Reviews of M Resort Spa & Casino 4*
I love being here for conferences — it’s clean affordable tables to play and a great pool and spa.
Very Nice, clean, quiet bc it’s not on the strip but I don’t mind bc less crowded, no traffic in and out. I love it. Mountain View or strip view room are awesome. I’ll visit again.
Unfortunately, I must say there weren’t very hospitable! We had a huge convention of attendees for the Pilates PMA and they wouldn’t even allow us to take the spa robes to our room as if we were going to steal them! We attended for 5 days and didn’t use the amenities bcuz of such behavior!
Very clean and up to date. Its not on the strip, so it's costly to get to the strip. Jackpots hit on the Machines. Pools look really nice. They aren't Open year around tho. Comps aren't to bad. They do pick up from the Airport.
What a nightmare of an experience with the pool staff and the entire security team at this resort. The ignorant pool staff dumped out my entire bag and told me that prescription medication is not allowed in the pool area. I had a bottle of Advil. Without complaining, I took it back to my room and went back to the entrance for the pool. The same two pool staff members refused to let me in, proceeded to harass me, then trespassed me after I had been at the pool all day. They then threatened me and my wife for allegedly not complying. The two staff members who started the problems need to be fired immediately. The one individual who started this whole mess by lying to her superiors is named Amie. She had the audacity to blatantly lie about the situation and then her superiors chose to believe her over me and my wife. Then, when I asked repeatedly to please pull up the video cameras, they ignored me and said what’s done is done. They then tried to embarrass us by walking with us to get our belongings. I informed the police department of their incompetence and will be pursuing legal action against the pool staff and the entire security team. For the record, the waitresses at the pool were amazing. They even shook their heads at the pool and security staff for their power trip. And security there has to be the most uneducated individuals to ever put on a Hanes Cotton T-Shirt that says security on it. What an embarrassment to the establishment.
Beautiful hotel and the pool, bars and restaurant are fabulous.
Enjoyed the bar, good food, great employees. Beautiful clean environment. Definitely will be our Casino to visit.
My wife and I are regular customers… weekly. To unwind and remove stress. We play our fave slots. : to win or to lose but in return we gather certain points for free dining and free play. We highly recommend M Resort And Casino specially to seniors like us.
Had a great time. Beautiful pool. Great service. 😁
It was amazing I got to chill relax and enjoy all the things that the resort had to offer. Plus my company php held the greatest race 2022 and it was awesome. I recommend if your in vegas you need to check out the m spa and resort.
Fun Place to Be. Lots of Great Staff and Beautiful Views from the Top Floor.
The best restaurants and a beautiful place to stay.
Great staff very friendly and the food is very good.
Bad manager service in the casino. All excellent service and very friendly employees. But I will not return because of the bad service from the casino manager.
Great atmosphere, great customer service and great people.
I went to have a drink and heard live music. It was perfect atmosphere for me and they made me a delicious bloody mary. I haven't had the pleasure to get a room there but it looks nice and classy.
Quiet friendly hotel away from the strip, food is good and reasonable prices at the Raiders Tavern and Grill.
Very clean and reasonably priced, great experience so far. Would definitely recommend.
Great hotel! Good food! Great service and employees!
IIm new to Henderson & this place is stingy & tight. Cheating me outta free play & all. Not recommended ongoing! Too many places in LV to chose from to get treated poorly.
Wonderful place. Food is tops too!
Beautiful rooms and buffet was good, unfortunately the pool was close during this time of year. Would go back.
Their buffett is exceptional! They are kinda out of the way but it’s worth the drive.
Excellent foodstuffs,, exceptional and great customer service.
Horrible treatment to it’s top players! They abuse their customers! They do not treat people right they don’t want to comp so they start 86 and all the good customers out of here crappy Casino crappy people crappy place, and the host do not give good service! Stay away! And their machines are too tight! It’s sad the new management sucks I thought they were nice when they got there and then just horrible horrible mean people! Encourage you to gamble✌ and then they try to steal from you! Run for your life stay away! Very mean to Locals and that’s the only business they get besides cal! ✌
It’s a great place if you don’t like a lot of traffic away from the strip. Great and friendly place to just go and relax.
