I must first say the staff. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Check in was so fast it felt unreal,, but it was real. We are very impressed with the cleanliness, especially with COVID-19.

Very big rooms with the usual amenities. Fairly quiet and pleasant nights. Air conditioning is great. Breakfast has basic options but has a nice waffle maker.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast they serve is phenomenal. Everything was cooked fresh and dishes were kept full. The lady that runs this breakfast does an awesome job. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. If you needed their help with something, they were always happy to help. The shuttle service drivers we met were nice too. Ruben comes to mind. I had a couple of doctor appointments as well as same day surgery. Ruben helped my husband get me inside of the hotel after my surgery. I really appreciated his help. One of the ladies drove us to an appointment the next day and on our way back we asked if she would mind stopping at the post office near by. She was really great for doing that for us. Our room was kept really clean. These ladies work very hard and do a great job. We had a great experience staying here.

I really appreciate the friendliness of the supervisor and staff. Especially the supervisor who was very friendly and accommodating. I had just received terrible treatment at a different hotel (Friendly Hills Hotel) which I had reserved ahead of time. When I came to Best Western that same night the supervisor was understanding and I really felt welcomed. I would definitely recommend Best Western to anyone who's looking for a great hotel experience stay.

Was good experience, clean place and friendly people.

This is a great place to come and stay. Away from all the noise that the Vegas strip can be. Very affordable if you book in advance. Very nice people that help out along with very presentable hotel. Very clean inside out. Awesome AC that blows nice and cold. Weather outside was 110 degrees. But inside nice and cool. Great! Highly recommend it.

Good place to stay. Clean smells good. Comfortable beds. Accept dogs and cats. Clean pool. No smoking area either stand or sit on wall. Friendly front desk folks and staff.

This Best Western was very clean. The breakfast was great especially for a family. My kids loved it. The pool was clean with fresh towels. The staff was polite and very helpful. Great experience.

Can not say enough about this hotel staff, food 5 stars go out of their way for you. I observed house keeping how well they cleaned 5 stars. You are lucky to have a great staff. Would stay a week if offered.

Nice place to stay, great breakfast selection if you are not Vegan although they had a few items available, oatmeal, fruit & waffles. If you are looking for a view this location does not have one. Walls are thin so if you happen to have loud neighbors most likely you will hear them but otherwise it's pretty peaceful. Only complaint was when we had room service clean our room they provided us with old towels that had strings hanging from them & not soft. On check in we had very nice towels. Get rid of all those old towels & provide all your customers with the nice new ones, we deserve them.

Warning! attention to anyone who is considering staying at this hotel. Sometime after 2 am Monday May 14, 2018, just shortly after Mother's Day ended. I had one of the absolute WORST experiences of my life at this hotel! My vehicle was VANDALIZED — the right passenger rear window was smashed and 2 of my suitcases and my juicer was stolen. They took my clothes, my important business papers. You can imagine how devastating this was for my daughter and I. Especially since we parked up front right by the front office. We woke up early Monday morning (around 6:30 am) happily prepared to make our juice and unfortunately, we come to find broken window glass on the ground and back seat of car. There was a 2nd vehicle vandalized also same thing back window smashed out and stole 1 large suitcase. The police arrived 20-25 minutes later after we reported the incident to front desk. We had to wait about 1 1/2 hours for the General Manager to arrive because apparently is the only one with the PASSWORD to the video camera footage. He arrived half an hour late. Once he arrived to work he asked front desk staff why police car was here she informed General Manager of my vandalism. Manager didn't approach to say anything to my daughter nor myself. Extremely poor management skills. My daughter saw General Manager go to the back area where the police was located. After about 25 minutes I went to my room to charge my phone and I returned to the front lobby.

The hotel was nice — decorations are good, staff is friendly & rooms comfy. The breakfast was pretty well stocked and the food was tasty. The outdoor pool was a little lacking and there are not any places to walk to for food except one casino. Hence the 4 star rating. If you don't plan to or need to walk to food then this is a great out of the way hotel — but keep in mind it will be a 20-30 minute ride into Las Vegas!

Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was a huge plus. The complimentary full breakfast was delicious!

I was able to get a room last minute with a comfy bed. They have excellent customer service and the hotel is Kept clean and welcoming. The free breakfast was also much better than expected with lots of variety.

This hotel is wonderful! The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are super clean and fresh smelling. I will definitely be staying here again.

They offer a great breakfast! Love that they have Earl Grey tea. Bed comfi, great shower. It's close to the Sam Boyd Stadium where we come to see the Rugby 7's tournament each year. We'll be back for sure.

A little HIDDEN GEM away from the fast paced strip. Excellent People Skills from all of the staff. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home away from home. This is it. A manager that helps the Breakfast serve in the morning is absolutely amazing. He basically helps replenish and meets with his guests. Hospitality at its finest. Any time I’m in Vegas this will definitely be my stay away from home.

Very nice hotel, it is clean and the staff are very nice! The breakfast was very very good, the waffles are always the best! It is great that they have a little patch of grass for the pups as well. I would recommend this hotel if you are needing to stay in this area.

We love staying at the Best Western Plus on Boulder Highway in Nevada when we visit our daughter who works at the University. The entire hotel is kept clean & we like the fact that it's a non-smoking hotel because we have allergies to cigarette smoke. We return every year and we can always expect a hot breakfast with many food options, a clean room & a professional staff that's happy to help. Lastly, we are very pleased with the cost. It's affordable, quiet, and we have all the help we need if anything comes up. We will be booking our next stay soon!

Nice and clean place to stay with spacious rooms. Breakfast was decent. Booths in dining room are a bit cramped on one side of the room, though. Also a little difficult to find the entrance into it at night. It was a reasonably priced place to stay well away from the Vegas strip, and we'd gladly stay here again. They also seem to be pet friendly as we heard a dog barking down a hallway.

Its good for what and where it is. Good rates. Very friendly staff. Typical hotel breakfast that appeals to hangovers and your sweet tooth. Very clean. Which is the main reason I am a return guest. The main reason I am leaving this review is because of the staff. I am extremely happy with the level of hospitality I received. Thanks guys.

By far the best place we’ve stayed in Nevada. No hidden “resort fees” or “amenity charges”. Rooms are appropriate, spacious and we even have a coffee maker, and a decent sized refrigerator and microwave. Family friendly, free breakfast, heated pool and pet friendly. Wi-Fi and good TVs, and everything has a good standard of cleaning. They also offer a rewards program when booking online. There is a bar here and a fitness room. Easy free parking and luggage transportation. They are doing everything right here.

Overall the hotel and the staff are excellent. The breakfast is from the best of the hotels in the segment. Only it is a bit removed from the tourist areas, but overall it is an excellent choice.

Nice little hotel in the province, far off the shot. However, still close enough to start ventures from here. For holidaymakers with a car recommended.

We enjoy staying at this location on our travels as it allows us a quick departure to the south with little traffic from the Vegas area in the morning. The hotel is top notch. Our only problem with it is that it isn’t close to restaurants. But the room is nice and clean and I love the walk in shower. The breakfast had a good selection of items. This was our third stay at this location.

Just moments away from fantastic birding destinations in Henderson. Comfy and super clean room. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Staff is always friendly and professional. Have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here. Also, just minutes away from Sunset Station Casino if you are inclined to spend a bit of coin.

Minus 1 star — We stayed at BW Plus in Henderson on Sunday, 10/8/17, and checked out on 10/9/17. My husband liked the place, so he suggested we return to stay there on the last day of our trip — check in on Thursday, 10/12/17, and check out on 10/13/17. When I asked the morning front desk lady if we can book a room for check in on 10/12/17 and get the same rate, she gave us a higher rate. It made me question why the price was inconsistent. She said because they are different days, so different rate. But 10/12/17 was not holiday or weekend date, so I just didn't get it. She just brushed me off. Minus another 1 star — They served egg omelet for breakfast on 10/9/17. It was too salty and had too much ham. I asked the chef/serving lady if they serve other types of eggs (need my morning protein) because I couldn't eat the omelets, she said "No" and turned her back on me. She didn't seem happy at her job, which is a shame in the service industry.

