I would absolutely recommend marriott chateau. They have thee best customer service on the strip. The room we had was absolutely beautiful. We had a full kitchen a bathtub next to our bed, 2 shower heads in our shower and our conjoined roo. Was perfect for my best friend with her own kitchenette and bathroom. So beautiful.

The staff here is amazing, spearheaded by the very talented Manager. We felt very safe here amid Covid. Having our own apartment allowed us to practice social distancing. Great location, within walking distance to the main casinos & restaurants. Just do it!

The hotel is good for family especially travelling with kids. Their rooms are big and includes everything you need. Good location, all staff are friendly and helpful! It also provides many activities for adults and children. Mostly are complimentary. Gym is good! Open 24 hours with good facilities. For shopping, it has complimentary shuttle buses to Fashion Show Mall, Premium Outlets and old town, etc. This is a great place to stay! I will highly recommend to my friends. Grace Pun.

Helpful concierge is an understatement. May & Josh are wonderful at the desk; but all the staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything we need (and more), washer-dryer in the unit, etc. Location is fabulous & you can count on Marriott beds, towels, & SERVICE.

Great stay at the hotel with the security team being so incredibly helpful after we forgot our passports in the room safe! Thanks to their effort we got the passports safely back within 24 hours, it was incredible. Thank you so so much guys!

Located st the strip, u can walk to the dancing fountain, happy hour food and drinks and Sunday free breakfast in the lobby all taste good. Beautiful and clean.

Got king size studio room. Make sure you request a view! Woke up every morning to a view of the strip with mountains in the background, gorgeous! Down side no shuttle to/from airport and no breakfast included but not the worst of complaints. Overall satisfied!

The room was very clean and had a great view of the pool. The staff was very helpful and provided us with our requests. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff there were super friendly and accommodating. At check out, we had an issue with the bill but they were very nice as they remedied it. I would definitely recommend staying there.

I don't write reviews often but I could not resist writing this one. I absolutely loved staying at the Marriott's Grand Chateau. It is centrally located on the "hip" part of the strip. It's just a few steps from the LV Blvd. The Miracle Mile Mall attached to Planet Hollywood was directly across the street from us. The hotel had a variety of daily activities for guests. I loved the daily complimentary drink of the day and other refreshments. There are plenty of on site amenities including 2 pools, a state of the art workout room and the in room washer and dryer. The night time view from the rooftop pool was AMAZING. Finally, the entire staff was stellar, friendly and accommodating EVERYDAY.

This was by a long margin the very best hotel stay I have ever had. Knowing that I would be on this trip for nearly two weeks I wanted a washer dryer in my room. My room not only had the washer dryer but a full kitchen fully stocked with pots pans glasses dishes silverware and all the kitchen tools you need. Making all my own dinners saves a whole lot of money over restaurant food every night. The staff there was fantastic and they never came into my room without me knowing about it first a big issue nowadays in Las Vegas. The giant bathtub and dual shower head walk in shower are an excellent bonus. Last but not least for a clean freak like myself this was the cleanest Hotel I've ever been in. The Marriott Grand Chateau is the only hotel I will ever stay in in Las Vegas ever again.

I'm an owner, so this is my go to when I am in Vegas. The 3 bedroom worked out perfectly for me and 2 friends attending a conference. We all got our own room and private bathroom. And the location is perfect. Not to mention, it's smoke free but you are surrounded by casinos so you can get your fix and leave!

I stayed at my friend's timeshare so I'm not too sure how the actual hotel compares. But the location is great — you are right across the street from Planet Hollywood and the Cosmo on the strip. The rooms are nice. I didn't like the shampoo or conditioner though, so definitely bring your own. Because it was a timeshare, we didn't have room service nor did they clean during our week-long stay but I still enjoyed myself. There were a lot of families and kids in the pools but if you don't mind that then this spot's for you.