Enjoyable, relaxing, great restaurants, and friendly staff.
Very nice, helpful staff. Amazing rooms, I 10/10 recommend this place! I will always stay here whenever I come to Vegas.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and great drinks!
Beautiful place, friendly staff, very spacious room❤️❤️❤️❤️
Excellent service, delicious food and the staff members are great.
Great Casino. Great concert that I attended tonight put on by Justin Shandor. Good food and easy parking.
A relaxing place to be. Clean and friendly staff.
This place is what Vegas was. Classy, on point with service, and elegant. Buffet had huge selection, staff were amazing. The valet guys were opening doors for Uber’s. This place makes you feel special.
If you stay in Vegas stay away from the strip, this is impressive.
Wonderful experience. Jill gave me an excellent massage.
The M Resort has beautiful, very quiet rooms. The pool area is great as well. Just love the vibe there. Very chill, great odds at gambling. 32 degrees is a fun place to play vp and sip some craft beer and watch a game. Love the M!
Was very disappointed in the sea food buffet. It seems it has gone down hill over the years. But I will say, the slot machine attendant was great, and had a great sense of humor, as I did enjoy my big win. He made sure I was paid what I had won. And the tech guys, were great also. Again, great sense of humor. (told my wife I only won 13$) these guy stuck with my tale… Lol.
This is a beautiful hotel. It's not in the center of the strip like the others but the drive is definitely worth it. Very modern like and the decor is very stunning. Staff are very friendly and did enjoy their buffet as well. This is definitely one of my favorite buffets in Vegas. They have a great selection of food here. Also, I like how they have alcohol serve with the buffet too. Can't forget the desserts. So many tasty treats. Definitely recommend this place to eat and explore.
They have one of the best buffet period! The value is beyond good, that's probably why you usually have to wait a long time to get in. All of the food was freshly made, with tons of variety! Definitely hit up that prime rib lunch because man the prime rib was delish! Perfectly cooked medium rare and wasn't dry and flavorless like some of the other on strip buffet. One thing my wife really appreciated was the streamed crab legs that were still warm! So much better than those cold legs. Lastly the coconut rum sherbet is amazing! So smooth and flavorful ugh I'm going to be craving that for days!
Every trip to Vegas includes a trip to the M. I love it there. The dealers, servers and facilities are great. I like dealers who are willing to chat and give a lil advice and way more often than not, they are those things. This last trip, I finally had a chance to eat at their Steak house. I'd give the Dry Agreed Bone In Rib Eye I enjoyed an 8/10. The sides of which I enjoyed the mushrooms and creamed spinach I'd give 9/10. The service was pretty great too. I thought the cost was very fair for what the experience was. The only thing I hope they add is a Porterhouse steak.
As far as Vegas casinos go the M is pretty fancy. Plenty to look at inside from the artwork and design. It's a very clean establishment too without that strong smoke odor that some casinos have even in their smoke free sections. The gaming options are limited in numbers but the table games are nicely placed near the front entrance and the slots are seemingly all very new games. Definitely worth a walk through when you are in the south Vegas area.
This is my fourth visit with in the past year. We stay here because of the great offers. It is extremely far away from the downtown strip, so it all depends on what you’re looking for when you come to Las Vegas, if you will like your stay or not. The steakhouse is great, and had one of the best steaks we have had in many years, including the lamb which was superb! They had closed down the adult pool, (with the lifeguard’s explanation was saying since school is back in session…) which was a real bummer for us, because there were lots of kids and kid/toddler activity, going on at the pool, which we did not like. We don’t mind staying far off of the strip, so for us, it is a very nice stay and plenty of food options available.
This place is absolutely incredible. Probably the best value in Las Vegas. Sure you can find better at Aria or Caesars Buffet, but for the price difference it's less than half the cost of those nice end buffets. They have an unbelievable amount of selections. All very creative and unique and tasty. On top of all this great food they serve you free beer good craft beer too. This place gets 5 stars all day only drawback is it is about 14 miles from the strip.
The buffet's going off here. Perhaps the best in Vegas.
