We stayed a week and throughly enjoyed being there. Great room, lots of places to eat inside the casino, a short walk to numerous casinos/stores, and overall an incredible experience!

Best Hotel Attraction on the entire Strip. The vibe and atmosphere inside and out is like no other! No other hotel co. Es even close. Coaster was a bonus I enjoyed!

This isn’t the newest resort on the Strip but it is a great one! From the updated rooms, entertainment, access to sports, oversized gaming floor, dining options galore, retail, the only roller coaster on the strip and easy access to just about everything Vegas, it really has it all in one place. Almost forgot to mention the New York theming was amazing!

The security guard who was on a bicycle was on the top floor of the parking lot harassed me, my daughter, and her boyfriend while were walking to our car. They had stopped a few feet back from where I was and basically interrogated them. Then he rolled up to me and asked me if they were my kids — they are 24 and 22 years old. My daughter’s boyfriend took this as a racist type of harassment and was very upset as was my daughter. Your security guards need training in racial relations for sure.

The bell service man was so rude, he was texting on his phone no one around and I simply asked where terry fator was performing… he rolled his eyes and pointed towards casino and back to texting … just rude no costumer service, I would never recommend that place to stay when employees make or break your stay… Terry Fator show was amazing!

I have been going to the NYNY twice a year since it opened with the only exception being a few stays at MGM Grand who always match the comp room offer, food credit and freeplay… but I love the NYNY. Usually stay 3 nights in Feb and 3 nights in August. Great food, great Center Bar, great hospitality always. Love the casino layout. You guys do a fantastic job. My second home. Now if I can only get that upgrade that's offered now and then :) Already booked for February (Lamonde)!

Wonderful place! The employees in all areas were friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in. There are so many restaurants to choose from, and the atmosphere and energy are fantastic! I highly recommend this as a place to be in Vegas!

Very fun place. I was offered a nice deal package randomly for walking through the front entrance. I can't say much for the room but I did spend some time browsing the shops and casino. There is plenty to see and do and eat as well. Shops are a plenty and there are lots of places to take pictures with/of. Located right on the Strip and easy to walk across the street for visiting other attractions. I'd definitely stay here the next time I visit Vegas.

Went to stay at the hotel for Labor Day weekend we spent extra money to get the room with the jacuzzi tub inside the room. We went to use the tub and the tub was broken, they had no other rooms to put us in and only offered us free food for the next morning! Definitely will not be returning here next trip to Vegas very disappointed.

Have been coming here for year and we are here for 8 night and after three nights this has by far when the worst ever, people are rude and the service is horrible so sad to see from a place that use to be so good, most likely won't be returning to NY NY.

Overall, this casino was a lot of fun. There's a great selection of little restaurants, all within a small area that looks sort of like Brooklyn. We didn't get a chance to use the roller coaster, but judging by the people you could see from the street on it, they had a great time. The people here were very nice, the restaurants were pretty good, and overall it's a great experience to have.

I explored the casino but did not gamble here. This place is really cool looking. They have a roller coaster near it and the awesome lady liberty statue out front. Plus if you get a hotel room here your pretty much at the start of the strip. Right across the street connected to this one is the Excalibur Hotel and Casino which looks awesome. Really good starting point for me when I go to explore the strip area.

Booking was a breeze. I called to ask a question and got a better price. Once we arrived the manager saw my mom sitting in her wheel chair while my son and I grabbed food close by for us all as we waited to check in. She asked if my mom needed help but she was alright she explained I was off getting her food. When I returned the manager called me over and checked up in early and upgraded our room. Anna was very nice and helpful. Once in our room, it was nice and clean. Beds comfy and many handicap accessible features. Room service was worth the $$ spent. Wish the slots were looser. Pool was nice. My family enjoyed our stay.

Our rooms were nice, but the bed was so comfy! Best sleep in a long time. The New York "city" area on the main floor was pretty cool. I had to get a huge slice of NY pizza. My wife loved the chocolate martinis served at the chocolate bar. The staff was very helpful, they went out of their way to put our rooms next to each other.

How to describe this hotel… It restores the strong elements of NEW YORK city it's exceptional I love this place.

