Went to the Palms Center Bar after dinner for a drink. My wife doesn’t drink alcohol. Ordered her a glass of water. Got a 10 oz plastic bottle. No glass, no ice…$3! We won’t be back!

My God. The staff is so nice and it always smells like flowers in there. My wife and I love the Palms!

Fun time and great vibes. Beautiful pool area and the cocktail waiters along with the staff were so dope. Very polite and attentive. My first time there and I will be returning.

I love this place, great fun, great buffet, the movies and so much more.

5 star penthouse suite, has everything balcony jacuzzi, pool table and all the other comforts of home.

We stayed at the Palms for 2 nights and had the best time ever! The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious. Could not ask for anything more. This was our second time staying there and both times we're wonderful. Highly recommend staying at the Palms.

We had an amazing time on our stay. We were given an upgrade to a high floor with strip view and it was gorgeous. All the restaurants had great food! Very clean and beautiful resort. Artwork is amazing and there’s something to see everywhere you go. Staff and security were super helpful and courteous. Getting invited to the rooftop bar was our favorite part about our stay. Such an awesome experience all around! Thank you for making our wedding/vacation something we will always remember!

Great places to eat, especially Mabel's. We have been there 3 times now. A nice selection of slots and we have managed to win a lot. The gifts are good and the car valet is good.

Nice room, great places to eat, friendly staff. The entertainment is great. I don't care for all of the smoking in the casino, which there was a no smoking section. But, I am only here for a few days.

Staff was fantastic and the place was gorgeous. We flew in to see Billy Idol at the Pearl Theater. Intimate setting, ushers were wonderful and there is literally not a bad seat in the place! And the acoustics were absolutely astounding. Only drawback is exiting the venue. Too many people climbing the same stairwell!

Great Casino Resort! Rooms are fantastic! Pearl Theatre great acoustics! A bit cold tonight though have to wear a jacket on the casino floor. Will definitely stay again!

I've been coming to the Palms night clubs for 13 years, My favorite place was the ghost bar turned Apex. I celebrated my bachelorette party in Las Vegas, and came to Apex, 3 nights in row last week. Each night was better than the next. I love this place cant wait to come back in December to celebrate my Birthday.

A work in progress. Stations Casinos bought the Palms about 2 years ago, and has been renovating the entire place. The outside looks amazing, and the inner areas are spectacular. Great table action, a nice sports book and several new restaurants and a great food court! The Brendan Theater's is located inside the Palms casino and has state of the art seating! My wife and I consider the Palms, our casino!

What an incredible experience! This is a beautiful hotel/casino resort, and an amazing introduction to Las Vegas. The staff was so courteous and accommodating. The casino floor/lobby featured plenty of options for entertainment, including a buffet, a few really nice bars, the amazing Pearl Theater, and a sleek nightclub. The buffet food was beyond incredible! As for the room, it's easily one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The beds were ultra comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were both extremely high quality. This casino resort is also right next to the strip in Vegas, so you're near all the action. Five stars completely!

Good large rooms with amenities, each room has air conditioning, microwave, iron, ironing board, safe, ice fridge, coffee maker, blender, generally with all kitchen supplies. Mini cosmetics also offer. The hotel has a swimming pool and casino, a gym and a spa. But I wanted to have a little more cleanliness, as there are a lot of mirrors and glass in the room, there should be appropriate care.

I stayed at Palms Place, the residence tower. Beautiful room with a two burner stove, microwave, blender and toaster (cookware and all related items upon request. Waterfall showers! The gym is decent, clean and full of equipment but doesn't support more than 10-15 people. The pool is sweet, small but very well equipped for a good time. Casino games are great, sweet and knowledgeable staff. Many nice incentives offered throughout my stay. Even if you do not gamble there are many benefits to having a gaming card, including discounts on dining (I mean we all gotta eat right? ). They also have a food court, movie theater, and concert venue. There are many many things to do here and my first overall experience was phenomenal. I will definitely be recommending the Palms to folks.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our Honeymoon stay here at the Palms Casino Resort. Our room was in the newly renovated Fantasy Tower, and it is beautiful! Although renovations are still in progress in the resort pool area, it in No wise took away from the available amenities. The Palm Palace was an awesome alternative, which was a short walk next door. The fitness center was second to none and the workers were friendly all around. Its a great choice for your Vegas vacation!

I was absolutely in love with the renovations… and they are still not completed. It had been over 6 years since I had stayed at this property. My husband and I picked this spot to vacation in back on February '18 for our vacation and were completely happy with our choice. From the delicious food and service at the 24-hour Lucky Penny, to the convenience of the movie theater, to the amazing residency of Vice at Apex and the great service of staff from check-in, valet, spa and check out. Complimentary valet is such a perk and the fact that there is not a lot of human traffic all day is also a relief. We can hardly wait to come back next year when all the renovations are completed & celebrate yet another event at the property, our anniversary!

