As a housekeeper at another Montana Marriott hotel, I understand the Marriott standards that are set for this pandemic, and in general. I was disappointed to walk in the room and see a layer of dust and fingerprints on the tables. I went into the bathroom and found several long black hairs on the floor. Continued my search of the room to find an extremely disgusting, yellow pillow protector underneath a clean pillow case. The fridge had finger prints outside the door, and inside had several crumbs, hairs, and lots of spots from spilled liquids. Also crumbs on the floor of the kitchen. As a housekeeper, I take pride in my work, and I was very disappointed to see a room left for a guest like that. The areas that were not cleaned in my room would have taken a total of 5 minutes to fix. The housekeeper didn’t care and it was obvious that the person in charge of checking the room before allowing a guest to check in didn’t care either. The front desk agent didn’t even bother to get out of her chair to greet me, and barely spoke to me. I had to find my own way around the hotel with two large dogs and our luggage. When I told her about my room, she shrugged her shoulders and said “we’re sold out, sorry. ” The parking lot wasn’t even close to being full. Very disappointed in the quality of service and this hotel would have failed audit within 5 minutes of inspection. Overall, not the quality I expect for a room that cost $120.

I just wanted to share this incredibly kind message from the crew at Residence Inn, Marriott in Billings, MT. They were truly KIND and provided Exceptional Customer Service while we were there going thru one of the worst times in our lives! Just want to say THANK YOU to the Amazing Staff and Housekeepers! I highly recommend this hotel! Our home away from home! Thanks again!

They say that they care about Covid precautions… then don’t wear masks properly at the front desk.

So accommodating for my dog, Segen and I! My status shows that I love upper floors, and Chris reached out to me as they noticed I was traveling with a pet to confirm what floor I would prefer. Chris got me on the first floor, close to the door and the windows even opened just enough for her to feel like she was home looking out her own window. Great staff, loved the Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner, room was clean and comfy. We’ll definitely stay again when passing through Billings!

Gave someone a key to my room and they tried to Key in at 12:30 PM. It was a scary experience and they offered no apology. Manager agreed to give me a certain number of points and then rescinded on it later so basically lied to me. Would never stay there — manager is very unprofessional.

Sure we will be back again.

Very nice staff, they speak nicely and very accommodating. Clean hotel and clean rooms and the mixer is nice as well. Only two complaints. One if the night time front desk person's does not know how to speak to people and the cleaning staff slams the doors in the safety latch over and over again making it difficult to sleep.

I have a large family and we love staying here. Two rooms and two bathrooms in each room we rent. Great swimming pool and great breakfast!

Our family rented two rooms and they were both emaculate! The pool was a little cool but our kids didn't mind. The breakfast was good and everyone ate their fill. Overall, we had a great stay and would to visit again.

Absolutely love staying there. My wife stays there 6-7 times a year and this is my second. Nothing but great things to say about the rooms and the staff!

Loved our stay here. We were comfortable, with plenty of room in our suite. The pool was clean and they had a small basketball court for our kids. The inn is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. We definitely would stay here again.

I would give 0 stars but at least one of their staff members was friendly. We checked in to our room only to find a bed full of hair and broken glass all over the floor. For $257 I would expect better. They did give us a new room right next to a yapping dog, not much sleep. Then the breakfast… wouldn't you think you would expect a large number of people when your hotel is full and it is a Saturday. No forks, no coffee cups, not much food because most of it was gone. Then I go to check out and had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. And what do we get, NOTHING, not an apology, not an offer of a discount, NOTHING. Will never stay here again.

Great location, check-in/ front desk, beds, and breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a beautiful 2-bedroom suite. We only stayed one night, but it would've been comfortable to stay much longer.

This hotel features a clean, modern facility, and friendly staff. It is also located well within the delivery range of the famous Pie Guys Pizzeria!

I enjoyed the room. It was set up nice and had every amenity I needed for my extended stay. Fridge, stove, dishwasher plus dishes for preparing and eating food.

The rooms were clean and quiet, I like that they have laundry service in the hotel and the staff helpful and pleasant.

It is like a 1 bedroom apartment. They also have food trucks that come out and certain days they offer free beer and wine.

Very nice rooms! Suites have a full kitchen, living room with fire place, and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

Room was nice, clean, and quiet. Receptionist was very nice and friendly, and gave us a late check-out since we got in so late and were traveling with a baby. Overall it was a nice stay.

The room is immaculate, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The entire building is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Complimentary wine, beer and cheese by the outside fire pit on Wednesday night was a great idea! Indoor pool and spa are very nice. This is an outstanding property and I highly recommend it! HOOTY-HOO!

The decor of this establishment is relaxing and welcoming. We were greated with a friendly front desk agent, whom then promptly had us in our rooms. Totally recommend.

Tge hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and happy hour. Food is fresh and very good. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. Furnishings are updated. Reasonable priced for the room. You definitely will not be disappointed with your stay!

Hotel was beautiful, so much space in the guest rooms. Staff was nice and bed was comfortable.