Amazing! We stayed in one of the two story suites and it was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. There was even a personal elevator in our room which basically only took you from the first floor of your room to the second floor. The bathroom was pretty nice too cause the whole room was glass, had to put the shades down to make sure you get privacy but other than that the bathroom felt like you were walking into a spa. The buffet you cannot beat either, it was about $40 for dinner with alcohol included. I could not beat that price. Definitely coming back to stay in that suite again!
We have been going to the buffet for about 7 years now. We always go on the weekends. We have been noticing the buffet food has made some changes and they are not good. We used to love coming but the other night we pretty much said no more. For the dollar amount it is not worth it any more. They used to have long lines to get in and now you almost get in right away. I even heard a new person say the crab leg were skinny they had no meat in them. That was true they were not much to eat. They seem like they have added more Asian food to the buffet and that is not even that good. I usually just eat the food and don’t complain about things but this time I have too. Coupons or not I don’t know if will be back…
Just ate at their seafood buffet two weeks ago. Pricey but worth it. The best lobster bisque I've ever had! Great salmon. All you can drink champagne and beer. Wide selection. You can't be disappointed.
This resort is by far one of the best places to visit near Las Vegas! We had pretty much given up on Vegas as a go to point because of the grumpy workers all over the strip. We decided to try a little something different after ready the reviews of the Buffet here, and boy are we glad we did! We started off by playing a little Black Jack and the dealer Nicholas was amazing! His personality was one for the books! Every corner we turned the workers were smiling, friendly and helpful! This was the "Vegas" experience we were missing! The Resort is gorgeous and everything was above and beyond our expectations! We will definitely be back!
The M is graciously allowing locals in for summer swim for a nominal fee. The M is a first class Las Vegas Strip Hotel and Casino… They have all the amenities that all the Las Vegas Strip Hotels do… They are at the very end of the Strip but with a free bus ride or a Lift ride, You can go and do whatever… Food is good, prices are good, and a good time can be expected at the M.
This is strictly about my stay at the hotel, I did not use their Casino area. Positive: Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly Negative: 1. ) My room had no coffee pot, fridge or microwave. These are common staples for all hotels and I have no clue why they would not provide that here. (One star lost) 2. ) Gym is connected to the SPA, which means that it is closed early and opened late. That and it had very little equipment. (One star lost) 3. ) Pool is closed at 7pm… Who the hell closes the pool so early? This is my biggest complaint and would take 2 stars if I felt like this place didn't deserve at least 2 starts overall. This place could be great if it wasn't for those things.
We hit the M basically every trip in &/or out of Vegas about a half dozen times a year. Love the sports book! Deli, buffet & restaurant are amazing too. Such a beautiful casino… Can't wait to stay there one day.
I've been a member of the M Resort players program for the past 3 years now. I have never been more disappointed in the hotel and their management than I've been today. I'm a celebrity card holder and I was sent vouchers for hotel stay and dining credits. I decided to wait until Mother's Day to use the credits for my mom and family. I checked all the fine print to make sure there were no exclusions to the dining credit, for instance days that we cannot use it. Only to drive about 45 minutes there with my family and come to find out that this is the ONLY day they are not allowing the dining credits to be used. TERRIBLE communication on the part of M resort! Way to put people and families in a terrible position and not even care or bother to male amends for it.
Very nice hotel/resort off the strip. Great place to stay if you don't want to stay on the strip. About a 10 min drive to the strip. Shuttles offered to the Tropicana on the strip. Very good restaurants (6 on the property), huge casino, nice pool area. A little more family friendly (if there is such a thing in Vegas).
The M resort in Las Vegas is easy to find. It's the first one you see on St Rose parkway as you drive in on I — 15 north or the last one as you drive South on Las Vegas Blvd. I went there at the urging of friends for the buffet. I thought $16.99 was a little pricey but it's well worth it. Get their player's club card to get this price. Then dig into their 200 item (that's what they told me — I can't count that high) buffet. You get your choice of beverages; soda, milk, orange juice and I was told they have beer and wine. Leave room for the dessert bar; cakes, pies, cookies, and gelato in about 16 flavors. Again, I didn't count em. Dinner starts at 2:30 and the price goes up, but I'm sure you'll be happy with lunch.
