1st I booked room that had a balcony. Get in room no balcony. Room was STANKY, dirty and bedroom had no door. Good thing nobody was sleeping on the couch. Not worth da money at all. Pillow had stains no TV in bedroom. And the receptionist wont trying to help at all ask for management they would give me the number. 1st time n vegas and last time ever coming here.

Love the fact that you can literally walk to a lot of different stores.

Very clean resort and front. Desk was very friendly. It was quiet and beautiful.

Nice place. Fairly clean. Needs a good scrubbing. Hear every airplane take off. Clean beds. No fridge or coffee pot. Very Low lighting. No light close enough to the shower. Nice balcony. Good door locks. Quiet other than the planes ✈️

I loved it my room was nice, staff was friendly and accommodating, & it was in a great location… 5 stars from me. I wish I could go back soon!

The suite we stayed in was clean. We were told the tubs didn't work but, ours did, although it needed reglazing. No coffee pots or fridge. Lots of trowels, not enough shampoo or conditioner. All in all a nice visit. Oh, and the little grille inside the lobby had the best fruit parfait ever! We're going to try their breakfast in the morning.

The entire facility didn’t have one single microwave they made me walk down the street to 7/11 to heat something up. Also I have medication that has to be kept cold and they tried charging me 10 more dollars on top of the resort fee. The front desk ladies we’re phenomenal though. Super friendly and really a great asset to your “resort”

Absolutely awful the whole place was filthy! I went to the 7 eleven next door to attempt to stay and still ended up leaving an hour after we checked in. They said they’ve been doing Renovations since 2017. Which is a complete lie! How can you do renovations without the tub even being reglazed. There were no fixtures and there were no doors to the room in our “suite”. This place needs to be shut down. Please save yourself the time and money. Do not stay here.

All suites no fridge or microwave. Changed rooms because of ratty furniture. The rooms have jacuzzi tubs but they are all out of service. It needs TLC. The bar is permanently closed.

I stayed here for a week the rooms were nice however I WOULD NOT recommend staying unless you would like to run the risk of stolen property from your room! A $400 speaker was stolen out of my room along with money by staff. It was Bluetooth and I could trace it back to the laundry and maintenance room — when mentioning a police investigation reception offered me a $25 resort fee refund. : which I still have not received — it’s been over a month now. I am from Australia & looked forward to staying here however it was a terrible experience.
However I never received compensation for this issue and staff did not make me feel comfortable to stay here again. Furthermore — the bar was closed the whole Time, as was the restaurant.

We got robbed by staff. Me and my boyfriend checked in at 6:30 and left at 7 to dinner. We got back around 9 and we found our door open with our stuff missing. We immediately went to front desk and they were so unprofessional and rude. As soon as I said I was going to call the cops one of the security guards came with my bag saying she found it in a hallway. My boyfriends backpack with his laptop inside was still missing so after the cops got there we told them we wanted to do one last search before we go and we found the backpack in the back of the hotel where the laundry hampers are at. My wallet and my speaker did not come up and I know it was definitely them. I will never be coming back here and I hope the staff gets caught with the inside job they have going on.

Terrible service and nasty dirty from top to bottom. No housekeeping on site AFTER 4 for those who can't figure out how some hotels work. Rude staff… AND the housekeeping stole money out my room. Shut it down! reporting to BBB.

Hire some front desk people that seem like they care. You charge a resort fee, but when the pools are closed, what is it for? You have nothing going on. You even charged an extra $25 for me to check in at noon.

