I would never EVER stay here again… ALSO!

Beautiful hotel, very busy place, casino…

The atmosphere and the staff very good. Cleanliness on good level. The Big hotel. I didn't like two things: breakfast is not included and the first floor of the casino. Why? Because we travel with the children. To go from one side of the hotel to the other you have to cross all casino with people smoking, taking etc. Really Vegas is like that. But the rest was super. Thank you.

Arrived in the middle of the night (2am) without booking. The valet parking personnel told us we can wait in front until we get a room. He handled us and the car professionally, never asked for a tip and made sure we know everything. (For the record, he received a generous tip after we got our room. ) That guy is the sole reason my review is not one star. The rest is our worst experience in USA so far. We stayed in an RV just before this, and it was ten times better than Hard Rock. We asked about Hotel Tonight prices, just to learn that "no matter how much you pay there, we will still add extra at check-in" and they increased our quote by 10% immediately after that sentence. Great example of being picked on. Room was average inside with gorgeous looks to a wall, the bright LEDs and AC units literally next to our window.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It has such great entertainment, gaming, and shops. I love the food places there also. The people that I have interacted with that work there are really helpful. Very clean also! I love that I feel comfortable in there.

Great atmosphere and there's always something going on. The music they play is always on point and there are really good places to eat. It seems there's always a live show every day off the week. Parking is free. Rooms are clean. What more can a person want?

Very friendly staff and very great rooms. In the casino you can find everything you need and the free parking is also great. After a gym I searched in vain. You can reach the strip in about 10-15 minutes on foot.

Nice hotel Despite the fact that it is a bit far from the strip, the rooms are spacious and clean.
The bathroom is not hyper-adapted (no shower, poor evacuation and bathtub…)
There are several shops ready to wear, food and restaurants.
For the price it is more than adequate.
All you have to do is make the jackpot!

We stayed in November 2017 for two nights during the week. On the weekdays the rooms are much cheaper than on weekends and it is not so exaggerated everywhere.
Impressed us!

Very nice hotel and casino. Pleasant ambiance through decorations of original stage equipment by various rock stars. The restaurants are all very high quality and the shows of good quality. Music is running everywhere — unfortunately no longer only rock/hard rock.

A little far from the Strip if you're planning on walking.

Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is above all others. Even the place smells good. The food here at all the different Outlets is fantastic. Never had a bad meal. The gaming is lacking but still fun. The pools are out of this world especially during the summer time. Would highly recommend it to everybody. Just remember it's not on the strip, it's off the strip closer to the airport.

It's the paradise of any real rocker! \. /have on display from Madona outfits, Imagine Dragons, from the video of the Killers directed by Tim Burton, Beyonce, and Muchísisisismos more!
It has a spectacular view yet and when it is not on the strip, but with a taxi that charges you approximately 8 dollars you can get to the Paris Hotel and solve that issue.
In the lobby of the casino at night there are acóbatas, the bars and restaurants are pretty good!

Really interesting casino hotel. Some very interesting shops and lots of nice rock music exhibits. Fairly decent selection of restaurants. I was at the casino on a Saturday night and there were women doing aerial ballet above the casino floor. I went to a concert at the Vinyl music venue which is really well designed. The sight lines are all really good. I like the Hard Rock Hotel Casino.

Awesome place! They have just about everything under one roof, restaurants, bars, sports book. Plenty to do and see here if you need to take a break from the strip. And the music they play is awesome; Stones, Sabbath, Zeppelin, AC/DC, and other great classic rock. Lots of fun and the staff is very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Good, beautiful, clean popular Hard Rock Hotel q Casino. The atmosphere is friendly, the hotel staff are friendly. Large parking, as well as there is a special parking for disabled people. There is free internet Wi-Fi. Inside the hotel, the restaurant offers a good meal. Make a massage, take a dip in the pool that works all year round, the gym ⚽And of course Casino ♣♥♠♦. As well as you can take a car in rent and drive around Las Vegas, see the beautiful places and attractions of Las Vegas. I recommend visiting, you will be in Las Vegas do not pass by. ⛳ for example, the beautiful Red Rock Canyon National Wildlife Refuge.