I love this oasis away from the strip. It is so quiet, clean, and comfortable. The Hostile Grape is an excellent spot to take a date. The rooms are so new and cozy. It is an amazing location that needs to be visited.
Excellent service. Excellent food. Loved it.
I absolutely hate Las Vegas but I had to stay here for a conference. Rented two rooms. Everything was super nice neat clean and so on. The breakfast was really good at that restaurant that's by the bar. Also it came very handy that the pastry place by the main elevators had espresso. That truly made my day :-)
Nice though away from Vegas. Cozy and comfortable. Excellent buffet where you can go around the culinary world from the Oriental, Indiana, the classic American.
I loved having a lot of fun playing and taking with my partner and friends.
Check in was smooth. Bellmen and valet staff were amazing. Housekeeping was sketchy. Room was very dusty when we got in and sheets were stained with some holes in them. Had to get them switched out. Second floor view kind of sucks, kinda. Room service was ok. I ordered the pancakes for breakfast, did not turn out to be my favorite. Buyer beware, room service is expensive. For the price, it's a pretty good deal. I think next time we come, we will try elsewhere. I've had better stay cations. The gym is only open when the SPA is and it's a long way off from the room. Very nice pool, fairly long distance from the strip. However, easy access to the I15 make it easy to get to.
We went to the supper buffet and enjoyed it immensely. We arrived early so as to beat the crowd. The food choices were extensive with some terrific meat. Turns out they have unlimited wine and beer. A nice feature that most buffets don't offer. Service was prompt and attentive. Good decision to go here.
Mmmmm the buffet D this place is unique.
Great place to stay while in Vegas. The food is unbelievable. Anthony's is a phenomenal place for a steak dinner. Drinks are relatively less expensive and there are several great bars yo chose from. The gambling was top notch compared to the resorts on the strip, less crowded, and a great wait staff. All dealers were more than willing to help if that was needed. Staff all around was fantastic and there to make our stay great. I definitely recommend staying here while in Vegas.
Enjoyed the shows as well as seeing a movie. Of course, there was gambling, buti felt the diversity of things to do was refreshing. One can catch their breath and enjoy the moment more fully. Drinks could have been better though. Food was good and reasonably priced.
This resort is off a little ways from the strip — and this is what makes it perfect! The design, color scheme, decorations are all pleasing to the eye and even slightly subdued to help relax even more. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was exceptional. Overall, if you're looking for a touch of the Vegas experience, without the hustle and bustle, this should be your first choice. The M has plenty of gambling to the heart's content, and pleasant vibes to soak in for relaxation. 5 stars — No Doubt About It!
I enjoy this casino, as it is a nice break from the Strip. I prefer slots and they have a great variety to chose from with decent payouts. Of course you should never expect to hit the big jackpots, but I always see people winning and having fun here. I also like the large space, so you don't feel crammed in, and there is plenty of room to negotiate the casino floor easily. They have a good reasonably priced buffet. I have not experienced any of the other food establishments there, so I'm not familiar with other choices. The parking is still free, unlike the casinos on the Strip, so that's another advantage.
Great Resort. Fantastic service and great food. Was at the M Resort for a conference. They did an outstanding job. It is not a "big box strip resort" but a smaller resort where they care. Thanks for a great stay.
Without doubt, the nicest place to go in Vegas if you don't like noise, smoke and crowds. Great staff, good games, really good food at the burger restaurant. Be careful ordering breakfast there, you will get way more than you can eat. Bit pricey, but worth every penny!
Very large and nice room super Nice casino.
Was there for a wonderful holiday buffet ~ better than the Strip buffets — including Paris Casino and Bellagio Resort buffets. Bonus: no parking fees and shorter line. Also, included in buffet price was all the champagne, wine and beer that you wanted. Staff and waiters were really friendly. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Nevada! Good work, M Resort and Casino and thanks for making Christmas Day special!
Gorgeous casino and a beautiful room. Check-in was a breeze and the FD agent gave us a few options on room preference which is always appreciated. We ended up getting a room with a great view of the Vegas valley which was a joy to look at as the sun came up. The second night we were kept awake by some loud music from uostairs. Unfortunately for us it was from an event being held on the top floor. The FD staff again was very friendly and apologized. It wasn't ideal but the party was ending at a reasonable time so I couldn't really hold that against them. Room service was fast and delicious while still being reasonably priced — — which was a surprise for a 4 star resort.