Very good hotel with very good value for money. We took a room with Jaccuzzi, it was very nice.
The room is good and the bedding very good too. The shower room very good also.
The pool, the restaurant, the Casino, … are really cool.
The +: the Jacuzzi, the pool, the room as a whole the — (to look for the little beast) : soundproofing of the room, lack of a fridge in the room, parking extra ($ 15/day) but I think it's everywhere the same in Vegas.

The New York-New York is a fun place to visit. They have a great casino, tons of restaurants, a roller coaster, Hershey's World, etc. I love being in the casino at night when they've got the dueling pianos going at the "Bar At Times Square". They play songs that most people know and encourage people to sing a long. Everyone has a great time, whether you are in the bar itself or just enjoying the music outside of the bar on the casino floor.

Haven't stayed here but I would like to. Good location and good prices. Also the roller coaster is definitely fun and worth doing. I like the decor inside. It makes you feel like you're wondering around a busy new York street at night. With steaming subways below and tall buildings looming above.

Hotel is beautiful but definitely expensive like kinda everything in the hectic and fun city of Vegas. Spasmody and comfortable rooms with everything you'd rather expect from a Meravglioso hotel like this one. The casino is Inmenso and there are games and tables for all tastes. Nice little Russian mountain that crosses a part of the building. Very friendly Staff.

Very good, charming casino hotel in a great location in Las Vegas, with so many restaurants inside. Very good value for money, it is among the most affordable hotels in the group. The check-in/out online is convenient, as well as the possibility to extend the check-out fee. Breakfast not included, rooms to be renew with small and personal windows that from all information only if required.

It's okay. I'm torn between 3 & 4 stars here. It's a strong OK for me. I've definitely stayed at nicer hotels on the strip at a similar price point. The room was a solid 3* the pool area probably a 3*, the hotel surroundings was a 4*, it's so cool looking. But honestly, for the money, I'd prefer to stay at the Wynn.

In the casino there are many restaurants and shopping places. The Italian Restaurant and the Steak House are magnificent, very good food. The air we breathe clean and fresh. It's very nice.

No matter which hotel you take on the old or new steep — each one is a hammer. Beautiful alone because of the slot machines, the shops and everything that happens there. If you have the opportunity, you should visit Las Vegas in any case once in a lifetime.

Very hot roller coaster, basically through the city. Not cheap, but repeat rides are a lot cheaper.

Great hotel, very open design. Does not smell too much like smoke. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and have reviewed my stays. This time I went to enjoy a nice dinner at 9 Fine Irishman pub. Shepherds pie is delicious… Best thing on the menu! Pair it with a BlackSmith Ale and you can't beat it. Love bands play, and they sounds amazing. Wait staff was exceptionally kind and always attentive. I would definitely go there again!

Nice hotel and nice Casino but the room is not well insonnorized and it is a bit run down. The bathroom is small. Too bad I expected better.

We stayed here before a concert. The front desk staff were nice. It was only a short was to the T-Mobile arena. The room was clean and spacious for what we needed. The housekeepers were friendly when I needed to ask for extra towels. My only complaint was the bathtub. The side is very high. It's nice for a deep soak, but not so much getting in and out! Despite this, we would stay there again!

The hotel is very big and the casino very funny, when I had the opportunity to go the rollcoaster was in maintenance so I could not ride it, from outside it looked very funny and so this in the middle of the avenue looks tempting, they also have a play area of n Iños for Q are away from the betting machines.

My favourite hotel on the strip to date. I have visited LV 8 times and I've stayed at New York New York for 3 of those times. It is by far one of my favourite hotels, even before the T-mobile arena opened. Great restaurants. A great fun atmosphere and isn't pretentious. The inside is uniquely designed. Rooms are a little small (even when we upgraded we were disappointed by the amenities and decor in the room) but since w are hardly ever in the room, it didn't matter. The rooms were clean and that's what matters. Our favourite parts of New York New York: Chin Chin restaurant (and their coffee! ), Nine Fine Irishmen pub and the pizza place (can't remember the name). The outdoor walkway outside the hotel is fantastic. Beautifully created. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. It's located in a great part of the strip.

A very very nice hotel on the strip. We rented a suite and are very satisfied with this. The hotel has several restaurants and also a great casino. The highlight is of course the roller coaster just outside the door, which you can also watch from the window at any time. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice hotel, nice atmosphere. Our room was very spacious and the bed large and very comfortable with a nice view. No minibar or coffee maker, but the cleanliness of 10, and with many options to eat and take in the hotel.