Worst hotel ever. Ive been here a week and cant wait to leave. First, the front door is heavy & must be pulled to you. No one to help you with your luggage or to help you with the door.
Upon check in, they provided no details about the hotel whatsoever.
Huge miscommunication between the front desk & Palms place pool. I was told the pool was closed, but when I went, it was open, and had been open since I checked in.
Pool rules change daily. On day 2, I was told I was not allowed to bring in any outside drinks, like water or coffee that I had purchased from the hotel. The next day, the rules had been changed and it was now okay.
A 15 minute rainshower closed the pool early for the rest of the day.
On my 4th day, a friend had a lit cigarette thrown from the balcony hit him in the arm, and caught his towel on fire that he had his head on. All we got was "sorry". The room: Air conditioning doesn't work and will not stay on. I did complain, and they did send maintenance to fix. It worked, but will not cool below 74. It's 120 out, and the casino floor is cool, but not the room.
The room smells like marijuana at all times.
The sink drain plug doesn't work. I wear contacts & don't want them in the drain.
Construction directly outside my window starts at 5am.
The water smells that comes out of the faucet.
The floor is filled with kids for a basketball tournament. Kids bouncing the balls in the hallway all week.

Beautiful hotel and great dining places!

If I could rate it negative stars I would. There is just nothing good to say about this place. It's 3am as I am writing this review and there is 0 sound barrier in any of the hotel. I can hear 100% of the rooms around us conversations and the people in the hallway. If u are parking forget it, you have to walk for miles to park to register to then move your car to park in a garage that is far away to walk to a separate tower for your room. Oh yeah and customer service is terrible.

Fabulous remodel! Center Bar (Shark Bar) is beautiful! They served our martinis in crystal, the bartenders were very friendly and the counters were of marble, the entire casino has really kicked it up a notch. One of the most beautiful Station Casinos. The artwork and employees are top class. Artwork that can only be typically viewed in museums are here to be viewed by anyone: Warhol, Basquiat, Hirst, Crash, and so much more. Thank you owners Fertitta for sharing your important art collection with the masses. A beautiful casino.

My room was excellent. I love the new branding and collaboration with REVOK. I'll definitely return to this hotel on my next visit. The staff were very helpful and the my room was clean. The buffet here is one of the best I've had in Vegas. The food was fresh and the wait in line wasn't bad at all. The server was very attentive and smiled the whole time we were there.

I really enjoyed staying at the Palms. It was a nice change from where I usually stay in Vegas. It is really clean and much fancier than I remember it. The rooms were nice and modern and I liked everything about them. We ate at the fancy cafe nearby at the Palms Place and it was really modern and delicious. It has been recently remodeled, and I would highly recommend staying at the Palms anytime you're in Vegas. It's very close to the strip but not on the strip.

Under construction. Rooms are nice, slots are ok, missing a lot of premium slots… brunch is amazing at AYCE Buffet. Be aware that main pool and spa is offline for construction. You can use palm place pool UNLESS they had a private event like they did today. Inexcusable to have no pool available. They threw us a $30 brunch comp as an “oops, our bad”… Might be great again when they get everything else rebuilt. A little off the strip but shuttle buses go to Caesars so you can get to the strip. Runs at :00 and :30

It is a nice Casino with many small cafes, nice Buffet and many lounge areas. It is a favourite hangout for Tourist and locals. Parking is great, at least with my experiences. Wall throughout the Casino is great, there is Art and there is unique decor in certain areas that is nice for picture taking for life long memory! Location is great compare to some of the other Casinos, and you are few minutes away from the extremely hectic, busy Strip streets and Noise.

It is not in the center but in 5 minutes by taxi you reach it. The rooms are large and well finished. The service is not the best but related to the price there can stay.

Spacious room and comfortable bed with a TV lounge and balcony. Kictchenette. Fridge. Coffee maker. Covered. Everything is there to prepare to eat… nice little pool with bar. Pleasant gym and Spa…

Cheaper high end hotel option for Vegas, has the feel, the casino, the look, but it's just too far from the strip. Luckily they do have a shuttle bus that drops you off at Caesar's Palace. The amenities including pool and room service options are standard for Vegas Hotels just notably cheaper. For the price you can cannot complain with what you get. Very nice and modern rooms, just shy of that luxury feel you get at other big name hotels. Overall, a great cheaper option if being on the strip is not necessary for you.

Over $600 milloin for improvements and no parking. I had to park across the street at the mini mall walk across the street do the entire parking lot just to get movie tickets. I spent nearly a half an hour driving around outside parking in the parking structure looking for a spot along with about 300 other cars I don't think the really doing this correct. Other than that do you like The Palms for their $6 movies on Tuesday but just trying to pick up tickets takes in a half an hour if you want to pick him up the day before. The food court is really good I like Chronic Tacos and Earl of Sandwich. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time looking for parking.

We went to The Palms for the AYCE buffet and it was well worth the 10-minute drive from the strip. We stayed to play some slots and joined their generous player's club (tip: join the player's club before the buffet for a discount! ). The food was great, especially for the price. Our server hustled to keep our drinks full. We'll definitely come back to The Palms each and every trip to Vegas!

