The Quality Inn & Suites in Carthage, MO, is the perfect place to spend the night. After a long day of travel, it was a blessing to find a hotel so comfortable, clean, and friendly. As soon as we pulled up, we were taken by the thoughtful landscaping, well lit lot, and especially by the hotel's decor. A beautiful big chandelier makes you feel immediately welcome and lucky to be staying at such a cool place. Our concierge, Jamal, was both welcoming and helpful. He answered any questions we had about the hotel's policies as well as fun things to do around the Carthage area. We got to the hotel later in the evening, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn the heated swimming pool stays open late (til midnight). It was the perfect way to relax after a long drive, and the temperature and aesthetics made us feel right at home. Be sure to take advantage of the pool! Our room was spotless, and we had a great view of some real Midwest scenery. I appreciated the guide to local businesses and places of worship provided — it really helped us find some fun things to do on our way through Carthage. We soon drifted off and had one of the best nights of sleep on our whole trip! I woke up early and filled up on some great food. One thing I noticed — everyone in the dining area was happy and up for conversation with their fellow travelers. I can't help but think it's the atmosphere the staff created that made that a reality.
This hotel is a must.

The Quality Inn in Carthage, MO was a great quick stay for us. The front desk manager we checked-in with very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a long time. Though I didn’t use it, the indoor pool looked really nice. The Precious Moments theme is unique (a nod to the nearby production facility/museum). Would definitely recommend a stay here if you find yourself in Carthage!

Stayed a year ago and it was great. Decided to bring grandchildren on a trip to Precious Moments Chapel. Was disappointed. We got the loft, thinking it would be spacious. It was not. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door and all the desk clerk did was raise her eyebrow when told. Only one pillow for the hidabed. The room was very humid with poor lighting. So far, our special trip is not so special. I am sure breakfast will be good. I hope.

Place is clean. Room (241) was clean. Water was hot, toilet flushed well. AC more responsive than most. Wifi was good. (The manager said it was better closer to the front, where my room was. ) Location good, parking good. I love the cathedral ceiling and grand staircase in the lobby. Cons: pool entrance is off the main lobby. Overall 5/5. Value 5/5. Wifi 5/4.5. Recommended. I’d stay here again.

Great affordable place to stay! Big rooms with nice comfy beds and extra pillows. Hot shower with stdkng water pressure. Beautifully decorated lobby with attached gift shop. Nice indoor pool area. Would definitely stay here again.

We just stayed in the Quality Inn in Carthage MO and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in an beautiful part of town surrounded by fields with plenty of places to eat and shop located nearby. The parking was ample and secure. The room was cozy and spacious with very comfortable beds. Everything was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They even let us check out late the next day since we got in so late. We would definitely stay again!

Older hotel but staff was great and good value for the room. Would stay here again but ask for another room. It smelled a little musty.

We had a great stay here. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, having a refrigerator for our snacks was great. Breakfast each morning was a delight. They even cleared our plates from our table. Would highly recommend for anyone on a budget!

Touring musician Chris Viner recently stayed here after a performance, and loved it! The staff was very welcoming at check-in and the room was perfect — very clean and quiet, and the microwave and refrigerator was perfect for keeping and snacking on leftovers from the club. There is a laundry room, gym, and a free breakfast to take advantage of before hitting the road the next day!

The breakfast was good, featuring a variety of foods. The bed was fairly comfortable. Pool was nice. And staff accommodating. The hotel says Quality Inn Precious Moments. Theres a gift shop (which was closed while I was there), some precious moments on display in the lobby, and pictures in the room of Precious Moments.

Had my sons birthday party at the pool here. The pricing seemed very reasonable. The kids had a good time. We were in the indoor pool as the party was in the first part of may. We used the breakfast area for the cake. The pool and breakfast area was clean and the staff was helpful.

This place is great. It's got a pool. A mini-store in the lobby for snacks — including ice cream! A fitness center and laundry. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they have a cool decor that includes a unique wood loft in the lobby. They do a free breakfast in the loft in the morning. Plus the whole place is Precious Moment themed!

This place was very run down. We had ants in our room when we woke up wating our food on the table. Two of the 4 machines in the exercise room were broken. The toilet in our room had obviously not been cleaned in a while. All round gross.

