Great staff… they already checked in on us to make sure we liked the room and that we are enjoying our stay.

Been here 2 times and the experiences there were the best I could ask for. The place is quiet, it has a heated pool, friendly staff, and continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Every bit as good as the Hampton Inn next door, but not as expensive. We've stayed at both, but prefer the Best Western.

Everything about my experience has been super room very clean staff is very friendly I am a truck driver and a very clean one believe it or not. It's nice to have a clean place to stay. It's rare for us drivers to be treated this nice most places don't want us around. This place deserves at least one more star ☆

Angie is the bomb! She is so pleasant, and helpful. Room is very clean and comfy. Next door to restaurants, shops, gas stations. Reasonably priced too.

Great place to stay, helpful, attentive staff. Clean rooms, great Wi-Fi which allowed me to get my work done. Air conditioner worked great and was quiet easy to get to with many types of eating establishments very close by. Thanks for a great stay James.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Dogs are allowed in this hotel, which we didn’t know. No elevators though and roundabout access to upper rooms.

A pleasant place to stay. Older hotel that's been completely redecorated, stylish. Wife's reaction was priceless as she was so favorably surprised. Will stay, again on return. Have some rooms dog friendly.

The staff was very friendly and we got a good deal on the room. Their breakfast selection was better than most places. We would stay there again.

Great facility and staff! Pleasant and safe place to stop when traveling across country on interstate 40. It’s code to a convenient shopping center as well as the 40. I wouldn’t hesitate in choosing the Best Western Van Buren the next time I’m traveling in the area.

I loved it! Everything you need is right here. Shopping is available within walking distance. Pet friendly, friendly service with a smile! Rooms have plenty of space I've really enjoyed it.

We have stayed in this hotel several times. The first few where great. The last two not so great. I like being able to have my truck next to the hotel room door. The main problem I have had is the shower. This stay the tub drain was running slow so I ended up standing in my own dirt. The ring in the tub made me feel like I was standing in other peoples dirt also. The time before this the ice machine did not work and the shower head was unusable. Not sure if we will stay there again. The location and parking work out well for us.

Very good overnight stay. Easy access off I40. Staff was awesome. After 5 min check in a follow up was done to ensure we had everything we needed. Very clean and fabulous breakfast.

Employee on duty was very nice and helpful. Stayed here before a few years ago and was not impressed. This time around was much better. Updated remodeled room was great. Will stay again next time passing through.

Conveniently located close to I 40 with adequate dining options. Very clean, easily accessible Wi-Fi. Bath area a little tight and bath towels were on the thin side. Overall it was a great place to spend the night while traveling through Arkansas. A very good value for the money!

The Best Western in Van Buren was absolutely among the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff was legendary — probably the kindest and most helpful hotel service I've ever experienced. Judy stood out the most. The rooms are so clean and nice, nice decor, TV with good channels, fridge was great (except for getting it set properly was a nightmare — I needed a user guide, lol) The business center was great, I needed to print some things off, the Wi-Fi was excellent. It's a nice quiet spot with good food and shops nearby for all your needs! Highly, highly recommend this place if you're stopping off the highway, they will take excellent care of you!

Breakfast includes egg patties, boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles and the usual other continental breakfast items. Very good and the server was keeping up with the demand. Friendly service and a definite recommend.

A great place for an overnight stay. It's updated and clean. We were just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep and were very pleased! Not what we expected staying at a best Western.

We had this hotel as our host for a group ride-in the first weekend in November 2017. Breakfast was very good, rooms were clean and comfortable and well accommodated. Good location also.

Not my favorite place, but ok to stay. Rooms are clean, free continental breakfast. I stayed once and will find another place next time.

Courteous staff, and clean room. There isn't room for truck parking on-site like they said over the phone, but there is an old back building next door that can fit a few trucks.

We showed up pretty late last night looking for a double bed room and was very happy to find this best western! The room was very clean and very comfortable after being on the road all day. The continental breakfast is worth at least half of the hotel price (family of 5). Eggs, sausage. Muffins. Even a waffle maker? And it's GOOD too. It's a pleasant surprise! If we ever come back through, we will be staying here again. Reasonable price, amazing free breakfast. Worth it 100% Good job guys!