This hotel is beautiful and we have a 3 bedroom time share here. Their maintenance fees have gone up $600 in a year and are now $1800 which is very expensive. If they have to come into your room, the cost is around $75 plus dollars for them to fix or clean the room for you. By far this is one of the top Marriotts you will stay at and staff is very friendly. Location is amazing on the strip and the view from the top pool, 37 floor is amazing, minus the TRUMP tower to your right that is glowing like the sun at you. The bar at the top of the pool is extremely over priced at $18 a drink when you could go to a casino and get drunk for FREE. Elevators are the fastest I have ever been on. Hotel is up graded yearly. Cafe downstairs is extremely over priced. They have daily activities and the majority do not cost to participate in. Kids center is awesome and built in babysitters if need be at a price. The gym is the same as a smaller business gym but way bigger than a typical gym with great equipment to use. Would highly recommend and you will feel like royalty!

It was a nice place. The room we were in was looking a little dated but all of the staff were very friendly. They have a great automated valet service but they really need to explain it better… you use the same ticket for your entire stay, scan your ticket at one of the machines in the lobby then wait for "arrived" to show up next to your ticket number. The pressie was really on during the Vacation Club presentation. Once you say no a few times they start talking to you like you're stupid. It was easy to say no to paying over $50K and financing it through them for 10 years at an extremely high interest rate. Yes, they have a deal that's only good while you're in their presence. Then there's more deals for reward points after they finally accept you're not joining they're club. That's where the boss comes in. He's kind of a jerk.

Came here for the weekend and I like it! Really clean place housekeepers were nice actually nicer than the Starbucks associates at the lobby. Other staff members were really nice too. Close to the strip its a good location and the place is just nice, pool was fun and nice gym. I would definitely continue staying at this place!

Very nice hotel, spacious and had clean bedrooms and bathrooms, along with a nice kitchen in our villa. Great location, very close to the strip, and all the staff were all super friendly except for one. The lady named May who worked at the concierge desk was extremely rude and unfriendly. Our room was called by phone to see the concierge desk to receive a $25 credit. When I asked her to explain what the $25 credit was for, she refused to explain and instead told me that I must answer her questions first in a very rude and unprofessional manner, I was very upset with the way she treated me and I didn’t even want the credit anymore. I am just very disappointed that Marriott would hire someone so unprofessional and impolite like her, especially to work at the concierge desk. This hotel would have earned a five star review from me if it weren’t for this incident.

Great Place for Family Stays in Las Vegas. This is a timeshare property but it is Marriott so you know it is clean and safe. They have everything from single room, 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom. So if you want to travel as a group this is perfect. Also location is great. Right across the street from the miracle mile mall. We had a one bedroom, clean comfortable full kitchen two bathroom sinks. Loved it.

Not our first time nor will it be our last, we were in Vegas for a Dance Nationals. Love the full kitchen to prepare meals on a very busy schedule. We brought a service animal with us and all the staff were very kind and respectful to us. Please would you consider putting in an indoor pet relief area. Outside is very hot, not sure the other guest were happy about letting our animal outside even when they saw us clean up after her. Thank very much to Cordell very polite and professional when we were checking in. All of your staff were Wonderful.! Thank you we loved our stay and we will be returning again.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Great location to stay, it's about a block to get to the strip. Also there is a large shopping mall across the street. It's a good option if you want to be close to everything but not have to deal with the craziness of staying inside a casino hotel. Rooms were clean and a small kitchen was attached. I stayed here for 5 days for business. For this hotel class, it was a nice pick. I didn't give it five stars because I wish there were more late night dining options besides their store.

No casino inside which makes it a top choice for those with families or who don't like the all night life buzzing around the hotel. 2 pools in different parts of the hotel with hot tubs, certain suites have a full on kitchen with all the cooking equipment you would need, washer and dryer in the suite, a hot tub near the bed; overall great rooms that are cozy and nice to escape from the Vegas feel if it ever gets too overwhelming. And everything is ridiculously nice. The auto valet is nice peace of mind as well.

This was the best hotel experience I've had in a very long time. Perhaps ever. The folks at the front desk know their stuff and are very cheerful! Every room is like a small apartment and comes fully furnished with dishes, flatware and a dish washer. The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk away from the strip (perfect for me). I stayed here for EDC Las Vegas 2018 and am very likely to return for any visit I make to Vegas.

