Friendly staff beautiful accommodation and great facilities. Quiet enough to escape the strip but close enough for fun.

This resort stink of weed, had to change rooms twice and still stinks. Reception state they can't do anything about it just give a fine if they catch anyone. Don't stay here if you don't like skunk smell.

Great place! Close to everything while not caught up in any chaos. Spacious quiet rooms with kitchen and balcony. 3 pools to choose from. The deli has top shelf breakfast and lunch. Overall very good option.

Big rooms, convenient location, helpful staff. Stayed here 4 times in the last 3 years. Only drawback — and the thing that will give me pause next time when I decide where to stay — is the parking. When the hotel is full, the valet turns away paying guests who need to drop off their cars. Plus, when one or more towers have their valet closed, it can take an extended time to drop off or pick up. It has been a consistent problem. If the hotel solves this issue, it would be THE place to stay just off The Strip.

It’s a very nice place to come back to at night after being in the mist of the Hustle and bustle of Vegas. I highly recommend!

So I did get a good rate on the room however the hotel room was dirty and the service was very bad. When I booked the room the thought of getting room service was awesome but never received that type of service from the linens bening changed and fresh new towels every day was not the case. Was highly upset about paying extra for this! Would not recommend the stay there. All tho the night view was one of the best I have seeen wasn’t worth the comfort…🥲

The room was nice but the bedroom TV didn't work. We told the front desk and they said someone would be up to check it out and no one showed. I had tobget a replacement coffee pot because the original was burn and missing a lid. They do not provide enough cookware and no toaster. Unable to use oven because the pan provided doesn't fit. Unable to park on Saturday because lot was full and wasn't even allowed to uber inside. We were forced to walk from the front gate to the building.

Attract a different crowd now, pot smell all over the complex, inform the front desk and was informed that since CA had a curfew, people from CA uses Vegas as a play ground, during my trip there two people OD, two guys got shot, pot smell all over the street. I love this hotel, good quality and very friendly staff.

There was still trash From the previous occupants. When we contacted the front desk they just said that we can move rooms tonight and move back to this one tomorrow. There was no type of empathy or concern and did not consider the fact of all of my things being in this room and having to transfer them to the temporary room.

This was my husband’s and I’s second year staying at The Signature at MGM Grand for another wedding anniversary! We love that every room has a stove, microwave, fridge so we can bring our own food to cook (although this year the fridge was a freezer, there wasn’t any silverware or plates/bowls/cups to use with no warning before hand) most likely because of COVID-19. We also love how much space is available and the large bathroom with a very nice jacuzzi bathtub!
However, no deals were offered while every other MGM hotel were asking everyone if they were interested in staying again and no one took special interest in what we were staying for. ☹️ There was also a confusion on who the room was reserved for plus where we were staying (2nd tower was switched to 3rd tower! ) It was nice to be away from a lot of noise/people from this pandemic, but it was a long way from going anywhere since a lot of businesses were closed or had limited hours. Long walks to and from room limited time spent exploring the sites, spending money to play the floors, plus the monorail was shutdown so no travel anywhere unless you walked/drove your own car/used a taxi.
Over all, we loved the room and had fun, but not the friendliest staff or helpful when there is miscommunications. We will be back, eventually, but not before we try other hotels.

Danny Min, the operations manager and his staff are great. They totally understand what great customer service is all about. Will stay again and again.

My deposit was never returned! Service was horrible, staff was rude and incompetent. The room service food was undercooked and made us vomit. But worst of all my deposit money was never returned after all that. My experience was terrible. I will tell all my clients don’t even think about staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Many people were having issues with using their cards in the gate at the gate entrance. But we managed to eventually make it work. Clean, tasteful decor and nice security measures. Thanks for a nice experience. We will return.