I had a wonderful time here. My kids enjoyed all the attractions this casino had to offer. We spent almost a half hour looking at all the interesting things in the Hershey's store. The roller coaster was so fun that we went back on it four times! The arcade had a large assortment of games fire the kids to enjoy. The view of exterior New York on the inside was interesting idea and I found the whole interior captivating and unique. I could not have been happier with a day visit. We were so impressed that the next time we cover to Las Vegas I am almost positive I want to stay here.

The New York-New York hotel has a good casino on the first floor with a pretty good layout. The elevators are a little confusing since there are a few different towers and you have to be careful to get on the right one. The good news is that with the elevator system they have, it's very efficient. It never took long to get an elevator. The restaurants in the building vary on quality and the price is pretty high, but that's mostly because it's on the Vegas strip. It's in a great location and bar all sorts of other big hotel casinos. The room that we got didn't have a fridge or microwave which is definitely an issue since you can't really keep leftovers. Otherwise the rooms are really nice! Ours had an amazing view.

Top notch hotel. The staff was very friendly and there were no check in lines. The person that checked me in even volunteered information about the M-Life Card and a SPECIAL one for Veterans. The Veteran M-Life card (which was free by the way) gave Veterans free parking, discounts on food and merchandise on all MGM properties! Such a money saving tip. We ended up deciding to upgrade to a Suite for more breathing room and a view. We think it was worth it because the smallest rooms they have are really small. The restaurants and vibe at this casino are fabulous.

We stayed at the hotel. The people that worked there were very nice and accommodating. We really liked the staff. The bed was comfy, especially the pillow. It was very soft. The shower was nice. Warmed up fast and great water pressure. The room itself was okay. Interesting decor but nothing that stood out from a standard hotel room. Ultimately the comfort is more important to me and it was comfortable. Parts were a tad dirty looking. Like they had a robe that had coffee stains on the sleeves. It wasn't a big deal to us because we didn't need to use them, but others might be concerned. We didn't use the casino part. The restaurant selection was decent. We didn't use the pool, but it looked beautiful.

Correct but now paying parking (almost $18 per 24 hours anyway) even for guests staying in the hotel: ineligible!

I felt like a fish in the water. Excellent for Latinos, good music and in the inner alleys there is a bar to dance bachata.

The New York New York hotel is super large with many entertainment options, all the theme is based in the city of New York with many gaming machines for adults and children. The best attraction for the bravest is the roller coaster, with an average route, not very long but very surprising with turns and passing into a some room from hotel buildings. It is a special experience. The theme and decoration very realistic. Was excited and interested.

No clue about the hotel, but the restaurants are great! We ate at the New York style deli and the fish shop, but were delicious! Deli was about $12 a sandwich and it was big enough to feed 2-3 people. The fish shop was $12 a combo and could feed 2 people. Pizza place looked great, but we didn't get it. Lots of food options, eating tables were clean and available. Great for small groups, families, or couples.

A wonderful place to comfortable whether to play, eat, drink or ride the Rollercoster. The rooms are large and very clean and nicely decorated.
The garage offers a lot of parking spaces at all times and is easy to reach. Just as in the surroundings you will find everything your heart desires.

The room was good, the only disagreement was the smell of cigarette that had the sheets. Otherwise it is a pretty full hotel, very well located. The roller coaster they have is one of the most crowded attractions in Las Vegas.

Stayed here for two nights recently and was very happy overall with the experience. It's location on the strip is great. Parking and check in were a breeze. The rooms are generous in size and quite good value too in my opinion. The casino has plenty of dining and entertainment options. And with a roller coaster that starts inside the casino itself, I was in heaven. I would definitely come here again.

After staying at the Mirage last year (and loving it! ) we decided to stick with MGM resorts for our next stay. This time we wanted to stay on the other end of the strip and decided on New York, New York. We were not disappointed! In fact, we loved the casino and food and drink options so much that we found ourselves spending a couple of days just in our hotel trying different options! All of the staff members were extremely courteous and helpful. Our room was a bit outdated (decor wise) but we had a very comfortable bed, spectacular view, and most importantly a very clean room! For the price and level of service you receive at this hotel you cannot beat it! We enjoyed everyone who served us yummy food at America, Toms Urban, Broadway burger, and a couple of others inside! We never received a bad meal or bad service! Finally, they graciously offered us late check out and upon leaving we stopped by the players club desk to redeem some generous comps (special thanks to Diane for her exceptional help)! When we return to Vegas in a few months we will stay at NY NY again because they left a lasting impression on us! We highly recommend their establishment for your next trip to the fabulous Las Vegas!

