Worst check-in and hotel experience I’ve ever had. They’d given away my room so they downgraded me to a dungeon in part of the hotel that’s worse than a roadside motel. Then, they made me stand in a 30 minute line and gave the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Frankly it’s shocking. Do not recommend.

Great place to stay! Everything is great. But Wi-Fi is spotty, keeps turning on and off. Very weak signal. Food is overpriced. But overall service and facilities are great. No fridge, no coffe maker, towels are not soft. But rooms are spacious.

Terrible customer service, dirty rooms, pools were not open, gym was a joke and the communication between gym and front desk was non existent. I was also over charged on my credit card and when I called to ask why I was hung up on. Worst place to stay at. 😡

Clean, comfortable, convenient to the strip. Comparatively reasonably priced. Great shopping and restaurant choices inside the hotel.
Thankful the pool was open while many other hotel pools were closed for the season. Hot tub was under maintenance so had to walk to signature tower… glad to do it but it is a very long inside walk. Most annoying thing was no fridge in the room. No way to save left overs… also pool closes at 4 pm. Too early!

Long lines for everything. Starting with hotel check in… Front desk attendant not able to find out the reservations… wanted us to book again. Highly untrained staff in front desk… on insisting were able to find out my reservations… once done. Went to a in hotel, Chinese food restaurant… super expensive on top of it worse Chinese food I ever had… Morning breakfast again long queue in Avenue cafe inside MGM grand. Half hour wait time… ordered pasta wit Marinara sauce. Simple right… since I am Pure vegetarian … 3 times I confirmed and server confirmed "NO MEAT"… I got Pasta with Marinara sauce … had couple of bites. Realize some chunks are there … ask the server and what I found out. It's MEAT… Thanks MGM grand. For serving and forcing me to eat MEAT… now forcing us saying its fine. Spacious rooms. Excellent Staff. Clean casino with a large variety of games. The Grand Buffet has countless options. I found the food to lack taste, but nice presentation and endless quantity. Disappointed they closed at 3pm. I would gladly stay there again.

Had a great stay in a clean, non-smoking hotel. It’s beautiful and updated. We didn’t have much of a view but it was quiet and very nice!

I just got back from my first stay in Vegas in 18 years. I stayed at the MGM Grand. It was amazing. First, check in was a breeze. The lady at the counter was awesome and gave me directions to the nearest. Then I easily got into my room. After I was in my room, things got a bit hazy after I pounded 12 beers all within 45 minutes. Then the cramps kicked in. I hadn't eaten in days. I dry-heaved over the perfectly clean porcelain toilet in the bathroom. Then I quickly noticed the detail of the south-facing bathroom floor corner and gave a thumbs-up sign to it. I managed to stand up and straighten my tie and then I stumbled out of my front door. Luckily the door closed and locked automatically while I bent down on all-fours holding my door key in-hand. I popped a few things to get my juices flowing for the night to come. I was overflowing with joy at the money I was about to make in the MGM casino. So I stepped into the room that held a magnificent soda vending and ice machine. I crawled on top of the ice machine to connect with its infinite vibrations. The vibration I felt from the ice machine was like riding pillows in a dream of everlasting kitten hugs. Several hours later I realized I was still on top of the ice machine. I quickly identified my room card. Had I been out all night partying with the elite? Or had I simply been trying to navigate from my hotel room to the elevator to go downstairs to the casino? At this point, I may never know.

The MGM Grand was a beautiful hotel from the moment we walked in. Check-in was quick and easy thanks to the app. There’s plenty to do in that hotel alone, and we didn’t even notice that a couple of days had passed before we ventured out onto the strip. The pool took a few minutes to get to but was well worth the walk. There are plenty of restaurants (we frequented Avenue Cafe) and Top Golf is another several minute walk worth taking. The Terrace Suite took the cake and is a major part of the reason we’ll be back next year! Wonderful staff all around, beautiful scenery and great vibes!

MGM Grand is a great, central location to the strip. Rooms are good, but nothing too fancy. There is plenty to do around, including Top golf which you can be shuttled to from the hotel. The David Copperfield show is here as well. It's worth seeing if you have some time. Overall it's a good hotel that I would stay at if it's in your price range.

The MGM is a great hotel to stay at while in Vegas. It is conveniently located on the strip nearby a lot of attractions. You can walk to a lot of things from the MGM. The hotel itself is very nice very clean and great staff. The detractors would be the room is on the smaller side if you get the king bed room. There is no separate bathroom wall so the bathroom is pretty much in the room. Also water was going under the glass walls of the showers and creating puddles outside the shower. MGM has one of the best pool parties in Vegas called "Wet Republic". As long as there isn't a headliner playing it is free for hotel guests to get in. The other pool areas are also big and a lot of seating. 21+ guests can enjoy a separate pool just for them. I would definitely recommend MGM when visiting Vegas.

My wife and I had a great stay at MGM Grand. We stayed in a Stay Well room and loved it! The bed was a bit hard, but we loved the air purifier and aromatherapy unit. We also enjoyed the blackout drapes that allowed us to sleep in. The Stay Well lounge is located near the main reception area was awesome! Very fast check-in. The lounge also had free water and apples during the day. I would consider staying in a Stay Well room again, if I think I can handle the hard bed.

We were at this hotel on the "Ka" show. The show was magnificent and the hotel seemed to me very huge and crowded. There are queues of people everywhere.

The rooms are old. The view is nice. The pool is nice and lively.

A huge hotel-casino with a lot of entertainment programs, shows, stand-ups, visiting artists. And be sure to watch the performance of American Best Dance Crew — Jabbawockeez show.

For my part I found myself in the back of the shoes without any seen and very interfering to sleep.