Loved it! I love the fact that the location is off of the Las Vegas Strip. I love the fact that the front desk and concierge are customer service oriented. The rooms make you feel like it is your own personal condominium. A suite retreat getaway! Fabulous. CAB :)

I have been staying at the Signature for many years now. The fact that the entire set of three towers is smoke free. You also get access to the MGM pool complex which is a major plus. With the added use of the signature only pools if you wish. The rates are usually better than staying at the MGM. It is a mix of owner rented out unit and ones owned by the hotel. Everyone I have started in has a free use fridge, microwave and electronic cook top with coffeemaker and toaster. The bathrooms are all double sinks with giant showers and a jetted tub.

The room included a full kitchen. The 3 towers contain 2 gyms, which include good machines for both aerobics and strength training and which are open 24/7. The staff was friendly and helpful. In these 30-story buildings, the elevators ran fast and required little waiting-time. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Room is clean, private, can't hear any weird noises (you know what I mean). Staff is great, very polite and professional. My only problem is parking. They have valet parking, but I prefer self, so now I have to wait 5-10 min. For my car, and tip $1-$2 every time. It is not mandatory, however I felt I should tip valet drivers if I wanted my car out faster.

Beautiful Hotel and great staff! Only downside is that it if you are in tower 3, there is a very long walk to get to the main MGM Grand.

We were on the 36th flor of Tower 1 and it was fantastic. Our balcony looked out over Wet Republic and the MGM pools. For our family of 4, it was the perfect set up. All the amenities of a resort (casino and party pools) just steps away, easy access to the strip through the MGM Hotel, complimentary valet parking, but with a kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out 3 meals a day.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly, it never felt overly crowded. Oh, and there’s a Starbucks on site.
The only thing I would warn anyone about is, even on the 36th floor with the sliding door closed, we could clearly hear the music and bass from Wet Republic. Not an issue for us, but I could see how some might not enjoy it. But it only goes from about 11am-5pm.

The property is close to the strip and is ideal if you want to stay in quiet far but not too much from the frenzy of the strip. We stayed in a suite on the tenth floor of the central tower. At the entrance to the hotel complex you are greeted by a gate where very polite staff will give directions about their booking. We were directed to the central tower and had valet parking included, so on our arrival in front of the entrance of the tower the car was taken over by the local staff. After a quick check in we headed to the suite which was really spacious: entrance area, huge bed, full kitchen, huge TV, living area with table and sofa, terrace and bathroom with separate sanitary, shower and hot tub (jacuzzi) from two places. Nothing was missing in the room. In the elevator areas of some floors there are vending machines for drinks and food: there is a nameplate with the floors indicated.
To reach the strip you just need to follow the directions and walk the corridor to the MGM and from there go out on the strip.
The very good thing is that the hotel is NOT equipped with casinos, so there is no classic way to go endlessly of people and especially no one smokes inside.
Highly recommended, especially for families.

Great service, friendly staff, nice amenities. Shutout to Frankie at the front desk, she made our stay so much better. Only complaint is the ridiculous resort fees, but those are pretty much sly high at any resort on the strip.

It was really a great location and the room was clean. The room was also really nice. The down fall is, the service is slow. I’m not blaming this on staff but it’s more likely the way things are done that is the problem. Because these rooms are privately owned it seems it’s not quite as easy to get service when you need it. Upon arriving in our room I had to wash my sons bottles. I noticed the sink leaked when it was being used. We called the front desk right away and Inform…ed them. We informed them again in the evening and again in the morning. By the time morning came the carpet all around the sink was full of water! We called them again in the morning but we were checking out anyway. They finally came to the room 1 hr before check out. Also we asked for sheets for the sofa bed and my husband had to wait 30 minutes at the lobby for someone to bring him sheets. He was told it takes long because it’s technically not the hotel that is suppose to supply extra sheets. However you would think they would already be in the room ready for th sofa bed. There was a nice king size bed but I found it incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I don’t regret going there cuz it had a fabulous view and the room itself was really nice and clean. However I likely wouldn’t go back.