Eye! You may not be too far from the elevator that you are going to have to walk 1km to get to the room.
No breakfast included but there are like 3 Starbucks in the hotel and several paradesayuar sites.
The casino genniallssii Jjuuegastte serve drinks, that is, you have to give tip. We are a card of $1 per cup.

Such a great place to stay. With amazing staff. There was a mix up with 3 for 57 we happened to pick the adventure dome which happened to be closed. We had to go all the way back to our hotel and Sara at the desk was more than happy to help. And on top of everything she had chocolate dipped strawberries water and cookies for us when we got back to our room. Made our day even better.

In the lobby and casino area, you go through the streets of New York. Totally crazy. There are many ways to eat. The rooms are modern and clean.

Excellent casino. I didn't spend the night in their rooms, however the hotel is an authentic past both inside and out. Inside you have a lot of options for dinner and the casino is downright nice.

Roller coaster cost of $15 a trip, they have combos with photos, go up several times in 24 hours or combine with arcade game area.
The employees in this area are not very friendly.

Nice Hotel a bit old the only bad thing that has to at the front desk don't explain to where your room is and we hit half an hour looking ours have good steak restaurants and there is an Irish tavern that is super well the cleanliness is very good! Recommended.

Book a spa suite, in the area of the rooms, high floors, there was a buzzing sound unbearable. Can't sleep. I Talk with the desk, I sent a technician and validates the same thing. It tells Me q already know about the topic. Report It and offer me change to another room, but less category, xq were not the same. I really don't like, think should inform the topic. It is a GREAT HOTEL, has inexpensive prices among daily, the rooms could be better or more suited to this century, but it is very good. The hotel inside is spectacular.

Very bad. They charge 40 dollars per day to have internet, and 20 parking being that in Booking offer Wi-Fi and parking included. When you arrive at check in they explain that it is included but with additional cost! A scoundrel.

This casino I love, not so much for its play area that is very good, but for the ambience Complemente American from a previous time.
I really like to eat in their restaurants, whether it's sandwiches, pizza or stale meats.
To visit you should not lose it. They have an arcade game area so if you go with kids, you can take them though you must be aware that you are going to lose a small fortune.

Clean rooms.

One of the first hotels on the strip, after the Luxor and the Excalibur. Endless queues for check-in, to go back to the room I waited about 15 minutes one of the 3 lifts available. The other 3 were out of use for all 4 days that I stayed. A maze to get to the room. All in all the hotel gives the idea of antiquated despite having everything in the right place. Great Casino.

Like most of the facilities in Las Vegas This is also immense. The rooms are large and spacious, clean and well-soundproofed. The beds are comfortable. Inside the hotel there is everything: restaurants, shops, theatre. It's like being in a carnival.

It all seems to be designed to charge anything at any time while playing and smoking anywhere. I was deducted 300 from the credit card — a couple of days after I left the room — without informarmene before: Apparently the reason is because I would have smoked in the room. And I have not smoked at all in a room that already a little ' carried stench of smoke.

I was there in 2012 like all Las Vegas casinos, they are gigantic and luxurious. The New York New York is nice and well cared for, there are roller coaster inside the casino, pool and many other attractions on the inside, rooms are clean and of a good standard.

Definitely a very nice hotel. The rooms are large and clean, perfect to spend a few nights in Las Vegas in all serenity. However considering the cost and level of the hotel I would have expected some extra complimentary: room slippers for example.
For the rest the hotel offers many good quality restaurants for breakfast and dinner.

Extremely priced hotel and very friendly staff. For roller coaster fans there is also a separate octagon railway in and around the hotel. With a price of $7, $50 for hotel guests, however, this one is a bit expensive. The rooms are sometimes a bit old but quite clean. We were offered "nicer" rooms with better views right at check-in for a $10 surcharge.

The armchairs are set off, the furniture is kicked off and full of fat fingers and the wallpaper is not GAnz fresh either! Even better, though, I found the toenail and other things that a neat vacuum cleaner would surely have eliminated!