Beautiful and amazing! Very very Grand. The name definitely fits. We stayed here for 4 nights last week and everything was incredible! It was my husband's birthday and our anniversary so they upgraded us to a bigger room with over 200 more square feet in it. Also she worked with me on the security deposit. I asked her to turn off and Emma tees and she only charged me $204. Positive instead of the normal 400. I had called ahead and spoken to two very rude people before checking in. But the gal that I spoke with to check me in her name is Leilani she was amazing! A bit of advice is just down the road at Ellis Island they have amazing breakfast and lunch specials! We got chicken and waffles which was amazing I think it was like $6.99? They also have a steak and eggs option which was glorious! And I would say that also was $6.99.

The place is not very tasty beat Chinese salad.

Top Golf is a great place to go with friends or family. There are a number of games to play, great food and drinks and luxury bays to hit some balls. It can get a little competitive — but fun! Staff and servers are helpful and knowledgeable. Thankfully they have lefty and kids clubs.

Not worth the price so expensive.

My husband and I stayed here our first time in Vegas. We had a great time! The MGM is HUGE, you don't need to ever leave the hotel grounds if you don't want to but what fun is that? There was a wait at check-in but nothing crazy. We did upgrade to the newly remodeled rooms and they are nice! We didn't have any trouble with loud noises at night and the beds were comfortable. There is a food court with cheaper fast food type meals if you don't want to spend money at the buffet or other restaurants in the hotel. Everything in the mini bar is on a timer. DO NOT move it unless you want to pay for it. Forgetting this tidbit, I picked up a snack to look at it, and quickly realized what I was doing and put it back. We called the front desk and asked if we were going to be charged. They were friendly and told us we wouldn't be charged. That must happen a lot. Overall we had a great stay in Vegas and at the MGM. I would recommend this hotel. However, for my next trip I will try to stay somewhere more central on the strip or in Old Vegas.

It's been a little old. The rooms are standard. In the bathroom zero intimacy as they are open glass doors from above. There's almost no room in the bathroom to leave anything. I think it's better to look for a newer or remodeled hotel. Over the years the quality is low but the price is not, so value for money is not good. Not a sad coffee maker in the room or fridge to drink cold water. It's not worth anything. With the rates and the resort depot at the end each night are minimum 150 dollars and not worth it.

The best casino hotel in Vegas. Everything is possible. Casino, shopping malls, restaurants, nightclub and a multitude of ancillary activities.
All at a decent price.

Quality of the room OK. Too big. Too many people. Stunning at the d of shoes. To meet at least 2 days. You carry your luggage yourself. You're like at the airport for the room!
Nice restaurant but noisy!

Beautiful and great hotel. You find everything inside and it is directly on the strip. You can see that it is the third largest hotel in the world with 6000 rooms. Although I had the least expensive is wide and nicely decorated. Ample shower and climate that can not be lacking. It takes a couple of minutes to get to the lobby you put a couple of minutes as long as the runners are.

The biggest hotel I've ever seen. But the rooms leave much to be desired, and the pool is just a mockery.

We stayed in a West Wing King room. The room was very nice looking and clean. However, it was really lacking in privacy and quiet. We could hear everything in the hallway, even just people walking by quietly. Conversations of people in the hallway could be heard at full volume. The bathroom door was thin and had large gaps so it was not private and we could easily hear each other's bathroom activities. There was no mini fridge or microwave. Coffee was far away and there was always a long line, which was not good for us since we like to drink coffee first thing in the morning. The view was of an alley where people occasionally walked right by our window since we were on the first floor. I would not stay here again.

Very nice hotel in Las Vegas, it's very big! You have to have time to travel around, including the casino is huge. This is David Coperfield's show. It must be very nice to stay.

Had a very nice time. Front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a Grand King Room that had a nice view of NY NY and the other Big Resorts to the left. The room was clean and we had no problems at all. We tried the buffet for brunch and we liked it so much we went back the next day. The pools were nice. One seemed heated and the other we tried not too bad. My only complaint on this trip was that the lazy river was closed for repair. My wife and I hit on quite a few slot machines. A great time indeed!

Great location, easy access to and from the airport. Great selection of food without having to leave the hotel. Rooms were clean and well looked after. Didn't talk to a lot of staff, but the few I did were friendly and helpful. Air quality was a little stinky but it was 4/20 and everyone seemed to either be smoking cigarettes or marijuana. I would definitely go back.

We went to see a David Copperfield event at the theater there. We liked the event and seeing the casino. We didn't like the smoke in the casino, but the theater was not that big and felt more intimate than other events.

MGM Grand Hotel has great experience for Las Vegas travellers when they host interesting event, night clubs, and casino. Mostly, people visit the casino here and they receive voucher to stay at hotel. You can register M-life member card to enjoy benefit. There are some popular night clubs here which tourist can enjoy dancing and music until nearly morning. If you travel with couples or family, you can enjoy at swimming pool. There are several swimming pools at MGM Grand and there are some music event at swimming pool which attract lots of tourist. Stay calm in casino. People who under 18 are not allowed to sit at casino area but they can go through it. Rooms are spacious but the room service is not so great for 5-star hotel. They might focus on casino business.

Everything is old. The ground floor is full of cafes. Circus and Arena. And here is a hotel with insanely long corridors. The room was very clean. The room has no water, no kettle, no toothbrushes and pasta. The fridge…
From the corridor to the room you come in and you're in the toilet! … Everything squeaked and falls apart.
In the buffet Mzhm went and horrified by the quality of food. All sweet and parched at the same time.
The famous River… Closed. Pools are crowded with people.
Cocktail costs 25. $99…
I do not recommend this hotel to the accommodation.

Amazing architecture. You go back crazy about how it is built, how they placed the rooms and in the middle they put a casino. Very good to go to visit.

Very nice hotel but my room was supposed to have a king sais bed and I got one with 2 beds not very good that.

Haven't been a guest at the MGM but my brother and his new wife are staying there on their honeymoon within the next few days. I have been emailing guest services back and forth for a few weeks trying to get some surprises set up for them when they arrive… Destiny and Mindy have went above and beyond helping make sure this is honeymoon they will never forget! Cannot thank the ladies enough for their help, patience and generosity. Outstanding service. Thanks again ladies for helping me out!