Nice, spacious room (Studio in the "Palms Place" building) at a reasonable price, although a little work wouldn't hurt (little wear and tear here and there, cables could easily be hidden, missing battery covers on the remotes). Cafe 6 has a nice selection of food meant to share, everything was very good. — 1 star for rip-off prices at the pool: $10+tax for a small can of beer. Music there could also be a little more chill during the day. Also, being not suicidal: opening a window in the room and using the balcony would have been awesome at night.

Delicious. I can only recommend it. Buffet everything your heart desires. And really delicious.

I have been to the palms for several events including concerts and movies. The Brendan movie theatre is my favorite in town because of their very low prices — even for luxury seating! Every movie before 6pm is only $6 including the ones with the fancy recliners. They have plenty of show times so you can pretty much catch a movie any time of day. I also went to the pearl concert venue. Its very nice and clean and the acoustics inside are great. I also love that seating is available for those of us who love concerts but don't want to stand the whole time. Overall the palms is a great location with lots of things to do inside. Good food court too.

We ate at the all you can eat buffet and it was awesome. Food tasted great and the selection was very nice. We didn't stay the night at the hotel but it looked very nice and family friendly. There was a lot of construction outside the hotel but that was due to the fact that the hotel looks to be expanding. We had a wonderful experience.

Super Breakfast in premium quality for only €12 with preferred card (Kostenlis also for non hotel guests at the reception). Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Palms Place in Las Vegas. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and they gave us a room with a great view on the strip. The rooms are very big and the bathtub is probably the largest and best one I've ever seen — there's also a TV in the bathroom. The casino is not too big but it was very nice and there are also good restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

I had never stayed at the Palms before this trip and I was really looking forward to it. We booked over a month ago but unfortunately as our trip started we became sick. We told the concierge when we checked in that we were sick and needed rest. The room itself was nice and clean I had no complaints until 7 o’clock in the morning when construction started in the rooms on both sides of us. 7 AM. That’s absolutely ridiculous, and absolutely ridiculous in a place like Las Vegas where people don’t even get to their rooms and till three and four in the morning. All we were trying to do was relax and rest and salvage our vacation. We won’t be coming back.

It is a pleasant hotel about 5 minutes away by taxi from the strip, the centre of Las Vegas ' tourist activities. There are rooms with balconies and open windows, which is a rarity in LV. That alone are my 5 stars.
There is a fitness club and a spa, which also includes a hammam.
In front of the hotel there are large parking areas, ideal for rental cars.
Within walking distance is Starbucks, some other offers and Blueberry Hill, a local, inexpensive but very hearty breakfast diner.

So I used to love this theatre but they've been making some weird choices. The seats are luxury in some theatres which is nice. But I just got back from a 5 dollar Monday showing and the place is tore up. Clearly budgeted to be understaffed. The snack bar was dirty and over packed. I'd describe the feeling of all employees to be manic. The self kiosk is nice for some people but they really need to keep someone behind the bar helping people buy tickets. Audio in the theatre could use an upgrade. Just overall not my favorite experience. But hey. It's a 5$ Monday right? :/

Great place, lots of small signs to eat cheap.

We were at the newly remodeled buffet. The food was very very good, fresh hot and tasty. It was so good we returned four day later. We had lunch at 1:30 and there was no line.

Hotel not very expensive and not very far from the strip, breathtaking view of Las Vegas. There is a casino DS the hall, the Deco is quite ageing.

Absolutely excellent! We booked the 1 bedroom suite and it was even better than the photos! Staff was very polite and courteous! We got the 33rd floor and had a fantastic view of the strip! The room was super clean and really nice and big and had everything you needed! Shower pressure was great, room service great, had free shuttle to strip everyday, had a great pool, I loved everything about the place and will definitely be coming back!

I went to the Palms to see a movie, and I quite liked the film. The seats were very comfortable and recline. (Less up in the back).

Palms is always a great place for the younger crowds! Great atmosphere and plenty to do. Movie theater is awesome. Gaming is good. Plenty to choose from the restaurants for a quick bite or sit and enjoy Vegas style fine dining. It's a great place for visitors who don't want to bother with the Strip. It also encompasses Las Vegas just off of the Strip enough for locals. One of my favorite places!

Bad because we cancelled our room that we had booked three weeks in advance. And we are not advised and neither do we acomodarom in another room.

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it so this weekend we decided to stay here again. We weren’t informed of all the construction taking place everywhere that is preventing us from playing craps and wakes us up at 7am. We asked for a mini fridge and was told it would be sent up and never was. We did some gambling and was never offered a cocktail and couldn’t get anyone’s attention even after calling to one specific girl a few times. The rooms are still beautiful but it seems that’s all they have to offer. I can say we will not be back to this hotel after this trip is over.

Has a night club nice.

