We enjoyed it here. Budget friendly and spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathrooms condos. Heated pools open year round. The property is laid out well and 1 block away from the main strip. The washer and dryer is located on the balcony in a utility room. You can wash your laundry even at night and won’t hear much noise inside of the condo from washing. The Linq Promenade was just a 5 minute walk from our condo.

Awesome place and Location. Just a block off the strip with easy access via The LinQ. A couple of pools means no waiting or booking for pooltime. A fully decked out 2 bedroom with full kitchen, so no need to risk health at strip restaurants and bars. Nice bar n grill onsite offering comfort food and fav bar drinks.

Awesome place to stay at with no casino. And just a block off the strip! excellent location to plan your day or days! Right in the middle of the strip. So pick direction and explore! Great service all around. I would give Holiday Inn at Desert Resort a 10 out of 10 for all around experience.

What an awesome place to stay for a quick family getaway with our grown up kids. The staff were helpful, rooms were huge and access to heated pools and hot tubs. There was more than one bbq area and we utilized that area with the 7 of us and enjoyed the quietness of the resort. Was a couple blocks from the strip and the shuttle had designated times it went to the strip and to Fremont Street. Definitely will stay here again!

It’s a true home away from home I’m traveling with 3 children ages 3, 6 and 5 months having multiple rooms a full kitchen and washer and dryer just makes since I can no longer pay expensive hotel prices for such limited tiny space it makes more since if you have a family to join a vacation club.

First time in Vegas and it has got off to a very poor start due to poor check in. We arrived around 13:30 and understand you may not be able to get into your room before 16:00 and looking at all the other people in reception they make you wait till 16:00 and beyond! We booked a 2 bed villa for 4 people on a bonus points package including breakfast and on arrival find out the breakfast is only for 2 people and only upto a value of $12.50 which is a massive con! We have only just started our 3 day vacation and can say will never be back! Great way to treat Spire Elite members!

Nice apartments with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Everything was nice and clean. Beside the dishwasher, he looks very ugly. Free parking available in front of each house. There is a shuttle service to the strip or you can take a 10 minutes walk to the high roller. If you have breakfast you get a voucher for 12, 50$ you can use in the restaurant. You can get eggs with bacon and potatoes, french toast, pancakes or breakfast sandwich all with a coffee. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Quiet and pleasant hotel located in a favorable location to visit the Strip. Free shuttle available (by reservation) to some points of the city. Beautiful and well-equipped rooms, equipped with a full-fledged kitchen and a small terrace. Attention to detail and accurate cleaning. Very comfortable parking. It's a bit boring that a map is delivered at check in n and you have to get a little arrangement to find the room. The only real "neo" breakfast: a voucher is given to use a kind of diner present in the structure, the value of which however only covers some choice of the menu. The quality is not really the best. I recommend booking without breakfast and then preparing it on your own.

Lovely calm oasis of a resort right off the strip. One a two bedroom villas with full fridge, kitchen, living room, dining table, balcony, and fireplace. Plus jetted tub, walk in closet and full sized washer and dryer! 5 pools to choose from. Free shuttles to major casinos. Relaxing and lots to do.

The location of Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Las Vegas was great. Conveniently located off the strip BUT very near. Shuttle services were free, clean, and consistent. Lyft rides cost approx $10 to anywhere we wanted to visit. Our room was large, clean, and beautiful. The exterior was clean, welcoming and modern; from the street to all of the interior "gardens" with many pools and other relaxing opportunities; and the service was extremely kind and helpful.

Been here 1 day and so far it's cool. They we able to get us in a room 90 minutes early. The room is awesome. This is a one bedroom. Can sleep 4 (2 on sofa bed) but no bathroom privacy from bedroom. The Marketplace has the essentials and don't seem too marked up. The bar and grill food is actually good, especially the fries, but some servers could do better. Several pool areas but the later it gets, someone needs to empty the trash cans so folks aren't leaving empty food containers and drinks just around the pool or on tables.

Only stayed for a night so far. The location is not bad. If it wasn't too hot, we would walk. Our room has a nice view of the strip. The room looks great. Our floor was in need of washing though (our socks got really dirty). I really liked the tub. It's huge is huge. We liked the main pool. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location, friendly helpful staff and our room was amazing. We had an issue with the coffee pot and it was taken care of immediately. Would definitely recommend it.

My biggest gripe is that there are hardly any sidewalks around the resort. You have to walk in the parking lot if you want to go anywhere. Other than that (and being in the back corner of the resort), the units are great and perfect for week long stays. The restaurant on site is great and the staff there is friendly. We walked the entire strip from the resort all week (it's a lot of walking, but good exercise).