Great place to stay. 1. It is that it is not necessary to pay the tourist. Tax and other additional payments. The rooms are spacious + free parking (valet parking) and the most pleasant is the 2 pools + all close.

We always love to stay here when we visit Las Vegas because the location and amenities are great. It's conveniently located slightly off the strip so getting an Uber outside is easy, but you can also walk to many popular hotels and restaurants. The staff is very, very friendly and the rooms were clean. I loved our visit to the Sky Bar on the top floor, where you can see an amazing view of the strip at night. The only downside is that the elevators have a mind of their own, closing on us at multiple occasions while we were trying to exit with luggage.

The hotel is a bit off the Strip from Las Vegas. Unfortunately without Casino (in all I did not find it) the closest being the Planet Hollywood. Pool on the 38th floor with a view of the Strip. Suite with kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 great bathrooms. Good bedding.

Talk about VIP treatment. Everything well better then expected. The $ we paid was a very affordable and it is perfect for families with young children. 2 pools and no smoking throughout the hotel. The only downfall is the parking. Free valet but Anytime you needed something from the car you had to wait for the valet to drive it up. Overall, the suites were big and had all the amenities. Definitely will go back.

It's very nice considering it's a timeshare. Very nice and clean room with modern furnishings and a perfect little kitchen. All the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. One street away from the strip. Couldn't be more convenient. Great gym. Best I've seen at any timeshare and I've been to many. Would come back in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a really wonderful stay at this Marriott. The rooms have been newly refurbished and are gorgeous! We stayed in a one bedroom with a full kitchen. The kitchen is very fully equipped, the beds super comfortable (duvets and fluffy pillows! ) and even the pull out sofa is comfy with a memory foam mattress! Beautiful bathroom with a HUGE tub! Two pools, an expansive fitness center and lots of activities. All this and right in the middle of everything! Walk to the shows and everything going on on the Strip!

Really great stay here. Got here through a timeshare trade. Lots of activities for kids in the activity center, nice rooms, and had daily drinking and other experiences in the lobby. Staff wasn't disruptive and quite accommodating of any requests. Location is great as it's near some of my favorite casinos, but not right on the strip. Would recommend.

Renovated room with a nice view. Great location for going up and down the strip. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nicely equipped kitchen. Not up to the Marriott standards we are used to. Does not have mid-week housekeeping without a charge. Bathrooms do not have enough towels. Dining table is too large for living room area. Maybe go with smaller table and bar stools at counter. With the LR being tight they should have had a coffee table with rounded edges. Also, it would have been nice to have bedroom lamps with built in chargers for phones. Decor in second bedroom works together much better then in master bedroom.

This place is awesome and for the business class guest! its set up like a hotel room with an office and a mini bar! its right near the Luxor a little further down from the middle of the strip but I had amazing rest! I would go here again. The staff was very helpful in all I needed to accomplish in Vegas.

Great Bedroom Villa Being a Marriott rewards member, I got a great rate to begin with. This location comes with complimentary parking (totally worth it in Vegas! ) and is an extremely short walk from the strip (a block). The views were awesome even if we were only on the 11th floor. The staff was friendly and helpful, but being well-versed Vegas travelers & having family in the area we didn't use the many services they offered (except the parking). We might have used our room more if we weren't just sleeping there. You could bring your family here and be well entertained. The weather kept us from enjoying the 37th floor's pool and bar : — ( Comfortable room, everything worked (that we used that is) and it is centrally located to everything. Even driving up here is easy if you know your way around to avoid the strip… Check your mapping on your phone (don't always rely on the first view either… zoom in and look around on that map).

A good place to stay in Vegas if you do not want to stay in a casino hotel. Conveniently located on the strip with Cosmopolitan right across the street. Quiet place. Ideal for business travelers. The sky bar is a cool view. There is a Starbucks inside. This place offers complimentary parking. Staff members are courteous and the rooms are clean. Lots of amenities and good housekeeping. They even have weekly grocery shopping trips in case you’re looking for an extended stay here.