Ive been coming to this casino for quite a few years. I remember when this place was packed wall to wall with customers and a lot of people having fun and gambling. When the Maloof family owned this casino it was such a awesome place. They sold it and it kind of went downhill. Now Station casinos owns it and everything they touch is great so I have a lot of hope for the Palms to go back to how it used to be. I recently went in there and I see that they are putting millions of dollars into the casino and making it the premier station casino that it should be.

If you think of the more darker side of Las Vegas, this hotel definitely puts off that vibe. It had a club feel but the majority of the patrons I saw were men in their 20s and 30s (or old creepy guys) coming to have a "good time". The female employees were not dressed professionally, again, attracted the kind of men I want to avoid like the plague. The rooms were decent — the full tub was great. The staff were kind to me and the travel group I hosted at this hotel. (Thus the 2 rating as compared to 1. ) But I'm sorry, this place puts off the vibe that good people want to avoid — no hiding it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Food court is pretty good! The movie theater has a good selection and comfortable seating. Dining in the restaurant was fabulous. A little higher price than you would normally expect in a coffee shop type restaurant at 3 a. M. Put the food was worth every bit of it. Good quality and great presentation.

Great restaurant with great views. Highly recommend the next time you are in Las Vegas. The only down side was that one of the wait staff spilled two appetizers on 3 members of my party. She then asked if we wanted them to be remade. I answered in the affirmative, thinking the answer should have been apparent. We were not greeted my a manager nor were we offered and courtesy for our inconvenience.

Excellent place I'm going once a week to the cinema, the screens are large the seats are very comfortable and the theaters are very clean, good service and affordable prices.

They did a very good job making the Palms Casino look like a current version of retro. The colors. The lights. The sounds. Even some of the smells. Nice restaurants. Less expensive tables than the casinos on the Strip. Great theater. And a food court in case you don't have time or money for the full restaurant experience. And parking is free!

The rooms at palms palace are great! Wicked view clean nice. However the casino is sub par at best and the pool area is a joke. I wasn't aloud to bring my own drink alcohol or not down to sip. Apparently you have to buy just their drinks, well out of protest I didn't spend another penny on anything at the entire palms resort. I spent my money at other casinos etc and just went up and down from my room and drank my own stuff. I would have bought drinks after I had my own out of sheer laziness but because of their ridiculous policy I didn't buy one single drink. Get real it's Vegas.

Our room was upgraded and nice. However, our reason for choosing this hotel was the convenience of all of the clubs/lounges. Every single one of them is closed for “renovation “. Even the pool is already closed for the season. This ruined my birthday trip. We ended up having to pay to travel to other hotels for everything. Why would you charge $36 resort fees for everyday, but offer no amenities?!

I've been a loyal Palms customer for years. I love everything about the casino and their rooms. Not saying it's always been perfect, but the management here sure knows how to take care of you if any situations arise. In specific, Assistant Manager Joshua Boren's customer service has been nothing short of spectacular. He's always made sure to accommodate my requests and leave with immense satisfaction from my stays. I've had my ups and downs at the tables and slots, but I don't judge Vegas hotels based on my personal luck with gambling. As far as their rooms go, you won't find anything in Vegas that provides luxurious, contemporary style rooms for the price Palms offers. You get a lot of value from it and everyone should become a Club Palms member (free players card you get at the casino). This will significantly reduce your room rates so long as you keep it active (even if you play $5 per year) and give you offers throughout the year for free stays and more. Their Premier and Superior Guestrooms are lovely but if you can afford an extra ~$70 per night get the Ivory Suite! It is gorgeous and it is the remodeled Fantasy Tower. There are plenty of pictures online. They also have a variety of themed suites, such as the Barbie Suite and the famous Playboy aka Hugh Hefner Suite, that you can find on their website. It's truly a unique Resort. You can also consider the more budget friendly Palms Place located at the tower next to the main casino, joined together by a Sky Lift.

Palms was a fun place to go and gamble as a local. You built up points per dollar faster under the previous system. Now the Palms was recently bought by the Station Casinos and the points per dollars gambled system doesn't build up as fast. This was a great place for the older locals. Spend some dollars, rack up points, get a free gift, cash in points get some cash back, come back for a free or reduced price meal/buffet… Great times. There was a large crowd of seniors in here. Now… Not so many. The points and incentives kept us returning. I had to pass the Santa Fe to come to the Palms. Now that it's a Station Casino and operates like the Santa Fe, which is 3 miles from my house, I'll save my gas and time and just stop at the Santa Fe. The people are very friendly at the Santa Fe.

Palms Place (adjacent and connected to Palms Casino) has excellent amenities (full casino with live shows and a movie theatre, pool with cabanas and bar, restaurants with great food, full spa and more than sufficient fitness facilities, valet parking), prompt and friendly customer service, and spacious rooms with kitchenettes and strip views (be sure to request a strip view). This is my fourth time visiting and I will definitely return. That it's not directly on the strip makes it a more low-key stay. And, if the strip is your thing, they have a shuttle that makes frequent trips. To be honest, there's no real reason to even leave the resort, but it's Vegas, so here, you can have the best of both worlds.