I actually really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, A. C worked great and let you down to 64° which is necessary in almost 110° heat. The pool was pretty dirty but we got there at the end of the day. We had breakfast at Sip and Savor which wasn't very good, we both got the avocado toast which was a bread roll with canned tomatoes, avocado, and an egg on top. They let us check in at 10am because we were there early, for a fee of $25 which I thought was fair, we would have had to wait until 4pm otherwise. The only thing that was kind of annoying, when adding an additional night to our stay, was that I had to do it 3 times. The first time when I went to the front desk to let them know and pay for the additional night, the second time when the day came (we planned on sleeping in) we were woken up by a knock at about 7:30am saying to get ready for checkout which would have been at 11am, I let them know I paid for another night to which the person knocking said I needed to go let front desk know, they said okay. The third time, we were already asleep again when the phone rings telling us we need to check out. I had to walk to the front desk half asleep to initial and sign the paper again, oh and layer that afternoon, the room keys didn't work so we had to go to the front desk again to re-program them. We would totally stay there again though, we liked that it was quiet, away from everything enough and close enough to everything we wanted to do.

The room was spacious and cute. There were some areas that needed attention. Panelling was peeling off the bed and sticking out waiting for toes to stub themselves on it. Other than a few cosmetic issues the room was nice.

No fridge or coffee machine but very clean and fresh. A good budget option with free car park. Only a couple of blocks from the strip.

We stayed here in one of the suites for my friends 21st birthday. When we entered the room, it immediately smelled like someone hadn't flushed the toilet in a week. There were brown stains on the leather couch and CRUSTY UNDERWEAR on one of the leather chairs. We called maintenance to send someone over, but no one ever came. We covered the couch with a birthday table cloth that we brought to decorate the room. At the end of our stay, we complained to the front desk and filed a report with Heather. She wrote everything down and said she would get back to us. Multiple calls later and we have been on hold, hung up on, and ignored. On top of that, they charged us an extra $50 on our account for some reason.

The room was nice. We were going to a concert at the Hard Rock but the rates at the Hard Rock where outrageous. Serene is literally across the street and the rooms were very reasonably priced. There were many places to eat and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. The pools were nice the area was clean worth staying here.

I'd like to first start and say that the staff were extremely friendly. Then it gets worse from there. Our AC was broken and blew out hot air. They couldn't fix it because there was no maintenance working at the time. My brother never received a key card for his room because the machine was broken. The security guard had to open his door for him every time. My room was missing the remote for the TV and I called and asked for one and it never came. The outlets in the wall are too big for phone chargers so they have to be held in place. The hot tub in the room was growing green mold. So I doubt I'd ever come back here or even recommend to anyone else. Very bad experience overall.

Great little place. The room was nice sized with a sofa to sit on and coffee table. Very clean room and very stylish looking. Staff was pleasant and checking in and out a breeze. Would definitely stay again even without using Groupon.

This is a wonderful serene place! The staff was genuinely nice. I was surprised at the spaciousness of the king room. There was a couch, even. And it's always nice to get away from the smoke everywhere else. Overall very pleasant and restful experience.

This is a great location for your money. Dont expect all of the bells and whistles you may get at the Venetian. This place is modern and fun. The surrounding area is okay. There is an apartment complex west of the hotel that you may want to walk on the other side of the street. After that it is all resorts and decent areas. I would not suggest walking to the strip late at night, just uber…

True Las Vegas experience in this hotel! It was super clean, at a very good location (15-20 walk from Las Vegas Boulevard) and very friendly staff. Room had toiletries, hair dryer and very nice shower! Bed was very comfortable, there is a nice couch in the room which was comfortable too. Close to the Hotel, there is a liquor store (even with Serbian Brandy! :) ), Dunkin Donuts, Subway and some places to eat. We enjoyed our stay a lot! :)

Not what I expected! Absolutely amazing room. My Cabana was very clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect for my self care spa weekend to myself. I would recommend Serene to anyone!

Bathroom floor had pooled water leaking from the shower I never used (stopped in to sleep over after a late flight) and was sticky. I had to wear shoes to use the toilet and keep me feet away from the mess. The faux leather WHITE couch was all sorts of stained… Overall it just felt creepy despite the super swanky reception and room decor. I wouldn't stay again.

Omg so wonderful I luv everything about this property down to the scenery the quietness very relaxing must stay here very friendly staff helpful never negative all positive vibes. Two thumbs up.

