Easy, reasonably priced, clean!

Good place, great value Pros: staff is helpful. Location good. Room (102) clean and spacious. Bathroom in my room appears newly renovated. Water hot. Mattress was firm. Wifi very good. Refrigerator and microwave worked. Plenty of electric outlets. Cons: AC is nearing the end of its useful life. Desk chair too low for the desk. No real breakfast offered, as is Rodeway norm, but they have homemade banana bread that is very good. The furnishings are fine but are old enough to make it feel like a mom and pop motel. It’s retro chic. Overall 5/5. Value 5/5. Wifi 5/5. Recommended. I’d stay here again. Sometimes in reviews, people say “I’d stay here again”. When I was looking for motels in Elko, the Rodeway came up with high scores. I looked at the reviews and the first one, rating it highly, looked familiar. It turned out to be my review of the motel from two years ago. I have stayed here before, so in this case I really did stay here again the next time.

Inexpensive & clean, just fine for overnight stay. Rooms are accessed via parking lot, just a FYI. Registration office has simple cold breakfast items in the morning. Bathroom is nicely updated, though room appears to be dated albeit clean and functional. Wifi is good. Elko and neighboring town Wells should serve fine for overnight stay.

After our engine blew outside of Elko, I found myself stuck in town for 10 days waiting for the new engine to be installed. The mechanic’s location was right across the street from the Rodeway Inn, and he said “I’ve heard good things about that place. ” The price was reasonable and it turned out to be an excellent decision. So well-maintained (the shower is nicer than mine at home! ) The service was outstanding, everything is clean and so well-maintained. It was quiet, and because I was without a car, it was delightful to have so many lovely restaurants within reasonable walking distance. I was also working from the hotel room, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. I can’t say enough good about the Rodeway Inn in Elko. A+!

The service was fantastic. We were a very late check in, and the attendant was quite accomodating. The room was clean, and we had everything there we needed. The only downside was the size of the parking lot. Only 2 spots open when we got there were the guest check in spaces. The attendant was kind enough to let us park there for the night.

Nice little quaint place. Inexpensive, clean and quiet. Well worth the money if your looking for a place to lay your head for the night and grab a coffee and a piece of fruit the next morning. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would repeat.

I have been visiting this Rhodeway Inn for for more than 2 decades. Barry and Jesse, the owners, are fabulous people and their rooms are always clean. Over the years I have seen Barry and Jesse continue to improve the Rhodeway Inn and make it more comfortable. The location is also great as you can walk to some very nice restaurants. Give it a try, you'll like it.

Very clean, we slept very well for $60. No concerns that sheets weren't clean like many places. We will remember this place if we are traveling through again. Thanks.

Great hotel for the price. Typical two-level strip motel. Clean, modern rooms, comfy beds, good water pressure, and tasty breakfast (love the banana bread). On the minus side, as usual for budget motels sound proofing isn't great and my non smoking room smelled like it had been a smoking room not too long ago.

Decent night's stay. Motel was older but had some remodelling done and the room was very clean. Ceiling fan was a nice touch. Roxanne was very friendly and had my paperwork and keys all ready when I arrived. Parking was a challenge.

We got a very nice room with walk in shower… like new! Price reduced and ground floor. Motel looks old, but we were very satisfied. Also right downtown near shopping and for those who like them there are casinos near by. Quiet place Tuesday night.

In way late at night almost early morning. Needed a place to sleep and back on the road early. I chose this hotel from the Choice hotel app based on price. Not expecting much just needed to sleep. Woke the manager up to check in. He was cheerful and helpful noticing the American Legion logo on my shirt he ask about or convention I had come from in Reno. My room was upgraded to a better room for free. Still not expecting much we opened the door. Very nice large room to stretch out in clean well kept. Desk and a table, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. A unique pew to set on in the dressing area. LIGHTS lot's of lights. A ceiling fan with 4 lights in the middle of the room. Loved it. Wish I could have had this room in Reno at more than twice the price. If you need a room stay here.

A fine little inn. It's a bit quirky, one of those typical old downtown two story inns, but with some upgrades, such as a remodeled bathroom. The manager was very helpful and kind.

Good value for the money. Located on a pretty busy street with good restaurants and lots of gas stations and other amenities, but it was pretty quiet at night. The furniture in the room seemed updated, as well as the entire bathroom. New toilet, shower, and vanity. Liked that there was an overhead fan in the room. The bed wasn't supremely comfy, but it was ok for a nights sleep. Front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast wasn't too intensive but looked pretty good.

Nice rooms and great service. The owner was so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Elko.

We spend a lot of time at The Roadway Inn for work. Berry and his wife are the best. The always remember our names and save the same room for us each time. They even give us Christmas gifts each year. Highly recommended. The rooms are clean and quiet. Continental breakfast in the lobby.

Good Place To descarar. Eat and have fun.

This was a very nice room for the price and reminded me of places I stayed as a kid on vacation with my parents. Everything worked as it should and there were no issues whatsoever. The room was clean and I felt very safe staying here. I will definitely stay here again next year when I am on vacation. In today's economy I just can't afford; or even see the need of staying at a place much more expensive with amenities that I really don't need. They offer a continental breakfast and pretty good coffee! I spoke to the owner today who was also the night clerk when I came in last night; and he is a very nice man; in fact my same age.

Excellent and quick check in. Very nice clean and updated room. Easy walk to old downtown food and bars.

Ok Rooms. The parking lot is small of you have a large vehicle, I parked in the overflow lot. Beds are nice.

Rooms are styled a little old fashioned, but everything is new and clean and with all the amenities you'd expect from a modern hotel.

Stayed there 6-28-16. The nicest renovation of an older establishment I've ever seen. I have been a cabinet maker — finish carpenter my whole life and I thought they put a lot of time and effort to make it very comfortable. New wood flooring, tile shower and painting. Quality second to none. If I needed a motel anywhere near that area I would go out of my way to stay there.

Worst experience! Terrible. They gave my room to someone else. They said that I didn't arrive by 4pm.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We were driving a large pickup with a long stock trailer, which made parking in the lot difficult. They were booked up and the lot was completely full. The owner came outside with us to make sure we could find a close, convenient place to park. He went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to other and would definitely stay again if I ever get back to Elko, NV.

I found this hotel in Elko, Nevada after looking at other hotels such as Holiday Inn. They wanted to quote a room for over 100 dollars per night and I found this outrageous, especially since I have never paid more than 80 dollars for such a stay in the past, even in much larger cities. Rodeway Inn was very reasonable in their price for a night of $59.99, I received excellent customer service and attentive attention when needed from the staff, and the hotel room was clean after inspecting it while staying there. For the price the stay was everything that you would expect, and it was not at all run down, with both the interior of the room and the grounds seem to receive the care necessary to keep up a nice looking establishment. You will not regret staying a night at this hotel if you're on a budget like myself, yet don't want to stay somewhere questionable! Fun and Safe travels to all :)

Great roadside motel! Surprisingly super quiet! Slept great. Room was clean, good Wi-Fi and the best price around. No hot breakfast but fresh fruit, muffins, and cereal.

I really liked this hotel and would give it a 4.5 if I could but a five will do as my complaints are only minor. The room was obviously renovated and looked very nice. After reading horror stories about other hotels I was rather nervous about staying here however the reviews reassured me somewhat. I checked the sheets and covers and they were very clean. The bathroom was nice, however the shower needed to be redone in my opinion, but it was not a major problem. My only other complain is that some of the outlets didn't work. If you're someone who is just in town for one night, the price is fair and the quality is very nice. I would definitely stay here again!