Will not ever stay at this property again! Horrible from start to finish. Checked in to what was supposed to be this amazing “high floor” one bedroom suite with balcony. Was placed on the 4th floor and told all they had left we’re ADA compliant rooms on high floors and that there was “nothing they could do” unless I wanted a smaller room at the same price… huh? I even gave the lady at the front desk a tip and she handed it right back like she didn’t want to take money from a peasant at her hotel. So the first night on the 4th floor they decided to pressure wash all night making it literally impossible for me to sleep which was awesome. The second night we requested a second blanket and were told that “that wasn’t included in our reservation”. We only had the room cleaned once out of the four nights we were there for some reason, no fresh towels or anything at this “premium hotel”. Now let’s talk about the 2 mile walk to get to any civilization in the hotel, it was a brutal 30 minute trip from our hotel to the main casino/restaurant at the MGM. The icing on the cake was the $75 charges for literally picking the phone off the hook in the bathroom. Will not ever be back to The Signature it was pathetic, outdated, and over priced. Next time I’ll stay at the actual MGM or one of the properties in City Center. The only good part of the entire place was the access to the MGM pool and if that’s what your looking for save yourself the headache and just stay at the MGM.

Stayed at the penthouse. Great service. Great hospitality. Great and friendly crews past midnight when we checked in. We left our room unlocked accidentally in rush of not being late to a booked day trip towards grand canyon… and was gone all day. We were pleased to come back with all our belongings in tact and nothing was stolen. MGM great job in teaching your staff, better take care of your honest team. Kudos to the team who took care of us.

Well this is my first time to Vegas and the MGM blew my mind this place is enormous. I think we were only about halfway up in the hotel but the view was awesome. The walk from the hotel to the casino floor was kind of long but worth it. All in all I had a blast and would definitely return one day. No complaints about anything on my trip MGM thumbs up.

Can’t go wrong with the suite rooms! Amazing bath tub and huge room, even has a microwave and refrigerator. The view is great too. It’s nice you can walk to the regular MGM if you want and use their pools or just use the one closer to the signature suites. Always happy to wake up in this hotel :) also near the miracle mile!

This hotel has been great the last 3 times I have stayed, nice being close to the strip. Unfortunately on my last stay the mandatory valet service damaged my vehicle and they refused to fix it since I didn't notice the dents until after I had left the hotel. So just be careful if you have a car there, a dash cam might come in handy…

Please be aware before booking that these rooms are privately owned. MGM is not responsible for maintaining the rooms, the owners are. In my penthouse suite, the king size bed was broken and had a large dip in it, the toilet paper holder was broken and did not hold the roll, went to take a shower and brown smelly water came up through the sink, the blanket on the bed had a lot of stains on it, and the door key card took many swipes before unlocking the door. Housekeeping was available daily for a hefty cost. At this point, I would not stay with this property again. I imagine that many of the rooms are maintained well by those that own them, but I would be unwilling to risk a second stay. The people employed there were very nice from front desk, valet, bell desk, and security. Only complaint about the general property was the vending machine was sold out for the entire 5 day stay and the prices vary widely for the same items at different machines. Price shop your vending machine snacks. You’ll have more for the slot machines.

This was our first stay at the MGM Signature Grand, but not in Vegas. There was Good & Not so good. Wait to Check In/Check Out/Ask a question can take some time, as not many people are at desk at any given time. (Not unusual) Very "loud" perfumed smell is always present in the Lobby. We thought that it was a customer at first; but the scent must be piped in. Our room was beautiful. We loved the "separation" of the bedroom area to the Living Room space. Comfortable bed. Nice size bathroom. Plates and cups were in our little kitchenette area, but NO SILVERWARE. You have to call down and ask for it to be sent up. We had to ask at least three times. Room was not always cleaned in a timely manner. Only 1 of the 2 pools was open and it closed WAY too early for Vegas. May stay again. But with so many other hotel options…

Little did we know, we would be receiving a surprise the next morning with a special aminety to celebrate our anniversary with. That was very thoughtful! The room is beautiful! She put us up on the 36th floor with a great view! Housekeeping was awesome. Even though it is a little bit of a walk to the MGM grand and the strip, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

A huge casino one of the most Iconicos in Las Vegas has everything you need to have a great holiday.