1. I worked here its horrible the housekeeping manager cut corners and is under staff. 2. Its old, it stinks, I wouldnt trust the rooms with cat pee and dog pee every where. 3. This place is infested and dirty I would rather stay at motel 6

Loved it. Great for the price and close to the strip. Theres 24hr stores just 3 min walk away, and a medical shop too! The staff was very friendly, will most definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

The tub water only came out in small trickles. So I don't get to soak in the tub. The heater took over 30 mins to come on. Room was clean. Linen was clean. Quiet.

This hotel is more like motel. What we really like that's pet friendly just for 25$ The room is really nice, yes it's not 5 stars super-duper hotel but a price is really chip for Vegas, 15 mints walk from hotel to center. I wanna say that this place great for local people like we are from California. I took with me — hair dryer, bathrobe and glasses. Idk about Wi-Fi because we didn't use it. Bed is AMAZING and BIG. All that I wanna say that this hotel is nice for this price. 300$ for 3 nights on the weekend it's like for free. We came to the Las Vegas — we did not sit in the hotel. Next time we will come again! I left the hotel and received an extra charge of 75 $ as the portable heater was missing from my room. I live in Sweden, I was in town to visit CES for 2 days and travelled with a hand luggage so there was really little possibility I would be interested in a portable heater. I have immediately written to the hotel replying that I absolutely did not take any portable heater. It's been 5 days and still no answer from the hotel manager. I will never go back to this hotel again.

Wifi sucks. Bathroom floor is extremely dirty (pubic hair and other disgusting marks on the floor). Hot tub is very old and scratched. No hair dryer. Doors are poorly isolated. Close to the strip. Employees were nice. Bed is comfortable.

All I needed was a place to stay for the night at a reasonable price. That weekend ever casino, motel and resorts had insane high price room. Serene is under pool construction but they still stay opened and I can see why the price lower than the rest but they came in with right price for me at the right time.

Functional, close to the strip, but uncomfortably dirty. The pool was under construction. The housekeeping never brought us our request. There were stains on the carpet and drapes. The bath tub was scary. This place is old and they attempted to cheaply make it glamorous. The bed was comfortable and the shower was newer, but there was no conditioner, no hand soap. No hair dryer. Wifi was terrible. There was free parking which is hard to come by!

We stay when it was Rumor we planning in coming back we give 5 star cause we aren't cry babies but the only few little issues was the A/C was dripping water one of the times we pay to check in early cause we have a 600 mile trip and we weren't sure our time of arrival and work and ot the previews day by the time we got there they told us the have book our room and lost the refund. We say we pay for that cause of that reason manager came and fix quickly staff needs more training. We glad they fix that hope we can get a great service was wonder if can be inspected before we get there?

It was pretty good! It's right in front of the Hard Rock Hotel. Had no problems with anything and the staff was really nice. The rooms are big, so as the pool area. Overall, it was a pretty good price and really good service.

From the outside this place looks somewhat commonplace off the strip, but the interior and enclosed courtyard are beautiful and calm — it really is a serene space that offers a bit of a break from all the hustle if the city. The Deluxe King room was spacious and comfortable, and the spa tub was big enough for both of us. We had a few room features that had some cosmetic or minor damage, but nothing worth bringing to the staff's attention at the time. The staff was attentive and friendly, and we didn't have any problems with noise or disruptions from other tenants.

To be Las Vegas, very quiet and comfortable. I put 3 stars because the first room we stayed in was somewhat dirty.

Nice lobby, rooms but pool was creepy, a tint of green? Not welcoming. Bar etc closed in lobby and lobby size of a dressing room and small they fit to much in one place. If staying in your room okay but to much for price. Only did photo shoot here didn't stay. Recommended for photo shoot.

Decent hotel but they need to do a lot of work. My room smelled of smoke for my entire trip and the hot water went out one of the days. The people at the front desk are nice but the facilities need an overhaul. The new owners are supposed to be renovating but I will stick to my rating until I see the changes are actually made.

