Room is huge staff is excellent they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable perfect location and beds are comfy kitchettes are perfect. Quiet and good looking building. Feel safe and secure. Great experience.

I was really hoping for a better experience here. The rooms were not that clean, there are no amenities, and the towels were dingy. I was attempting to find a hotel in Vegas that doesn't charge a resort fee and this was one of the few that didn't. Overall, I don't think I'll stay here again.

It was good. Very nice staff not so much at mid night but still nice and it was quiet had a gym at the building and breakfast was mixture of cereal bars and muffins.

What a wonderful place! Rooms are nice, well maintained, and comfortable. However, what makes this motel stand out is the excellent staff. Noella at the front desk cares deeply about the property, takes loving care of it. Quick to take care of disruptive guests, she really cares about the quality of her guests stay. Miss Peace in the mornings has the biggest, sunniest smile that goes well with the free coffee and such in the mornings. The house keeping staff are helpful, and are there if you need anything at all. Very pet friendly, with poop bags available outside at all times. I highly recommend you stay here when in Vegas. It's close enough to the Strip and attraction without the chaos. I through my enjoyed my stay here, and will be back anytime I am in Vegas!

Very convenient location, clean and larger than normal rooms. Friendly staff. The only complaint I had was that every once in a while you would get a whiff of marijuana being smoked in some of the rooms which was a little annoying.

Way too pricey for what you’re getting. Not sure if there was an event in town the weekend we stayed but we payed $300 per night for a run down looking room with “free breakfast” meaning granola bars and oatmeal. No housekeeping. It was quite awful. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

Typical for an Extended Stay. Had leak in our room and had to switch rooms. What little food they offer for breakfast was even less because they were always out of this or that. When asking for various items for kitchen you will be told "we dont have any left" or "maybe we have one, let me go look". People allowed to smoke and drink right at the entrance/exits on side of building. Book online and pay no more than 45-50 a night during the week. Only amount this place is worth.

Unclean, break fast is poor. Front desk service was really good. One front desk person in charge for 400 rooms… bird poops outside will be petrified soon …

The workers are very kind. Location is good for avoiding the traffical of the strip. They give you pots and cutlery to cook. If you are staying for a week or more, it is a very good place and hotel.

This place is so convenient for workers. I highly recomend this for any traveling worker coming to vegas.

The room was clean, the staff was nice, the rates were low, really good value, and a grab and go breakfast.

Upon entering the hotel everything was orderly and clean. Had made prior reservation at hicked prices because of the long weekend. So was looking forward to a quick check in. Front destination clerks were very polite and efficient. Entering the room it had not been cleaned up from prior guests. Smh. All else was sold out so we had to downsize they gave a discount but didn't accommodate our party.

A little outside in the center but monorail very close.

If you need a place to stay away from the strip. It's good and what I consider mini suites. Limited housekeeping which is ok. Minimal breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Walls are thin so beware if you wanting to sleep.

It did not comply with the publicized, offers breakfast, which does not exist, is only coffee with a bar of cereal, does not have cleaning service, dirty hotel. Horrible.

Extremely basic. Misleading advertising among them breakfast (a farce), rooms for no more than 4 people, poor housekeeping (every 5 days). Wifi slow and with option to pay for more speed, extremely small kitchen, practically useless.

This is my second time staying here this year. I always bring my children with me and they have the best time. The staff here are wonderful. They bend over backwards to ensure that all of their guest are satisfied. I recommend this place to everyone and the prices are reasonable.

Hotel was good. Rooms are spacious. Convenient location. Breakfast is only grab and go. That's the only negative.

Didn't really get a chance to see everything but the employees were very welcoming.

My husband enjoyed his stay with the homewrecker of the week. At least she did our laundry. So I got a mini vacation!

One of the worst manager I have ever experienced, she seems like she use to work n laundry of Budget suits, having amouran girl running the place shouting @the guest, doesn't know anything about hotals laws or rules discremnat against the handicap and animals, bad attidutes and hourable service what u expect from 8 dollers monkeys. Receism n best its best, ruad and streets thugs personall from aruora to mayisha and the head crocked jenffer,, they breaking into ur car, stealing ur valuables while u locked out of ur room even ur bill is paid, if u dare to complaint about the gang to the800 customer service. They bust ur car lights and slashing ur tire and then the cameras not working or cloudy, and then no cash payments accepted one day and the second have a nice day the place stink except the night shift peace. Save ur self a proken window or slashed tire or getting mugd. And if u don't believe me go take a peek and when u call the cops god bless u. No show for hours…!

