Nice and quiet. I asked the front desk for a dinner recommendation and was directed to the Pizza Barn next door. Good pizza and beer. I was pleased.

Clean and comfortable. Standard breakfast but above average coffee! Clay was fun to visit with when I checked in and a wealth of information.

Location was good, right of the highway. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room has a microwave and mini fridge. Great place to stop over for the night.

I enjoyed my stay here. The receptionist was curtious and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. The maintenance of the rooms could be improved as my fridge door was broken and didn't close all the way but not a big deal to me. I would stay here again.

Diamond never review. A really nice Comfort Inn, comfortable beds and pillows, decent location with an Albertsons next door, good parking, fitness center with free weights and a sauna, decent price, and friendly staff.

Rooms are clean. They have a spa and a pool area but is only accessible for those who stay at the hotel. For a fee of $10 per person others can use the pool.

Room was quiet, hot tub was hot, nice room, breakfast was adequate.

Terry was awesome! The breakfast was good and plentiful. The ladies who reset the rooms were very pleasant to talk to. The beds were clean and comfy. This is a VERY nice place!

The experience that we had was excellent. Whenever we were out of our room if any of the staff saw us, they would say hello also ask if we needed anything… During iur time of need everyone was so great to and for us… Thank you for making our stay a awesome time…

Awesome staff when I checked in! ashley was wonderful to a very tiered, frustrating, long day of driving. She provided everything I needed to make my stay more comfortable and settled me in quickly. my room is one of only two the hotel has that is a wow! makes holiday inn look cheep. And I thought they where my all time number one choice to stay. Not now. This room blows their best rooms out of orbit! the jucuzi tub, walk in huge shower, my laundry washing ready for morning, not to mention the bed, and all the little things like iced lemon infused water, and so much more. That's just the first 30 minutes I arrived so late at night. What kindness. I bet the morning is as first class as to night. i'm truly converted if all are as nice as this one. I must say, ashley checked me in and got me setteled. What an asset to first choice!

Very clean hotel. The beds were soft. Right next to a grocery store just in case. And a five minute drive to the main hub of downtown. The complementary breakfast was good, had a lot of choices. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a nice end to your day. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was clean and the Manager Michelle and the rest of the staff are great. I have stayed there a few times and only had one small issue that was corrected on the spot. You also have an Indoor heated pool, spa, fitness room, sauna. There is also a Bluray\DVD player in all of the rooms as well as a 32 inch flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi, so if you have something like the Amazon Fire TV or Apple TV it works really well. I was actually able to watch movies from my Amazon Fire TV in high definition with perfect quality! They also have a conference room for business meetings and conferences. Also you get a free breakfast in the morning including eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread, donuts, milk, juice, coffee etc. By far one of the best Hotels in Elko.

The Comfort Inn in Elko made me… uncomfortable to say the least. When we first arrived in our room, the Manager (I believe her name was Betsy) asked me if I wanted to come with her to her Aryan Brotherhood meeting. When I politely declined, odd stuff started happening. After my first night, I found a burned cross under the bed. I threw it in the trash and tried my best to move past it. The next morning, I found a Swastika drawn on my mirror in eyeliner. So I complained to one of the staff about these occurrences and Betsy found out and kicked me out of the room. When I asked why I was being kicked out, Betsy said that she wasn't allowed to tell me. Between that and the BED BUGS CRAWLING ALL OVER MY SKIN EVERY NIGHT I was less than satisfied with my stay at Comfort Inn Elko. One star, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I found a BED BUG on the bed in the morning. Management made some effort to rectify the issues but after reading other reviews of bed bugs I question their efforts and will look elsewhere on future stays in Elko.

Truckers not welcome. Local hick cops call in troopers for inspections just to harrass you.

I stayed there one night. I would never stay there again. I found BED BUGS the next morning. I complained to the manager but he called me a liar even though I brought them to him in a cup. He said he thinks I brought them to the hotel because they've never had them before. He moved me to a different room but I found more bed bugs within ten minutes of being there. I then decided it would be best to find another hotel. I only asked for them to pay for my clothes to be washed, but the manager refused to help at all. I went to a different hotel. The new hotel didn't have guest laundry facilities so I went back to ask if I could use the comfort inn's. They told me I couldn't since I wasn't a guest anymore, and if I come back they will press charges for trespassing. Then if that wasn't enough, they called the owner of my company and told him what their threat was to me. Wow! You would be NUTS to stay here.

We checked and and were unable to get the room we had reserved. We had a confirmation for the type of room we wanted. The owner was rude and did not have the type of room I had reserved. The carpet in the hall has many thread bare places and the dresser in the room was very scratched and marred. Will not stay at this Comfort Inn In Elko Nv. Again.
