The rooms are very spacious and the price is very good.

Loved our stay here. We didn’t have any problems, it was VERY clean and comfortable. The pool was also well kept up which was great after a long day. I would stay here again & it was only about 10 minutes from the strip!

These look so pretty I am so interested in the boulder and the select, I will soon own the property, and I'm going to remodel and resale.

NO REFUND THE DEPOSIT! If you do not stay one month you are not getting back to your $85 deposit. It is clean enough. The people in the front desk are nice, polite but unfortunately they forgot to tell you about the deposit is non-refundable if you don't stay a month. And they are insist that they told you about the deposit non-refundable if you don't stay a month. Besides this problem, it is a nice and clean enough to stay temporary. The kitchen is really small, it is kitchenette actually but overall it is nice so far. I haven't seen any bugs or bad people in the building. I feel safe and clean enough. The only problem non-refundable deposit if you check out early. This is not fair they should have given this written.

I am in the process of relocating to the East Coast. As a result, I have been staying at this location for the past two months. Unfortunately, it has been a horrible experience. The Manager doe not appear to care about the FACT that there are prostitutes staying next door and down the hall. Once the office closes at 12:00 am, they began bringing in their customers all through the night. Doors slamming, men threatening to do them bodily harm. The police have been contacted multiple times. Moreover, there is a door at the back of the building on the first floor, that has been jammed open since I have been here. So, you have homeless people, drug dealers, etc, coming in and out of the building. There is NO full l time security, and the Manager really doesn't care. Myself and others have made complaints at the corporate level. Back door still damaged and vagrants, druggies, etc come and go as they please. Constant physical altercations and police being called. Rude Manager who charges more to some guests than other for the same size room. Roaches, loud tenants with unruly children. DO NOT WALK away from this hotel. Run!

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had! TV problems, remote problems, no refunds, pool closed, internet didn't work, no shuttle, loud people at reception at 3am — I would NEVER stay at this place again.

This place was very nice I stood there for a couple of months while I got on my feet. The staff were nice and it was very clean I sure would come back again if I had to.

The location is prime and the service was cool. And it was very easy to get to.

Location is pretty good. Quiet. Fewer crackheads than at other extended stays. Room clean when we got in and service was good. Quick and easy to rent the room.

We are currently living here. The rooms are okay. The mattress is rock hard so we had to go out and buy our own mattress because we couldn't bare to sleep on the provided mattress any longer. The room always smells like urine. We've cleaned the carpets (that we did and paid for ourselves and they were DISGUSTING) and deep cleaned the room upon arrival. One burner on the stove is faulty. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. The toilet has to be flushed a specific way or it won't flush. Some of the people here are just downright rude and inconsiderate. Especially during the night. There's always yelling or doors slamming. Some body let's their children play in the halls during the day. The walls are thin so if the person next door has the TV volume up, we can hear it. We can hear if the person above us walks around their room. Stomping all night long. There seems to be a small bug problem. We've been squashing crickets left and right in our room. Only seen one roach in here. The rates are okay. The location is great. But the quality of the place is simply okay.

A small apartment equipped. Check in a bit fiddly but courteous staff.

Front desk lady was rude but the suite is big and spacious.

Much better than all other locations. Great staff and clean rooms.

Best place to stay but watch out for some of their employees. They will ask if they could borrow money from you. Had a big issue with one of the employees and thanks to the manager for taking care of the matter and got my money back.

It's pretty quite and we'll maintained. Wi-Fi works fine.

Everyone was curious and helpful. The room was just what we needed. Especially for the price. Small, clean, simple. A slight old smell in the entire place, but over all not bad.

WOW! The room we got only had the bed made toe nail clippings falling out of the hand towel NO JOKE this name needs to be called the roach motel.