Rounding up from 3.5. Staff was friendly. The rooms were modern and spacious. Comfortable beds and a decent sized television. The one thing I always take a star away for is for not having handheld shower heads. Not only are the shower heads fixed I didn't see a way to change the spray to a different setting. Didn't get a chance to gamble but the Casino floor seems to have most of the major games to play. Food court had some decent options and they seem to be building a new buffet. Overall it was a good experience. If you want a modern hotel at a decent price not to far off the strip this is a good choice.

Stayed at Palms Place (wasn't a way to leave a review there). The place was phenomenal and had every perk we could have asked for. Balcony had amazing views at sunset. Multiple restaurants on site with good food. Valet or self park was free and easy to use. Without question I recommend this place for your next Vegas stay! BTW-I'm not an infomercial, just enjoyed this place to the fullest.

The ghost bar was good in the environment. It was not crowded and the guards were very relaxed. It was a nice experience. It would go!

The rooms are nice but some of the equipment do not work, lamps, whirlpool tub, no information in the room…

You have to take a taxi to get to the strip, but for the rest great hotel.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but visited the spa. Large spa with ample amenities. My massage and facial was very nice. Service was beyond amazing. I would definitely return. I also highly recommend the restaurant across the way. I had a Dr. Pepper burger with onion rings and OMG were both delicious.

Terrible stay. Had bed bugs in the bed. Recorded it the only thing the manager Jessica could do was move us to a different room that smell like smoke really bed. When we told her the room smell she said it was the only room ava and if we didn't take it that's was that. THe kicked us out our room. Terrible stay.

We rented a condo unit at the Palms Place for 14 days. Great place. Off the strip. We prefered that. We did not care much for the hotel's casino. The buffets are reasonably priced and good selection. The photo you see was the wiew from our condo. Spectacular.

Terrible! Do not stay here. The staff was unfriendly. They put a huge hold on your card while you stay there. The restaurants in comparison to everything out there we're not good. There was a smell coming from the sink in my room. They overcharged for a hotel and you have people partying next to your room so loud you can't sleep. To top it off one night after staying there for my birthday we got in late and tired. They had just shampooed the carpets and lest the drying fan right outside of our bedroom. We could not sleep and we're up all night because of the fan. It was absolutely terrible. We wanted to get out of the room so we got up early the fan was still blowing by the time we left the room. I have stayed at many hotels and I have to say this was one of the worst. I would rather stay at a Holiday Inn then the Palms. Once again I'd like to repeat how rude this staff was. They actually glared at us and gave us dirty looks the whole time we were in there we felt uncomfortable for a place we paid a lot of money to stay in.

The hotel itself was nice. However, my fiance got there before me. He wasn't in the room. They told him they needed his debit card but failed to tell him that they were going to put a hold on it. I went the very next day and changed it to my card. Again the front staff gave us bad information saying it would fall off in about 72 hours. We went back home and needed to pay rent. After four hours dealing with Bank, accounting staff, and managers. They told us there was nothing they could do. The accounting staff says their department isn't open on weekends which is why the authorization wasn't taken off. We had to close an account to pay rent. I asked to speak to the GM and was told no. For such a luxurious hotel they don't care about wasting their customers time. I will never go back or recommend this hotel. Poor customer service in the end.

For the standard placed on hotels throughout the strip, this particular Hotel/Casino falls below that bar. Sure, most of their rooms are renovated. Sure, you're off the strip a bit as to avoid the busy and noisy streets. Sure, the rooms are cheap at certain times of the week. BUT, their customer service is the main reason why this hotel sits at below 4 stars. The staff is not taught to have a friendly tone with anyone. It seems as though they categorize anyone walking through the doors as "trouble-makers" or "family-business goers". Walking through the doors, going up to reception, I did NOT feel welcomed at all. Going to the pool was worse, as I was ostracized for not being a "hotel guest". LASTLY, for two nights, they charge over a $500 deposit in case I were to "destroy" a lamp or chair in the room. They took my ID and literally said: "Oh, a local, that makes things worse". The funny part was that I am NOT a local. Because of the fact that this hotel lies 10 minutes AWAY from the strip, they still feel the need to include a $30 EXTRA charge a night, which I was NOT told of. Instead of feeling like I made a good deal with this hotel, I ended up paying FAR more than what I expected, and was forced to mess with my funds as to retrieve a $500+ deposit for a $40 a night room. This hotel is a mess.

This is an awesome place to stay. Hotel has everything we needed including a variety of places to eat each meal of the day. I prefer betting on sports over slots and cards, and the venue for sports is awesome. Service has been stellar the whole time, rooms are modern and high quality, and the location is solid — short drive to anywhere we needed.