It was a awesome place to stay but housekeeping was not on point. I came to relax not clean my tub because I drove 200+ miles for what the hotel offered. Everything else was good. Stay here again is questionable.

I love this resort! After reading all of the negative reviews I was kind of nervous about staying here but it was actually one of the best places I've ever stayed at and completely affordable. The check in was fast and we didn't have to pay extra for checking in early. We had a lot of friends over who stayed at other hotels and they were all impressed by how nice our suite was. They said the bathroom was "beautiful" and many of our friends said that they wanted to stay there next time they came to Vegas. We went to the bar many times to get water for free and the bartender was more than happy to help us. The only thing I disliked was the ac unit could've been a bit cooler but it wasn't too bad. I didn't want to check out but next time I'm in Vegas I'll definitely be staying at Serene.

We've been here a few times because it's near the Strip and very affordable. The first time there were a few issues, including loud neighbors and a broken air conditioner, that had caused us to change three rooms. This last time was great. The room was clean and spacious. The large tub was comfortable, although oddly placed. They had a strange even that was loud at the pool, which included strippers in Speedos. It's across the street from The Hard Rock hotel and casino, and next to some restaurants, so it is incredibly convenient to walk to at 2am if you're hungry.

Gorgeous hotel. I LOVED the inside decor. The outside isn't the best aesthetically but the inside was very nice! Just a street or two away from the strip. The hot tub wasn't very clean (had bugs and lots of "leafs") but the other two pools were very nice. The sink when turned on would squirt you, but overall the bathroom was nice. Loved our stay.

I love the room decor and the front desk staff was amazing! I loved the hotel bedding super comfy I was very sad to go home. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be returning!

We stayed in March 2017 and it was an overall pleasant experience. The only thing that I believe we had an issue with was there was no coffee pot. For the price we paid to stay here you would assume there would be, even what the cheap motels have, a coffee pot! The other issue was the shower leaked therefore spitting water in every which way causing for an undesirable shower.

Rooms were nice and I liked the atmosphere. There were lots of updates and the staff was very frendly and helpful. Not a very family friendly location but then again it's Vegas. Room next to me was loud but not to the fault of the hotel.

Rumor has it, comfortable with decor great atmosphere I would stay again maybe next time I'll check out restaurant an bar. This time I was dead tired an slept quite comfortably.

We barely stayed in the motel but it is reasonable esoecially to be near the strip! I loved staying there for just a night plac/change/showet. Could bring a blanket! They just have thin sheets. I guess its trendy.

It's right next to the airport so you can hear the planes all throughout the night. We got a delux room and it didn't even come with a trash can or a mini fridge. The fridges are $10 to rent a night. It's about a 15-20 min walk to the strip as well. Could had be been a bit better. Overall 3/5

Nice place, only that no deli shops nearby if just in case needed and far away from strip. But Why would it matter? LA is place to gamble and enjoy! This is one of good stay.

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was dirty and disgusting and smelled like cigarette smoke (in a non-smoking room). There's no way I would ever use that shower in that room. I had no remote for the t. V. Or the air conditioner. It took the staff over two hours to get those items delivered to my room… even after I called the front desk twice. The walls are paper thin so I got the privilege of listening to two people yell at each from 8pm to 3am. When the yelling had stopped, there were several car alarms that were going on outside my room. I finally got fed up and checked out early. When I went down to the front desk to tell them about my experience, the reply was "it is Saturday night in Vegas". The pictures don't look anything like the rooms that are offered. Stay away from this place! All I can say is GROSS!

It took three hours just to check in. The rooms were not ready until after 5pm. When I finally got into the room the bath tub had a ring around it and paint was chipping. The bed didn't have a cover it had a plastic thin protective cover with a sheet wrapped around it. The bed wasn't to comfortable either I left at 1030pm and won't return.