It is not just a hotel: casino, restaurants, swimming pool and you can even ride the roller coaster that revolve around the different buildings of the hotel. From our room (on the 31st floor) you could hear the cries of the carousel. Experience absolutely to live.

This casino is starting to get a little dated, but it's still got some fun spots. We saw Zumanity; great theater, very intimate. The roller coaster is just ok, definitely pricey. The nearby Ice Bar is fun for a special event. The highlight for me is the dueling piano bar; such a blast. Pay extra to get a table.

Went to this casino/hotel to ride the roller coaster. Didn't have to wait in line, and thought the fee was fair. Great place to bring kids as there is an arcade above the casino/shopping area. Roller Coaster was fun, and only the ending was inside, but outside view was great while riding!

The interior of the hotel is quite curious, simulating streets and emblematic places of new york. Your roller coaster is also worth a visit.

The place itself is starting to show its age here and there, but the New York theme is drawn out heavily in every aspect — except customer service and cleanliness. Friend and I were once trying to find the spa to retrieve our wives, but we couldn't locate it. Upon asking someone, that someone actually accompanied us all the way to the waiting lobby of the spa itself — including the short elevator ride! I don't think that's typical customer service policy and it's actually somewhat overkill, but my friend and I definitely appreciated that gesture! Other staff we encountered along the way in our wife-searching adventure were courteous and respectful. We might consider staying at the New York-New York based on that alone. Also, big arcade is definitely a plus for the young ones and young ones at heart.

The Hotel is far from the first guard in LV. From the outside impressive — the rooms for a good price (for US in the normal course)

Casino (4 stars) : One of the better themed hotels on the strip. The floor has a well thought out design and is inviting. Missing some of the newer slots, mostly $15 limit tables. Service (4 stars) : Better than average drink service on the floor due to lower demand I believe. Dining and Drinking (3 stars) : The piano bar is always full of fun loving people singing along. Some other good choices for bagels and delicatessen but overall you won't live at this resort.

This place is awesome so much like being in new York it's spectacular. They have soft pretzels which I love and are hard to find. Also jello shots 2 for five dollars and blended drinks are wonderful. I had a chocolate martini at the chocolate bar which was yummy. Great casino action a fun up beat crowd next time I'm in Vegas I think I will stay here instead of warfare five stars.

Roller coaster to the statue of Liberty, urban forests, crowded streets, the woods, set up shop, feel the United States least in the crowded space. The most I was really impressed with big chunks of smoked beef, mind-blowingly big.

3 years running — we have stayed 1 week in April. Rooms are well kept, clean & usually 100% functional. Mid Range Hotel with fair service, several OK restaurants & great access to other Hotel/Casinos, transportation & restaurants. Nice, comfortable casino & lounges.

The wife suggested we take a spur of the moment trip to Vegas to escape our daily monotony in life. Looking up at her I instantly knew she needed to get away. I grabbed the laptop did some real fast research online we decided to book at Ney York New York. We packed, grabbed the kiddo and four hours later we found ourselves in a corner room over looking the pool! The room was super nice with tons of windows, comfy beds, and one hell of a rad weekend to come! My only regret (after sneaking a peek in an open door of another room) was not booking one of the spa rooms! Next time… soon!

In room Wi-Fi during our last two nights was unusable. Could not connect. No bathroom amenities and maintenance during our last three days. Ran out of every bathroom supplies. No one vacuumed our room before check in. Air smelled as though the room had not been ventilated and vacuumed for a long time. There are practically no available outlets close to the bed to harpe mobile devices. There are only two outlets available and they are by the entrance! No closets. Just an armoire like furniture which occupies a great portion of the room reducing the room area. If this is a four star hotel in Vegas then I'd hate to see what five star hotels look like.

Room was large and very nice. Updated and modern. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Location is ok, beginning of the strip. Checkout is easy, but checking in was a slow process for everyone in front of us. We didn't have much trouble though.

The internal styling of NYNY doesn't quite live up to the hype set by its external façade. It looks great from the outside, but isn't quite so exciting once you get in. The casino is much like any other on the strip.

Love everything about the NYNY. Good service and a fun atmosphere that is nothing like all the other hotels. In the winter months its a little rough when you can't use the pool, but we learned to love the slots and found a few good shows, which I'm sure they appreciated, as it was chilly all week. We hit up Zumanity and that was awesome. Crazy, but awesome.