I saw this property a few months ago and wondered what it was like. After spending a few days here, I love this place. From the valet parking to the lovely rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room my husband and I stayed in was more space than we imagined. With a mini fridge, cooktop, and microwave, we had everything at our fingertips. Great get away and friendly staff!

Booked a last minute stay here and at Venetian with my wife. We did not know much about The Signature, but saw it had good reviews, seemed reasonably priced, and was close to the strip. There are 3 buildings which were behind a gated area right next to Top golf. Check-in was seemless. Lobby was nice, clean, smelled of flowers. Room was great. We actually preferred it to the Venetian. Very comfortable beds, had a small kitchenette with a fridge. Bathrooms were big. One negative was the water was not the scalding temperature that we liked. A positive we didn't know about was that it was connected via tunnel to MGM Grand which was very convenient — so in a way it kind of is on the strip… Would recommend/stay here again.

Will definitely stay here again! Penthouse rooms are awesome! I think the best bed I've ever slept in all of Vegas! I truly didn't want to get out if bed. I think I needed to catch up on my sleep but I really enjoyed the suite. A plus was the Jacuzzi tub in it.

My son's eyes were seriously burnt by the pool and its chemical levels. When I reported they said it happens at time and now we sit on vacation in a room with my son's eye red burning and he is dealing with blurry vision. The rooms excellent the location ideal just don't use the amenities the staff obviously lacks the pride to maintain a top notch facility.

Very nice rooms, great amenities. Courteous staff. This is a not casino tower, but is adjacent to MGM Grand. It's a long walk but still convenient. We we upgraded to a great balcony suite. Good for families or others desiring more quiet.

This is not the first time we have stayed in one of the towers but it will probably be the last. To be fair, we can't blame the hotel directly as the majority of the rooms are owner operated, ie. Someone owns the room and it's their responsibility to look after it. The hotel is primarily a front door and is not responsible for any upkeep of the room. Considering the room was the upper penthouse, I found it to be very drab and out-dated. There were 4 saucers but only 3 cups. No teaspoons. No side plates. No electric jug, only an out dated coffee filter machine. A stove but no pots. No plug for the sink so we couldn't wash our dishes. There were food crumbs around and under the couch and chairs. There were stains on the carpet which were covered up by a carpet mat which also had stains on it. There were approximately 9 lights in the room, when they were all turned on, you still only had the approximate lamination of a 60 watt bulb. The only positive comments I could impart about the room was that it was fairly quiet (apart from a very drunk woman across the hall that decided to throw things around at 3 in the morning) and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The relatively inexpensive alternative to the MGM/Hilton, etc. The rooms are large and cosy. The equipment is lifted. Location is also quite central. Will not be my last time in signature.

I am not sure why this property gets high marks on the reviews. The room I was in was stained and the furniture looked very used. Time for an upgrade. The check in process wasn't much better. We were told our rooms would be ready and they weren't. We ended up having to transfer to a different tower and a check in well after 3. I was told by the person checking me in that the 3 check in time was for a room and not necessarily the one I had. I will not be staying here again. The price was right but as the old adage goes. You get what you pay for.

MGM Grand is a nice hotel but has a lot to improve. The rooms are very clean and they have a good size. The Serviço is good, but it is not extraordinário. The value for money should be better because the hotel is very simple. My expectations for this hotel were not achieved.

We stayed here at the Signature for one night in Vegas. We opted to stay on the 36th floor and had fantastic views of the strip. Definitely worth the extra money to stay on a high floor. Our room was very spacious and clean, comfortable bed with a balcony and great views. The bathroom was very clean and open and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We had a late flight and they held our luggage so we can walk around the strip after checking out. When it was time to head for the airport, the bellman was really helpful in quickly getting our luggage and summoning a cab. There's a walkway that connects to MGM Grand for gambling, restaurants and access to the strip. Overall, had a really nice stay and would consider staying here again.