We came to the M for the Studio B buffet and it was WELL worth the drive outside of Vegas to do so. The lunch special of Prime Rib was amazing and the seafood buffet after was not a disappointment. The crab was amazing whether you had hot or cold, shrimp were CLEANED and I ate a ton — not to mention there are over 200 items to choose from, no matter what time of day you go. Staff were friendly, although our waitress wasn't much for smiling, but kept our drinks full. Buffet includes mimosas, beer and wine. I think what I loved most is that this resort, on a Friday evening, was not only quiet, but not smokey and horrible. Great gift shop, well priced items and snacks for the car ride back home, too.
I have worked Las Vegas as a Stagehands fo 15 yrs. Working most of the major casinos in Las Vegas. The M Resort I worked one time and it was a pleasure. The M offers free parking from the first moment I walked in I was greeted and offered assistance to my location, which was a ballroom. The casino is clean the floors and carpets, the back hallways we're spotless, the bathrooms kept excellent. The staff very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and priced affordable. I would recommend The M Resort anytime as a very nice and friendly place for fun or business meetings.
I love this casino. It has a relaxing atmosphere even though there are bells and whistles from slot machines. The restaurants have great food and even the buffet is worth a try! The slot machines are rotated frequently and blend a nice variety of classics and innovative new games. The machines are not stingy and allow you to experience "bonus" rounds at a frequent rate. We will definitely be returning!
Clean, tidy and modern. But there are closed services like the pool and they charge igial the additional per resort.
My husband and I were actually staying at the Luxor the night of the mass shooting that took place on October 1st. With all the confusion and chaos we found ourselves on the street, unable to get back into our hotel. After a few hours we managed to get a taxi. We just told the taxi to take us far away to a nice hotel. He brought us to the M. The M was amazing! The staff were so kind and accommodating. They gave us water bottles and really made us feel safe and welcome even though we looked pretty rough and many of us without shoes. :) The hotel is gorgeous! Rooms are classy and clean! Our entire stay was a wonderful. I hope to go back under better circumstances.
It eats rich there is a variety of food, fruits, delicious desserts; and the best of all is the attention they give the customer a lot of grace.
Feels clean and bright. Hardly any cigarette smoke. Pool area is very nice, large. Buffet has lots of options and is easy to walk through, tables are not cramped.
Nice casino, not crowded. The 32 Degree Bar has a great selection of craft brews & the pub food is very good as is the service. Highly recommend it. Can't speak to the table games or slots. I enjoyed the beer and food more. Didn't look like anyone out there was as content as we were.
Very good reception by a very qualified staff.
Very large room as well as bathroom.
Lack of bath products is a bit of a pity
Otherwise very nice place for relaxation.
One of my favorite places to stay if I want to get away from the strip. Clean, with modern decor and awesome casino. Food choices are very good (jayde fuzion is great, all you can eat sushi for $25). The pool is nice and normally pretty calm. Rooms are fantastic. Could not recommend more.
We have been enjoying our self there. When we got player card we got to spin for some free play. So we will telling my brother in law about how nice it was. He came out with me and got a card. But they told him they never do a spin for play. Checked the machine and no free play. Then I got a flyer that had free play and prizes on the card but my husband who signed up on the same day didn't get anything.
Free swimming pool. Room OK.
It used to be great here. The ambiance was nice and the staff all very friendly… But now it's filled with angry old people with nothing but hatred for every one else… I'm guessing m resort likes those older crowd and they sure are shooting for them all the awesome senior rewards and tournaments and gifts.
Great, plenty of room to play and the buffet is large and varied. Very very good.
Sadly the M is very far away from the strip and it does its best to cater to the locals but since Penn gaming took over, good luck trying to win anything. All new machines that you'll barely recognize from your old favorites. Prices aren't cheap for food either. Just a shot down the road to south point and you can catch breakfast and full comfortable sit down cafe over a deli and only pay $3, 4.00 for whole meal. Rooms are also $300, $400 a night. Pool is average with no DJ unless you go to daydream for an added expense. It's very nice place but don't forget your cash.