I really did love coming here. Everything was very beautiful, the ambiance was just right. All the neon was very comforting, and all the guitars were very impressive. I came to see Markiplier's You're Welcome Las Vegas Show ( (2018) ) at The Joint venue, and it was pleasing. The setup was very neat and there really wasn't a bad spot there. Secondly, my room was beautiful. The view was so nice. The one complaint I have is that there is not much to watch on TV and that there is only one accessible outlet. Thank you for an amazing night!

If you don't mind staying off the strip, the Hard Rock is a great option. I was definitely surprised by what a great value this place is. It's a unique place with a fun atmosphere. The room we stayed at was large and clean but the view of a wall was a little disappointing. Wish I was able to make use of the pool facilities because it was huge and looked really nice. My stay here was a good one and I would definitely be back again if the price were right.

Love the shower, I loved the bed but my husband thought it was too soft. I wish rooms had at least a coffee pot. We booked through Expedia and photos made us think we would be in more of a "suite" but it was just a normal room. Our room was not ready until after 5 pm and that was after complaining — check in starts at 3 pm. They did not offer anything for the inconvenience. One day the hot water was not working, we told front desk and they took off one day worth of resort fees ($35/room). Hot water issue was resolved within a couple hours. Bartenders and all staff we encountered were friendly. Decent amount of table games and slots.

It is interesting to see pictures of rock legends in walls and doors of the rooms. As several of the hotels in Las Vegas are very big and very flashy.

A hotel forgotten in Las Vegas not being on the strip, however has a lot to offer in its walls and lounges we will find an authentic musical museum, with clothing instruments and accessories of great musical legends, the only reason why I do not give 5 stars, is why they removed the outfits of Slipknot Corey Taylor to put a outfit of Lady Gaga. Isn't the Hard Rock hotel called?

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and hospitality that was shown during my short stay. The hotel itself is unique with their music memorabilia lined out across the building as well as the overall atmosphere and great vibes! The Casino floor was very lively with the friendly dealers and the waitresses serving drinks in a blink of an eye! The entire staff make you feel right at home with exceptional customer service and professionalism. Parking was very convenient with two FREE extra large garages. I am proud to say that I will have the pleasure of doing business with the Hard Rock on my next visit to Vegas.

I stayed in the HRH Luxury Tower and was well worth it! The rooms were immaculate. The bathrooms were very clean, well decorated, and large. The bed was comfortable. The blinds and shades did a great job of keeping out all the light from the Vegas so that I could sleep well. The room itself was up to date and decorated very nicely. The hallways, elevators, and common areas were very interesting. Reminded me of the Amsterdam Red Light district with the lighting and feel, but was obviously much safer. The front desk staff was very nice and check-in went quickly. Improvements: The hotel Wi-Fi signal was weak in my room and I could not stay connected while laying in bed. I have a brand new phone, so the phone is not the issue. The TV channel guide wasn't very intuitive. I realize you don't go to Vegas to watch TV, but I like to watch a little TV before bed. I found it challenging to find the channels I wanted. Overall, I really enjoyed the HRH tower and will definitely be back!

Almost percect except for that they lack to put a little maa of emphasis on cleanliness, but this very well and excellent prices.

This is my favorite hotel in Vegas. The memorabilia throughout the hotel is spectacular. The HRH suites are spacious, and the bathrooms are huge. Suites have a modern look with walk in shower, the tub is double the size of regular tubs, music console, and well sorted mini bar. My favorite thing to do here is go to their fabulous spa Reliquary, and locals get 30% discount for any service. The pool cabanas is also a fun relaxing stop. The hotel is not right on the strip, but to me and mine is well worth it.

Expensive place to stay but reasonably priced with discounted room rates online. Rooms are on point and we had an amazing view to boot. Lots of shops and things to do inside. Pool was mostly closed for the winter but they had a small area open and it is kid friendly. Lots of memorabilia, friendly and helpful front desk and good security presence. One of the many huge hotels where we slept very well in a huge cozy and cozy bed. The water room on the other hand was not quite at the top (the water from the shower flows to the center of the room and floods everything).

Bad view from the room on the weather engines. For the cost it has it's not worth it.

The room is in a terrible state, DIRTY SOCKS IN THE BOX, spoiled the whole Vegas experience.

