What a nice break from the Strip hotels… NO RESORT FEE, FREE breakfast, AIRPORT SHUTTLE, very friendly staff in all positions, large rooms, easy drive to Convention Center… PRICE IS RIGHT.

Loved it! Service was excellent, breakfast superior to other hotels with complimentary breakfast and easy check in and check out.

The staff was very helpful when we arrived I would definitely recommend it thank you.

This was a really good experience especially if you are traveling with younger kids. They offer shuttles to different pickup/ drop off points along the Vegas Strip. Front desk staff is very helpful. The breakfast bar gets busy but the variety keeps it interesting. Generally speaking, a good place with slightly ageing infrastructure. Worth the money if you want to stay away from the madness of the strip yet be close enough to indulge on a moments notice.

Great hotel and pretty cheap too! They do a breakfast every morning which is very nice. Right across the street from the Hard Rock casino so if you are itching to play you can just cross the street instead of the 10 buck uber to the strip. Everytime I have stayed here the rooms are clean and I love how big they are. Perfect for someone who likes to have some space to do work or relax. Recommend!

During our stay at the Hyatt Place Las Vegas, my family had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. A mini safe is available to store your valuables and the mini fridge kept our drinks frozen. There was a variety of food to choose for breakfast depending on the day including eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruit, cottage cheese, toast, cereal, oatmeal, waffles and french toast. I enjoyed everything but the eggs. The staff is very friendly and are quick to give you a smile when passing by. They were very helpful when I got locked outside by the pool area because my key got deactivated by being next to my phone (oops). It is also walking distance to several good places to eat and very close to the strip and the airport. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the false fire alarm that went off once each day we were there. I didn't check to see if it was because someone used the wrong door or lit something up in the rooms or what but it scared my little one when the noise sounded each time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and had a great experience.

From the point I checked in to this Hyatt I was given good customer service. All staff seemed willing to help with any questions I had. My room was in good condition but it did smell like smoke a bit. Breakfast was readily accessible and delicious. Special thanks to Kentral for helping with my specific request.

Stayed here many times. This staff is really nice and very knowledgeable. The food is sometimes a little traditional and boring bit it's free. The staff gets how to listen to guests and help address their needs. We've never had a bad experience here. It's away from the casinos and really close to unlv and the airport.

Wonderful hotel at a great price. Staff was very professional and welcoming. Rooms were very clean, fresh linens and towels, beds were comfortable. Free breakfast exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back. Best hotel off the Las Vegas strip, without Casino or the smoke smell.

Great location, great transportation to the airport and decent transportation to the strip. Good included breakfast and decent gym. Elevators a bit slow.

We stayed here for our first two nights in town and the room was clean, staff was friendly and we had a pleasant stay. I had a hard time finding our room and there was a very helpful round lady that offered to show us to the room, a first in a large hotel like this. We'll be happy to come back.

Staff is extremely helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and neat. There is some noise in the rooms due to the airplanes passing overhead but room service provided earplugs in the room. The parking lot was not overly full. Hotel is within walking distance of the strip.

Staff workers very hard but could not hide the fact this is a very rundown hotel. Everything is dirty or broken. Need a huge upgrade starting with elevator and lobby. Alarms going off all night. Junk car in parking lot for entire stay. Was told by Becky, front desk manager, it was the hotel manager (David) car! Could not use pool. Enjoy breakfast with family as well as homeless people on drugs, was told this is a common event. No one to stop them and keep us safe. Was not what a Hyatt should be. Clearly poor management…

Hotel that ages badly, rooms especially.

Awesome place! Not too close nor too far from the strip. The bus driver picked me up from Terminal 1, Ground level to the hotel. Front service was very efficient, my check in very fast and easy. Rooms were clean and tidy (slept like a baby). Breakfast was buffet style, and to be honest this is by far one of the best I’ve had in a long long long time (see pic). Overall it was a very good experience. I travel a lot so I’m sure I’ll be back at the Hyatt. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and efficient.

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt Place. It’s affordable, includes breakfast, no resort fees, and close to the action. The hotel was full of families like us, which was nice. The outdoor pool was a bonus — it felt great in the warm afternoon, but was colder in the evening. Lyft to the strip was just 10 minutes or so and less than $10. I’d recommend this to those wanting a quieter Las Vegas stay.

Nice and the breakfast was very good and had many options! Hard to find at first if it’s your first time here bc there are three entrances from the street! The staff was nice and free water in the lobby! Clean room and pull out couch in the sofa when our room we had a king bed and it was nice. No issues! I would stay here again!