Rick at the front desk is amazing! He noticed how exhausting we were and quickly checked us in. He apparently overheard our conversation and based on that, he upgraded us to a beautiful room with a strip view AND sent chocolate covered strawberries to our room. The room is clean and very pleasant, the view is just astonishing. The casino area is not crowded and the games kept us entertained. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
What to say about this hotel it is beautiful, it is located a bit outside the city but very close to just 5 min by car, if you like the quiet it is the top.
Clean hotel not covered in smoke like some of the other casinos. Friendly staff, usually stays out of the way. Decent places to eat. Hotel rooms are clean and generally have a nice view. The suites are really modern, airy, and have an almost zen feel to them. Unfortunately the pool gets super crowded in the summer months and tends to smell like beer from all the drunk guests.
Great spot for locals. M-TH you can get in free to the pool area before noon. Not a lot of shade though. And they arw VERY strict about outside food and beverages (even bottled water).
Great place to have a conference! The spacial design of the casino is very open and transitions well from inside to outside spaces; definitely great for those of us who are a bit claustrophobic. This casino is roughly ten miles away from the strip which can be great or not so great depending on the purpose of your visit. It is a peaceful diversion from the hustle of the usual Las Vegas experience.
The best place in Vegas. Quiet, classy, yummy, relaxing, and fun.
We are from Texas and our experience at the M resort was breath taking I don't believe that Las Vegas dose not have a better place to offer someone to enjoy their family trip… Thanks to all host and dealers at the casino floor we couldn't ask for a better experience!
Very nice resort, with very good customer service. Four restaurants on site, a spa, and a gorgeous pool. Had a plumbing issue in the room (flood) the handling of the whole situation was superb. I will stay again and pass the word on.
If you are a Vegas local and live in the Southwest, you have to visit the M Resort. Tons of giveaways every week, great payouts on video poker, and Belvedere out of the beverage gun. In the summer, they have a great pool for the families and a party pool that gets crazy on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This place trumps Southpoint and Silverton for the area. Cheap gas at the Arco too.
It is a very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. The seafood buffet was very good and the burger restaurant had good food as well. It is a decent way off the strip though, so need a rental car or use taxis or uber.
I have been a visitor to the M resort in Las Vegas since the first day they opened. I have become more disappointed every time. Even though the M has created a pleasant clean atmosphere, they have taken away many of the amenities that I look for in a locals casino. The cost of table games like pai gow are constantly 10$ or higher. I have not won on a machine there for many years. They have stopped offering prizes, but they still give comps for their buffet. They used to have walk up soda fountains, which they have removed. The buffet quality has gone down. The crab on crab night is not good quality and typically stale. Now the desserts at the buffet are amazing and I recommend trying them all. Over all the service at the M has declined. I would love for the M to go back to the way they were when they opened, the service was amazing and the food was top. When you have a resort destination I didn't mind losing because I felt like I was at a top notch hotel.
We had dinner at Marinelli's Pasta Bar the service was great, we had a very nice view. The fried zucchini was very very good it still had a crunch to it so it was not over done, like most fried zucchini. The pasta was tasty. We had a very nice dinner out.
Being a local Hendersonite, it's great to take some time during the summer to cool off that The M Resort Pool. For locals, it is $15-25 for the day (depending on the day of the week) and you can use the spa as well to shower, shave, relax in the sauna or private jacuzzi's (you even get your own private locker, sandals, and a robe to use). The main pool area is relaxing and has plenty of casual lounge chairs to lay on. If you plan on spending $50+ on food/drinks, you can relax in one of the double-wide pool beds. Cabanas are even available for rent with their own 3-person jacuzzi, fridge, TV, safe, couch, and lounge chairs. This pool area has two outdoor hot tubs and a couple of restrooms to use without having to go inside to the spa. The bar area is a great place to sit under a covering and enjoy your lunch. There is also a cafeteria that is open from time to time for different types of snack foods. The private pool is for those over 21 and allows a more party feel to the environment. Overall, I enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the services offered at this pool. It is a great place to relax and get tanned while having food and beverages served to you by the waitresses.