This hotel was everything awesome. The location was awesome, it was less then a five minute walk to the middle of the strip. Because it wasn't one of the giant resorts it didn't have the daily resort fee and they had free Wi-Fi. We stayed there for three night in a one bedroom villa and it was like a home away from home. Our room had a full kitchen that came fully stocked with dishes, and it even had a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed being able to come back to our room and make something to eat or just a snack, It was nice not having to eat out every meal not to mention it saved a lot of money. The room had a living room/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, and a big bathroom. The bathroom had a nice big shower with two shower heads! The bedroom was very spacious, it had its own TV, a vanity and a nice big soaking tub right next to the bed. On the roof there was a pool, hot tub and a bar. The pool was very small and about three feet deep, but the view from the roof was pretty good.

Marriott's Grand Chateau has literally everything someone could ever want in a hotel stay! They provide complimentary and cheap activities right in the hotel lobby. They provide discounts to restaurants and shows. They provide a pack and play for babies to sleep in. We have a 2-room suite and couldn't be happier with the room and how nice everyone has been. They have free valet parking and check room keys before you can go upstairs. They have a cafe downstairs, and two marketplaces where you can buy snacks and random items. We love it here!

Good hotel, well located, close to the noise of las vegas but at the same time in a quiet place ideal for families, with free parking and does not charge a resort fee.

Stayed here for a night in Vegas and it was wonderful. Close to the planet Hollywood and the central strip but not on it. They offer a free valet for guests. They also have activities put on by the staff for guests if they are looking for a family event or something low-key. Suites we're clean but they didn't have an ice machine on our floor.

It's a really nice place to stay. I have to say I do not like the valet parking. My longest wait was 10 minutes. It's not free parking since you are tipping the valets. This does kind of limit how many times you come and go. We were also not told how the valet parking works so it's confusing initially. Seems someone should explain it when you check in. Same with the fridge. We putt some items in both fridge and freezer but I noticed nothing was freezing. I had to adjust the settings. I understand the need to turn the settings to a higher temp but maybe a note inn the fridge saying we should adjust the fridge. My kids loved the pool and the activities. They do a great job with those.

Staff goes above and beyond to help guests and the entire staff couldn't be nicer. Rooms are incredibly spacious and beautiful with amazing views. The lobby bar/grill is a great place to have a cocktail and bite to eat and the market has fabulous pastries and sandwiches among other things. Oh and don't forget about the rooftop pool… a must to see views of City and the strip at night. I've stayed here 5 times now. Won't stay anywhere else in Vegas!

Quiet hotel with very clean and nice rooms.

We stayed on the 8th floor — — great room! Kitchen, living room, double headed shower, giant soak tub near the bed, view of the (closed for renovations) lower level pool. Staff was nice. You will get solicited for timeshares via phone and in exchange for a coupon book, but just say no and move on. For around $100 a night, it's awesome. Easy walk to miracle Mile shops and the main strip.

I've never stayed at such an extravagant hotel. It holds the finest of everything. A full kitchen with the finest glasses, plates, utensils, stainless steel pots, pans, appliances, as well as, washer and dryer, glass shower, separate large soaker tub, and two separate vanities, valet parking included, and no on site gambling. Hallelujah! You can easily walk to the mall and strip to shop or gamble and then return to luxury with peace to relax. There's so much good to tell that I can't tell it all. Help me somebody to tell this story… I can't wait until it's time for me to return to Las Vegas again and Marriott Grand Chateau you'll always be my preferred place to stay. Had an awesome experience, loved our room we could cook our own meals. Loved the location and the staff were great. We felt safe having to show your room key to get on the floors and the views from the rooftop patio was stunning. Would recommend everyone stay here especially because there was no casino in it.

I stayed at the Marriott Grand Chateau in their Villa off of Las Vegas Blvd on Harmon and loved it. It's a beautiful, modern and clean. It's right in the middle of the strip next to Planet Hollywood and the MGM Grand. It is essentially an apartment with everything from a full kitchen to a washer and dryer. It has a beautiful rooftop pool and bar. It does not have a casino which I find works in its favor. I would typically stay at the Bellagio or similar but here on out I will stay at the Marriott. It was that pleasant and they've given me nothing for this review. I was just impressed. The only crime is it's ranked 3.5 stars which it's far better than.