Robbery at the HARD ROCK HOTEL in Las VEGAS! They robbed us of the parking lot, smashed the glass of the truck and took the suitcases, the money, documents! They left us with nothing! Nobody takes responsibility! It is a shame that a hotel chain like this does not take responsibility for the damage caused in its own parking which is private and closed.

The Hard Rock is a rock and roll themed Casino. As such there is a lot of movement and rock music playing. Kind of fun. My huge disappointment was in the total lack of being able to get a drink at the machines. We were there for 2 hours and never once did I get asked if I would like a cocktail. That is just not right. Too bad, because the vibe was pretty good.

Spacious room The cleanliness did not disturb me! But being French there is a lot of things that I did not understand because of my level of English. But especially if you see candy placed on the table do not lift them! Because there is a balance system that makes you pay if you remove the items on it… it insists people to jump on it like us… the SPA is paying and I think everything is expensive…

Casino is under average, we had a better time at Excalibur. Wish we would have stayed there! The reception was not very friendly, they didn't have to room ready until 5pm, so we had to wait 2 hours. Half of the pool resort was closed. They ask for ID everywhere, all the time. And your room key. Then they search your backpack for water. One small bottle of water is 9$! The hard rock hotel seems to be more after your money than making you happy.

Stayed here for 4 days in the HRH tower for our anniversary. Hotel is decently maintained. Interactions with employees were pleasant. Great restaurant selection. Only room left when we arrived was on the 3rd floor with a view of the parking garage and a roof. Room was fairly dirty. They were nice enough to move us to the 9th floor starting the second day (although it wasn't until 6pm). Comfortable beds. Nice spacious rooms. Probably will try a different hotel on our next trip. Not astounding by any means but overall an average experience.

Myself and friends just stopped in to play some slots whIle waiting for our plane home. The staff probably gave the best service out of all the casinos we had been to our whole trip. Drink prices weren't bad and the place seemed pretty clean. I might just stay here next time I visit Vegas.

Great atmosphere and a lively DJ. The pools are nice but close too early. Would be nice if they stayed open past 7 pm. MB Steak was very good but very pricey. Over all it was a good hotel and casino for what we paid to stay.

Me and a few friends visited here just to look around and grab a bite to eat at Pink Taco. The hotel and casino are both very nice and have a large assortment of cool artifacts to look at. When we had a few questions about the place, all the staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider staying here for our next Las Vegas adventure!

The location is very clean and the location is a bit crowded. The location Free parking is a big advantage. The Value for money I will strongly recommend this place for your stay in Las Vegas.

Great location for our stay in Las Vegas. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is Monto Grande, in fact inside there are several shops, restaurants, fast food and even a casino. Outside there are some pools, one with sandy beach, clean but a little crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ample free parking is a big plus. Unbeatable value for money! Highly recommended to stay in this magnificent city.

Very good quality structure, very particular in full Hard Rock style. It is not close to the Strip but offers a shuttle service for guests. Even the restaurants inside are bi good level and varied in nature.
A little crowded the pools.
Definitely a structure for young people and for those who want to have fun (say that it does very ciulodromo class).

Service was great. Had issues with plumbing and they were happy to fix and it was fixed. When towels we're shorted they gladly got us new ones in middle of night. Seems crazy but elevators were fast. Never waited for one. Can't say the same around other places in Vegas. As long as Vegas has facility fees as extreme as they are I will never give 5 star for a facility that charges these fees. It is excessive all around town along with the big city parking fees. Vegas used to be reasonable but is not now. Hrh has no parking fees right now but it is a few blocks away from strip and this is nice.

Always as beautiful, splendid swimming pools with deckchairs and private box (for the fastest). Nearby shops and restaurants. Quality Hotel-Casino with a great atmosphere, very rock n ' roll.

I love this place. You can listen to great music, watch the video from that time and feel good about the great music from your favorite bands. The special displays are great fun and interesting to look at up close and personal. Staff there could have been more friendly but the overall appeal was wonderful and shouldn't be missed when you come to Las Vegas. It's a little off the Strip which made it more appealing to me but could have the opposite effect I guess. A must see regardless.