Stopped for buffet and to play for a few hours. Very beautiful casino. Clean. Friendly staff. Excellent buffet. Variety of very tasty food and dessert. Beer and wine and cappuccino included in very good price. Will definitely will be booking room for our next trip.
Love this place. Buffet is overrated but everything else is great. Ambience is wonderful. Always a $5 table game available. Can't beat it.
Convenient location, close to freeway. Clean, large, well appointed rooms. Very comfortable bed. Large well arranged bath facilitys. Didn't see to much of the casino as we were visiting family and didn't spend much time there.
Went to the M for a company Christmas party in the Lux. It was a very nice establishment. The view from the balcony is beautiful at night with being able to see all the city lights of las Vegas Boulevard. Staff was nice. Food was great. View was awesome.
A few miles south of the strip, this is one of my favorites places to visit in vegas. Since its not surrounded by any skyscrapers, it sits alone and is absolutely stunning as you approach it. I like to play at casinos off the strip as my odds are better and I find success here. The inside is equally beautifully and its a very clean resort and casino. Theres a nice steakhouse and dessert shoppe inside. I cant remember the names but these are worth the visit when you go to the M.
The M Resort is a nice place but they're confused who to market to. They act like a Strip casino but they're on a local neighborhood. Table games supervisors don't really watch the games so your average bet is never correct. Hosts are not really table game oriented. The people running their social media are rude. Bottle Line: it's a beautiful property but you'd be better off going elsewhere.
Nice modern casino on the southern side of town. Plenty of free parking. The pool area is pretty cool. The line for the buffet can be long and slow. Can't get kids into all the restaurants.
We love staying here for staycations. Employees are super nice — maids, casino employees, front desk. It's clean, well taken care of and welcoming. Rooms are super clean and modern. Pastry cafe downstairs has a good variety of delicious desserts and ice cream. The buffet is really good! I love that it's not commercialized and generic. All restaurants and cafes seem to be owned by the resort and run by people who care. Food is great as well. If I could change one thing it would be make it non-smoking like it used to be. Can't spend much time on the casino floor due to asthma, although they do a pretty good job keeping up with smoke control up for now.
Amazing service and facilities! Great shuttle service for transport to and from the airport and Strip, although it was easy to find reasons to stay at the M. Will come back!
Very nice, clean rooms. Great view. Only problem was that you had to pay extra for internet.
It's a fairly small casino, but everything is easily reached from about anywhere. It looks stunning, very modern and nice ambiance. Service is ok, nothing spectacular, but not terrible. The bakery place has very good pastries, but that's about it. The sushi place, being all you can eat, I know it isn't high quality. Wasn't too bad for the price. Nigiri is tiny fish with big piece of rice. Miso soup was excellent. Rolls lacked some flavor, I needed to douse in soy sauce. Service at the sushi place was decent, but it was near empty, not sure how it'd be if it was half busy. The room is very nice looking but lacks many things like coffee, fridge, and decent TV. the air conditioner thumps cracks and hums all night, terrible. Bathrooms looks nice, but the water pressure was very weak, very weak. At the tables, it seems the dealers are girly new. Many mistakes, not seeing what's going on. Sometimes they would have to stop because the pit supervisor is training them or disciplining them during the game… Twice they didn't see my insurance, and had to relay the cards and chips. Few dealers are very cold and no personality whatsoever, but a few were very nice and charming, making it fun. All in all, I'd probably try another casino much closer to the strip.
Super place. I recommend It… To place with a excellent buffet.
1st time here and I am very impressed. Clean comfortable updated room. Facility and casino is very nice. Food great! Pool Excellent, staff superb, there's no need to go to the strip. Rates are reasonable. I will stay at this resort every time I visit.
Pool is nice-was not crowded:). While at pool, ordered 2 drinks (wasn't even going to have any). Drinks came-15/20 minutes later-again, was not busy. One drink was spilled all over personal belongings. The "winds" fault. (no wind) Girl says she would comp the drink. Brought us the refill of the drink that was dumped (was the wrong drink). Check came and both drinks were billed. Spoke to manager-Michael Gardner-refused to comp the one drink and explained that they didn't charge for the spilled drink-which should have been the obvious. Wasn't looking for a freebie-just some understanding. Pool GM was rude and un-apologetic. Explained has been a manager at many places and has never ever had to comp a drink/food in his career. Spoke to front desk-had to give personal info so we could be contacted by Mr. Gardner's boss. I'll be waiting for that reply from Manager Ziggy.