We had the suite on the 39th floor. We had an awesome view. The best was the bath tub in the middle of the room with whirlpool option. The suite was really nice and high class. The kitchen was also awesome. The rain shower was huge and incredibly relaxing.

I like having more leisures that play to the machines.

Confusing to get yo the cafe 6, unless you've been there before. I went for a rock and roll wine event, and after I made my way all the way up there, I find out I was supposed to check in downstairs somewhere. Would have been nice if there were signs saying so, but I really think they should of had the check in at the actually plane they were having the event. Not the palms fault, not the wine events fault. I have been to a few concerts at the Pearl, I like the venue, and the sound system is great there. But concerts are always expensive there! I would go to more, if they weren't so expensive. And of course, every time I'm there, I get food and drinks while I'm there too. So the palms is losing out on my covert ticket, plus anything I would spend for food or drinks while at the resort as well.

The palms place is very clean and comfortable. Both times I've been here, I've stayed in the 1-br suite, and I've loved it. The staff is very nice and helpful, the spa is great, and the pool has been a great place to hang out and relax.

We went to eat at Hooters, it is always rich and with good service.

Went to the Ghostbar for the first time and was a little disappointed. The atmosphere and balcony they brag about was not fabulous. The little part that you are suppose to be able to see thru was so scratched up and foggy you couldn't even see anything. Overall I did have a good time. I liked the music they played but I probably will not go back.

We've had a lot of great experiences with the Palms. We attended a great convention held there last September and stayed at the Palms even though we were locals. One of our friends was working security for the event and he said the security detail at the hotel was the best he's ever worked with. The rooms and staff were great, though the late night bellhop left a lot to be desired. We were at the theaters yesterday for a private showing. The theaters are nice. Small, but the stadium staffing ensures there are no bad seats, even the ones up close. However the bathrooms are outside the theaters which are incredibly inconvenient.

The casino floor wasn't so big which is good when you want to find people. No more need to go to the strip for Earl's sandwiches. I did not like that the air filtration system wasn't the best, smoke everywhere.

Decent enough room, but tried to enjoy the jet tub only to be greeted by nasty black stuff coming from the jets. Guest service sent someone up but he couldn't fix it. Still feel gross.

My 20th anniversary. It was amazing. Hooters was great, we gambled a little. The restaurants were amazing. I had the time of my life. The best part was our room. A one bedroom. So awesome.

Our experience was phenomenal from rooms, svc and gaming floor. I remember the BJ dealer, REHER, was wonderful. He made my experience smooth and easy as a rookie playing table games. He's one of the best amongst everyone we've met!

Stayed here with friends. Cheap room. No tub. Room heater was weak (cold winter day). Windows let wind howl during the night. Free Wi-Fi with resort fee. 24 7 cafe restaurant was slow for breakfast. Shop for rates to avoid extra fees.

No outlets next to the bed for my CPAP machine and no effort made by the irritated hotel staff to remedy the issue when we called down to the desk. We were also given an incorrect total bill at checkout and had to convince the attendant to print and review it with us. Her terrible attitude continued even after she realized her mistake. It was a really bad last impression to leave guests with. These issues are SO basic and could have been easily remedied with the tiniest bit of effort from the staff. Hospitality 101. It doesn't matter how famous or pretty your hotel is if your staff isn't committed to basic politeness.

We especially enjoyed trying the Drift Spa. It was perfect for me and my wife. They put peppermint into the stream inside the hammam. Note: if you stay at Palms Place, the housekeeping may be slow to respond to your needs. Last, we were very relaxed by not having smoke and slot machines in the front lobby. If you want a quiet getaway with the convenience of the Strip nearby, this place is perfect.

My husband and I stayed there for two night and when we were checking out, we saw two buffet tickets were charged to us. We spend half an hour to explain we have never been to their buffet and they looked at us like we were just trying to get free meals. When we finally got to see the buffet check, the signature belonged to someone that only share the same last name with us but has very distinct first name. They never apologized for their mistake and insisted the signature belonged to us. We had very hard time to understand why they believed customers had same last name must be the same person, and why the people in hotel business would assume their customers were liars by default. So if you still want to stay in a hotel that is so far away from the Strip, at least make sure to check your bill before you leave, and get ready to use your parenting skills, since you may need to explain common sense to some adults. And if Palms has a customer service collects complains at all, it was Rosie at the the buffet reception frustrated us the most.

Very luxurious! We paid the same for a cheap motel in San Francisco so were very impressed! Be careful with minibar — picking one up costs! Took us a while to find the fitness suite — its through the massage parlour on the 6th floor!

I stayed at The Palms on a recent work trip and I'm so glad I did. The Palms is definitely a cut above the hotels and resorts in the area in terms of class. The staff is professional and friendly, adapting to the needs of the clients very well. The atmosphere and air in the casino and lobby is fresher than others. We stayed on a non-smoking floor, which was clean and had an incredible view. I enthusiastically recommend The Palms. I definitely will stay here again on a return to Las Vegas.