HORRBILE! The room's do not look like the pictures advertised, they gave us 1 towel, 1 mini bar of soap for two people and there wasn't sheet or pillow cases. Paid a month in adv. And when we checked in they said it was canceled on my end when it wasn't. Called a day before and it was fine they said, Romeo the guy up front couldn't hardly speak English and when giving him my id he still didn't know my name! There were two roached on the wall and two on the sink it was super nasty.

Front desk worker romeo is the best all hotels need one of him. Great price for what you get.

Great Hotel where they treat you like family! I came to stay for the weekend and the general manager, Greg Mahone, was kind enough to pick me up from the airport! He was very knowledgeable about the town and shared some tips to make the most of my weekend :) All the customer service from the rest of his staff was wonderful as well — they even helped me set up another bed for the room! I'd recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends. It's close enough to the strip where you can quickly get there on a bus that picks up right outside the hotel. There is also free Wi-Fi and a full fridge with a small stove and microwave (which can come in handy with all the yummy leftovers).

Absolutely horrible. We specifically asked for two queen beds, non smoking. When we got to the hotel, the front desk told us that the only room they had left was on the smoking floor, but was a "non-smoking" room. The floor was so smoky you couldn't see down the hall, and our room reeked of smoke. The front desk was unwilling to give us two single rooms on a different floor. Also, the beds were doubles, not queens. This hotel was misleading and not what we signed up for.

I really don't understand some of the negative reviews posted here: I mean, what were these people expecting for a $56 a night place (on 2014 Memorial Day's weekend), an olympic pool, free massage service and a free shuttle from/to the airport? This is supposed to be a place for people on a budget or thrift-conscious, plain and simple, and I knew that full well going in. I was actually a bit worried after reading these reviews, but thankfully all my worries were for naught. The place is really nice, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and my room was nice and clean. Again, if one wishes to pick for nits, the one thing you could say against it refers to its location, some distance away from Vegas' strip or any other point of interest in the city, but again, I knew that going in and still chose to stay there. And I'm glad I did, I wasn't disappointed and I would definitely go there again if the opportunity presents itself. So in a nutshell: if you're looking for a place within walking distance of the Strip, THEN you might want to look elsewhere. If that's not a main concern for you, then go right ahead and book a room here, it'll be great.

Cheap for an extended stay. Private and small and secure which is nice, but definitely a sketchy area. The staff is very nice and helpful. Housekeeping only once a week but if you bring your linens/towels (scratchy and worn) to the font desk they will switch them out for you. The beds (lumpy and hard) and televisions could be upgraded. Haven't seen a TV without an HDMI port in years, but at least they offer a lot of channels. But the Wi-Fi was fast and steady, I was able to stream netflix the whole time. The cookware is something worth commenting on, lowgrade pre-burned pan, very annoying to cook on. Very tiny kitchen sink made keeping it clean very tough. Don't know if they really deserve 4 stars but the 1 star ratings were probably from snobs. Figured they deserved a little boost.

Was a decent place despite the bad reviews from people who don't understand what "extended stay" means (it means "like your own home"). Yes, you have to request a linen and towel change. Usually people stay here for a month, so no they do not change the sheets and towels everyday. Bed was super low and a bit lumpy and towels were rough, but overall a good value.

I would stay here again if it was the last available place in town. But, Las Vegas has manmy many other options. I think I'll choose one of those next time. Friendly staff but the rooms left a bit to be desired.

First off the Wi-Fi didn't work on multiple devices and I'm tech savvy. The guy at the desk was no help. Second, I had to go to the desk to get a pillow and linen. No TV guide on screen or in print. This place isn't cheap but the place is run down and far from the Strip. Stay somewhere else.

Stayed for a night there in order to stay longer. The Hotel is off the Strip, with the public Bus (2 $) but it is easy to get there, bus stop is right around the corner and the Bus runs 24-7, Free Internet is great, air conditioning is a little loud. Free Parking in a large Parking lot, kitchen with large fridge and sink is available. For the price super, have about Priceline booked about 40 $.