Excellent attention, with good shops and excellent restaurants and food curt where you can eat well at moderate price in clean, tidy and comfortable area. Very helpful staff depending on where you are.

Had a great stay. Room on the 16th floor with strip view was freshly refurbished. Hotel is huge, you have to set it. Pool area is great but can be crowded despite the size and you get problems getting a free recliner. Many pretty young party guests on weekends, but it's part of Vegas. Casino is great and offers everything who comes to poker, but should choose a different hotel. Location is OK, personally find Aria, Cosmo or ph or even Bellagio better, because even more central, located. Buffet Restaurant is OK, aria or Wynn I found better, especially in the dessert area and the comparable prices. Those who come to hockey live well at the MGM. T-Mobile Arena and thus the games of the Golden Knights within 10min walking distance. All in all totally OK. Was in the ARIA and Wynn before. Both are clearly more beautiful, just the Wynn, but also significantly more expensive. Price performance at MGM is right. My next stay will be the cosmopolitan.

You must have seen it. Tip: No money at the vending machine at the MGM, the casino takes an additional 8 dollar fee. There are plenty of vending machines on the strip.

Great hotel, casino and shopping centre as well as Congress Center. One of the best in Vegas. It's huge, but you don't get lost, as long as you have good shoes.

Comfortable room. Floors needed vacuumed better. Get use to having to deal with the cigarette smoke in the lobby/ casino area as you maneuver to get to your room, but that's Vegas. Great location on the strip. Nice hotel ships and restaurants. Great spaces for conferences/ meetings.

Just spent a long weekend here and this provides a great casino to go with staying at the Signature. Lots of slot options and plenty of room to roam around and find the machines you like. A fair number of smokers there too but the air wasn't heavy with it, you only really noticed it if you were sitting next to someone smoking. Also conveniently located among the surrounding properties and shops, very easy to get to via sidewalks.

We were there for the David Copperfield show. The show was the hammer. 100 percent further recommendation.

Great location right on the southern end of the strip. Relatively easy access to amenities, plenty of entertainment in house, a decent casino… Not over the top, but not necessarily lacking either. The Grand King Strip View room was adequate. Got a good deal on it but probably won't go back to stay. No coffee maker in the rooms, no mini fridge (which is somewhat standard on the strip), average hygiene products, they had an advertisement over our window (that we paid to upgrade) & that definitely impeded our view, and possibly most of all we had a SERIOUS issue with the power outlets. They were 'loose outlets' where things wouldn't stay plugged into them. My fiance's phone didn't even charge one night even though we had it plugged in. We had to go out more than once with her not having a phone. We also saw Ka, and everyone in our group thought it was enjoyable but not necessarily worth the price of admission. Won't go back to see that either, or recommend it to anyone. Love at The Mirage is by far superior. Anyway, with lots of negatives being written above, I will say that the bed was comfortable, the room was made up & cleaned nicely each night, and it's one of the staples on the strip.

It's the 2nd largest hotel in Las Vegas, and you'll notice that. It takes a good 5-10 minutes to get out at all. Our room with 2 king beds was good and comfortable. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The ice machine on our floor was partly so noisy that you could hear it when it was quiet down to the room. The adjacent free parking garage was not just around the corner. It took a 10 minute walk to get to the car.
The prices often vary depending on when you book it, but it is on average. I would book it again.

Signature wait for MGM. A little recessed, great room and price more attractive than the hotels directly on the strip.

They do a pretty good job of filtering the smoke out of the casino. The only thing is that the air filter could be better around the elevator area for the grand tower. And this is coming from some one super sensitive to smoke. Other than that, all of the staff was extremely friendly and nice. And the hotel has lots of perks with surrounding businesses. You can't go wrong staying here.

My rating is for room accommodations only. My room was clean, but very dated. Decor is out of the 80's. Carpets in the hall were worn. The bath towels were old, thin, … Basically one step above something to wash your car with (unless you have a nice car, then you might pass on these). Clean counts though. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was not available at check in. The desk clerk offered to give me an upgraded room that was available, for an additional fee. Maybe those have reasonable bath towels! I passed. Likely to pass on MGM next time I am in Vegas too.

We were there for the RE/MAX Convention. Room rates were extremely pricey and our room was in the west wing. Compared to other wings of the hotel this one is dark and claustrophobic feeling. The king room was small (bathroom had no door separating from the room itself) and stark with a view of their equipment storage area. For $59/night might be acceptable but not for $159/night plus $40/night room fees charge. On a plus, the staff were all very hospitable and accommodating. However I feel there are lots of better choices to stay.

Don't stay at the hotel! I was just visiting! Close to the strip so the location for me is ideal! On the other hand there are thousands of dining and local options! Keep in mind Q before the parking was free and now it's only free for an hour!

Aunqie is a hotel with many years, still well maintained, very good areas of recreation, and entertainment, very good value for money, good atmosphere.

I went to buy some margaritas at Tacos N Ritas and they were very rich. The food also looked delicious but I didn't taste it. The casino is very big and pretty.

Circus of the Sun Super Show.

It's worth the money to stay on the strip! And MGM has decent strip views from almost every wing! (we had rooms in different wings and compared with our family members). Friendly service, great pool, gym, beautiful spa, and clean rooms. Not all rooms have been renovated, so be sure to check with the hotel first. The hotel is MASSIVE. This can be both good and bad. We enjoyed walking around and having the 19 different restaurants to choose from. Also note that EVERYTHING is additional and quite expensive… not unlike the rest of Vegas! $30 for a fridge rental or a spa pass.

Like all of the well-known hotels on the strip, the MGM Grand is also a huge hotel complex! Relatively south of the strip, everything is within easy walking distance. Check in area mostly very crowded, long waits, but with friendly demand we got a free upgrade, so just ask!
As already mentioned, in this hotel there is felt everything. Large casino area, a world famous nightclub and much more. The pool area is gigantic, but the lazy river pool is only open on weekends!
The rooms are partly used, but in many of the big hotels, if you don't get a freshly renovated one (you are really on).
And parking in the hotel's parking garage costs, which is disappointing.