Very nice upgraded motel. Comfortable beds and quiet room. New TV, but it was not operating properly. Staff notified and a technician was called after we reported.

Hidden Gem in Henderson, NV. We generally like to pick hotels off the casino grid when we travel to Las Vegas. This was a great choice. Quiet, clean rooms with great amenities. Large towels and clean, comfortable room and bed made this a nice place to spend the night as we traveled through. Far enough off the freeway to miss the crowds and noise but close enough to make the drive easy. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy but everyone was friendly and we felt safe the whole time. Wide open and well lit parking area.

Excellent service, great room, super clean, comfy bed and pillows. Decent breakfast with plenty of variety and staff that kept it well stocked throughout the posted hours. Away from the strip in a bit of a skechy area but not so bad I didn't feel safe traveling solo. Would def stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. It is a very lovely hotel at a very reasonable price. The rooms are very clean and offer refrigerators, microwaves and in room coffee. Breakfast is included with the price and it is a very complete breakfast, lots of food item choices. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The fitness room had several options for an aerobic workout as well as weights and machines. We did not use the pool. It is a bit of a distance from the Las Vegas Strip if that is your destination. There were other casinos close by. All in all a very nice stay at a great price. I highly recommend this hotel.

I made the male front desk clerk make a phone call after him telling me that my Handicap Accessible Room was on the 3rd flloor. After he made that phone call, he told me that ALL the Handicap accessible rooms are ONLY on the 2nd & 3rd floors. People with pets get put on the first floor.
How are disabled guests supposed to get out of the building in the event of an Emergency when the elevators are shut down?
"Business Center" where you the computers are that guests can use, are not in a private or enclosed area.
Disabled people are not offered any help with their luggage in or out of their rooms.
Front desk clerk on check out, spoke Spanish to this guy, who was supposed to help me out to the car with the cart that had my luggage on it. Claiming he only spoke Spanish. Well, he understands English because he tried to walk away after he brought the cart to my car and I told him to wait so he could take the cart back into the hotel.
I contacted Corporate, only to be told that the hotel told them they were complying with local laws. And Corporate sent me this Generic BS letter.
Corporate also told me they go out and inspect all the properties several times a year. Yet, apparently no one has had a problem with this place having their Handicap Accessible Rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors instead of the first floor.

It was one of the best hotels we stayed at. It was very clean, check in clerk was very friendly. We had to leave before the 6:00 breakfast, so they had bags with fruit, granola bar and water in them. The room was very spacious.

Had a good stay for a last minute option. Staff was friendly but the hotel wasn't quite up to party. The curtains don't close all the way and the ac unit was noisy. Other than that it was a very simple stay. Limited parking as well.

Very nice Hotel with courteous staff and nice amenities. How many Vegas hotels offer a free breakfast and no resort fees? You won't find that at any of the Casinos. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. The beds are very nice. You won't mistake the place for a 5 star hotel, but it offers real value for the money and a nice quiet stay.

Super clean, friendly staff, great breakfast! However, not in the nicest part of town, be aware of your surroundings after dark. Also, lots of dogs at this hotel so if you're sensitive or allergic, now you know. We would stay here again because it's a convenient location and a short drive downtown or to the dam. Overall, great stay!

It wasn't in the best part of town but it wasn't in the worst part of town either. It seemed a little sketchy the first night but after that it started feeling more comfortable. The ceiling was kind of low for me (6") and my brother 6"1) but it wasn't a big problem, just made the room feel smaller. Overall I've been to better hotels but I've also been to way worse so this is a good choice if you're looking for an affordable stay.

Hotel wasn't super fancy, but the rooms were clean and tidy. Beds were soft and comfortable. They had a good variety of TV channels to watch, and the pool was well kept. I would recommend it.