It’s a nice looking hotel and is a decent choice for a last minute stay. The hotel has a modern feel with a bit of an old fashioned appeal. The lobby, guest services, shop and pool all look great. There is a hot breakfast in the morning and they offer free Wi-Fi. However, in my opinion the bed is flat and on a hard surface. You feel it! The towels appeared stained as does the shower curtain. With that said, the front desk clerk is nice and respectful.

By far better than the Inn for only $5 more. Excellent check in and breakfast (thanks for sugarfree syrup and jellies… healthy options Very nice room and amedities. Check in was easy and nice workers. Plenty of parking for big rigs. Will stay here again if in this area.

My parents stayed here for a week when they came to town. It was very nice and clean. It has a great breakfast setup with lots of nice seating. It also has a nice indoor pool with a lift for those with disabilities. My parents said they will definitely stay here again. Oh and they loved how comfortable the beds were!

I didn't actually stay there. The pool and continental breakfast area was rented out for a friend of my daughter's birthday party. It was pretty fun though.

Very nice place to stay. Great rates. Nikki, who worked the front desk, was very kind and helpful! The front lobby and breakfast area is beautiful. The pool looked great, we did not try it out. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, very good. Rooms were nothing special but very comfortable and roomy. The exercise room was lacking, very dated equipment but it did all work.

The rooms and staff are great. We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was really good with several choices. The only complaint was the indoor pool temperature… it was very cold and our grandkids couldn't really enjoy it for very long at a time. They did swim until their teeth started chattering though. Other than that, this is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

We stay here once a year and love how easy it is to find. Rooms are nice sized with mini fridges. Large swimming pool but no hot tub. We always leave very early so have never had breakfast. Nice people at check-in. Will return.

It was my first time at the Quality Inn & Suites. You walk in to the spacious lobby with it's spiral staircase. Next to the lobby, the hotel has one of the nicest indoor swimming pools I have ever seen in a hotel. The lobby also hosts a cool shop that offers snack and microwavable meals. Their workout room offer plenty of options as does their complimentary breakfast. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom provides all the essentials. The hotel is located in a safe and quiet area. But the surrounding area does offer shops and places to eat just a short drive away. When in Carthage, MO. You have to stay at the Quality Inn & Suites. You'll be glad you did.

It was ok well the location was good. The rooms made me feel at home. And breakfast was delicious, they have a indoor pool with 2 outdoor sitting areas.

Price was a great low walk up rate. Continental breakfast was nice and the kids enjoyed the fresh waffles. The pool however had chunks of hair and dirt floating in it. The room had no toiletries. And when we woke up in the morning we were greeted by bed bugs…

I recently enjoyed a very nice stay in Carthage at this Quality Inn. The hotel is very cozy at time reminiscent of a visit to a grandmother's country home. I was met by friendly faces at any time I was in the lobby area. Though I didn't have an opportunity to use it, there is a well kept indoor pool available. The room itself was huge and made a great place to both catch up on some work as well as catch up on some much needed rest in that comfy king size bed.

Thank you for Precious Moments Hotel for welcoming the our large family this past weekend. Just today on our way home, several members of our family mentioned how very nice your place is, how wonderful the staff was and the breakfast was a big perk. How very nice that the pool was opened late for the kids to play and swim and the large space upstairs by the breakfast room where we were able to play games until wee hours of the morning. Never did anyone complain to us about being loud (we are). Thank you for making our family wedding weekend one of the best stays ever! God Bless from the Showalter's!

The Precious Moments Hotel in Carthage, MO was a relaxing, pleasant, and comfortable stay. The hotel is located just off the highway and close to local restaurants, shops, and gas stations. It's also quite close to the Precious Moments Chapel, which I imagine is the origin of the hotel name as well as the decor. Rooms and hallways are appointed with Precious Moments artwork. If you're in town to visit the Chapel. This is the place to stay. There's even a Precious Moments gift shop on the property. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. At checkin the woman at the front desk asked if I had any preferences for my room. I joked that I wanted "the best room you got. " She then made a point to find me a first floor room, with no one booked above or beside it. She noted this would be one of the quietest most relaxing room on the property. Way to go! The room was spacious and clean and included a mini fridge. The shower was fantastic. New shower head, great water pressure, and hot! Even staying at some fancier hotels, you never know what you'll get in a shower. This one rocked. The hotel offers all the amenities you could want. Great free Wi-Fi, fitness room, and a nice indoor pool that's open late. Breakfast in the morning as well as a small gift shop for drinks, snacks, and frozen dinners. The Precious Moments Hotel in Carthage, MO is a great stay all around. Recommended!