The hotel is huge and offers incredibly much. However, we were quite disappointed by our room. We have paid for 2 nights without breakfast almost 500 euros. The room was very expensive compared to other hotels on our route, a lot smaller and quite usual (eg. Furniture going out of glue, adhered mirrors, stains on the carpet). A visit to the casino can only be recommended, in terms of hotel rooms we would prefer to take another hotel in the future.

The old hotel, the hardware is inferior to its new open hotel. But the casino is incredibly popular and Ka is here. At the same time, the hotel is located in the middle of the road, where it is convenient.

Room in itself very good, nothing to say the little luxury is there. As well as the hotel itself with its grandeur is beautiful inside and outside. But Impossible said to sleep as it is rated an airport, and so we have a incessant noise (would never come back to this hotel again).

Excellent experience, it has everything, casino, shops, food area, restaurant, ginnasio, pool, shows and everything. Very well located for walking to the main street and all its attractions.

People who need hot water do not live in this hotel, there is neither a refrigerator nor a coffee machine in the room, there is no way to burn hot water at all. Call the front desk, the front desk is particularly arrogant to say that all the rooms do not have a coffee machine, they do not provide coffee machine or hot water. MGM buffet, too expensive and what they offer in the area of the Buffett is of very poor quality, try to eat sushi Rolo in the Buffett and believe me the rice was extremely respect and even hurt the throat when wanting to pass, on the other hand not looking fresh food, and believe me it's not worth the price you pay for this place, it's just the name. Customary, aging hotel. Via booking, the cheap prices are offered and sold. In the so-called Well-Stay Lounge there should be free fruit and a simpler check-out associated with shorter waiting times is possible. No, is not as promised! Fruit: There are only 2 types of apples (green and red). Check out: The lounge only opens from 9am. Before that, like everyone, you have to queue in the long queue in the main hall. For 4 days, the drain in the sink and shower didn't work!

I do not like at all, dark rooms, charge you invented fees, aside from what you already paid to your agency and everything is super expensive, do not come.

I went to the MGM Grand Hotel to see the presentation of Ka from the Cirque de Solei. The presentation was amazing and by the little I could see the place looked clean. Q If I did not think well is that you charge for the parking. I understand if you are charged if you do not use any of their services but I went to a show at your hotel and should give you at least a validation. I stay at the Venetian and there they never charge you for parking your car.

Book and pay before, arrived at 08:00 am almost an hour to check in. The room is ready for 15:00 hours. Bad service. Also paid parking unlike most hotels.

It has affordable prices to very expensive luxury rooms. Service is good though check in takes time in high season but that's for in all hotels. It has a good casino and a variety of shops acceptable among them one of the two Harley Davidson stores that are left on the strip.

The casino looks really great, soooooooooo huge and made really beautiful from the outside. Unfortunately, I didn't have rooms there!

My go to in Las Vegas. Always clean, hardly any trouble. 5 stars if they actually followed through on their promotions. You always get charged for their "freebies" unless you call the corporate office and let them know about their "mistakes". If you have the hour or 2 it takes to correct the situation, they always handle it, but time is money, and usually not worth the hassle for a couple hundred dollars. I'll still go, but I never rely on them to follow through on their "package deals"

Nice hotel, level however under Palazzo or Caesars. Good pool area, but no dayparties! These are fuss in the Wet Republic.

Very large, elegant and with bars, nightclubs, many machines and game tables, rooms elegant and comfortable, in the strip, with restaurants, pool, sporting events, all in one place.

Love this place. My husband and I stayed here for our last two days in Vegas. You do not have to leave the hotel at all. Rooms were nice and clean with nice decor. We had a Spa day that was so nice and relaxing. The massage therapist were great. Our first part of the trip we stayed at the Bellagio, that was a nice hotel but MGM Grand is far better with lots more to do.

You must have made a stop in Las Vegas. Gigantic large but everything well described (signage) We had a super room with great views.

Started here a few nights for a convention. Room was OK, nothing special, could tell some things were aging/dirty but overall not bad. Beds were soft and the AC worked well. Had to watch out for hidden fees like you couldn't open the fridge at all or drink the water bottle. Be smart and find a deal the price was pretty good for our stay. We went to a few other casinos and the MGM had much better air quality. Staff were friendly enough no complaints. 3.5/5

I was expecting a lot more from this hotel since it is one of the most expensive in Vegas. Small rooms with zero services, difficulty to go from the parking lot to the main hall, long list to check in (we were 1 hour in a row! ), escalators not working. I mean, big disappointment.

I've stayed here at least three times. Not disappointed as some reviews note. It's possible to get a good deal on a room here if you do some good research beforehand. The MGM does retain some of it's older characteristics. It can be a long walk if attending an event in one or many of the ballrooms. It's Vegas. All hotels new and old have their perks and/or uniqueness. If you've never walked up and down the strip, it's a good place to start!

We stayed here as tourists nor as guests of the hotel. These mega hotels Ultralussuosi with such ostentation of wealth do not enjoy our admiration.

A good place to go gambling as there's always a open tables with much activity. I just got the cheapest room and didn't like it that much. I was underwhelmed given that it is MGM and after people kept telling me how nice MGM is. The room was also too far from the elevators. Too long a walk. The pool area is nice though.

I was at the Signature at MGM with my family and we had a great time: spacious, very clean and comfortable rooms. The presence of the kitchenette allowed us to manage the stay in Last Vegas in the best way. The staff was very helpful However, high prices for food and drinks often not compensated with adequate quality.