We had our anniversary and went to the MGM Grand Signature Hotel. For the price, the room was large and the accommodation was amazing. I'd stay again if I had the chance next year.

MGM tower 2 — Our room was a balcony suite with a hot tub and King size bed. The room was very spacious, even having a kitchenette area (stove, sink, microwave, mini fridge, Los of cabinets), but no dishes, pots, or silverware available (they probably supply when asked). My favorite feature, other than the amazing hot tub, is that the door has a do not disturb function that let's the maids outside know not to bother you. It literally just turns on a small light display outside the room that has two settings — do not disturb, or house keeping (for requests). I've never seen this before and really like this feature.

Careful when you book that they have outside companies that rent the rooms and when you arrive no one solves you, one day after my check in and we continue without having the room because Airpads not responding.

Everyone was super friendly! The manager mike went above and beyond to accommodate my family. Lovely view and everyone delivers. It’s close enough and far away enough from the strip. The room was very clean and everyone from house keeping was attentive friendly and prompt. Room service was also friendly and prompt and good my only request would be to have more vegan options on your menu please.

Negative Points: 1-room with kitchenette without any convenience, not even a fork and a knife. Made the request at the reception 3 days later, nothing.
2-swimming pool closed 2 days out of 3. On 3 swimming pools, one is supposed to stay open for the whole year. They tell us that it is for maintenance, but there is no one.
3-house housekeeping not one night.
Anyway, we're not often in the room. Just a pity to pay a service fee of 32USD per day that includes all these services and that we half of it all.
I'll go to the cosmopolitan next time.

Really happy with my stay. Was able to mobile check in with ease. When I got to my room unfortunately had not been cleaned. Not only did they resolve the situation immediately, but they also upgraded me to a one bedroom suite at no charge. Customer service was top notch and the room was great! Good pricing for an easy walk to the strip. The MGM connecting walkway is definitely a little haul. The moving walkways make it much better, and it's still better than walking on the street. Overall I was extremely satisfied.

One bedroom suite on 36th floor cost about £550 each between three. Great views across the south end of the strip. Suite would easily accommodate two couples, though one is on the sofa bed in the lounge. Suite was large and immaculately clean and well furnished, nothing looked old or damaged. Excellent housekeeping daily. Easy walk indoors to the MGM Grand, or outdoors to the strip at Planet Hollywood.

Very nice elegant hotel, which does not necessarily reflect a theme. The rooms are large, bright and friendly. The buffet is great, but not necessarily something special. Don't miss the show of David Copperfield!

You really need to work on customer experience. I had the following issues: 1. I tried to use mobile check in. When the reader failed to read my ID, there was no feedback. In retrospect, the issue was that I was not listed on the room — only my husband was. But there was no feedback from the reader. 2. I moved from mobile check in to the front desk. One person was being helped. Six employees were behind the desk doing various things. I waited for 5 minutes. That's frustrating. 3. If you have a full kitchen in a room, do what you need to do provide a few basics and still follow health codes. When I see a full kitchen, I expect there's a corkscrew in one of the drawers. 4. If you're not going to provide basic utensils, hire enough people to service the rooms so that it takes less than 45 minutes to get a corkscrew or a glass delivered. I called to request one, was told it would take 30 minutes, asked for it to be quicker, was told they'd try to do it in 15. It took 45 minutes and an additional phone call. Again, particularly not what I expect in a room with a fridge, microwave and stove top. 5. Have hot water. 6. Figure out your customer check in process. I requested a room change after being informed that hot water would only be sporadically available in my tower through the weekend. The front desk said no problem just come downstairs and we'll move you to a new room — gave me the new number.