Staying at the Pals was a good experience over all. The location was good, close enough to get to stores and attractions quickly. The self parking was convenient and free. Sunday brunch buffet was pretty good even for vegetarians. The weekday breakfast buffet did not have as many options. The room was nice and clean, the only thing we did not like was the mini bar and snack bar in the room, it's sensor activated so the moment something is touched, a charge is incurred. We requested to have it removed from the room because we have young kids but there was a charge for that. Before checking out we had to dispute a snack bar charge but it was courteously resolved.

I didn't like the Internet quality, esp for the "resort fee". My husband tested the speed 0.5Mbps up/down which is ridiculous. When we first checked in the tub facade was broken, they did come fix it right away. The employees of the hotel are friendly and helpful. But for a resort fee, you should get more than wireless thats slower than your cell service. Nice view of the city.

They upgraded us to a Penthouse suite on the 34th floor for our 8th anniversary. It was absolutely amazing! Loved our experience at the Palms so much! Can't wait until we go back!

I think "upscale" is a stretch when the room service to your suite consists of cold food served in a cardboard to-go box with silver-esque plastic-ware and tiny paper salt&pepper packs. Huge dissapointment. I'm spending $400 a night to be here and my $50 breakfast consisted of a pile of cold, undercooked hashbrowns, eggs and bacon all mixed together in a deep brown box that the plastic utensils would not even fit down into. Already pre-paid in full or I would be out of here. Total $$ I'm spending for my group to stay here — $10, 000+ and the Hotel couldn't even be bothered to send a car to pick up one of out of town guests at the airport. We will not be using the Palms for future events. It's too bad. We stayed here last year and had an amazing time with a catered party in their bowling suite. Will not be returning. PS It took an hour to check in — there were only 6 people ahead of me. Not a great start and we have 10 more days here… grrrrr.

We felt like celebrities! The food at N9ne and Nove was to die for. We were able to thank the chef personally, which was a treat. The cabana poolside was spectacular and the spa was amazing. We saw a concert in the Pearl theater and that too was fantastic. Our room was clean, well maintained and had a beautiful view of the strip. Ghostbar was also a great time. We pretty much stayed on property the whole trip and didn't regret our decision at all. Even the buffet was superb. It is evident that the top leadership at this resort has got its act together!

Everything about this hotel is welcoming, the Staff are second to none and the rooms are extremely large with excellent views.

The Palms is the worst. THey took a $100 bill at the cashiers cage and said it was counterfeit. they refused to give me a reeipt and were very rude. Stay clear of gabmling here.

My wife and I stayed at the palms and this is what I have to say… Our room its self was great but there was two major problems with the room one was the smell the smell was so bad it would knock your socks off. Its smelled like raw sewage. It make me puke one day. We call the front desk and they said they would send some one up to fix it. One time turned into 3 times. We weren't offered any other room or any thing else. The problem was never fixed. Very up set about this. Also the room was not properly cleaned we found foot fungus spay bottle under the table. Just gross. And the next major thing was the mini bar was missing half of the stock and I called the front desk to let them know and the front desk person was very rude to me but he did say that we weren't going to be charged for it. When we went to check out every thing that was missing in the mini bar was on our bill. Not cool.

Locked balcony; tricked me into $28 daily fee (did not fully state the terms) ; mildew in shower room. It is rated 5 star on SouthWest (i. E. Orbitz), but I'd give 4 star compared to other hotels on the strip.

The rooms were clean but they tried and give us an "upgrade" which was actually a downgrade… When we went to complain about it we got some eye rolls. In the enf we got compensated for it but it was still annoying because we had to move rooms 3 times during a 3 night stay… Besides that the rooms are clean and spacious I don't recommend this hotel. It's to far from the strip, yes there is a free shuttle but it only drives every 30 mins so sometimes you're waiting 20 mins before you get to where you want to be.

Booked online trying to be budget conscience. Pleasantly surprised! We stayed on the 8th floor of the Fantasy tower in a Superior Room and it was perfect! It's nice and quiet and the room is very spacious. The bathroom is huge with a Jacuzzi tub. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We asked if there was a way to extend checkout and they gave us more time without charging us. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a party where 20 of our friends came from all over to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. From the minute we arrived the amounts quoted when booking the rooms increased, we were overcharged at the pool a mere 7, 200.00 and I have yet to have anyone contact me in regards to my surveys. They just delete them. I am the person who paid for everything, including the suite and two other rooms, 1400.00 at dinner in their steakhouse (took two hours for them to take our order and bring the food). Wouldn't the least you could do is apologize to me and refund the 8 bounced check fees for the 7200.00 hold in addition to another 3400.00 hold on my checking that never got released when they charged my card for the final bill? Charges were left to sit the full 10 days, needless to say we won't be going back there and I would suggest staying elsewhere.

This place is a complete rip-off. I used the mini bar to keep a couple things cold, and I got charged more than 300 for moving the items around. They have sensors in there, so if you move the items without consuming them you have to pay for them. You can't do anything in this hotel, like use a luggage carrier without having to pay for it.