Very clean, friendly, and helpful staff. 5 star rating on the continental breakfast as well as the facilities in general. Would definitely come again. ☺

Decent, but wouldn't recommend. I stayed here for a week, here are my pros and cons: Good breakfast, nice size room, 24hCVS and food options next to hotel, Free shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes, breakfast included. Not bad for Vegas but the main downside outweigh the positives: the hote is next to the airport which means that IF jets pass overhead for takeoff there (depends on factors like wind etc) there is no escape. Every 2 minutes a jet passes over the hotel. No problem if you sleep after 11pm and rise before 6am and you are not in the hotel. If not and noise bothers you, don't stay here. Hopefully things improve after a renovation.

Could have been a better place for the money charged. Pros: The breakfast was quite good with enough food for my partner who eats everything as well as me though I eat only veg with no eggs. The pancakes were great with the add-on strawberry preserves and maple syrup. My partner had enough options for eggs (I think scrambled eggs, boiled and 1 more variety). Oatmeal, yogurt and coffee and tea. Cons: The room could have been better with a softer mattress. The bathroom seemed like a motel 6 bathroom with just a shower stall covered by shower curtain — the one where all the water flows onto the entire floor. There should have been a trashcan in the bathroom too.

Good customer service with an awesome breakfast. Several good restaurants and stores are close by. They cookies they put out for the guest in the afternoon were amazing!

It's a good hotel for what you are paying for … has good customer service very decent breakfast. … and reasonably good facilities… don't expect it to be like the higher end hotel's on the strip… your expectations have to match what you are paying for it. …

It is at a nice location of the strip with the Hofbrauhaus sharing the same parking lot! The rooms are nice and maintained. There is no room service to your room, but a selection of drinks and food available 24/7 at the lobby. You just have to pick it up yourself. The food is not the best, but convenient when in a hurry.

Service was fine even though someone accidentally checked us out in the middle of our stay. This place definitely needs a renovation. The shower pressure is way too strong that it hurts. The ceiling is cracking and the hotel had this sewer smell for 3 consecutive days.

The breakfast is very good for the whole family The rooms are nice and has a very good sofabed.

My stay at The Hyatt Place Las Vegas was great from start to finish. Friendly staff and my room was always perfect when I returned from a long day. Complimentary drinks and Wi-Fi are a bonus as well. They have a very delicious breakfast every morning that was key in getting my day started and was so nice not to have to worry about breakfast. I will stay here again for my next work visit.

It is a good place to be and visit Las Vegas.

Billy at the front desk when we checked in was phenomenal! He wished my wife a happy birthday and even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate. He also recommended a burger place — Dog Haus that was amazing! I would stay there again in a second! Billy is a great, professional, and funny employee that is a true asset to Hyatt!

Nice middle class hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good! We were there for an event that was across the street so we came back for lunch. It was very friendly and it was quite convenient to have lunch delivered to the dining area since the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Also a comfortable area to hang out later after the event to decompress and chat.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room felt like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Very comfy beds and they even provide ear buds (walls are somewhat thin). The couch there is nice as well as a functional desk with outlets. Closet was not wide enough that the hangars didn't event hang straight.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful at every turn. A lot of perks. How could you complain about this place. Clean rooms, awesome staff, great rates! I will always stay here when I am in town.

The rooms are great, staff is very friendly. It's within walking distance of restaurants. Fairly close to the strip if you don't mind the long walk.

ADA king room doesn't have a hide a bed couch as stated. 3 people to a king size bed. Most hotels wouldn't let me book this, I was told a family of 6 booked that same room. ADA doesn't have 2 beds in this hotel. My husband slept on the couch and my daughter and I slept on the king size bed. The next morning per my request we moved to a Non ADA king room as we don't sleep in double beds. That room had a hide a bed couch. One of the nights the A/C kicked off. We got back to the room it was hot. Went down and maintenance reset the breaker box. It took a few hours to cool down. Our other daughter showed up mid week. As a birthday surprise we got her the room next door. We took off for the day and when we got back. I went to set up her room. It was hot. Turned down the air. Maintenance tried to reset the breaker box. That didn't work. So we had to move her room. The safes have key locks, not numbers. Didn't like that. The elevator after a few nights didn't have lights to tell you what floor your on. There was no numbers when the door opened. Was not impressed with breakfast. I Didn't check each day. On some of the days we did have plans. We found some nice places for breakfast. They do have the best chicken quesadilla I think we have had. Pictures, 2 double beds and king bed.