The room was not clean. The dishes were dirty. Called housekeeping but they did nothing about the situation. If you are a owner of this timeshare, they treat you worse than if you rent. They have no cleaning included and the valet parking is the same for renters and owners. The activities were a joke they had one shuttle running. Checked out at 1:55pm and did not get a bellman, had to go to lobby and desk. They denied that they got an order for service. Waited another 20 minutes then got my own cart and loaded my own stuff. Got Car and left at 2:55pm. Not a smooth departure. However they were certainly taking care of those checking in. The 5th floor pool was closed. Book over a year in advance to secure the timeshare so maintenance scheduled are not released. The concierge desk "May" was not happy to be working and when asked for directions she responded " Don't you have a phone. " Not a place to own a timeshare.

Though this is not really a Marriott or a JW Marriott property, being associated to the Marriott chain has its privileges. Big rooms, good views and great staff. One thing that I of course missed was a proper breakfast place or a restaurant within the hotel, but again being close to the Strip, you really can't complain. Helpful tip : Receiving packages (example, Amazon) is free. Unlike some other hotels where they charge.

This is a beautiful hotel with plenty of space in the rooms. We had a family of six staying in the lock off room and had plenty of sleeping space for our kids. It is in a nice location within a minute walk of the Strip and other attractions. The customer service is great and quick to resolve issues (the chain to flush our toilet broke and they fixes it within 10 minutes). The only downside is that it doesn't offer much for the kids as far as entertainment. There are activities but the area they are held is very limited. The pool roof pool is nice because it is so shallow for the kids, but the environment is more for adults. This was our 3rd time staying and we'd happily stay again.

The Marriott has never let me down and I don't believe it ever will the Marriott still holds five stars for me very clean spacious and what more can I say clean clean clean. The prices are always right the Marriott Grand Chateau was a beautiful place. However there tend to be people there that think they're better than you not a chance. I don't want that bother me I had a great time in a great Hotel.

We had the best time at this hotel for our girls trip. Just a short walk to the strip. The rooms are excellent and super clean. Front desk was very polite and helpful. We would like to give a special shout out to Alissa. You were super helpful and on point with all recommendations for eating, shopping and fun. This hotel is located right across planet Hollywood. Parking was simple because the hotel had complimentary valet parking. Our room was on the 9th floor with a fairly decent view. It had a king sized bed. The restroom was a good size with a tub/shower combo. There was a small kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. All these amenities were just right for what we wanted in a studio style room. Staff was super nice and helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. Overall, I would stay again at the Marriott's Grand Chateau.

The room was fantastic and the service very good. My only warning is to not get caught up in the Marriott Vacation Club (Timeshare). They offered to sell me 1500 points for $11 a point. Online, you can buy points for $3 from folks re-selling their own points.

The hotel is fantastic. Staff is friendly and professional, and the rooms are everywhere nice. There is no self parking, but valet is free. The only downside was that you have to scan your valet ticket downstairs (no call down/ahead), and it takes 10 minutes of sitting in the lobby to get your car. Factor that in when you're leaving, or run down early to scan your ticket!

Great interior without all the smoke that you'd find in the casinos. Rooms are good size with pull outs in main room and connecting which is a huge plus. Kitchens are stocked with plates and cutlery. Very impressed with the bathrooms, too. And it's in the middle of the strip. PH is literally across the street. Great time and we'll be back!

Not a fan of Vegas overall — and I was nervous bringing the kids for a stop here on a long road trip. I had stayed at this property a few times for work, but was surprised that I had not noticed then how family oriented it was. The kids had a blast swimming, eating, playing games and watching movies with the planned events on the calendar. The staff were friendly and kind. Great place!

Clean and accessible for someone who spends much of their time in a wheelchair. I slept well, and even though I heard other people around, my room seemed insulated enough to make certain nothing I heard was a bother. Staff is nice and helpful, the shower was clean, fridge works, and the bed was comfortable with long body pillows. The food downstairs was delicious, as well. What more could you ask for? This is my second time staying here, and I will stay here when I come to Vegas next time.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The Marriott Grand Chateau nailed it on our first stay. We literally spent almost all day at the rooftop pool enjoying the misters, drinks, and food. Not to mention the view from the roof is pretty cool. The Furnishings in the room were top-notch. Love having a full kitchen and laundry. One of the best parts about staying here is access to the strip right out the front door basically. Walk across the street to the Miracle Mile shops find the ABC Store to buy some beverages and snacks for your room at great prices.