Beautiful resort. The resort amenities are above par. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. The staff was wonderful. Its located behind the Strip, so If you choose to walk to the store be prepared to bump into some of the local color which may or may not be a lil sketchy. But the Spa is a gated community, and I felt completely safe there. Had a minor issue, but nothing major. I'd stay here again.

We came during a time there was a lot of construction. Our water was turned off for awhile, the pool near us was under construction, and they put us in the very last building (21). But the staff was very helpful, and the place seemed very secure (even a front gate security to check every vehicle as it came in). We loved the added wall safe that was big enough to hold our laptop, a couple tablets and a few other small valuables. Oh! And the tub was big enough for myself And my 6 foot 3 husband. Huge benefit!

Nice, but no maid service. It is not strictly a hotel, but a time-share resort. All amenities available in rooms, laundry, kitchen, dinnerware for 4, pots, pans, etc. Air conditioning too cold runs only on high, very draughty. Exterior, very well kept up. Plenty of parking. Near everything.

They have the worst customer service. My husband left his Oakley Sunglasses at the lobby, and the guy that found it tried to turn it in to the customer service and supposedly, everyone at the front counter was too busy to take the sunglasses. When we asked them, we were told that no one turned in anything, when there were more than 10 people that told us exact the same story how the honest guy tried to give back the Sunglasses to the owner. He went to both front counters, even went outside to announce that he found a pair of sunglasses. The first reaction of anybody is to go to the customer service if he has left something. It is just a common courtesy to accept the item then turn it in to the lost and found, since they should know that that’s the first place people go to to ask for their lost items. Anybody that works the front desk represents the company, so however they they react to the situation is a representative of how the company runs. Unfortunately, that’s not how I want to be treated as a guest, let alone as a new “owner”. I don’t want to be a part of a hospitality company that only wants money. So, I’m canceling my contract with the Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

Nice place to stay in Vegas, not far from main strip easy to get to. Accommodations are Amazing comforts of like being home. All you need to do is supply the food. Good spot to stay as well!

We had a 2 bedroom villa super large hyper clean 180 beds immense and comfortable the residence is very well maintained and not very far from the strip on foot we recommend to 100%

Worked great for us during a soccer tournament weekend. Had problems with electronic door keys not working. Inconvenience to have to go all the way to the front desk every time to exchange keys.

A great off-strip hotel walking distance to the strip sights and sounds. The room appeared to have renovated recently and was clean and well appointed. The kitchenette included everything you could need to prepare simple meals. The only slight negative was the air con was on the noisy side and we had to turn it off overnight. The staff were really friendly at check-in and kindly printed some theatre tickets for us.

Our room was fabulous. I love the full kitchen, my own washer and dryer, and 5 pools. We hit the local store on the 1st day of our 6 day vaca and saved a ton on not eating out. It was worth every penny.

Very good location It highlights the cleanliness of the apartment and the facilities, like the swimming pools or the gym. It only includes a breakfast for 2, although the apartment is 6. The friendliness of the staff, with the exception of a few exceptions, should improve a lot as they did as little as possible, especially the restaurant workers, or it seemed like you were bothering them, as the reception staff.

Good location. Free shuttle with several stops on the strip. Nice to have the store on site. Pizza was good at the restaurant.

Pools are amazing and opened late through the night where other over night lodging closes early. The resort was clean, great staff, and had plenty of activities to do on sight. This is a must stay location for family friendly Vegas Vacation!

Accommodations are very nice. The location is close enough to the strip to walk, but far enough to be free of the noise and traffic. The service is great, we arrived early and the resort was able to get us situated quickly anyway.

It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room was very complete, like an apartment where you could live completely. Without being in the bustle of the Strip, but very close (slightly over 200 meters). Very kind attention. If we go back to Vegas we will not hesitate to stay there.

Love the hotel! Great room. Very spacious and complete amenities! It has spacious rooms, comfy sofa and great TV. We happened to stay in 1 bedroom Villa with 1 King bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen and the dining room is spacious. The pool is nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Happy to be back!

Literally hours after I left them a 5 star review, I took a shower before getting married that evening. Pull the towel off after drying myself off and find blood on the towel. Guess what. NOT MY BLOOD! I went to the restroom and checked myself… no blood coming from me anywhere. Called the front desk after immediately taking another longer shower, they gave me fresh towels and compensated me a whole $25 for the inconvenience. When I asked to speak with a manager, they told me there wasn't one on duty. It was 7PM. How is there not a single manager anywhere for me to speak to? I still have yet to get a call back from them to figure this out from 1/26/18. I'll always remember the day I got married by being completely disgusted by someone else's blood being rubbed on me, and the only thing they had to say was here's $25 to the bar, sorry and congratulations. Thanks Holiday Inn. Worst and best night of my life.