My favorite for convenience, services and free parking. The right compromise in Las Vegas to visit both the city and for excursions such as Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Hoover Dan and Lake Meak. Mandatory stop at Dillinger restaurant in Boulder City.

Excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean and at the same time sober and stylish. It is a small town with its restaurants sin superb spa and its pools calibrated for Fiesta and relaxation, its shops not cheap (in every sense of the terms… ;) )
Only downside: Came for my 40 years, and although it know the date of birth of the customers there was no slightest attention… :/ Moreover you can forget the free coffee/tea in the room… and the snacks s (M&M's, Skittles etc) are at $9…
After good: the rooms do not cost very much but as for everything in Las Vegas, for the rest it is necessary to tax… But despite the detail "extras" I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel, nice atmosphere, less crowded than on the Strip. Its negative point, a little far from the Strip. But no farther from the center of the Strip than are there stratosphere or the Mandalay for example.

What to say: the perfect hotel for those who want to live Las Vegas in Rock Style! For the stars awarded, it has a good value for money.
The hotel is in a decentralized location compared to the Strip, but not a problem.
The rooms are in line with the main theme of the world Hard rock, contrasting colors and references to epic moments of the rock world.
No shortage of boutiques, restaurants and of course the casino.

I only slept here but the room was nice and the valet service at the HRH section was very attentive. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it was difficult to reach guest services (0) when I dialed them.

Cooles Hotel, Zimmer in Ordnung, Rock around the Clock!

Do not get a room near the rehab pool. The music is blaring on weekends & Wednesdays from noon-8. Even though I checked in early, I wasn't able to get my room for 6 hours. One day my remote mysteriously went missing. I called the front desk, and they still failed to bring one to my room.

Very good hotel. The pieces of the tower Paradise with view to the pool are great. The only thing that while there are parties in the pool (in the afternoon) the Music can grate a little.

The rooms are very nice and the atmosphere is fun. The theme of rock and roll is abundant and because of that there's great music playing in every nook and cranny of the property. However the food service in the conference serious leave something to be desired and the hotel is starting to show its age a little. Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend to anyone who does it carry a brand loyalty preference as they do not participate in a program outside of the individual property.

Hotel room was great (HRH King Corner Suite) however we got the pool side room and it was horrible. We went to the pool and had a great time then wanted to relax for a few hours. There was nothing but obnoxious base pounding through the room for hours. It was actually shaking the light fixtures in the room. I can't think the non-pool side views would be that great but such a shame that the pool music had to be that loud and obnoxious. I can appreciate some music paying but it was really bad. The hotel was nice and the food was good. It will be hard to come back for a relaxing time which I like to mix in with the good times.

Loved it. Cool displays, nice cocktail waitresses, smells good. Suite in HRH tower was awesome. Great view. Quick room service. Delicious food.

Too beautiful Buentrato attention.

We had to wait 3 HOURS to be checked in on Valentine's Day! The main reason we came to the hotel was for the pools, which were closed all day for a "private event. " Once we finally got into the room, we had to listen to airplanes take off all night and smell smoke coming from the neighboring room. It also takes about half an hour to walk to the strip from the hotel, so it's location is not convenient. The hotel takes advantage of the distance by overpricing their food, such as $10 for a candy bar! After all that walking we were looking forward to a soak in the tub… which didn't happen because there wasn't a tub! The staff was unfriendly and unable to help in a timely manner. When we asked for compensation of our unsatisfactory stay, all they offered was to waive our $28 hotel fee, which was unfair anyways since we didn't even know there was an extra charge and we couldn't use their pools. Needles to say, most of our Valentine's Day plans were ruined. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value costumer satisfaction, room quality, or a convenient location.

Went for wife's birthday, our room was upgraded, the service and staff was amazing. Live all of the music paraphernalia, we are very into music. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing and cover all kinds of food choices. Even caught a concert at the joint, bullet for my Valentine, tickets were inexpensive too boot!

The best hotel in LV no doubt! Environment young, music at all hours, party… The decor and rooms are incredible and price it went great. The only downside, which is a little slow in the restaurant. The best: pool parties!

Operations are unfriendly and the pools, only loud Dupstep is music.