I live here in Vegas and decided to do a little getaway "stay-cation" when I saw a great rate for a night at The Palms. I had no idea my room was going to be in Palms Place, I was familiar with the Palms Casino but not this newer tower of luxury suites. I paid a great low rat through a hotel app and I received so much more for my money! The studio suite I received on the 19th floor was just out of this world! Super modern and luxurious, everything was new and clean. I kept wondering for the entire day if perhaps they got something wrong. Like "how on Earth did I get this 5-star place at a 2-star price? " Outstanding. And it gets better. The room had a full kitchen, fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster with kitchen seating and a counter. Plenty of closet space, a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a waterfall shower and a handheld shower in one and all the bath amenities. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, there were two big plasma TVs on the wall side by side in the room, one at foot of the bed and then the other in the living room area. I suppose two people in the room can watch different things if they so choose! And one TV in the bathroom! The room also had a large balcony with an amazing view of downtown towards the Stratosphere to left and then the entire Strip to the right. I mean are you kidding me? The Palms Place suite was the best deal I have had in a long time.

From N9NE Group and the great nights held at Ghostbar and Rain to N9NE Steakhouse. Palms Pool and so on. Palms remains top notch.

Stayed for a month in one of their suites. Good place to get away from the hustle bustle elsewhere. Palm Suites is a separate tower. You can find private rentals at good rates.

The hotel is very nice with plenty of options for meals, a good buffet, a quiet (at least during the week) and the rooms spacious and quiet.
We took advantage of an offer that included an overnight stay in a Premier Room in the main tower (Ivory Tower), a breakfast buffet and 2 VIP passes to the Ghost Bar.
But upon check-in, things are not going very well: first of all there is assigned a room with two queen beds instead of the king that we booked, with the usual excuse that king rooms are sold out (but if your hotel there is hardly anyone!? ). No mention by the guy at the counter that we have breakfast included (then a colleague explained that we would have had to charge the buffet room, and during checkout the sum there would be discounted from the total), no pass to the Ghost Bar.
Resort fee of USD 25, of which we were aware. Internet in the room has good speed. The hotel is recommended only for those who, like us, have a rental car. Offer a shuttle service to the strip but obviously is insufficient to cover the needs of a tourist. Many parking spaces available in front of the hotel is in the garage between the Palms and Palms Place.

I have stayed at Palms several times now. This is definitely one of my top places to stay in Vegas for a few reasons. First, the casino resort is very well taken care of. It is clean and modern looking with great prices to stay. If you are a gambler, you will get comped here plenty! The rooms are very modernly decorated, which I love. I love playing craps and they have several tables there. The customer service is tip-top. I've never had an issue with check-in or check-out. As a matter of fact, I usually get offered comped buffets (very yummy) and comped pool/club party entrances. My last stay, I was with 4 of my best friends, we were comped all of our buffets and pool/club entrances. They removed any extra charges we had on our room. Ditch Friday is their signature pool party. I always, always have a great time there. They play a variety of music, which makes it even better. Two huge pools and really nice bungalows makes your partying extra fun with tons of sexy people. The drinks are pricey, but of course us ladies rarely pay. Hehe. So, I obviously love the place, but it is missing that last star because, of course, it is off the strip, so a little inconvenient if you want to venture out. It's great that they have a free shuttle that takes you to Caesar's Palace, but after 8pm it stops running. You end up paying cabs. However, I find myself getting cabs even if I'm staying on the strip. Who the heck wants to walk around in 5inch heels!?

Our first room that we were in was spacious and modern, a pretty neat view of the pool but the floor was soaking wet that a murder scene could of happened and not know it. The Tv also didn't work so we decided to call front desk. They switch us to a floor below with a much smaller space and reeked of cigarettes! i think the most disturbing thing of our experience was that the day of our check out, as we were packing a bigger man opened our door, trying to come in. Assuming he was just checking into our room. That could of been a very terrible situation as they could of seen us naked or worse if the guy was a creep! They did comp us the resort fee but it was pretty traumatizing.

Avoid the buffet. Paid $56 for two people and it was a major disappointment. Much of the food had been sitting out for a while. The crab legs were cold and you had to wait for them to be boiled. The pies looks great until I noticed the "sugar free" sign. The only items I enjoyed were the ribs and the salads weren't terrible but nothing to write home about either.

The Palms hotel is located off the strip and I like it because the rooms are nice and cozy. They have been renovated in a modern style and they have some amazing views of the strip if your on the side facing the strip. To travel to the strip they offer a free shuttle or you can easily take a cab and your there in a few minutes. Of course there are plenty of table games and slots in the lobby, casino area. They have plenty of restaurants in all price ranges from super inexpensive at the food court to the ultra high end. They also have a move theater in the lobby area if you feel like catching a flick. The vibe is mostly young and modern at this hotel casino. They also have a performance area with new amazing acts performing regularly.

I'm going now and I drop the balls.
