Really large suite. I give it 5 stars. Now the noisy gusset were not nice at 4am. But everything else was superb.

Rooms clean very roomy staff smiles breakfast lacking only had 1 flavor yogurt.

Nice clean room, quick and easy check in.

First time staying here. Picked it because it was close to the hospital. My elderly father was taken there after he tripped in a restaurant parking lot and hit his head. (He was treated and later released after about 6 hours). Clean, comfortable rooms. The only things that I noticed was the fact that I could hear/feel every heavy foot fall near my room both on my floor and immediately above me. (Thank goodness for earplugs). The remote in my room works only after pressing the power button several times and the bathroom sink had a crack in it. Great staff. I would stay here again though. The good outweighs the negative!

Once again thank you for being a great place to stay as we go through the home buying process nearby. We love the location and friendliness of your staff, and we cannot thank you enough for being a pet friendly property. We always experience a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I did not personally stay at this hotel however my husband did on two separate occasions for business, 12 days both times. And I can not Thank the staff enough for the superb service and accommodations he received. I want to give a special Thanks to Ms. Jenny in the food service department. My husband would have to leave at 4:20 a. M. Before the complimentary breakfast was actually set up and Ms. Jenny would make sure there was at the very least coffee, cereal and some fruits available before he left so he could eat something. On a few occasions there was a small complimentary bag with a few snack waiting for him. She is truly an example of going above & beyond to provide excellent customer service. Very nice and clean property. I only found one hair in my bathroom. But that doesn't bother me. Staff was great and breakfast was good. Maybe a bit more options would be good but was still free! Very satisfied with this property and I will return again.

Overall our 4 night stay in the king suite was good. The bed was way too soft but the duvat (blanket) was a comfortable weight for once. Good bath facilities and the kitchenette was awesome as we had to prep some food for a dinner. We were too busy to check out the pool or fitness center. Nice location.

Every year I bring my son to Henderson for a golf camp. For the last 2 years, we have stayed at this hotel. It is close to camp. We have always had a pleasant stay. This year however, I cannot say the same. It started in check in. When I wanted to pay cash, I was told that they don't deal in cash. I've always paid cash in the past with no problem. Finally, an incredibly rude manager came out and told me she would make an exception this time only. The hotel was extremely loud this year. Room above is only kids. No adult. Jumping off of beds etc. Since the phone in our room didn't work, my husband went up to ask them to be quiet. This morning, at 8:00 am housekeeping decided to stand outside our door with their walkie talkies at full blast and have a loud conversation for approximately 20 minutes. I guess that was our alarm to get up. Needless to say, we will have to look for a new hotel for camp next year.

The motel and the staff were top notch. I had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very nice. The beds were so comfortable. The food was excellent. Great location and very affordable. The shuttle was very accommodating. My experiences was and overall 10 in my books. I will be telling my friends and family.

This was our first time staying at this location and we were very happy! We had a 2 bedroom suite during the middle of our trip and stayed for 2 nights. Very clean rooms and building. Awesome balcony. One washer and dryer for the whole building and we used it and worked great. Service was great too! If we are ever in the area again, I will for sure stay here. I try to book at Best Western when ever we travel (they have really come a long way! ) I highly recommend!

Best Western Plus in Henderson, NV was a fantastic choice to stay in. My room was quiet, clean, comfy, had everything I needed, and a great view of the city. The staff was fantastic at helping me check in early due to an early flight and helped me with printer issues on my way out to my next business destination. Unfortunately, due to my work hours, I was unable to enjoy the free breakfast or any other amenities they offer at this hotel. It's a great location, close to many restaurants to choose from and a Starbucks in close driving or a short walk in distance. Nice clean area of Las Vegas, NV. I will be staying here again when work takes me to Vegas.

This hotel is away from the hustle of the strip which is exactly what we were looking for. It's in a neighborhood area with restaurants a close drive away. There is a sports bar in the parking lot that we did not use. We had a King suite and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Spacious, room to move, and a balcony. The views were lovely.