Large property a short (7-10 min) walk from the strip. Attached to the MGM Grand. No gambling within the Signature property. Large, comfortable rooms with kitchenette (call housekeeping to get dishes). Three pools. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay — both were handled promptly. If you want to be near the strip but want a quieter location the Signature is perfect.

Great hotel attached to the MGM Grand, without a casino… Rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. Hotel is very upscale and staff are very friendly. If your looking to stay close to the strip in a hotel that doesn't have a smoke filled casino attached, then this is your property. Highly recommended.

Stayed in tower 2 for two nights. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was great and had kitchen and dining ware available upon request. Super convenient indoor moving walkway to get to the MGM and to go to the strip. Area is nice and secure with key required for entry from the MGM and staff monitor entrances. Location is near the southern part of the strip, so a little walking is required to get to shows at the other hotels. Overall a great experience. Would definately stay here again!

The rooms seem clean and simple enough for the amenities you get for the price you pay. Since these are full suites, they come with a small stove top and refrigerator. You can also connect two rooms together if you have a group or family that would need two rooms. The other thing to remember is that this place simulates a gated community and requires you to go through a security guard. They only have valet parking and you have to get a permit for your car, and prove that you're a registered guest to get this permit. Other than that, there aren't any issues with ride share services, but imo the valet service could be more professional since that's the only option here.

We stayed in tower 3 of the signature at MGM Grand. When we got to the room it didn't seem like it was cleaned properly. A rag had been left on the table and the lotion and shampoo bottles had already been left opened. One of the towels seemed really worn with frays… so the room itself seemed a bit dated besides the wood furniture. The upholstery and such seemed to be pretty dated as well. That aside the service is seemingly good and the fitness center is well stocked with chilled towels and fruit. Overall I think it's generally location away from the trip is pretty inconvenient taking about 20 minutes to even get to the strip walking.

Nice apartments, you feel very comfortable.

From the time I arrived and the next 3 days, I experienced a lot of frustrating moments. Mostly, due to the travel agent who booked my room. Yet, over the next 3 days Justin Ash was patient and provided me solutions along the way. Each time, he managed the situations with poise and a smile. All of the front desk staff that I interacted with was professional and nice to work with. I don't find this often and I'm glad to see that great customer service is a part of this brand. Thank you MGM and thank you Justin! P. S. I had to knock off a star because the suite I was in (and the word from other attendees) had no microwave, coffee pot or refrigerator. That's tough when you're there for 5 days and at a conference that does not serve food or beverage.

We love this hotel. Spacious. Quiet. Quick walk inside to mgm grand casino, bars, shops, and restaurants. But make sure you book directly with hotel. I have booked with them many times and never had a problem. Last time I unknowingly booked through third party and had lots of problems as other people did as well. They even gave another guy keys to our room when he got bumped out of his room. He walked in on us while we were there. It was through a site that manages for the owners of certain rooms versus through the Signature directly. Beware if you do that!

The Signature has a beautiful suite with all of the needs you could think of: kitchenette that comes with a blender, pots, pans, and other kitchenware upon request. I never have issues with the hotel employees when making a request for anything to make my stay more comfortable. They clean the rooms very nicely during the day. The hotel is right on the strip so it's easy access to walk around or find food/entertainment. They also have accessible rooms if required.

Great experience. Rooms are new, clean, modern style, with a huge living area (we stayed with a toddler) with space to walk around n even cook. Loved the view, check in was quick, nice n kind workers, the private pool area was gorgeous everything about our stay was amazing. Walking distance from everything in the strip yet no noise at all from nightlife. Cant wait to get back!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was great from check in to check out. Lisbeth checked us in at the front desk and could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom balcony suite on the 36th floor with an amazing view! There is a pool at each tower, one of them being a 21+ pool which is awesome. The MGM Grand is just a short walk through an indoor walkway. You have access to the MGM Grand pool as well. We plan to stay here every time we visit Vegas!