Hotel was overpriced for a standard room. We upgraded to a nicer room on the Grand Wing after gambling which was worth the money. The MGM gets 4 stars because they try and get every cent out of your pocket with unnecessary fees. We purchased a champagne bottle in one of the shops in the hotel, came back to the room and called room service to ask for champagne glasses so we can enjoy some nice champagne in the jacuzzi. In order to just have glasses the MGM requires us to either order room service (food or drink) with an extra $1 fee per glass. The water in the hotel room was not complimentary, paying so much in fees you would think they would at least give you free water since all you do is drink in their hotel. Now the pool, lazy river was free if you are staying in the hotel but if you want a tube you have to buy them at $25, they do not rent them. Also any poolside chair that has any sort of shade cost money. We knew going into this we would be spending tons of money but we didn't expect all these little additional extra fees. I loved the hotel overall, it's beautiful but I'm not sure I would stay there again.

It's a city in the city. Maybe slightly dated, it remains a very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful But beware of the minibar and the items offered for sale in the room: they are charged as soon as they are touched. There are sensors and for the set of adapters you risk the charge of $40.
At the base price, which is particularly convenient, especially on weekdays, however, you have to add: A service fee of $40 for use of the facilities (pools p. E. ) Parking of $12 and of course the taxes to be applied on the total.

Nice place to stay. Breathe taking as soon as you walk into the lobby. Hotel security let us down when someone walked into our room and grabbed one of our luggage bags and started to walk out. I had to stop him. Called security. When security got him they turned around and released him back into the hotel to retrieve some more things of his.? I am as lost as you. What were they thinking. The wife and I only found this out because we stopped to get some answers at the front desk.

Prices very expensive. When you arrive the room had a machine to purify the air pq just to vomit which I did not like and I changed. The new room had a towel outside hanging from the curtain rod of the shower. Should take care of those details. Hotel very large and you feel little care.

We went to the MGM to the dicotea called Hakasan, was very nice and looked after us very well, the only thing that seemed a bit excessive prices on the drinks, but the rest was very good.

The room was good and clean. The staff was friendly and catered to our wishes. The Internet was mega s****. The part of man could log on. And we have used the Internal Laundry. For 5 pairs of socks and 2 pair of jeans for 99. — dollars paid for. Much too expensive.

Do not give them your credit card. They will scheme and rack up bogus charges. Service is horrible. Hotel rooms are dirty. This place is not what it used to be. You're better off to book somewhere else. If you've had bad experiences with MGM resorts. Please report it on Google, Yelp, Bing, Facebook, and Twitter. It's not fair for the countless people who get ripped off and are left with a very bad experience. It deserves a zero. Tres cientos dollares por el deposito. Not the fanciest Hotel on the Strip, but still a good Hotel. Plenty of space, good food, nice staff, very nice rooms.

Visited for Ka. Show was amazing. Did a bit of gambling but didn't have any luck. Maybe next time. Everything seemed nice and clean except for one trashcan I was near. It has a terrible stench of urine. Other than n that everything was great.

I love MGM! We're going back next weekend for my friends bachelor party they have everything you need on property. And the fight is that weekend also. The hotel and casino is massive. Sports book is slightly small and the club hakkasan is pretty good. We usually dine elsewhere but the pool atmosphere is great.

Hotel and casino was fantastic, the only issue and the reason why I am not giving them 5 stars is because of the rudeness from the lobby bartender. This individual acted as if it was a Hassel to serve us a drink and was nicer to the guests around us. My initial thought is because he heard members from our group speaking Spanish. Our party stayed away from that bar the rest of the trip, and had excellent service at the other bars in the hotel.

We started off a bit rocky at this hotel having paid extra to have one of the nicer rooms we were put into a older room — while the view was nice the room was dated they happily changed our room for us to the newer room however in this we got a view of the dumpster. Apart from he view the room was very nice and modern, clean and very relaxing. The staff were helpful and checking in and out was easy.

Beautiful hotel. Room is great. Pool is awesome. Only problem about it was almost every single pool was closed. There is a Lazy River that is only open on weekends and we were staying here for Spring Break almost every kid was staring at the river. There were only 2 pools open. 1 pool was like made for competition and the other pool was a kiddie pool that was only 3 1/2. This is very unfair to other people who stayed in this hotel during school vacation. Horrible decision. Only go to this hotel on weekends. Not weekdays. Very dissapointing.

After flight showed up at 9pm to check in and stood in line for 2 hours to check in. Completely ridiculous. They have quick self kiosk check out why don't they have that for check in? Get to room and find not as advertised. Said refrigerator was available which one would think you have access to put you own stuff in fridge. Nope have to rent one for $25 a day. Total bait and switch. After nowhere with complaint to desk. Realized there was hair still left in tub and stains on sheets. Very crowded location and overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend to worst enemy.

It was a great experience. Rooms were nice. Food was good and filling. Slots seem to be a little on the outdated side and didn't hold my interest as much and I'm a huge slot player. Mlife desk worker was extremely nice and helpful.

Very easy and fast check-in. Room was modern and well cleaned. It was quiet in the room and easy to get the casino floor from the towers as the elevator was very quick. Beds were comfortable, all in all it was a great 2 night stay.

As the name says, this is the most Grand of all hotels. It is not the fanciest, but it has the most things to do. It is big and full of fun. I love going to the Arena to see concerts. Find the underground for quick access to the monorail.

Nice rooms and outstanding service! We were in a regular room, but our friends had a skyloft, which was the bomb! The room service, including the food, was consistently excellent. Dining at Wolfgang Pucks was amazing. The spa experience was very nice, but way overpriced. Had a blast playing blackjack — the dealers are helpful and the drinks are free. Really fun time, all in all.

Great hotel and the service was outstanding. However if you're looking for a non smoking hotel this is not it. We had a fun vacation. The hotel offers easy access to the strip as well as if you're a party goer there's a famous club called hakkasan and is a easy walk back to your hotel room.

