A great place very nice place to stay.

Only issue we had was room keys messing up alot, which is annoying. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, nice smoke area.

Everything was fine. Just need more amenities and breakfast should close later than 9 am.

We stayed at redroof plus in Henderson, it is great hotel I ever seen. Very clean. Fell like home. We come Henderson every year and we stayed other hotel in past but this hotel is the best. I strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you redroof.

I booked this room by mistake. I am traveling and thought it was hendersonville instead of henderson, nc. At first I was told I would be refunded because I discovered the error 7 minutes later and quickly cancelled. Now theres multiple AND duplicate charges from this place. The manager (maggie) is no help, im being told to basically "deal with it with my bank". This place is crooked to say the least. If you choose to stay here watch your bank activity very closely… Ive had to close my bank account and have to file dispute forms and involve an attorney. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

Nope! Never again! There was no room anywhere else, so we ended up here. Poor water pressure, so we couldn’t use the bathroom without stopping up a toilet. Then, after waiting 30 minutes for help, we went to the front desk, got a plunger and still couldn’t get it unclogged because of water pressure. Called the front desk and instead of sending maintenance, we had to change rooms! While walking through the halls to the new room in a 100% non-smoking hotel, we passed a couple smoking in the hallway with a large German Shepard. Really? New room-spider, and I woke up several times to the smell of smoke from the hallway. Don’t know if this is indicative of every Red Roof but I will never stay at a Red Roof again.

This hotel is immaculate inside and out, as well as beautiful. The courtesy and professionalism of all the hotel staff is SUPERB! Also, this hotel is the only hotel in the Henderson area that is pet friendly and your PET STAYS FREE AND WITH NO CHARGE! I will definitely be choosing this hotel chain more now and in the near future… Thank you RRI!

Stayed here May 7, 2018. The staff was great and came to the room shortly after checking in to make sure everything was fine.

Great place to stay. Staff is very nice. Rooms are clean. If your hungry then check out the Mayflower seafood restaurant next door.

Very worn our facility. Staff nice. Nothing from continental breakfast can go to room.

Staff was extremely nice. Hotel feels and looks worn out. Noisey. Signs indicate not allowed to take breakfast items, including coffee, to room.

I was really surprised with this establishment. One of the nicest breakfast for a hotel in similar category. Oh yeah they have a free happy hour to boot.

Our family of four was looking for a place to sleep in the middle of the night after Christmas on a long road trip. I was a bit skeptic of the brand, but I was proven wrong. The two people running it were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and stocked, the bed and pillows were comfy, and breakfast was much more than I expected. Their sanitation score is a 99.5 and I would have given them a similar score. If you find yourself not having booked a fancy hotel and north of Durham, this is an extra safe bet. I would stay again.

I thought the staff was less than friendly. The room was not as described. There was a strong mildew smell. I will not return.

This used to be the Holiday Inn express. They remodeled it to the current Red Roof Plus. It's a great hotel for the price, and they offer free hot breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean and the water stays hot in your shower.

My favorite place to stay when I come to visit my family.

This place was at one time a Holiday Inn Express, which is what our GPS led us to… If I could I would give this place 0 stars… Dirty, trash in the halls, some fairly unsavory characters hanging around in the parking lot… Felt very uncomfortable and did not stay. The only decent thing was the front desk girl was very sweet.

I stayed here passing through from Raleigh it was a great stay! Very nice hotel. Room was very clean staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. I will visit here again next time I am in town.