This is the place we stayed at on our first trip to Vegas and its a great example of what to expect casino wise. It's obviously themed with New York in mind. The rooms are bigger than average and they are very clean. For an "older" casino and hotel it's still on excellent shape. And it's one of the less expensive ones to stay at. The food spots are great too, so no need to worry about settling. It's near the beginning of the strip so you will have to walk a lot of you want to visit all the casinos. But it's close to the MGM, Luxor, Excalibur and Mandalay Bay.

Interesting new york scenere, nice hotel!

We just began our stay at the hotel. People and the atmosphere don't seem as happy as expected. Has a small shower bit otherwise the views are great. The roller coaster is shut down currently and we were not advised of this. It's rather disappointing on that aspect. Hasn't been bad, but no other issues have presented themselves.

Casino is absolutely beautiful! Had a blast and saw alot of winners. I will certainly be back to this location as well as any other MGM locations. 5 star.

This is a very clean fun place. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants inside. The aged steak restaurants was very cool to see. They hang their steaks with a window you can see through. We also played the slots there. They have the rolling stones slot machine if you happened to be looking for it. They have a very awesome arcade as well with an amazing star wars game.

We got a king bed spa room with a Jacuzzi in it. The room is amazing. The hotel staff is polite and the theme of the hotel is fun. We had a problem with our shower (loose screw on the temperature control) but they had it repaired pretty quickly after we asked about it. The only real complaint I have is the food at The American restaurant is awful. I couldn't eat my salad, and it's pretty hard to make a bad salad. Last year we stayed at The Luxor and while we had a blast, we are enjoying NY, NY much more. The rooms are nicer, and the staff much more helpful.

View is great, room is very nice and clean and very quiet. Neat shops and easy to navigate. Only negatives are the crazy long line at check-in and the very grouchy person at the desk. Breakfast at American was great — loved the hash browns!

A hotel that represents very well the spirit of Las Vegas with its emblematic buildings of New York and its roller coaster. Recommended and very beautiful views of the Strip. All the rooms would need a "facelift", it shows already over the years.

A theme casino hotel style New York, here you will find bars and resturants for NYC as Coyote Ugly style. Compared with other casino I find it very small.

Check in she have completely screwed up people. 1 credit card they have held 3 times and 3 times the room but the woman at the counter said she does not work and when the 2 card, the room was booked off 2 times. And now there are problems about money back to get. As rather ride in a different hotel! Or the management should take thoughts on staff.

Terrible EXPERIENCE overall! For the money we paid I was amazed NO COFFEE maker in the room, NO fridge, overall pretty dated and dingy. I spent ALOT of cash in the casino and took my card to the desk and asked if there were a COMP meal for guests playing and staying and they said NOPE! I went across the street to MGM and played a few hours and asked them and they were HAPPY to COMP 2 buffet meals like it was nothing! Also for some reason of all the casinos we went to New York was the WORST at PAYING OUT on slot machines and the WORST CIGARETTE SMOKE of any! Our travel agent even told us we had 2 complimentary buffets with our package and they said at the desk they did NOT show anything for a buffet. Wow. REALLY? Why would you NOT keep a guest HAPPY and have them RETURN next year by providing CUSTOMER SERVICE and give the couple the 2 buffet comp coupons instead of arguing and NOT giving what the travel agent said WAS INCLUDED. Most every other casino we visited seemed to bend over backwards to make us happy. I guess the New York rudeness theme goes with the experience here! We go to Vegas EVERY year and will N-E-V-E-R return to New York New York. Maybe they can put a $10 coffee maker in the rooms but then you would not go down to the lobby to spend $5 for a CUP of coffee. The cheapest Red Roof Inns even have free coffee in the rooms. Come on NY, NY! Oh yea.

Disappointed — In order to receive the free breakfast and lunch buffett you need to give them a my personal credit card which they say will your meal is charged but reversed out by Ny Ny. They charged me $28 dollars which they say is the resort fee. The rooms were charged and fees by the company credit card. They charged my personal credit card the $28. I called up and the lady was rude. I asked to speak with a manager because we were not agreeing. She left me on hold or hung up not sure which. The place is nice but do not give them your credit card up to new york new yorjk or run a tab at a bar in vegas they will take advantage of you.

