The best hotel in Las Vegas. They really know how to take care of their guests. As a YouTuber I love to show the great restaurants and experiences they provide.

This was my second time here for work and the place is so beautiful. I didn’t exactly enjoy it for Fun but even passing through it was a great experience.

We travel a lot to Vegas. Our go to hotel is aria. The best smelling hotel on the entire strip. Rooms are amazing and spacious. Over time aria has gotten better and better. It’s has never let us down.

Normally stay at the Cosmo, but really enjoyed my stay at the Aria. Friendly staff, great location on the strip, nice rooms, and so forth.

I just stayed at Aria for the first time. I have been coming to Vegas since 2010 and always stayed at a different property. This hotel is very clean, smells amazing, has comfortable beds, the best pillows, the iPad controls are a nice touch, and ALL the staff are friendly and helpful. I truly have no complaints after staying here. I loved the pillows so much and was told by staff you could purchase them in the gift shop. We bought 2 and couldn’t wait to get home abs use them. The aroma as you walk in and throughout the hotel is all I could rave about. They have air flowing so you never smell smoke. You can purchase scent sticks to bring that smell home with you, I tried to buy them but they were sold out. I’ll be watching online for when they are available again. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. I love that you can bring in coffee and a bottle of water with you. It’s good to know that there is a hotel that has great staff and cares about their guests. This will be the only property I will be staying at. Keep up the good work.

I absolutely loved the Aria, nice ambience and rooms. The vibe is amazing and gives a great experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This doesn’t go without some complaints though. I hate that there are extremely far walks to get to the elevators if you’re further down the hall. The walk was exhausting after doing it multiple times a day. The room numbering system, although there appeared to be some logic to the staff, it doesn’t make sense to hotel guests. You all really need to rethink renumbering the system. Also, there should be some space in the mini fridge for guest to store food or medical items that require refrigeration and more towels should be given to guests for the resort free being paid daily.

Rooms are so nice, friendly, good food, pool is inviting, parking is free. Aria decor is ultra modern. Bed very comfortable. We did not like 50 dollar recreation fee that cost 50.00. We arrive at 9 pm with 3 hrs left on Sunday and still chg 50.00 recreation fee that we did not use.

Beautiful, super clean and friendly, great customer service throughout, and covid safe… I’m very relaxed and well rested… haven’t checked out the casino because I don’t gamble but it looks like it’s a great place to be and I would if I did.

The deluxe hotel is wonderful with amazing views from the 15th floor with great amenities such as shower head and separate tub, automatic blackout curtains, good internet connection, and very modern. Staff are friendly even during the covid times. Building is well built in my opinion.

The Aria Resort & Casino is a great upscale hotel to experience. The staff and workers was very nice and friendly. Housekeeping was great (very clean) Food. Wine, and liquor was awesome. I enjoyed the casino.

Nice hotel but you get your credit card statement to find extra charges.
We used the auto checkout was supposed to have food credits but were still charged for everything, call the desk and told needed to be used differently, not happy won’t be back.

Loves the pool area and the food choices were amazing as well! Excellent place to hang out in Vegas!

Great service they went out of there way to accommodate us with our trucks and trailers! They escorted us to the parking lot and drove us back!

Beautiful resort. Very friendly staff as well. Only down side was we had a loud clanking in our wall last night about every 15 minutes. Assuming it was plumbing. Staff offered to move us down 14 floors to an identical room. We decided to stay in the room for the view.

Aria scammed me and ruined my Birthday trip. Due to other guest smoking down the hall, “housekeeping” allegedly smelled an odor in my room and charged me $499.99. How can you charge someone for something they didn’t do!?!? There’s no odor the other three days of my stay but on the fourth day checking out all of a sudden there’s an odor? Can you say scammers? Robbery? Where’s the integrity? Here’s the kicker there’s photos! Not photos of myself physically sitting in the room smoking but of and old cigarette! Ridiculous! Why to ruin a trip I saved up for and what was supposed to be a special memory! Worst Vegas trip of my life! Do not stay there! To top it off the Hotel Manager Isaiah wouldn’t give me his supervisor’s contact or any other information… let’s rate that customer service shall we… negative.

The spa is amazing. It’s co-ed, so great for couples and friends. If you are looking for a quiet spa, this is not the one for you. Extremely social, even the staff talks amongst themselves. Great services, one of the best massages I’ve ever had, so ask for India.

This hotel is beautiful and there’s nothing better then the buffet it is one of my favorite places in Vegas And I’ve come here plenty of times. I’ve gone to the other buffets in Vegas in other hotels and it does not satisfy me or my family. The color scheme that aria has is just fabulous. And the suits are just beautiful. There are many types of cuisine. The employees there are always so kind and act like family. My family and I come here often and we enjoy staying here every time!

Beautiful hotel and rooms. My disappointment was at the SPA. Massage was not good as expected for the price they charged. They said you can customize your massage. Nothing about it was customized. Not the deep pressure requested (3 times during the massage) not the request to focus on the back only. My massage was also short 7 minutes from the 80 minutes I paid for. Other than that the SPA’s amenities are nice and also very clean. The other thing which I think was ridiculous is the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes to be seated at the buffet. I’ve never seen anything like it. And the line was not long!
Rooms are beautiful and tech smart.

I've stayed at Bellagio and Wynn … this place pales in comparison. The property was ok but just not the upscale you would expect for the price per night. My room temperature seemed to never cool to comfortable sleeping temp. While I was there for work conference, the food service staff were very rude and did not have their act together. Lunch was out but no plates by the time they brought plates was out of bread for sandwiches. The wait staff acted irritated when someone ask for bread. Then another was rude because out of plates several different occasions.

I recently stayed here at the Aria Resort and Casino, from July 22nd to the 24th in a Tower Suite. It was our second time staying at the resort. I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay a few years ago and would have put in a 5 star experience and for that reason I came back. I am planning on going elsewhere next time. Seemed to me that if you are staying at the suite level you should be treated as such. Last time I had a upgraded regular room but seemed to be treated better. Our first room was fine this suite level was a pain. Sink stopped up, jets came on in the bathtub by themselves and freaked us out because we were trying to sleep, there was like lumps in the floor. We had a so called strip room but the only lights I saw was a tiny MGM light and the rest were the roof of the Aria. The casino was fine. The Buffet at the Aria is the worst food I have ever eaten. I should have realized this considering the line was so short. Bardot Brasserie was our stop waiting forever for our suite room. Not a Skye Suite but a Tower Suite. Terrible, no taste food. Yuck. Sunday night we had nothing special, Monday night all of a sudden a turn down for the night in our room. Chocolates, water, slippers. Probably the best part of our stay. I was happy for the Tower Suite but it wasn't all that great. I was expecting a lot more for my money. The Figi Bottled water in the room was like 21 dollars, Seriously people? I liked Javiers and the Aria Cafe.

The hotel itself is nice but the help was less than impressive. I was excited to stay here because it looks amazing. When I checked in I asked the guy to look up my M life rewards card number and he rolled his eyes and said I guess I could do that for you. For the price I paid I would expect him to be more customer service based and helpful. If they are going to charge you high end prices and expect you to pay a lot for parking, valet and resort fees they should hire people who treat you with some basic courtesy. I know it wasn’t me because the person who was checking in with me asked me what was his problem does he not want to do his job? I go to Vegas a lot and never had anything like this happen before. I will not be coming back.