Easily accessible hotel in the Henderson area on way to Lake Mead. Extended pool hours made a quiet adult swim possible both in the evening and in the morning before long drive. Personnel at front desk were accommodating and gave us a room with a view of the great Las Vegas area. Well-appointed lobby and rooms. Nice little restaurant across parking lot with very reasonable prices and many businesses within convenient driving distance. We'll stay here again when in the area!

Dirty pool landscape (food leftovers and cigarettes), bad breakfast of sugar and fat, bright rooms with noisy audience. Bathroom without windows and without ventilation.

15 to 20 min distance from the airport.

Very much so enjoyed my stay here. Every time I come to Las Vegas I always want to stay off the strip and get away from the noise. This hotel did not disappoint! Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, updated rooms, free breakfast, 24 Hr gym, nice pool, and laundry services. This is my new go-to hotel in Las Vegas. Thank you Best Western! Stay here!

We ended up booking a king bed mini suite. It was amazing! For the price we were shocked how big it was. We loved having the kitchenette and balcony. We stayed at the St. Rose Parkway location. It has easy access to the freeway with lots of restaurants nearby. We will be back for sure!

Booked this hotel on the outskirts of Las Vegas as the last stop on a round trip to have a short drive (10 minutes) to the Car Rental Return near the airport. It is certainly not a typical "Vegas hotel", which I found very positive in the above case. Quiet location, room in type. BW-style was o. K. Something audible. Variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. For the purposes completely sufficient, since price/performance ratio was right.

Can definitely recommend the hotel, the staff at the reception was very friendly and the rooms were super clean and we felt very comfortable. Only the breakfast with plastic cutlery and the choice of food was not so extensive. Otherwise good hotel.

Very clean, the staff were friendly just don't remember seeing signs that the pool would be closed for maintamce this week. We used the hot tub the night before and didn't see a sign but went to use Monday afternoon and it was closed. The work being done was noisy on Tues am.

Ideal location of this hotel if you don't want to go to the center of Las Vegas. I attended a horse show at South Point, which is only about 5 minutes away. The distance to the airport LAS is also good with 10 minutes. The hotel is not located on a street, i. E. It is from the St. Rose Parkway, very quiet.

Is far about 20 min car from the Center (Ceaser Palace).
Quiet rooms.
Breakfast rather moderate also for USA conditions.
Friendly and helpful staff.

We have stayed at this location several times over the years and have never been disappointed! Spacious room! Great breakfast too! Will be staying there again!

I brought pets, so my review is not as great as the others. I had to walk my dogs through the lobby to take them to a tiny patch of grass; if I was a guest without pets I might have been upset. I asked for a handicap room. All I got was a bar in the shower; but the manager took care of it the next day. The hotel itself is very nice but not the greatest unless you make sure the handicap room is what you need and you have pets.

The breakfast is the same as you get elsewhere, except at the Best Western Plus on The Strip that doesn't offer any. The jack-o-lanterns in the lobby are a great idea. The staff is wonderful. And we got a good rate on a suite. Very comfortable.

The rooms were much roomier than we expected which is a plus. The employees were very accommodating and there's free breakfast in the morning! However, the bathrooms did not have a vent with a fan to air it out. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Very reasonably priced. Bed is soft and new, flat screen TV with WORKING CABLE! Pool and hot tub very relaxing. Overall very impressed.

Good hotel, Nice rooms Staff is nice, but the only thing I do not like is the elevator. It makes the floors move slightly and can throw my balance off for a small amount of time.

Very friendly staff. Very clean facility and also very accommodating when a problem with our room occurred. We will absolutely stay here again!

Clean and current decor. Fast internet 30mb down and 3 up. Not terribly far from The Strip. It's maybe 15-20 minutes to drive over in the evening.

Did not take the time to add my rewards, they were short and disrespectful. Cable on the room was poor. The shower rod was installed wrong creating less room in the show. For an over priced room 280.00 for a night very disappointed.

Great value, freshly renovated, clean, great staff and amenities. Soft towels and fast Wi-Fi.