The staff was awesome and tried to fix everything they could with this dark, dirty, run down place. I had never stayed at a "boutique" hotel and thanks to Rumor I never will again. The first room we were given had dried urine on the toilet seat, was missing both remotes for A/C and TV's, had no hot water in bathroom sink (someone had turned it off apparently), no hair dryer and only thin sheets on the bed. As if the consistent planes taking off overhead wasn't enough to keep you awake — the winter cold with thin windows and no top cover made my teeth chatter all night. The next day (after complaining) we were moved to another room and while it was better than the last, it was still dirty and there was a smell of spray paint in the hallway during the day. The plugs wouldn't hold my phone plug or any other device plug. This was apparently because the plugs were 15 amp and not 20 amp. Basically they went the very cheap way when building this place. After 3 nights we couldn't take anymore and moved across the street to the Hard Rock Hotel. As much as I hated the hotel, the staff was 5 stars in their handling of things. Michael, David and Terra were wonderful and DO NOT deserve to work in such a sh*t hole of a place. DO NOT waste your time going here you'll only be disappointed.

DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE IS*** I and a co-worker both had horrible experiences at this hotel while in town for a convention. The bed in my room had no comforter or blanket, just sheets. When I asked the front desk for a blanket, I was told they would get one right away… it took them 12 hours to find a clean one after I kept asking. The small desk in the room didn't have a chair and I was told that no rooms had chairs… how crazy is that? I guess they expect you to stand while working on your computer. The room had no garbage can and looked like it hadn't been remodeled since the '70's. My co-workers' room had no heat! Not an issue if it were summer although it got down to 37 degrees the first night we stayed there. No heat or comforter, needless to say he was freezing all night. OTHER ISSUES TO BE AWARE OF: *Security Cameras: I didn't see one anywhere. *Door Locks: Every hotel that I've ever stayed at has had safety locks on the top of the doors to prevent someone with a key from entering your room. Not this place, they only have one deadbolt and anyone off the street could walk right up to your door. *Airplane Noise: The hotel is right by the airport and the windows only have one pane of glass, so you hear airplane noise 24/7. *Dirty Towels: Many of the towels I was provided were dirty even after being cleaned. *Alarm Clock: They don't provide one so I asked the front desk for a wake-up call… they never called.

The location is great as it is close to the strip. The staff seem nice, but the room was missing thr remotes for the tvs and air conditioner and were unable to change temperature to a warmer setting as it has been cold. Called front desk and were told someone would come by room… it never happened. Next day someone had vomited on the floor and again called for a mop to clean it. No one showed up for like 20 to 30 minutes at that point we were already leaving. The rooms are nice and roomy and seem clean.

This hotel is a cool concept, and on paper has a lot of attractive elements: a wide open landscaped courtyard pool area that all the inside rooms overlook, roomy Jacuzzi tub in our Jr suite, unique decor, comfortable beds, friendly front desk, decent location just off the strip, and reasonable rates. However, the actual implementation leaves much to be desired. First, everything is a bit… Used up. Scratched paint in the rooms, stains, cracker crumbs and used socks in the hall by our room, the a/c didn't work at all, toilet seat was barely attached, Wi-Fi was slow and spotty, the TV and wall art were hung crooked, and the only ice machine in the place was broken. It was not unpleasant staying here, but it kind of felt like the place was in need of a light renovation, or at least a serious deep cleaning and touch up. Calling for room service got us connected to the bar, and we were told many of the things we wanted to order, they were out of. Really? French toast in short supply these days, or is the freezer located in Paris and the next air drop isn't until Monday? Are we in the throes of the Great Nevada Bacon Shortage of 2015? Having our room service delivered by the bartender in a paper bag in foam plates with plastic lids and plastic forks cracked us up.

A mystical place, and surprises each night!

Stayed here for one night and it was as advertised on Groupon. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was very big and we did get a free room upgrade by our receptionist. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Vegas.