The Marriott Grand Chateau nailed it on our first stay. We literally spent almost all day at the rooftop pool enjoying the misters, drinks, and food. Not to mention the view from the roof is pretty cool. The Furnishings in the room were top-notch. Love having a full kitchen and laundry. One of the best parts about staying here is access to the strip right out the front door basically. Walk across the street to the Miracle Mile shops find the ABC Store to buy some beverages and snacks for your room at great prices.

Stayed here for 10 days and absolutely loved it. The location was great and the staff were fantastic. The daily activities were fun. We loved the movie at the pool. The skybar was great and the view was breathtaking! Definitely recommend this resort!

The hotel was lovely. The staff was attentive to our needs especially when we called to report the sink was clogged. It was fixed within 1 hour and cleaned up nicely. The room itself was immaculate and perfect for our stay. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to spend time in the strip but be far away enough from the all night noise to be able to get a good night's sleep. The roof top bar was clean and the staff was friendly. There were many activities including wine tasting and guess that tune. Both were a lot of fun and many guests participated. The prices are about what you would expect so no sticker shock there. Overall a great place to stay with friends or family!

Very good hotel, without play casino anything from strip. There are only apartments, with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, separate bedroom including bathtub. The prices are equal to Vegas, actually quite okay. The hotel is clean and in good condition.

Like having your own condo in Las Vegas. Location is great. The best place to stay in Vegas. Tinsel town at your door steps. The shows are amazing and they have every kind of food you can want. Rent a car and head to the grand cannon or visit hoover dam. The mountains are also beautiful and close by. Be sure to rent a car so you can explore.

I stayed with 4 more friends in a villa with two rooms and it was an excellent ocpión, one block from the strip, calm, no problem I would stay there, do not expect the luxury of other hotels.

Clean family focused resort with one or two bedroom with kitchen. They have daily kid activities and some for adults. Nice gym with sauna. 2 pool areas but both pools are small. Overcrowded in the summer with too many adults standing in the pool and no room for kids to play. The large pool across the street at the Hilton looks so much nicer. Staff is friendly. Convenient location next to Planet Hollywood. Valet parking only so getting your car during check out time can take 30 minute or more.

Nice place to stay without the craziness of the casinos. Fully equipped kitchen, in room washer & dryer plus nice bars & a deli makes this place better than a hotel. Location is between Planet Hollywood & MGM Grand & across steel from Aria & Cosmopolitan.

This place is wonderful for larger groups who want to stay somewhere close to the strip, but not spend a lot of money. For what you would pay for one room at a nice hotel on the strip, you can get a 2 or 3 bedroom suite! I've stayed here twice and both times were excellent. Don't let being off the strip scare you! It's literally only a block away from the mid-strip (less if you're going to the Plant Hollywood). Not to mention, they have tons of FREE activities to participate in — drink of the day, arts and crafts, various games at the pool, and more!

Super Marriott Vacation Club experience. Literally one block off the strip. Very convenient walking or short Uber drive to the entire strip. Rooms were just what was expected (we’ve been to several properties), therefore welcomed. We had a great view of the strip and enjoyed it while having wine and cheese on our first night. Staff was courteous, lobby and bar were very, very clean.

I stayed at this property for the 1st time in June 2016 during a business conference. Everything was fabulous. The suite was well equipped, spacious and clean. The staff was friendly in a neighborly sort of way instead of the generic corporate type of customer attentiveness. Their fitness center was absolutely world class with lots of weights and space for fitness routines. I did not try the restaurants but I hope to return this December with my family. I am a military veteran and AAA member that works for the federal government. So hopefully, I can get a reasonable room rate.

Good hotel, very good location, all very friendly and smiling. No asean the room when these do the order but don't say it.