In town to surprise my sister for her 40th birthday. Took a handicap accessible room so that we could be on the same floor as hers. Bed is super uncomfortable and my back was killing me this morning. Thought a hot shower might help (no bath in the ADA room). Took approx. Ten minutes for the hot water to warm up, and it lasted for only a few minutes before I had to start adjusting it by increasing the hot water. No fan in the bathroom so it fogs up easily. Went to the hotel gym, without my wallet, but took the room key. The room key didn't work to get me back in, and since I didn't have ID, I was told I had to wait for a manager. Found my wife instead, thinking it would be quicker, but when we tried to get in using her key, it didn't work either. Unfortunately, she had also been in the gym without her ID. It became a whole thing. Ended up being told that putting the card next to our cell phone probably magnetized them or whatever, essentially making it our fault. A nice touch. Now we're back in our room, but my wife is pissed off at me for being unhappy about the hotel stay. 1 star for being willing to put us on the same floor as my sister even though they were clearly busy. That part was cool. My experiences kept me from gambling at the casino, for sure. The MGM had already gotten too much of my money. Hope that's what they were going for, because, if so, they are KILLING IT!

Check in was 50 min. Sucks but I can live with that. I usually like this hotel, but got to my room and it was half cleaned. Concerning. Used glasses. Half empty water bottle by the sink. Dental floss on floor. Carpet was not vacuumed. It's not that it happened. It's what they are doing about it… supposed to be someone coming to take a look and pickup the trash.! I would expect with a mistake like that to get me a different room that is 100%. Currently my friends are eating dinner without me as I wait. If MGM would like to take care of this situation a little better then I would be happy to change the rating and review. I just want a clean room. 548

Stayed overnight for birthday party. Check in was a little lengthy. The room was nice a spacious. King room with desk and chair. Bathroom was interesting. Absolutely no counter space. They went for designer looks rather than usuable space. Hakkassan night club was fun. Very crowded as most clubs are. Check out was fast, but if you wanted express check out, mgn charged an additional $40.

One of the best hotels in the Strip in all senses, shows, casino, recreational areas, restaurants… the service was also very well, but if you are looking for the extravagant spirit of Las Vegas perhaps there are other theme hotels that you like most.

I checked in to MGM Grand after checking out of a Double Tree by Hilton in Los Angeles. Lets just say I was very disappointed by what I got. Vegas or not the room in the West King just sucked. I also can't figure out how they can justify a resort fee? Yea sorry your resort fee is BS. Didn't feel like I was at a resort at all. The picture they show you on the website looks nothing like the room. Very poor Wifi Signal I had to stay on my Verizon LTE the whole time. Bathroom and Room not separated by a real wall or door. Just a glass opaqued doors to toilet and shower. Perhaps I should of spent my money at a newer hotel where the room didn't smell like stale air. Had to put the fan on in order to be able to breath in that room. I paid a whole lot less for the Double Tree and got an awesome room with much friendlier staff. I really dislike the whole casino atmosphere where you over pay for everything.

This Hotel/Casino is phenomenal 100%. This was my second stay at MGM. I took my fiancé to Vegas for Christmas we stayed December 23rd — December 28th. I made reservations online and chose the Tower Spa Suite. Absolute gorgeous spacious room and an amazing hot tub in the bathroom. When we arrived the lady that served us (don't remember her name) well she was extremely kind and very respectful and treated us like royalty. Once we got to the room couldn't ask for anymore just was in awww. Cleaned every day when I asked. I also called room service for a new steam iron and they showed up with one in 15 mins. Every restaurant we made reservations with and every bar we sat at was amazing. Service was excellent food was mouth watering and once again we were treated like royalty. Hakkasan is a jaw dropping experience in its own. My fiancé and I were approached in the casino twice and asked to go on the guest list and got into Hakkasan free twice. Once again treated like royalty we were able to skip that crazy line and just go right in and check in on the guest list. There is many many more things I could say about this hotel that will take too long to list. My fiancé and I are only 21 years old (pretty young) and we were treated with the upmost respect and ROYALTY one of the main things you look for when staying at a hotel in Vegas. I highly recommened this hotel and will be planning on staying here once again the next time I go to Las Vegas in 6 months.

Great Hotel, with excellent management and service. The staff was always helpful and welcoming. We had a minor problem with our room, which was promptly addressed. We were offered free buffet tickets and a refund of the resort fee. The only negative was the tobacco and artificial fragrance odor throughout the resort.

Really enjoyed the visit at the MGM grand. Walking thriugh the casino provided all of the sights and sounds you expect with a Vegas casino, along with excellent and welcoming service. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The interior is a little less impressive than some other hotels and casinos, but still a one of a kind experience.

Excellent hotel right on the strip. Service was very friendly, casino was good, and rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were able to get two adjoining rooms at last minute request no problem. Definitely would stay here again.

Great hotel and Casino. Had all kinds of amenities and a great buffet. Be sure to sign up for the casino's club card for a buffet discount. In a nice and safe area of the city but not on the strip of anywhere near it so keep that in mind. That's a positive in my opinion.

Wow. I have NEVER been to a hotel quite like this one. I attended the Beachbody Coach Summit in 2014 (for work! ) and stayed here since the summit was on their property. When I checked in, I felt like I was at an amusement park as the line was over an hour long! The rooms are pretty big but the entire hotel smells like Vegas. They are people EVERYWHERE. The pluses: GREAT pool (I should say pools) and lazy river and meal options everywhere!

Disappointing customer service. Sink was totally clogged and the room smells like sewage. We didnt have time for an "engineer" to come up and look at the plumbing or change rooms bc we have show tickets! and they wouldnt offer any other solutions. Room is a bit outdated for the "grand" price. No comforter and only 2 pillows per bed. Check in was a fiasco and they actually have a $200 deposit which was not mentioned at all on the website when I booked the room. The building of course is astonishing. But I really expected more from the hotel. Step it up MGM! Or at least provide better customer service when there is an issue. We should never have to deal with plumbing problems while on vacation. It would have been nice if they offered drink or buffet vouchers.

A huge hotel in Las Vegas includes Casino.