The room was clean and spacious, the front desk clerk was courteous a d kisses d, she even remembered me and my girlfriend from last time we stayed there in June 2015. The free breakfast was delicious the only complaint (not really a complaint more of a pet peeve) is the milk in the fridge wasn't cold enough for my liking. But I give this hotel 5 stars.

Granted that I checked in late, but the room given me smelled terrible. I could barely stand the stench enough to sleep. I didn't enjoy this stay at all.

Needed a place to stay for a night before a race at Lake Las Vegas, and Best Western was a perfect solution. It saved us from a 40 minute drive from the strip, or options closer to the Lake that are about 1.5 times the price. Basic Necessities: — Clean and comfortable bed: check! — Hot shower: check! Cherry on top: — Free Wi-Fi (though I did have problems connecting with one device) — Free hot breakfast (get there early before the line) — Microwave and fridge inside room.

I am happy to be in this Hotel, a bit remote with the car but very good to reach. You can find Vegas really "behind". Breakfast is ok, Buffet with a little selection, always fish, coffee, and Apples. The rooms are large and clean.

All no's! Clean room but not impressed with service. We had large group. I wanted to use or rent meeting room for board games. No possibility. We wanted late check out; no & not because they were sold out. Felt service was not a priority.

Amazing! No idea what the previous reviewer was talking about — I wonder if he meant to review for another hotel! From the moment you walk in, the entire hotel smells wonderful. Our room was so nice, clean, and quiet; we couldn't hear a thing! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and extremely warm — thick, cozy comforter, cotton sheets, and very comfy pillows! HD flat screen TV with about 85 hd channels to choose from. And the breakfast? YUM! Waffles, omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Cereal and pastries, fruit, yogurt, everything! A great hotel — would definitely recommend.

WARNING! This hotel has motion sensing thermostats! If you set your room to your preferred 68 degrees, it does so, until you stop moving (sleep). It then raises the room temp to 75 degrees, without your permission, and you wake up in a pool of sweat. No wonder the room had a curious odor, the mattress is a sponge. Twice the toilet was not cleaned. No sound insulation whatsoever, if the guest next to you takes a shower at 5am, it sounds like a jet taking off. Windows do not open, so no fresh air. Nice hotel with a great breakfast, but sleep is hard to come by, and housekeeping just does not care. Better options for lodging.

Stayed there about two weeks ago, great place. Going back there tomorrow again. I like the Best westerns. Great value for money and friendky people.

I have been to a lot of best westerns and enjoyed my stay. If you are looking at the other reviews on here please ignore them. They haven't been in recently and what ever they experienced was not true to how the hotel is at the present. I will break down my bad experience for you now so hopefully you don't have to go through it. We checked in and the place smelled like urine. We were unsure at first and thought it might be the cleaning products. Then we got to our room and it smelled so bad we were just about choking! The windows did not open so we couldn't get any fresh air. So we went outside and handled our business for the day then we came back to use the pool which was advertised as heated but it felt ice cold so we decided to just sit outside. Then a huge bus full of teens that were in town for a soccer game invaded the hotel. They stomped, screamed, yelled, laughed, and talked as loud as possible on every floor. The hotel staff acted as if nothing was happening and didn't even try to calm them. They had to know a group of that size was coming in advanced but they didn't bother to strategically place them segregated from other guests, NOPE they just put them right around us on several floors. At 11:00 pm we knew sleep was not possible so we checked out. We asked for our money back because we didn't sleep they said no just go to a different room and we said no we want out and they said ok but you have to pay FULL PRICE!

April 2013 I ran a Spartan Race in Henderson and stayed at this hotel. Clean lobby, clean room, clean bed and clean shower. People at the front desk were very friendly and the free breakfast was THE BEST hotel breakfast I've ever had. The breakfast room was full of Spartans getting their grub on for the race and there was plenty of food to go around. I'll be staying here again for next years race you can count on it.