The Signature is a secluded hotel that is on the back of the MGM Grand, it is the only hotel that still offers free valet for its occupants. FYI, its one car per room booked. They have 3 main towers, tower 1 is closest to MGM grand, and Tower 2, is the main one that stays open after Tower 1& 3 are close late at night. The service is great, and concierge is super friendly. I booked the 1 bedroom balcony suite, which is about 900 sq feet. It has two bathrooms, one that is connected to the main room, and a second bathroom that is in the living room. Although it only has one bedroom, the sofa does open up and become a sofa bed if your significant other snores too loudly or makes you mad. As a guest at the Signature, you can also use the lazy pool at MGM Grand, which is amazing and comparable to the lazy pool at the water parks. It is about a 10 minute walk to MGM Grand if you are in a gambling mood. They also have a food court that is decent. I would recommend this hotel to all future guests to sin city.

Discreet hotel near the strip and connected to the MGM Grand. Spacious and comfortable rooms also equipped with small kitchenette and terrace. The staff was very helpful A little old style furniture.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet, because the road is in the distance! On the way to MGM Grand, there's a breakfast buffet in the hotel. And MGM Grand has a spa with lots of swimming pools and a monorail train. Free parking. Very nice hotel.
Not a good breakfast, but I saved the buffet in MGM Grand! A little noisy fridge, but we turned it off … No more claims!

Wonderful, not a casino, but indoor walkway takes you to MGM Grand! I loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but the ability to walk to it when I wanted to. The Signature was truly an restful oasis paradise during our Las Vegas/Grand Canyon trip! However, beware that there is a hold of approximately 70 dollars per day on your card. Kinda inconvenient, so plan for it. The hold is released in less than a week after your stay. Despite this, I would stay here again.

This hotel is amazing! It's separate from the casino, so it's a bit quieter and cleaner, which makes it a wonderful stay.

Worst housekeeping service ever. It tooks them more than an hour just to deliver some towels. I request a to clean my room a day before. "Never did".

Unorganized at best. From MGM the walk is very long. The signature entrance is far from the regular entrance. The guard at the signature entrance buzzed us through and then the valet asked why he didnt give us proper credentials for the car. I dont work here so I dont know why. Not worth the extra money for a marginal room improvement and one of the longest hotel to casino walks in the city.

My husband and I stayed here for the Las Vegas Marathon weekend. At first glance, we were really impressed but it only took a few minutes in the room to notice how worn the furnishings and carpets were. Worse, there were A TON of stains on the couch and its throw pillows. I didn't feel confident in the cleanliness. On the positive side, the customer service, maintenance team and room service were all great. It wasn't too far from the strip but for convenience and the truly upscale experience we expected, I wouldn't stay here again.

After arriving early and checking our bags with the concierge and then picking them up shortly afterwards to put them in our friends room, we found that my prescription back pain medication had been stolen. We then had to wait for security to come up and take a statement. After this was completed the hotel management attempted to give us $75 cash to cover the cost of the medication and a room credit for anything we wanted. This was a lie, as when we went to check out and use the credit towards the cost of the room it turned out it was only for food and beverage. Which of course we didnt use! To make things even better, when I got home, I found an incorrect charge for the room of MUCH MUCH greater than what I was supposed to be charged for the room. We are now fighting to have this corrected. If we can ever get ahold of someone! Pros: clean rooms Cons: a long walk to the pools other than the private pool that nobody is at, a long walk to any gambling area, 1 rude and unapproachable staff member at the front desk, hard to get ahold of anyone to correct any issues. I suggest if you are looking to have a good time on the strip. Stay on the strip. Will not make this mistake again. MGM resort? Awesome. MGM Signature? Sub-par. Will keep people posted on how well they are at customer service in regards to correcting these issues.

We loved our stay at the signature. The staff was very prompt and courteous to our needs Our one bedroom suite was immaculate and had plenty of room for us and our two kids. Plus you only had to walk down stairs define restaurants, gaming, and everything you would want to do.