I stayed here on an extended visit. The staff is kind and friendly and pleasant. Shout out to Miesha and Aurora and the others. And they all made my puppy feel welcome. Thank you all.

Worst Extended Stay I have stayed in. I have used Extended Stay before and generally have a good image of them but this was the complete exception. Reception: Receptionists would cut you off to complete what you were saying and they were wrong all the time so I had to repeat. They swiped my credit card before waiting for me to state that's what I wanted to use. I said, "let me use a different one" and she looked at me saying, "sorry I already swiped it" and soon after she slides the card in while looking at me. Room: Rooms and stairs have a smell. Going up the stairs there's no ventilation and they keep about 3-4 trash cans in them so going up and down the stairs is always unpleasant… Also they certainly don't respect the no smoking areas because rooms smelled like weed. Leaving: Check out Time is at 11… We had a later conference the night before so we were running a bit late (we ended checking out at 11:20) but at 11:08 we had someone from the reception enter our inquiring how much we had left while were clearly packing. They were not nice at all. Overall I wanted to say it was a nice stay but all of the events left a bad taste… I've stayed in multiple hotels in Vegas in the past and this the first time I'm dissatisfied to even come to write a review. I'd give it 0 if I could.

Nicer than your average extended stay America. Staff was friendly despite a very late check in, room was larger than expected. Would stay here again.

I loved this place! The entire staff is great! I would return again due to their professionalism and cleanliness throughout the property. This is a rare find here! Nice, cozy rooms. Within walking distance from several grocery stores and restaurants. No maid service unless requested, but you can get as many fresh towels, soap, toilet paper, etc as you need at the front desk. Overall pretty nice!

The receptionist, Jennifer should receive 40 stars. A former manager myself, I always looked for employees like her. It's rare that employees go above and beyond for customers. I enjoyed the stay. It's clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Great place! Humble, clean, efficient, calm/quiet! Beautiful! They have a stove in their rooms! Plus a full-size fridge! The staff are great too.

Very dark, dingy and felt dirty, seemed to be actual long term residents there along with an actual domestic physical dispute. Did not feel safe or clean. Left to another hotel the next day.

Good place, the rooms were pretty small but comfortable. They have a fridge and a stove in every room so feel free to cook. But the "Fitness Facility" is a joke its literally just a step climber, an elliptical and a treadmill. But over nice little place.

Terrible experience, I was placed in a "better part" of the hotel considering I was staying for 3 months, the shower didn't work and the bed was infested with bed bugs. Managements only option was to place me into a smoking room.

I booked a room here for one night using Pricelines name your own price option and got a fantastic rate. When you book with this option you can only get a room with one bed, so I called the hotel and asked if I could upgrade to a 2-bed room and they were happy to do so for a very reasonable upgrade fee. They showed this hotel as a 2 star so I wasn't expecting much, but what I got was much more than that. I definitely think this place should be rated higher. The room was quite spacious with a couch, small but complete kitchen (stove, dishwasher, sink, full size fridge) even dishes. We got a call from the front desk within 15min of check in to make sure we didn't need anything, and the staff was nothing but kind, friendly and helpful. Bottom line, the price cant be beat and neither can the service. One of the best hotels I've stayed at regardless of stars.

After reading the majority of the reviews here and other travel websites, I actually was making arrangements to stay at ANOTHER hotel off boulder hwy that was cost comparable (with priceline). However, the local person I was coming to visit insisted that the Extended Stay was beautiful and was right across the street from him. I was talking to another lady at the pool who also commented that she read all the negative reviews and initially was forced to stay here because her employer booked it. But now she books directly with hotel when she is here on business. She was in agreement with me that the rooms were clean, no noise, and it was similar to another extended stay deluxe that I stayed at in atlanta; a studio apt extended stay motel: mini range stove, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher (not at atl location), table for eating or computer, ironing board, bathroom with tub and hot water, queen or king size bed with clean sheets, internet is only $5 for the ENTIRE STAY, television WITH dvd player. Similar to studio 6 or in town suites. Staff was helpful. My flight was laid over, and they moved everything back one day so I could still maximize what I paid for. Now if I want to nit-pick, yes the only glass I had in the room could have been inspected before they put it in the cupboard. My rug was clean, but I can see where other rooms the rug could use a shampoo, or your socks/feet will get black quick. Yes, the air conditioner is close to the bed.