MGM Grand is a beautiful hotel and ALL the staff, from front desk, to the maids, to the retail employees made us feel welcome there! I rate MGM a four only because our room, although gorgeous, still had signs of wear and tear and the Wi-Fi just didn't work well. I would however, recommended this hotel for others.

Location is great… on the strip. Easy to walk to other casinos. Rooms are spacious and clean but a little bland. Lot of great restaurants.

This was my first stay at MGM Grand and I must say I was more than happy with the room, stay, service and accomidayions. The concierge service provided my party with exceptional recommendations and follow through with request. The Wet Republic pool day club was exactly what was needed after a long night out. My favorite part was the last river that you could float in for hours enjoying some drinks with friends. I have to recommend going to Hakkasan for some cocktails and food. You'll spend some cash there but it's well worth the experience especially if your going to the club right after dinner. They escort you in right after without waiting in any lines. MGM Grand gets 5 stars from me for the overall experience of exactly what you want when your in Vegas… To get away from the real world and feel like royalty.

This place is really decent and not bad. It's just finding a way to the strip wasn't that easy from the guest elevator to the rooms. All the workers were nice and greeted us.

Went to their poker room. They refused to serve me water for hours after I started winning. Literally, hours without water, or another non-alcoholic beverage. No exaggeration, hours. I'm repeating it several times, because it was over 3 hours, after having waitresses at the table every 10 minutes to serve me alcohol. When I said I didn't want to drink anymore, they stopped serving me water. Recommend this to someone you hate. *The second star is because they have appealing art to look at while dehydrated.

Are miopendejos… it is more q a super hotel, has the best places for the best shows… the truth q class and q quality.

The MGM has gone down hill over the years with regards to staying in the hotel. The casino and restaurants have stayed the same, if not gotten a bit better but the rooms are average to poor. The older rooms aren't too bad but the newer West Wing is, quite honestly, horrific. The rooms are small and stuffy, comparable to inner London cheaper hotels, there was noise from rubbish collection EVERY morning at like 5am, the décor was dark and the walk to the room was epic. The other issue with the MGM is that it's so well known and close to all the extreme budget hotels (from Tropicana and Hooters and Luxor right down to the cheap motels around it) that means the people who congregate in the MGM tend to be of the sort who stay a dozen to a $30 room at weekends. Probably one to avoid, definitely to be avoided for staying in during boxing weekends.

My family had a great 2 day stay at this resort. Great rooms, and even better pools and lazy river. Lots of shops and restaurants inside the hotel, and very close to other casinos (NYNY, Excalibur, Luxor, Mandalay Bay) and other shops. Staff and service was great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Was aweful was some new bed was supposed to be down was like not sleeping on a pile of duck feathers very cheap being stuck all night worst hotel I have ever in my life stayed in never again stayed in 2003 and it was wonderful all the new up grades were a joke absolutely aweful.

Had a blast at my stay at MGM for the UFC fight last weekend. The gambling, food and nightlife were great. However, after packing to go home and once I realized once I got home I forgot a couple shirts in the closet. I know silly me for not checking the closet but after several phone calls that night I got home, the day after and 2 days after I got nowhere. It wasn't until 2 days after I called and they said my shirts were not in the room. So either the cleaning crew has 3 new shirts from express or the new guests in the room do. Funny thing is after several calls they said they needed permission to go up to the room and just check to see if the shirts were in the closet. I even left my name and number but of course no call back. Again its my fault I should have checked the entire room but either the f'ing cleaning staff took them or the d-bag guests kept them for themselves.

The first room we had the AC was busted. Next room we moved to the shower didn't drain and spilled all over the bathroom. Restrooms on the main floor were in terrible condition. The food was very over priced for how mediocre it was. The pungent stagnant air on the main floor in places is enough to choke you. The shows were not very good (other then KA which is why I gave it the second star) Over all I think there are better places to stay on the strip then here.

Worst hotel on the strip. The shows are not worth the price. Food is overpriced, and not worth the price. Rooms are basic and small, and not nearly worth the price you pay. No fridge or microwave in the room so don't even think about leftovers. Housekeeping threw away my wife's glass which we paid $10 for away. Customer service at the desk or anywhere in the hotel is a Joke. The CSI experience is a Joke. I Love the fact that the floors in the hallways are dirty. The bathrooms in the casino were nasty. This has been the worst Vegas experience ever. Always have had a great time in Vegas until this trip and this hotel.

This wasn't the first time I've been to the casino. The place is huge with lot's of table games. Tons of nasty people smoking cigarettes too. The tub in our hotel room was huge and the shower was one of the nicest I've ever been in. The food for room service was really great and open late. I would prefer if this place was non smoking and they kicked out some of the scummy looking people.

So far this hotel sucks. They do not have the accommodations that I booked, I was given misinformation when I called so I was flabbergasted to be charged $200 on my card that they said I may get back within a month, the room is basic, and the staff has not been welcoming nor have they tried to do anything to make the situation better. I was very excited about my first trip to Las Vegas and so far this hotel has dimmed the shine for me. Not to mention the"free" buffet doesn't even exist.

The place to be on NYE Lots of good memories here. One of the best pools. Best music venue Best service. Cool Hakkasan nightclub too with best Djs.

Came here many times while I lived in Vegas for 3 years. I was here when the Hotel burned down in 1980. The fire killed 87 people, most through smoke inhalation. While here Try the Las Vegas Monorail. Gliding above traffic at speeds reaching 50 miles per hour, you'll be able to cover the four-mile route in approximately 14 minutes for $5.00. The Food Court Food has. Pan Asian Express Bonanno's New York Pizzeria Bonanno's features hand tossed Häagen-Dazs Nathan's Famous Hotdogs Tacos N ‘Ritas.

F them and their terrible customer service. My family has spent tens of thousands at MGM resorts with trace history and I was denied entrance to a TV viewing to the fight because I was "late" two hours early and offered $165 to get in! I along with my family will never spend a dime at MGM resorts ever again. I missed boxings greatest show in 25 years due to greed. (I offered $100 in the 6th to stand on the wall).