Relinquished apartment complex renamed Holiday Inn. I could feel the springs as I got on the bed, felt like lying on pebbles. Hot water doesnt stay hot. Toilets were built for a toddler with no rails to lift yourself off. 1 mile away from airport, with no airport shuttle! Can hear people walking on floor in above apt. Here is the biggest kicker… they have their own "market" that you can pick up some items for your apartment at. Like 12pk soda for $12.50! Or Simply Orange juice for $9.00! Absolutely horrible. Love Holiday Inn, but they should stick with what they know… hotels!

Own a HIClubResort in Orlando. Stayed here to enjoy Vegas for a couple nights. Rooms newly renovated, grounds outstanding. Staff fantastic. Didn't take advantage of the restaurant or any amenities cause the strip is so close. Nice place.

Very nice, clean and very good service!

This place is beautiful. The staff is great our bed was too hard the first night so we ask for mattress topper which they brought up immediately. Our fireplace pilot light was out and they had someone come up immediately to fix that. The front desk housekeeping maintenance they were all amazing. The amenities here are great. I would give it a 5-star rating except for the fact that the last two days I was here the Holiday Inn called my room twice in two days trying to get me to join a timeshare which I had already told them I wasn't interested in the first day I was here. I think that if you're on vacation and I've already paid for your room and I've already told them that you are not interested in a timeshare I never had an opportunity they should respect the fact that you are not interested and not keep calling about the same thing.

Nice, spacious rooms. Kitchen is nice, full size. Soundproofing minimal. Woke up from both outside and other room noises. Three story buildings and no elevators! Very cold tile floors. Tub very deep, not good if you have mobility issues. No door on bathroom. A deal breaker for me.

Absolutely great room, we had a two — bedroom — suite with a view of the Ferris wheel. It was just fantastic on site spread several three-storey buildings, each with its own pool and whirlpool. The main pool is especially nice with a waterfall, but there is no Jacuzzi, but you can use the others. The restaurant is right next to the main pool, very good breakfast, depending on booking included.
Parking is available free of charge, partly covered (for the hot summer months). At gate security, you feel very good and safe.

Not too far from the strip, actually 5 minutes from the Venetian. One bedroom is the size of a 1 bedroom apartment. Nice plush beds, with fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi type tub, and washer and dryer on the balcony. Quiet location, with resteraunt and a little store on site.

This place is SO Racist! The concierge/driver asking African American people to sit in the back of the property shuttle so white passengers can sit in the front. The on-property shuttle driver will pass up black guests waiting outside their Villa's for pick up. The racist acts happening here are so blatant and bold, its heartbreaking to witness. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're ok with racism. The property itself is nice and it's close to the strip. More often than not, front desk will issue keys to new guests checking in, forgetting that that room is already occupied. No piece of mind when you have to worry about someone entering your room while you're sleeping.

Best place to stay in Vegas me and my family really enjoyed our 3 nights and 4 days stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment we will definitely be booking again.

Went to visit some friends staying here. Guards at the gate were very friendly and helpful. The staff that I encountered were equally friendly. The grounds and rooms were very well kept and clean. It is a very nice hotel overall from my limited experience there.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY as long as your in buildings close to pools. We are in building 2. Excellent location. The only BAD thing about it, NO ELEVATORS. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor. Haven't even made it to the rest of the complex. I guess there are 7 pools (? ) maybe more. Great place to stay but a little pricey even for members. (I don't understand that)

Hotel style apartments, very spacious and equipped but above all very clean. This is an excellent option if you do not want to pay large sums in a hotel casino.

Holiday Inn is the best hotel to stay in. The service was amazing. Our rooms were equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen had pots and pans we could use and a fridge for our groceries. They left extra towels and everything else we needed. Our rooms were located in a nice spot were we could easily walk to the front. The location was a walking distance way from the Las Vegas Strip. I would recommend staying here.

We went to visit some family that were staying at the resort and we went swimming. The room was nice in some respects, but had some very garish touches, like red and black swirled carpet and a backlit red and black art work in the living room area. The kitchen is very modern and nice, and the bathroom was also nicely done overall. The swimming pool behind the main building was pretty nice, with a fun waterfall feature. Our only complaint would be that the pool was very heavily chlorinated — it made my young son cry every time it got in his eyes (which isn't usual for him), and my daughter had a reaction that lasted for many hours afterward where her eyes were very red and she was pretty miserable saying they burned.

Nice resort. The rooms have been updated but have a few functionality issues. The updates are really nice; textiles and layout. There are pools by every set of buildings and a shuttle that takes you to different spots on the strip. Cons: Not energy efficient at all. To be in Hot Las Vegas they should have payed more attention to keep AC in and the heat out. Light switches are oddly placed and some don't work for anything like the one in the bedroom. Electrical outlets aren't placed conveniently.