~ Normally my family and I have a great time here, but our latest stay was a bit uncomfortable. ~ Our passenger side door handle was broken on their property, not while assisting in emptying it's luggage or helping anyone in/out. We had already exited the car and walked inside for the night. ~ Staff was not remorseful and only after days of correspondences were we able to get the handle fixed, but at a split cost. We still had to pay for the repair and deal with being without a car for the days it was in the shop. ~ The remainder of our stay the valet were well aware of our "situation" and made glares and smirks almost every time we picked-up or dropped-off our car. ~ At the time of our stay the Harmon crosswalk to cross to PH was under construction, forcing you to walk up to the strip and cross the street there, via bridge walkway. Was not notified of the major construction until we saw for ourselves upon check-in. ~ During the middle of our stay, there was incident with a neighboring room which resulted in the police showing up. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't have a security protocol when it came to police activity within the halls of the hotel. Literally, in the middle of the night my husband and I awoke to a woman yelling and loud talking. We assumed it was the neighbor's T. V. Or neighbors having a drunk argument. My husband and I had to wake up at 4 A. M. To make a tee time out in Mesquite, so we let the yelling continue in hopes of falling back asleep.

The hotel villas are plush and comfortable, with as many amenities as you might need: full kitchen, kitchenware, dishwasher, multiple bathroom sinks and bathing areas, washer and dryer. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. There are activities, multiple pools, a rooftop bar/pool, a fitness center, and other guest services. The location is convenient, just off of the main Las Vegas Boulevard strip, so it's close to other venues without being right in the middle or on top of things. There is no casino in the hotel, but it is across from one and within walking distance of others. The stay is pleasant and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

Best Hotel on our trip.

We had a room in the 32 floor and the view was super! The rooms were nice and clean and large. The Vallet Parking is super easy and has used max 7min. On the second day we have wanted to try out the Pools, the lower Pool was Packed, but the Pool on the rooftop was relatively empty. After a few minutes an employee came and handed out bingo boards (Have won a water ball and a champagne).

So if you get to the right room the view is Top notch! I've never had such a brilliant Hotel. Also, the location to the Strip is acceptable. I once pressed the call to the front Desk, after 2 minutes, someone in my 36. Floor.

Suites are clean, huge and comfortable. Full kitchen and in room washer/dryer are very convenient. Mandatory valet parking, but it's complimentary. Across the street from the miracle mile shops. This hotel is not connected to a casino so it doesn't smell like smoke. It was a great place for our 4 small kids.

I love it here. The place to be if you have young children. The room is spacious. The staff is very accommodating. The 5th floor pool area is awesome! And it's located by the strip!

I stayed for 2 nts in room 3402. The room was spacious and sofa bed was memory foam and very comfortable for my kids, unlike the typical springy sofa bed mattresses. Pool on 38th was crowded but the one on the 5th was nice. 2 hot tubs were great. My kids enjoyed making candles at the activity center.

Always a wonderful stay, very clean, staff very helpful. I stay there when I travel. The rooms are nice, looking forward to a villa stay soon staying hopeful for my Bday May 10th. I wish.

Took our kids for a LV vacation. We rented the 3 bedroom suite and it was really nice. It's really a two bedroom suite and a seperate one bedroom. There is one main entry door that gives acess to two seperate doors to the suites. Really nice kitchens in both with dining for 8. If you are in Vegas for any length of time, it''s nice to be able to have a few meals in. Great price as well and much less expensive than booking 3 seperate hotel rooms. Staff was great and it's in a good location, 1 block off the center of the strip. No casino in the hotel as it really caters to families. Only complaint (and that's too strong a word) are the pools. They are quite small and were pretty crowded when we were there. If you're looking for the Mandalay bay experience, this isn't for you but if you want really nice rooms at a great price in a great location, go for it.

The people were very friendly. There was valet parking for free. They were quick to grab the car. There was free Wi-Fi and safe.

Staying for 3 nights, beautiful high rise hotel. Great location in the middle of all the fun of Vegas no casino which is also great because there is no smoking here. Room keys are required for elevator areas and they are always manned by a live person. Definitely will be coming back!