Great hotel, they are pet friendly and I had no issues with booking last minute while traveling with my larger dog. The pet fee is one of the most reasonable I had seen. The pet relief area is just a dirt track outside the back parking lot, so if your pet is picky this may be an issue. The staff was awesome and I would stay here again.

Me and my husband had a great time staying at the Hyatt Place Las Vegas. One of the things that stood out to us was how great the staff was. They are so accommodating and make you feel comfortable. Out of all the hotels I stayed at, the customer service here is the by far the best we've received. The rooms are clean and very roomy. The beds are really comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious, with some healthy options. The prices are great, which is hard to find when the customer service is so great. I definitely recommend staying here while your in Las Vegas!

Service was excellent, as the front desk was welcoming and all staff (including the cleaning staff) smiled at and greeted us when they saw us. Rooms were modern and clean. The tech station connected to the TV did not work and caused an issue for me as I had plugged in my phone there before taking a quick nap (result: dead phone for the rest of my night in Vegas). Also, the breakfast line was a bit long and extended out into the eating area. Breakfast was ok, very decent. Our stay was an overall pleasant experience.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very helpful, especially if an extra towel, etc. Is needed. Breakfast is included. It is simple and the options are pretty much the same every morning. One awesome feature they have is the shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport and 4 times after 2:30 PM to Planet Hollywood. If you are looking for a nice place to stay without breaking your wallet — especially on the weekend — then this is a wonderful option.

It was a great place and very clean. The orice was good as well. Spent 3 days here and saw a lot. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The strip was not far from it. There is a place across the street called Robertos mexican food was a good place to eat rather than paying a high end price on the strip. The rooms were clean and the outside areas as well, if we ever pass through here again this is where I would choose to stay. Thank you Hyatt and all its staff. Now to head to Teno to the nect Hayatt.

Favorite non gaming airport hotel. Small, quiet, free breakfast, pool. Walking distance to the strip. Hard rock across the street. Airport shuttle!

The hotel was very acceptable. Breakfast was nicely above average for a complimentary style breakfast. Lots of choices. Hot items were typical heat and serve type foods, but fruit, oatmeal, pastries, cereals were fresh and good selection. Airport noise was not a problem for me inside the room at night. Never heard a plane. Outside by pool it was loud. Rooms were clean. Only problem encountered was the variable water pressure. I never got stranded with hair full of soap, but I had to wait a few seconds for the pressure to build back up a few times. There was 8 of us and it was not a big deal.

It was my first time being in las Vegas I was welcomed with open arms by the desk clerk and they were very nice people lounge was awesome but my only concern with the hotel room was the room was dusty and my toilet seat was loose I almost fell over.

Well maintained property. Very nice place. Spacious rooms. And just off the strip. Great hotel.

First let me say that the hotel staff was very kind, compassionate, and accommodating. I stayed 3 weeks. I stayed in 4 rooms! The first had broken sinks, missing cord for the clock, and I ultimately gave up the room because the door lock broke and I was stranded without my belongings for a night in the second room. That room was fine. The lock was fixed on the first and I stayed a couple more nights and it broke again but this time rather than wait to see it repaired I was moved. The third room was handicap accessible and after a few nights I decided to use the flip down shower seat. Five minutes later I was flailing as the seat ripped away from the wall and tiles skidded across the floor. I was not injured save for my pride. The fourth room was fine. Because I moved so much I lost my $25 Homedics Sounds system so in the 4th room sleep was difficult due to the air traffic of the airport next door. I was compensated $40. I am not impressed by that. I was however impressed with Cory for being such a fun attendant and Jesse for sharing a Christian testimony that lifted my spirits. I wish I remembered the young lady that served me a complimentary glass of wine my last night! I am sorry to rate your hotel with a 2! You are all 5 star customer service!

The room was pretty decent for 6 people and the breakfast was very delicious but dinner took for ever to make and the pool is unheated and there is not jacuzzi.

I called the hotel on Thursday the day before my check in to see if they offered early check in. The receptionist stated I just had to call in the morning to reserve my room. I asked if they offered shuttle service from the airport to the hotel she said yes and to call in the morning to request a pick up. We arrived in Vegas at 7:30am I called the hotel at 7:47am for a pickup they said they would send someone right over to me. We waited where we were told to and at 8am the drive speed right by us and never stopped. I figured he'd be back around, nope he didn't come back. At 8:15am I called the hotel again and let them know I was still waiting for a pick up. It was the same person from my first call she said no worries he'll be there shortly just to wait. We waited till 9:15am which is when I put in another call to the hotel. This time Michelle stated no one had ever put us down to be picked up. I said so I've been waiting here for nothing. She apologized and said that she would send the drive right over and that he'd be by in about 15 minutes. 35 minutes later he did show up. We get to the hotel and I asked for early check in which they gave me. The room was clean but it only had a third of a roll of toilette paper, so I tried to call the front desk to have someone send us some more. 2 phones in our room and neither worked had to send my daughter to get us a roll. The next morning Saturday we get up and go about our day.