Awesome Hotel. Only stayed for 2 nights but wow it was amazing. The pool was OUTSTANDING! The food options were perfect for our needs. Buffet could be better for $30pp but it was okay. This place is huge and the casino is huge. We won $65 on the penny slots which was awesome! I would reccomend the grand tower it was spacious and the view from our room (18-134) was beautiful LOVE THE MGM CANT WAIT TO BE BACK.

Booked a grand king room. I had a fabulous view of the strip. This is a big busy hotel. No bellman greeted me even though I arrived in a limo. Had to carry my bag to my room myself and the same upon departure WOW! I expected more from a hotel of this caliber. Everything is here. You really don't need to leave this place. The Saturday and Sunday Champagne brunch was outstanding with endless champagne and food. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Great place for what we paid. We had some absolutely obnoxious people across from us who were extremely loud and aggressive. We filed multiple complaints and had to eventually request a room change. We were given an identical room with a substantially better view. Why weren't we given this "better view" to begin with when we first made our reservation? No upgrades or comps were offered to us, even though we lost hours of sleep, had to file multiple complaints, and had to take time away from our vacation to pack up and move to another room.

Very disappointing when we reached room 5516 we were there from the 3/7/15 to 3/11/15. We asked for two (2) double beds and were given a king size. The room was very sparse small desk, small toilet, small sink, shower was OK but we also asked for a room with bathtub. The lights in the room were so dim and being visually impaired was very difficult to maneuver around. The hotel told us they could not provide any additional lighting. We managed to get around after the 2nd day but this hotel is very very large I guess you would consider"Grand". I would not stay there again.

Overall a nice hotel, and room but it has a few problems. Cheif complaint, eating in any place within MGM Grand proper is expensive, go outside of it to eat, the New York, New York has far cheaper and tastier food even though it's owned by the same company. Even nearer is a foodcourt outside past the Centrifuge bar, which had decent to good but extremely expensive drinks. Hakkasan was right there too and I regret not being able to see Tiesto but the $50 cover charge on even a normal night was an instant turn off. The buffet was expensive and was about as good as a $10 chinese buffet in BFE. The only thing that made it sorta worth it was the unlimited drink addon. Smoke was strongly smelt throughout, even far removed on the 15th floor from the lobby and a floor away from the Stay Well health spa rooms, my husband had problems breathing as did I. We had to open the slat on our window for fresh air. Gambling was great, I really enjoyed the gaming experience. I felt safe and it was chillax, although you have to wager at least $500 to see your first comp. The slots were typical as far as winnings and losses. The tables had high minimum buy ins and playing blackjack was exactly what I expected. The cocktail waitresses are few and far between though I had more luck getting a $10 neck massage which was almost always worth it, for which I paid for and tipped in casino chips.

Stayed in the Grand Tower. 23 floor, great view! Linens were perfect, the mattress was super comfortable. The pillows where very hard though. Had to sleep with none. (previously broken neck) Room was a very good size and very clean. Save for a few mold spots in the tub/shower. The restaurants are for the most part very good quality and variety. (although some are outlandishly expensive) the drinks are tasty, but if there is any alcohol in the margaritas, we didn't find it, we are both small women (and light weights) one drink is plenty, normally. We both had two and decided the $12.00 per drink price tag was not worth it. The live music shows were a blast! We were there for the Swon Brothers. The service anywhere in the building is top notch, and friendly. The location is nice, and fairly central. The monorail is $12.00 to get around all day and will reach all but the Madolay and Luxor, but cabs to there are on $9.00. (pretty cheap) DONT book the airport shuttle via Expedia, you might or might not get a shuttle, it might or might not, be on time. A cab or a "hotel" provided shuttle will probably leave you a lot less stressed about making it to the air port for security check in and flight time, simply because they are dedicated. If you are on a budget, be aware of the $32.48 (with tax) DAILY additional resort fee and tax. And really watch your bill. I had alot of extra charges, my food and drink credit was not applied and I was billed a $256.

Poor housekeeping this past weekend. Shower was not clean, shower amenities were not replaced, the shower looked like it was just used, and there was a towel on the shower floor. I called house keeping to get some new amenities and towels, they didn't deliver them, and then transferred me to the front desk and I waited for 10 minutes before I hung up. There was no housekeeping service the next day either. We found a cart and took towels and shampoo. I then told them this on check out and they apologized and blamed it on being busy for the show this weekend. If you want to be a first class hotel/resort, then you need to prepare for such events, no excuses. Basic hotel accommodations were not met on this trip. I've stayed here before and received much better service.

I booked a West Tower King room 6 weeks in advance. When I booked, the resort was offering a special with a $50 food credit if you stayed two nights or more. When we arrived at the MGM on Oct. 14th. I was told that the type room I booked wasn't available so they would upgrade us. Some upgrade, we were given a first floor room in the south corridor with No View, construction right outside our window and a shower that would flood the bathroom floor when used. They also wouldn't honor the $50 food credit because it didn't print out on my itinerary. I even pulled up their website on my phone and showed them the offer, but because it didn't print the resort would not honor it. We complained but it did no good since there was a large number of conventions in town and we were in town for my son's (an Iraq War combat wounded Veteran) wedding. I would not recommend the MGM to anyone. We were treated just awful.

I recently stayed at MGM for four nights in late September/early October. Check in was pretty quick and courteous, and kept the large line moving at a steady rate. Getting to the room was pretty easy from the front desk as well. The room in the Grand Tower was excellent, with the only minus of the stay being the bathtub/shower. The tub was very small in comparison to what I've seen at other hotels I've stayed at, as I could barely fit inside, and the water pressure from the shower was terrible. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. There are a plentiful amount of good food and drink options inside. The size of the place might be a bit off-putting to some, but for me it was not an issue. I would definitely stay at MGM again, and would highly recommend it as a place to stay on the south end of the strip.