We had a wonderful evening. The woman who checked us in (Jennifer, I believe) was extremely nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast was very tasty, and our room was very clean and comfortable.

Clean and spacious rooms. Nice flat screen TVs in each room. Kitchens in the suites have bare essentials in the way of dishes and utensils, but enough to get by.

Left another big name, chain hotel due to their racist, obnoxious, appalling comments and behavior. I can't mention names, La Q… The Marriott went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The staff is amazing! Carlos, Jennifer, Chris, Jenny, Brenda, just to name a few, made my stay perfect. I will stay at a Marriott every time I need a hotel. I've learned that there's no competition, especially in Billings.

Just there for 2 nights but it had a good morning breakfast. But my room had one bed and the fold out couch was very small for 2 children but is great for any one to 2 people.

Its a great place to stay we have in door pool Jacuzzi laundry room work out room breakfast certain days dinner beer whine barbecue pit court. And am a house keeping there need anything I could asset you with I would be glad to help you my name is Errol Happy Easter to all that's staying there.

I like the hotel the service. Rooms are spacious and clean. I little noisy though. But good experience.

The rooms were very nice, big and clean, BUT the customer service was beyond terrible! I was so disappointed. I called 3 WEEKS in advance to reserve a couple rooms and asked for them to at least be on the same floor, not only did we NOT get that but when we asked they didn't even apologize or try to fix it! And they were beyond rude, to us. To say the least I will NOT be staying there again!

Great location and very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not good. And potatoes were not cooked well.

I really enjoyed this hotel! The rooms and cleanliness was very nice and same to the staff. The room was comfortable for 3 people and one dog! And the pool was great! loved it!

We stopped on on our way back to Washington from Denver and stayed here because they allow pets. The room was well appointed and clean. What really stood out was the friendly staff and variety of food available in the morning before we hit the road. It was a small gesture, but one of the breakfast staff offered to rinse and fill our thermos back in the kitchen… instead of watching me fill it cup by cup. I really appreciated it. My only complaint is with the corporate policy of not allowing receptionists to make reservations for guests with marroitt rewards points. It is not convenient to go online to book a room while driving through a blizzard in rural Wyoming. The Billings Residence Inn, however, was delightful, and we look forward to stopping in on our next Denver road trip.

This place is amazing. This is the only place we stay when we travel. Always clean, friendly staff. Love it. We stay at a Residence Inn everywhere we go if there is one.

Nice hotel lobby but it had really small meeting rooms.

My family of 8 with 5 boys ranging from ages of 2 through 14 drove from Chicago to see Yellowstone National Park. We decided to stay at this Marriott Residence Inn as it was one of the closest brand name hotels outside of Yellowstone. We stayed here for a week in early August and had just an amazing experience. Such clean rooms, wonderful staff at the front desk and the dining room as well as the room service. Very central location in Billings by the expressway 90 and other restaurant and stores. They have excellent free breakfast selection and if you stay M thru W they serve delicious dinner comprised of varying cuisines. We look forward to a future stay at this hotel.

When you travel and you are away from home, you want to make sure you go to a place where your money is valued and the people have genuine care and concern about your needs. The staff a the Billings Residence Inn does just that! From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I walked out, I felt like any need, care, or concern I had, the staff would address it immediately. They consistently went above and beyond and were super friendly. The gentleman, Ben, that works at the front desk, made a great first impression. After I read all of the reviews, it seems like this is the norm for this hotel! When I come back to Billings, I will stay here without a doubt! Thank you for a great stay.

Im from North Carolina but am used to staying for long stretches of time at extended-stay hotels. The Residence Inn in Billings was just what I wanted and needed. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and feel like a home away from home. Loved the workout room and the basketball court was a nice touch. Great conference room for trainings and conferences and the whole lobby fits the area really well. Within close proximity to everything.

I can not say enough good things about our stay at the Residence Inn in Billings. The room was above grade, the entire hotel is above grade! The staff was great, it was their personal mission to accommodate you. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 children, we chose the 2 bedroom 2 bath, we had plenty of room with the living area in the middle and the full kitchen. The pool and hot tub were an added plus. The continental breakfast was out of this world! All of our family went to Billings, from all over the US, everyone made their own reservations, needless to say next time we go the entire family will be staying at the Residence inn! Some of the family stayed at another big hotel chain, they were stuffed in a small room with one bathroom and 2 beds, they had to switch rooms because they were next to the mechanical room, it made so much noise it kept them up all night! Our room was very quite and clean. The only thing I regret is — we could not stay longer! Don’t miss your opportunity to stay at the best hotel in Billings.

I am from Washington D. C. And have grown to associate quality with large imposing hotels. I was not sure what to expect from the Residence Inn in Billings, but was pleasantly surprised. I stayed multiple nights and found all personnel friendly, rooms clean and spacious and a free breakfast is a free breakfast. Other nice touches included, a large comfortable bed, full-size stainless steel refrigerator, flat screen television, and attractive décor. Now if we could only get HD…. Overall an excellent value.