The stay at the NY was very good. The party publishes such and as a spectacular location, mimicking the streets of NY, and the truth is that people who go to the hotel is very diverse, from young people looking for party to entire families. That if, although summer brings jacket because the air conditioning put it extremely low, spent it fatal cold making there.
The enormous room, only thing wrong with the shower with too much pressure, so much that it did damage, and a tiny closet for a room for four people.
The swimming pool was another disappointment. On the one hand it was lively, with live DJs, cocktails at good prices. But as it is the fair parking lot next to it remained bleak too early and was cold.

I didnt stay at the hotel so I cant say much for that. We came for the show zumanity and it was so much fun. I enjoyed the street eats inside the hotel that were all reasonably priced, which was nice. The casino floor was a good time and I really loved the atmosphere. Valet parking was a breeze.

Went with hubby and two other couples in June 2014 and absolutely loved my stay at NYNY and cant wait to return next June 2015. The atmosphere of the casino was great. The rooms where nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable that on my first night I went to lay down for a power nap of 30mins @7pm and woke up 7am (12 hrs later) Who does that in Vegas. Although the room we had didn't have a great strip view, the mountain view was amazing. I also liked the atmosphere surrounding the hotel. We walked outside one night they were having a party right outside, live Dj and all playing "this is how we do it". I thought that was awesome. I feel that it has everything that you need (restaurants, shopping, club "coyote ugly", and casino) that you really don't have to leave out of the hotel, but who comes to Vegas to stay in. Lol! I will definitely be staying here again when I come in March and June.

Fabulous casino with great atmosphere and a great range of food. However, do not stay there. The rooms are dark, old and smell. The staff are rude, and frankly, just dont want to be at work. The bureaucracy is terrible — my daughter couldnt order a coffee on my account with my licence even though I was standing 10 feet behind her in full view. The staff member insisted I had to walk over to the counter. Just go there, soak up the atmosphere, and stay somewhere else.

We were just there. While the room was pretty nice and the bed was super comfortable, their hospitality could use some work. As could the food. We had a very large group (14) all staying there for a wedding and were offered nothing for the thousands that we all spent there. They don't even offer guests coupons for anything or even 2 for 1 rollercoaster rides. My sister alone spent $500 in the salon and another $500 to upgrade to a suite. The food was not very good for the price they charge for it. When we ate at America, my dad's eggs were wrong and the steaks got mixed up between orders. There was only one other table in there at the time. The pizza and pretzel places on the 2nd floor were horrible and between the two, I spent over $30 for two calzones that were old and over cooked and 2 pretzels. The mexican place on the first floor wasn't very good and we had to wait 30 minutes for them to split the check because they didn't do it when we ordered (I understand we were a large group but that's crazy). The one good thing about that place was the margaritas. Best one I've ever had and it was on the house because the waiter accidentally spilled a quarter sized spot of tea on my wristlet. I told him it was alright and 5 minutes later he brought me the margarita and apologized again.

My husband and I just got done staying here in the "spa suite" and the room was amazing. Having a spa tub in the actual room was seriously the best thing ever. Our view was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. However there were a few down points. First of all our room overlooked the rollercoaster (still a killer view) and every time the rollercoaster would pass you could hear the screams from the people on the coaster. I kid you not the coaster came by every half hour. Another thing was the restaurants are lacking. None of them have the "wow" factor and we ended up going to other hotels for our meals. Lastly the room service menu/food was meh and quite frankly over priced for the quality. We will stay here again but, only because of the room.

My husband and I stayed at the New York-New York Hotel and Casino fro 10/18-10/25. We were very pleased with our stay there. Although not the most luxurious hotel on the strip our room was very clean and all of the staff try hard to please. I had requested a quiet room and was placed on a very high floor at the end of a hallway — very, very quiet indeed. The food choices here were excellent and we had a wonderful meal on my birthday at Gallegher's. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended hotel, a continuous show, in terms of meals at the restaurant America, look for Spanish speakers (Spanish) that there is much difference in the food theme and you can order some toast and they bring you five French toast size potato omelette that neither the best stomach digests it. The clean and spacious rooms.

Excellent location on the main street of Las Vegas. Walking through the hall you will feel like in New York, from the sewers out mist. You can enjoy a rich dogs, mounted on its roller coaster that surrounds the hotel and play whatever you want to your casino.