I read every single review you have here. 6 of the positive reviews, 4-5 stars, are real… the other 13 positive reviews are from Google+ accounts with 1-2 reviews total after an average of a year or more. They're fake reviews… I can only imagine the Yelp hidden reviews for these guys. I run a reputation management company and would be afraid to even try working with this brand, much less stay at their hotel. I'm booking a room right now for my fiance's birthday this weekend and was always really interested in checking out RUMOR simply based on the awesome room pictures. Wow oh wow! In my business, I see bad reviews all day, it's like that new South Park episode where Butters has to filter out reality for people… that's what I think these guys are doing. They either don't care or they hate people and find this $h! t show amusing. Please, RUMOR, fix your business and get some good reviews so I can consider staying here again. Here's a collective list I put together for you: — Beds require comforters, not just sheets. WTH are you thinking? — That linen, must be clean. People you hire to created fake accounts to say they're clean, don't count. — You need a security system with cameras. Every hotel downtown has cameras. Every hotel in friggin Detroit, Oakland and Baltimore has cameras, get some damn cameras and let them keep your guests safe! In a quote of your staff from multiple reviews, "IT'S VEGAS" — have some class. — Hire new housekeepers and a manager for them.

There were a lot of issues with booking the room. We were booked the wrong type of room. Not enough workers/staff to accomodate crowd. The little staff they had were very helpful and trying hard to accomodate.

Customer service was extremely crappy, the front desk lady seemed like she could have cared less about her job. The hallways leading to the rooms and pretty nasty and smell. The room was supposed to be $30 plus a $11.99 fee, however they are charging me over $100! Wtf… do not come here. No hot water in the shower…

This place is discusting and filthy! NOTHING like pictured! We got switched 3 times! Fisrt room sticky floor w a broken tub second room dirty floor obviously hadn't been vacuumed third room the tub had hair on it and the linens on the bed had white dry stains… hmmm wonder what they were… no managment available at night it took a week to get my refund! Their suppose to be smoke free rooms and the room next to us were having a nice smoke out that penetrated the hallway and into our room, I rated 1 star because I had to, but seriously this place is a couple discusting joke! A simple motel had better service and cleanness then this soo called fabulos hotel! Complete disappointment!

If your'e trying to avoid the crowds and DJ scene that permeates the strip, this *might* be an option for you. On the plus-side, the pool scene was very relaxed and the bedding/linens were clean and good quality. However the overall property cleanliness and service left much to be desired. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and there was a dozen cigarette butts on the patio outside our room. We called guest services about cleaning it up but when they never showed up we went to CVS and purchased or own air freshener. The trashcans around the property are rarely emptied and I doubt they've ever swept the place. It's pretty dirty everwhere. You'll read a lot of reviews about theft and vandalism at this property and it's no wonder — none of their security gates are operational. Anyone could walk right up to your hotel room (or window) from the street, because the building doors don't lock and neither does the perimeter security gate. Such simple things to fix yet the property owners/managers don't seem to think this is a priority. Additionally, if you purchase a cabana be warned that you are really just paying for the right to "claim" a cabana should one be available. They won't put a reserved sign on it and they consider all cabanas "first come, first served". So it's an odd place. It tries to pretend it's upscale, but skips some very simple steps it could take that would impress, rather than annoy, guests.

They uncharged us after stating multiple time that "there will be no extra charges during your stay" which was a load of crap. Our $180 a night turned into $300 a night for no apparent reason. Other things that made our stay unenjoyable was the room. It looked dirty, there wasn't any bedding, the pool was dirty, the A/C was leaking, and the front desk keep telling us that maintenance was coming to fix the A/C but they never came. Overall this place is awful and just as expensive as staying in one of the nicer hotels. Never again!

All things considered, this was a good hotel for the value. The location is off-strip but still close enough to get to everything easily. Cabs aren't always readily available, but the front desk staff will flag down a cab for you if you ask. The rooms were pretty nice, though you will want to bring a blanket with you as you only get a couple of sheets on the bed. I'd stay here again.