Do not stay here. Rooms are filled with pungent mildew odor and spiders! We asked to switch rooms and when they showed us the second room it had spiders as well. So their solution? Here's a can of Raid and you can talk to manager in the morning. The manager took care of us by discounting our room by $3.50!

I normally don't post reviews but I had to for this one. This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. We have stayed in 5 hotels so far this trip. This was the least expensive and the nicest hotel of the trip! Deffintly would stay again if we come back this way!

I'm not very inclined to give reviews for a hotel that I literally just slept at, but I'm really surprised at how kind and courteous the staff was. I came down to the lobby for their generous breakfast (included eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pastries, fresh waffles to order, orange juice, great coffee, and fresh). The manager came up to me, and after I thought he was going to harass me for something, he actually greeted me. Yes, he asked me how everything was after he said, "good morning". I thought I was in the twilight zone for a second. The room I had was very clean and had some nice, heavy pillows. The air conditioning was easy to adjust (I don't like the on-off type) to an exact temperature. Plenty of parking for a 26' moving truck. Love this place!

I'll be honest, when I first pulled up I almost tried to find another hotel. I have this weird aversion to "motels" from previous experience. So glad I didn't. Front desk was awesome and happy and super helpful, the room is beautiful and perfectly clean and you'd never know or care that it isn't a walk-in hotel like other best westerns. Very happy and needed after a long day of driving.

Rooms are clean — Housekeeping is excellent… watch out for "double talk" from the desk clerks — will quote a person one price on the phone whenever booking a room, but will charge credit card a different price whenever one has cked in. Claim to be a "dog friendly" Inn; but in all reality — are NOT! … If a person brings their pet — i. E. — larger dog… as in our case, a Chocolate Lab into the lobby area, either the co-managers, or Marilena * (sp)? one of the fron…t desk representatives, will tell the dog's owner, as was my own personal experience — that "the owner/manager called, and he stated I would have to remove my animal from the "breakfast serving area"… even though neither one of us was clearly in the area** BTW, breakfast time had already been OVER for a couple of hours whenever this incident occurred… Then, approx. 10 minutes later, whenever I came into the lobby area again, that same manager, male, informed me I would have to LEAVE immediately since I was "harassing" one of "his employees"… said employee was positioned directly behind this individual, & kept "rolling their eyes " @ me the entire time their"boss" was speaking irrationally with myself. When I asked why the were so afraid of my dog, he once again repeated his rant — threatening to call the police if I didn't return to my room, pack up, & immediately leave the premises… He "dismissed "myself as I attempted to try and explain my "side of the situation" in a calm voice.

Ahhhhmmazzzzzzing just the best very one is the best. Being a truck driver you come across different kind of people.

Double bed room only $81. Free breakfast was way better than expected, not gourmet but good. Selections of pillows on the bed is a nice accommodation for those picky sleepers. Has a nice tv, mini fridge, microwave, free Wi-Fi, and a pool that's actually ki da deep!

We found two live brown recluse spiders on the beds. Outlet didn't work. Breakfast was awful. Would never stay there again.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were nice and the pool felt good! I loved it!

Best western van burden was pretty nice. How ever the best western in creedmoor/butner NC was weird. Who has the office people coming into the rooms while maids are cleaning? Oh and it smells funky.
I recommend van burden however the creedmoor/butner NOT really.

The first room I was given had such a strong odor from cleaning supplies that I couldn't stay in it. The clerk kindly gave me another room which was much better. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby. Would stay again.

Pet friendly hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating as best as possible. Lots of traffic at the exit getting to this location. Walmart right down the road and plenty of resturants to eat at too. Rooms were nice with large flat screen TVs. Everything was clean. Limited parking on the backside of the building which could present a problem if towing a trailer and trying to keep an eye on it during your stay. Internet did not work while we were there which was inconvenient to us.

This Best Western was great! The night and morning attendents were friendly and helpful. We stayed on the second floor, heard no road or other-room noise. The room itself was clean, nicely painted and furnished. Bed was actually really comfortable and didn't squeak. The bathroom was well maintained and in great shape. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, yogurt, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal and more. Would definitely stay here again.