I was not overly impressed with this particular location. I initially gave it a glowing review because my issues were seemingly resolved/addressed quickly; however, the stay at this hotel was a hassle and was anything but relaxing. During check-in we had issues with the reservation (s). The Gallery Hosts resolved the issues within about 20 minute, at least for the most part. The ladies were helpful and friendly which was great. It was downhill from here, unfortunately. Housekeeping was a joke. Housekeeping didn't arrive to the room until around 5:00 PM each day, rarely replaced (or didn't) used coffee mugs, used glasses and even towels. The housekeeping removed our soiled towels on the floor (all bathroom towels), yet failed to replace the towels. We had our used coffee cups sitting on the counter for two days before I went to the desk and had to ask for replacements. My check-in issues creeped back up again later on in my stay and I received an erroneous folio and was told that it "shouldn't" be an issue, yet the host didn't want to look into it to verify that it wasn't going to be an issue. I inquired about using points against my folio and the host said it could happen and to let someone know the next day (at checkout) that I wanted to use my points and that he okayed it. Unfortunately, this was a false expectations, as the hotel cannot apply points, only customer service can. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Most of the cooked food was dry and inedible.

Family friendly. Yet renovations were not disclosed at time of reservation and has dampered our trip.

Water stopped working mid-trip so we couldn't shower our last day. Smelled like poo 2 of 3 days (like it smelled like a baby crapped in diapers). It was unbearable. One of us got sick. Horrendous experience. Their apology was even worse — no apology — just a justification of why it smelled so bad. Worst hotel experience ever.

All Hyatt places are great. This one is under construction but the hotel is still top notch.

Bumped us from a room, took us two hours to finally get to an acceptable hotel. But by then every restaurant we came to town for was closed.

Room was decently clean, but the blinds don't close all the way soliciting an unwanted wakeup call at 5:45 am from the sunlight. Due to the incompetence of the staff, our second night was not put into the books and we were thrown out of our hotel room on a Saturday evening.

THEIFT ALERT! WHERE? Hyatt Place Las Vegas 4520 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169, United States Guest staying in this Hyatt Hotel BEWARE! The guest rooms are being robbed and broken into without any forced entry and or damage to the locking system itself. When reported to the front desk, you will be told by the staff or in this case Jenny Gove GM of this fine Hotel that you left your door open or the safety bar was out, which would bang when closing, we know is a crock of s. T My daughter’s basketball team stayed in this Fine 5 Star Hyatt Hotel for tournament and they were robbed of their money, cell phones, jewelry and even their sneakers. These are girls under 17 and there is no way they would leave the door a jar or open with their cell phones in the room and any parent knows this if they have a young teen. The HYATT HOTEL denies any responsibility even when there was no force entry which would imply the HYATT STAFF MUST BE RIPPING OFF THE GUEST, the hotel has cameras but say they don’t point at the doors for privacy reasons. The Hyatt’s General Manager Jenny Gove, told me she did compensate the teams stay, but feels quote “the parents should go to their insurance company and we don’t compensate guess” unquote. I feel guest planning on staying in this HYATT HOTEL for sure BE WARNED! This could happen to you if it has not already. Did you miss place something while staying at this Hyatt or was it stolen?

Good hotel with clean rooms and a very good breakfast buffet included. The noise of the airplanes is unacceptable, windows of rooms do not have double-glasing or noise-protection.

As always, Hyatt Place is such a great way for ending any travel day; being home away from home. We did visit the Hoover Dam Bypass and this was so convenient to reach. No complains whatsoever.

Very nice hotel, but extremely NOISY due to the airplane departure path, which goes right over the hotel. The hotel provides earplugs, but it really doesn't help that much.

Clean hotel but VERY noisy. Departing flights make a flight path directly over the hotel making it almost impossible to talk while at the pool. They offered ear plugs in our room but the noise still woke us up at 6AM. The staff was great, but I would not suggest this Hyatt to any of our friends.

The hotel was in a convenient spot and was inexpensive, I would stay here again.

The rooms are great and the food is appetizing! The view is breathtaking! Vegas is fun to be at! Bring friends for excitement all week.