Warning: extreme danger. Do not under any circumstances stay at this place. It is not safe. This was the second time I have been to the rumor. Both times I have been here there have been multiple robberies! There are very few security cameras, no security cameras on the outside of the buildings, and the parking lot is open to whoever wants to come through. This year someone broke into my room and stole over $5, 000 worth of equipment. The came in through a window that house keeping had left unlocked and also removed the window stops that prevented the window from opening all the way. The broke in at 3:00 in the afternoon in broad daylight and there was no security footage. Another guest had their vehicle broken into and stole $10, 000 worth of camera equipment. This was the day after my room was broken into. Management at the hotel could care less about the thefts and brush it off saying "oh it happens all the time, it's vegas. " do not stay here if you value your personal safety and security. The hotel could care less about your safety. Spend the extra money and stay at a safer hotel. There are two other reviews on another travel review site within the last year that had the exact same thing happen. We also had the exact same thing happen to another patron last year when we were there. They have a serious lack of secuirity here and the local thugs know it. You will get robbed here! The hotel is also in need of serious repairs.

Well, what can you say about a $40 per night motel, I mean hotel. The customer services however was pretty good. I was surprised that a few things didn't come standard. 1) A comforter on the bed. 2) A mini refrigerator 3) Locking gate that secured the building from homeless people and pimps. When I walked into my building for the first time it smelled heavily of weed. There was plenty of suspicious behavior happening all around me. Homeless people in the parking lot. The same cars coming and going on a regular basis. Drug dealers or pimps or maybe both. Basically I felt like this was a great attempt at putting a bandaid on a disgusting STD. The place has potential but the owners need to make some additional upgrades. 32" TV was disappointing as well. Let's not mention Wi-Fi that couldn't support watching a YouTube video. Pay the extra $$$ for the piece of mind and stay somewhere else.

We have stayed here several times and we always love it. It has a comfortable eclectic atmosphere with very friendly helpful staff. The best part is the pricing is amazing and the location is perfect. Directly across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. So we can go drink and play and have a short walk back to the Hotel. Also has a great fun pool.

This is a hidden gem not far from the Las Vegas strip. You can escape from the chaos when you need a break. Unique decor, big rooms and friendly staff. Kenny the bartender is great. Have him mix you up one of his specialty drinks. Would definitely go back there.

Loved this hotel. They updated everything. Even though the hotel is smaller their basic rooms are nicer then some of the bigger hotels. Very nice workers. On the weekend the bar area is very active with an upbeat stylish crowd. My only complaint was that my air conditioner leaked and I didn't feel like calling them up to fix it again but besides that. A — in my book. Pics look exactly like the room. And they have tons of great photo op areas for you instagram and Facebook lovers ♡♡.

Our stay there was an "okay" experience. I found the staff to be very friendly and the fact that it is dog friendly is amazing. If I didnt own dogs I probably would not stay there. However, if you are traveling with a pet there is a huge grassy courtyard for them to run around in and play. It was a nice change to wake up and walk the pups quickly instead of walking a mile through a casino to get outside. Beside the pet incentive, there were some bizarre things that we witnessed. 1. We were flashed by two purely naked girls screaming viva las vegas, one woman walked around topless with pasties and there is free porn on channel 69. (Go figure) As far as the rooms go, ours was fine. It provided the basic necessities and we were happy with the comfort of the bed. Unfortunately we hae AC issues. They offered to move us to another room but we had brought our own fan for the dogs so we managed. If your looking for a cheap decent dog friebdly place to stay that offers a pretty entertaining atmosphere than this may be the place. If your looking for all the little extras, better luck somewhere else.

I booked Rumor Hotel for a group of 30 for a Convention. We had a fabulous time at the convention to relax later at Rumor was a perfect experience! The updated decor was A+. The room was quiet and linen was fresh. Nice meeting spaces for our groups. We enjoyed our stay and will choose this hot spot to book again soon! Phoenique Farmer.