I was staying at the Cosmopolitan Hotel when I visited the M resort to eat the buffet. My host Sheung asked if I wanted to stay one night, I said I would if she made it two nights and she agreed. I was comped a beautiful strip view room that was spotlessly clean. From the valet to the check in, the people were so nice and friendly. I called the operator and others and the people I dealt with were so nice to me. I love the electric shades, the comfortable beds and the HVAC is almost silent. I stay in the finest 5 star hotels in Vegas and I would put M resort up against them for the best professional friendly service. Kudos to my host Sheung for taking care of me even though she was I'll at home. She's the best! I have stayed there many times and its always outstanding. The former owner Anthony Marnell spared no expense on the construction with endless marble to grace your feet and beautiful designs to wander around and marvel. Do yourself a favor and book a room there, its quiet and off the beaten path yet worldly and luxurious.
Beautiful resort off the the Strip. If you want to come to Vegas to relax, little gambling, lots of pool side cabanas and all of the luxury of Vegas without the crowds come here! It's about 15 mins away from the strip and it's a fairly new casino and resort. I just briefly came here to walk around the grounds for a bit and I really felt like they pulled off fresh, contemporary and classy so well! I would come here for sure if I wanted to get away to the desert for the weekend but, not deal with all the lights and sounds of the Strip. It's got a beautiful pool and very relaxing areas to lay out by the pool. It over all was just a beautiful spot to stay while in Vegas if you're looking for something a little different.
Horrible, what casino has no security? Guy kills himself in the buffet and it takes 45 minutes to get police? No armed security in a building with millions of dollars? Treating the people like cattle and offering no assistance after a gruesome incident. Can't afford an eye in the sky or facial recognition software.
The Studio B Buffet is probably now my new favorite buffet in Las Vegas. And it's in Henderson. It's billed as a "locals" buffet, and it is very nice. I love that booze is part of the cost of the buffet. Just remember to tip your bartender. :) Let's put it this way: I am allergic to fish, and love their seafood buffet. I eat the veggies, fruit and yummy mushroom ravioli. :) And I'm a huge fan of their sugar free dessert offerings. You won't miss the sugar in those desserts at all. The wait for the buffet is very long. So get there before the buffet opens and get in line early.
After reading some reviews online and also hearing about it from some friends, I decided to try The M Resort Buffet. I had high expectations being that my friends raved about this place. I must say. It met all my expectations. The spread was amazing. Everything is prepared right in front of you. What else could you ask for? I didnt go on Seafood night, but I suspect that would make me want to rate as 6 stars. The service was great. The only downfall was the wait in line. However. After the meal I felt like it was well worth it. I think its safe to say this. Goodbye stations and south point, Hello M Resort.
Love the M stayed in October 2014 and heading back in April, love the atmosphere more relaxing if you do not enjoy the hustle bustle of the strip. Rooms are beautiful and staff is very freindly and accomodating.
Great rooms at the M resort with complementary spa access every time I have went. The value and amenities about this place rivals the other hotels. You also have access to the great buffet in the casino.
I love the M Resort and encourage family and friends to stay here if they want to be away from the whole strip scene. It's a beautiful hotel, great gaming, food is wonderful with lots of selections to choose from, and it's just an overall classy place. It's not super big, so you won't get lost like a lot of the larger hotel/casinos on the strip. If you stay on the strip side of the hotel, the views are amazing. They always offer great deals too, especially if you are a local.
This is NOT a good place for first time Vegas visitors as its far from the main strip and downtown, it IS however the PERFECT getaway for anyone who likes Vegas but wants to stay away from crowds. Great pool, great restaurants, great amenities inside the guestrooms and great gaming. The facilities are outstanding.
Simply just horny, we had a room overlooking the Strip, these lights, oh God!
Hotel is exelent, the mirror in the bathroom has a television ;)
From the bath you can look also on the Strip, Bose radio and mega flat screen.
Very nice pool area and Jack in the box right next to for $8 a 4-person family get sick of.