Stayed with two friends for three nights. The space was perfect for us. Bedroom with king size bed, living room with pull out bed, full kitchen, dining table, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The pull out bed was remarkably comfortable. The pool areas are beautiful — we would have been content just hanging out at the pool all day! It is a short walk (1/2 block) to the strip, near Planet Hollywood. Staff members were all very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are amazing. We got a full condo and we love it. Is next to strip. Great place to relax. Two pools and they have a daily activities.

The hotel is nice and clean. The pool is quite large with a heated hot tub! However… When we first checked in, we asked if there was any pools or hot tubs and they said they only have pools, no hot tubs, but we realized they have two tubs. The front desk employees have no idea what they're talking about. The room service is terrible, takes forever for the employees to get 2 comforters. When it came, there was no case on them so we asked for a case. The second and third time, they still came with more comforters and no case!? Prior to coming, I called, made reservations noting that we have a group of 5 and need 3 beds. She told us that our room will have 1 king with 2 sofa beds. I looked online but couldn't find such a room. She said don't worry this room has 1 king and 2 sofa beds; she said the company doesn't always update the site. So we went ahead and booked it for 179 a night. We got to the hotel and found out its a 1 king 1 sofa. When I went to complain, the lady at the front desk was rude, had a horrible attitude and gave us ridiculous offers. She said we can get a smaller room 1 king 1 sofa for 179 or another smaller room 1 king 1 sofa for 189. She's so stupid.

A very good alternative in Las Vegas. Located on street perpendicular to the Strip but less than 5 minutes walk from this. It has no casino which gives you peace of mind.

This hotel is a true disappointment. The rooms are nice and comfortable. However, this management and staff is the worst that I have encountered in the hotel industry. The customer service from Nina and Susie is egregious! This is clearly the worst that you can encounter. I have encountered blatantly misleading representations from the management in regards to maintenance fees, etc. This is not a reputable establishment. Unfortunately, the Customer Care for Marriott Vacation Club for Premier Platinum Members condones this conduct. These actions were so disturbing that all personal and professional relationships with Marriott International was suspended. This is disturbing as we have been Premier Platinum with Marriott for several years. Exercise caution when dealing with this hotel.

The hotel room was great, but there was a lot to be desired from the customer service. First we didn't get an acceptable room without arguing for it, even though we checked in at the guaranteed check in time at 4 PM. The hotel staff never cleaned the rooms, they only took the old towels and dumped off new towels on the coffee table. Lastly we requested that we have a late check out, only to have it canceled on our last day, without anyone telling us at any point during our stay. We were able to stay until 11 to get our things, but our room keys still shut off at 10. All in all, even though the rooms are great at a decent price, the customer service is severely lacking, and really not worth dealing with it.

Valet parking! Very friendly staff and very clean and well maintained rooms. Even have a small kitchen with a refrigerator, Toaster, coffee machine, cutlery and glasses. It is not a themed hotel but it is better than others. The only thing is do not include you despite the room price breakfast, but this often happens around here.

Love the location, beautiful rooms, convenience of pool and lobby, planned activities, and friendly staff. Another aspect which is especially impressive is the punctuality of the ground transportation at the taxi stand. They are on the dot, on time! Love staying here!

Everything was good except for the 10am check out time and a 4pm check in time. There no real restaurant here, only a pool side bar that service burgers and chicken taco. The marketplace has Starbucks coffee, pastries, salads and carries a few other items you might need. The free valet parking is great.

Helpful staff, and really polite. They know how to treat their guests, lots of activities happening at the hotel and free shuttles offered to sone popular locations. The new pool and bar is a good place to hang out and relax. The gym is well equipped and a good size. Rooms were really clean. Any small issues with the room the staff was able to fix it right away. (E. G. Burnt out light bulbs) Location is right near the strip but far enough away from noisy party goers.

Quiet place to be after walking along the strip. Loved the rooms and the views. Sky bar was excellent, would recommend to all my friends.

Wonderful villa room with FULL kitchen and great amenities. Everything one could want is here and the area is quiet (so are the rooms) but a 5 minute walk to the Strip. Which is a foreign culture, but fun.

Wonderful. I have stayed in a lot of Timeshares. This place is is a contender for First Place. Grate Valet parking. Good People. Bell Staff also. Stop and Enjoy it. Very close to a lot of Las Vegas Action.