Friendly (and funny! ) Front Desk personnel. Beautiful rooms and villas that still have the "brand new" look. Love having the I'm suite washer/dryer. The ice machine in freezer also a big plus for Las Vegas heat. Numerous pools prevent overcrowding and provide a relaxing atmosphere. Gold Mine restaurant has GREAT food that is very reasonably priced. What a great place to stay only 1 block off the Strip.

I love staying here because it's only a block down from the strip and there's a free shuttle around the complex and to some other key points in town like Planet Hollywood if you don't want to walk in 110° weather. There are a few pools, a gym, and an activity center for the kids. I love having a kitchen so I can just grocery shopping and not eat out a lot. The staff has been very friendly and helpful as well. I'll be staying here again when I come back to Vegas!

The resort itself is amazing. It was huge. The rooms are very nice and feels really homey. The pools are great. The staff were friendly except for one. We wanted to stay for one more night but we weren't able to as they were fully booked. It was all in all great. I wish we could've stayed longer. They have a shuttle that takes you to places you need to get to and also they can get you discounted prices for the shows in Las Vegas. They have a lot to offer which is great. Will definitely book with them again in the future.

Nice structure, large rooms. We stayed in five, we had two rooms and two bathrooms, plus a sofa bed. There was also a large kitchen. Too bad if you touch the last block, you have to walk.

A home away from home. Staying at Holiday Inn Club Vacations allows you to have space and the comfort of a villa as opposed to a hotel stay. The master suite was amazing with a spacious on suite and huge soak tube. My only draw back was the ambiance of the property. As you walk around the strip, which is only a few minutes drive away, the scenery of the major sight seeing destination leaves you wishing for a just a little bit more at the club.

No! Casino Hotel and only 3 min walking distance to the new district of LINQ.

It's a lovely, spacious place to stay! We were there for 5 days. Close to everything. It was my first visit to sin city. Patrick is awesome and very knowledgeable about what's too see and what to stay away from while in Vegas!

Beautiful resort in a great location. Guard at the gate makes it feel like a safe way to stay near the strip. The room was spacious, gorgeous and came with a kitchen full of extra supplies like a blender or salt & pepper.

I stayed at this resort 2 years ago and it was really nice. The staff and service was great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with supplies for meal preparation… if you want to. The pool areas were really nice as well. The resort is walking distance from the middle of the strip. Excellent, so no need to get transportation. I'm planning to stay here again this summer.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Our two bedroom villa was spacious and clean. Perfect amenities for our stay with two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, fridge, etc. The shuttles were reliable and took us to several locations on the strip. The location is close enough to walk to the strip but also a short car ride away.

Really cute bedroom villa & the place is big with a restaurant that has awesome food! I dislike the bathroom only because its a toilet in a small room with 2 doors, entrance from the bath side & the living room side. But everything else was great. & there is a washer — dryer in the balcony, which is the full size you would have at home!

Rooms are clean and service is very positive. If you are looking for a place to make your home for a night this would be a good choice. If I am looking for something that is fun and exciting I would choose here almost every time. Only issue is the cost of drinks and games at time are pretty excessive. This is probably no different then other places near by, but isn't the perfect resort that I am looking for.

We have been a signature owner for since 2013 and have only had the best experience at this resort. The staff is friendly and take care of any requests promptly. Have stayed at several of the different rooms and have NEVER encountered anything negative be it a bug, uncomfortable bed, etc. I can't imagine ANYONE giving this resort anything less than 5 stars.

Great stay, in a 1 bedroom villa, large villa with huge bathtub/shower combo. Bathtub fit two large people or 4 skinny people. Kitchen and laundry facilities in room were nice to have. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good for breakfast and has a Starbucks in it. The hotel is right behind the LINQ/High Roller, and offers shuttles about every 15 minutes to various strip locations until 12:30 am or so. The hotel also offers shuttles to Fremont St/ Old Vegas, as well as an outlet shopping mall. The location has 5 pool/hot tub areas that are open until 12 am. Our room had some signs of wear and tear even though it had been renovated less then a year ago. Its vegas, Imagine some patrons are harder on rooms then others. Our in room fireplace didn't work, or else I was too dumb to turn it on. Overall great stay just off strip. Cab fares were between 10 and 16 dollars with tip between multiple strip hotels and the allegiant gate of the airport.

Holiday Inn Club Vacation is a good place to stay. When you are in Las Vegas. Its off the main strip so there is little or no traffic on the streets. Good condos we stayed in a two bed room. The room comes with a kitchen, Two bathrooms, Washer & dryer and cable tv. Good for a family. Reasonable price. Recommend to anyone who wants to save money on hotel rooms.

2 bedrooms suite is fantastic. A bit far walking aback and forth to throw trip. (An 8 dollar Uber is well worth it). Nice pools.
